The research method used is a qualitative approach that produces narrative data in the form of natural explanations. The data collection method uses observation, interviews, and documentation. While the analysis method uses interactive model analysis methods. While the presentation of the data by drawing a conclusion, and to obtain the validity of the data using data validity with triangulation techniques. Based on the results of the study, it can be found that the application of scientific assignment methods in learning Islamic Religious Education to improve the intelligence of grade X students at SMA Nurul Ma'rifah Poncogati in improving teachers' emotional intelligence uses 3 scientific assignment methods in the learning process, namely articulation, reciptrocal teaching and inquiry. Meanwhile, in improving spiritual intelligence, teachers use 2 methods, namely habit forming, and memorization

Restorative justice or better known as restorative justice in the development of schools of law and punishment in human civilization, where the state returns the ius ponale and ius poniendi mandates to the community within the framework of healing, recovery and recovery. Restorative justice is a concept of thinking that responds to the development of the criminal justice system by focusing on the need to involve actors, communities and victims as a social recovery step in social relations. The principle of restorative justice is one of the principles of law enforcement in resolving cases which can be used as an instrument of recovery and has been implemented by the supreme court in the form of policy implementation (Supreme Court Regulations and Supreme Court Circulars). Restorative justice is considered a model of modern punishment that is more humane than the retributive justice used in the current justice system. One of the applications of this is the termination of the prosecution process by the prosecutor.

The purpose of this study is to explore the opinions of classical and contemporary scholars about Makassid Sharia theory and to demonstrate the implementation in Islamic economics and Islamic psychology. Data sources for this study are books on Makassid's Sharia theory, Islamic economics and Islamic psychology written by classical and contemporary scholars. Data collection was conducted by careful reference surveys related to Makassid's Sharia theory and its practice in Islamic economics and Islamic psychology. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive and qualitative. The impact of this research makes the control of the Islamic economic system better. In this study, the application of Makassid Sharia in Islamic economics is found next in its five main purposes. Another purpose of this study is to determine the planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling community empowerment programs in Indonesia. This research is based on the problems found based on the results of interviews with mathematics teachers and students at SMPN 1 Lareh Sago Halaban that the media used in the learning process only uses the blackboard with lecture and discussion methods, there is no technology-based learning media, especially educational games that are used by teachers to students related to mathematics lessons caused a lack of interest and activeness of students in mathematics subjects. Based on this, the solution given is to design a learning media. The purpose of this research is to produce learning media products in the form of educational games with the help of software Building 2 mathematics subjects at SMPN 1 Lareh Sago Halaban. The design of mathematics education games uses the construct 2 design application at SMPN 1 Lareh Sago Halaban with the Research and Development (R&D) research method using the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) development model from Luther Sutopo the development model is explained in 6 stages, namely Concept, Design, Materials Collection, Assembly, Testing and Distribution. The product test used in the research is the validity test, practicality test, and effectiveness test. The product test results show that the educational games designed are valid, practical and effective. For the results of the validity test of three validators, the score was 0.