This research aims to examine the strategies of commercial radio broadcasting in the digital age. Despite having a long history as one of the oldest mass media, radio remains relevant today. This research uses the literature study method. The findings show that the strategies of commercial radio broadcasting involve the use of digital platforms for streaming, content diversification including videos and podcasts, and the utilization of user data for personalization. The main challenges faced include retaining audience attention, improving content quality, cost-effectiveness, and maintaining privacy. However, the digital era also brings opportunities such as increased connectivity with listeners, content diversity, new advertising possibilities, and advancements in technologies like artificial intelligence.

Moreover, the study delves into environmental psychology's role in shaping concentration, creativity, and comfort within reading spaces. It analyzes the psychological effects of design elements like color, nature, and organization on cognitive processes. Understanding these responses empowers designers and individuals to tailor spaces for better focus and well-being. The integration of technology within reading spaces is explored, assessing digital platforms, interactive displays, and personalized content curation's benefits for efficient information consumption. It addresses challenges in balancing printed materials and digital resources. Additionally, the study considers personalized reading spaces' impact on diverse demographic groups, accounting for age, cognitive abilities, and preferences in design and customization. It emphasizes adaptable spaces catering to various needs and learning styles. This research offers a comprehensive view of reading spaces and productivity enhancement. Furthermore, it underscores the importance of fostering a digital culture, promoting continuous learning, and leveraging data-driven decision-making to drive organizational success. In the era of rapid digitalization, understanding consumer behavior through data is becoming increasingly important for retail businesses. Shopping trends, such as those contained in this study, provide in-depth insights into various aspects of consumer behavior, from demographics to purchasing preferences and patterns of discount usage. This data is invaluable in formulating effective marketing strategies, improving customer experience, and optimizing business operations. The data used in this study included a variety of relevant variables, such as age, gender, location, product categories purchased, number of purchases, payment methods, and frequency of purchases. This information allows for a comprehensive analysis of how these factors affect consumer spending decisions. For example, analytics can reveal seasonal trends in purchases, product color and size preferences, and the impact of discounts and promo codes on sales volume. In addition, this dataset also reflects the changes in consumer behavior that have occurred over the past few years. Quantitative methodology is a research approach used to collect and analyze numerical data to understand patterns, relationships, and events in a given population. Data is collected from various sources such as online sales transactions, consumer surveys, Naive Bayesian algorithms are applied to the dataset that has been processed. The data was divided into two sets: training (80%) and testing (20%).

The rapid growth of e-commerce has significantly transformed consumer behavior, particularly among university students. This study examines how e-commerce platforms affect the interest and shopping preferences of students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten. By analyzing data from surveys conducted among students, the research identifies key factors that drive their engagement with online shopping. These factors include convenience, variety of products, competitive pricing, and the ease of comparing different products. The study also highlights the role of technological advancements, such as mobile applications and secure payment gateways, in enhancing the online shopping experience. Furthermore, it explores the psychological aspects, such as the excitement of online deals and the influence of social media advertising, on students' shopping habits. The findings suggest that e-commerce has not only increased the frequency of students' purchases but also diversified their buying patterns. However, the study also addresses potential challenges, such as the risk of overspending and the impact of impulsive buying. Overall, the research provides valuable insights into the evolving landscape of consumer behavior in the digital age, emphasizing the importance of e-commerce in shaping the shopping interests of the younger generation.

Dynamic governance refers to government activities continuing in the process of public policy governance that can reach long-term interests. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method and the key informant is the Population and Civil Registration Office of Tangerang Regency. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, field observations, and documentation. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of Digital Population Identity through the perspective of Dynamic Governance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Tangerang Regency. The results showed that dynamic capabilities in the implementation of Digital Population Identity services are able to produce various changes that have an impact on improving the quality of public services, but there are still obstacles such as low public understanding of using Digital Population Identity (IKD) and not all government agencies can accept the process of verifying population data with Digital Population Identity (IKD). Therefore, the dynamic capability process in the Digital Population Identity (IKD) service is influenced by three indicators, namely thinking ahead, thinking again, and thinking across as well as two driving factors, namely able people and agile process.

In today's digital era, almost all parts of human life depend on the development of information and communication technology, which helps in increasing efficiency, effectiveness and cost savings in various activities. The role of information and communication technology is very vital in human life today. The National and Political Unity Agency (BAKESBANGPOL) is a government agency which has the main task of social and political development in the Central Lombok Regency area. BAKESBANGPOL has implemented a system or application called e-Kinerja. The implementation of the e-Kinerja application is said to be running quite well and is easy to use, however the e-Kinerja Application also often experiences problems such as frequent human errors and lack of socialization of the e-Kinerja Application which will have an impact on decreasing efficiency and decreasing trust in the system. Therefore, measurements of application quality need to be carried out. This research aims to measure the level of usability using the USE Questionnaire method in the e-Kinerja application. This research uses quantitative research with stages of observation and interviews, preparation of questionnaires, distribution of questionnaires. The results of this research are the results of calculating the usability measurement of e-Kinerja, which obtained a value of 81.45% which is in the range of 81-100, where the e-Kinerja application at BAKESBANGPOL Central Lombok Regency is very suitable for use by ASN.

Sukarara Village, Central Lombok Regency. Sukarara Village is known for its production of traditional woven fabrics that have high cultural and economic value. However, the main challenges faced are limited market access and low interest of the younger generation to preserve weaving skills. In this context, social media offers an effective solution to expand the promotional reach of woven products. Through platforms such as TikTok and Facebook, weaving artisans can showcase their products visually and interactively to a global audience. This research uses a qualitative approach with a netnography method to understand the interactions and digital marketing strategies used by local communities. The data sources studied were weaving craftsmen and weaving resellers. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and conclusions. The instruments used were interview guidelines, observation guidelines, and documentation. Data validity was carried out by triangulating data, sources and techniques. The results showed that social media not only increased the visibility and sales of woven products but also helped in preserving local cultural heritage. TikTok, with its short video and live streaming features, proved particularly effective in attracting consumer attention and facilitating direct interaction. This research also reveals how local agents can modify and enrich social and economic structures through the use of social media, in line with Giddens' theory of structuration. For long-term sustainability, additional strategies to attract the younger generation and diversification of promotional platforms are required.

Digital transformation in the public transportation sector is part of the national development priority agenda aimed at improving service quality and operational efficiency. This study aims to analyze the implementation of cashless payment-based digital transformation in public transportation policy on the Suroboyo Bus in Surabaya, analyze service quality based on SERVQUAL dimensions, identify supporting and inhibiting factors for implementation, and evaluate the success and shortcomings of the policy. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The results show that the implementation of cashless payment on the Suroboyo Bus has been running well since 2018, with four main payment methods: QRIS, e-money cards, plastic waste contributions, and the Child Identity Card (KIA). QRIS has become the dominant payment method with a 48% share in 2025. Service quality based on SERVQUAL dimensions shows good results in the aspects of tangibles, reliability, and responsiveness, but still requires improvement in the dimensions of assurance and empathy. Supporting factors for implementation include government commitment, the availability of regulations (Perwali No. 22 of 2023)., adequate infrastructure, and support from digital payment service providers. Inhibiting factors include limited digital literacy, internet network disruptions, limited economic access, and lack of socialization. The success of the policy is reflected in increased operational efficiency, financial transparency, and a rise in the number of users from 1.2 million (2019). to 3.5 million (2025). Shortcomings of the policy include the digital gap for vulnerable groups, dependence on internet networks, and a decrease in participation in the plastic waste payment program from 25% (2023). to 12% (2025).

This research analyzes engagement strategies used by top e-commerce companies to retain customers and increase brand loyalty. Using a case study approach, data were collected from various platforms, focusing on user experience, loyalty programs, and digital marketing tactics. The findings reveal that personalized marketing and seamless mobile integration play significant roles in customer engagement. The paper concludes with recommendations for e-commerce businesses looking to improve customer interaction and loyalty in competitive digital landscapes.

This study aims to examine the effect of synergy between the application of digital technology and entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of MSMEs coffee shop in Bojonegoro. The results of the analysis showed that the combination of these two variables significantly improved business performance, exceeding the individual impact of each variable. These findings underline the importance of a holistic approach in the development of MSMEs in the digital age, which combines technological innovation with. entrepreneurial spirit. The use of technology such as online ordering applications, inventory systems, and data analysis allows coffee shop SMEs to operate more efficiently, save time and costs, and reduce errors. This research provides important implications for the government and related stakeholders to design policies that support the adoption of digital technology by MSMEs such as technology service providers, business consultants, and the entrepreneur community can accelerate the digital transformation process. as well as a more targeted entrepreneurial capacity building program.

The study systematically analyzes existing legal frameworks and enforcement strategies to assess their efficacy in addressing these complex crimes. It highlights the gaps in legislation and the limitations of current technological capabilities that hinder effective law enforcement. By addressing these challenges collaboratively, law enforcement can enhance its effectiveness in safeguarding society against the evolving landscape of cyber threats. Enforcement agencies in combating it. It examines the types of cybercrimes prevalent in the digital era, including hacking, identity theft, and online fraud. The study evaluates the effectiveness of current legal frameworks and law enforcement strategies in addressing these crimes. Additionally, it proposes solutions to enhance collaboration between international agencies, improve technological capabilities, and raise public awareness about cyber threats, aiming to strengthen the response to cybercrime. Abstract. This study examines the application of Agile Management principles in online learning platforms, focusing on the challenges and benefits experienced during implementation. Through qualitative research, including interviews and case studies, the research explores how platforms have adopted Agile practices, such as iterative cycles, regular feedback, and flexibility, to enhance responsiveness and adaptability. The findings reveal that the majority of platforms have integrated Agile principles, with a significant focus on overcoming challenges like resistance to change and a lack of training. Participants reported improved collaboration, increased efficiency, and the ability to respond to changes effectively. However, challenges remain, including the need for hybrid models combining Agile with traditional management frameworks. This study contributes valuable insights into the effectiveness of Agile practices in educational technology and offers directions for future research on enhancing Agile implementation in diverse educational settings.

This study aims to analyze the role of digitalization through e-commerce and social media marketing in improving the competitiveness of fashion sector MSMEs in the Industrial Age 4.0. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with data collection through questionnaires from 33 MSMEs that have utilized digital platforms. The results showed that social media marketing has a significant influence on MSME competitiveness (p = 0.028), while e-commerce did not show a significant influence (p = 0.601). These findings highlight the importance of optimizing social media marketing in creating customer loyalty and increasing brand awareness, although e-commerce still faces barriers such as technological literacy and infrastructure limitations. This research makes a practical contribution by recommending digital skills training and infrastructure support to maximize the potential of digitalization for MSMEs. In addition, the theoretical implications of this study open up opportunities for the exploration of other variables, such as product innovation and business networks, to improve MSME competitiveness more comprehensively.

The role of mompreneurs in the creative economy is increasingly significant in supporting local economic growth. This article explores the relationship between mompreneurship and the creative economy through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. This study shows that mompreneurs, with innovation and adaptive skills, can create job opportunities, strengthen the family economy, and have a positive impact on local communities. However, challenges such as limited access to capital and social pressures remain major obstacles. This article provides strategic recommendations to support mompreneurs in Indonesia by utilizing digital technology, strengthening the business ecosystem, and improving financial literacy. Thus, mompreneurs can be agents of change in the creative economy that contribute to sustainable economic development.

Nusantaratv.com, an online news portal founded in 2020, has succeeded in building a reputation as a trusted source of information in the digital era. This research aims to understand how Nusantaratv.com's editorial management contributes to building a positive reputation. This research uses the POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling) model in analyzing various relevant aspects. Using the POAC Model as a comprehensive approach to management which includes planning, organizing, implementing and controlling. This research uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of literature study, observation, documentation and interviews. The research results show that Nusantaratv.com implements an effective editorial management strategy, including: Planning: Developing a comprehensive communication strategy to deliver quality content, with the main target audience being young viewers aged 18-35 years. Organizing: Forming a special team consisting of content writers, graphic designers, video editors and social media managers to manage communication campaigns. Implementation (Actuating): Motivating and guiding the team to carry out planned tasks, with effective internal communication and good coordination. Supervision (Controlling): Monitoring and evaluating the results of communication activities, by making adjustments if necessary to ensure communication objectives are achieved. A data-driven approach and analysis of user feedback allows Nusantaratv.com to remain relevant and meet the needs of its ever-evolving audience. Collaboration with various stakeholders also helps Nusantaratv.com expand its reach and enrich its content.

This Business Program aims to provide preparation skills and provide knowledge to guardians regarding correct Islamic parenting patterns for children in old age. Starting from this problem, then, at that time, what do guardians of Islamic boarding school students need to do to prevent and survive the bad consequences of the world? Computerization is developing Digital Resilience in children. Advanced Resilience is the capacity to control the possible risks of an internet-based world by developing virtue in children. This work must be made possible by instilling great Islamic qualities and character in young people.
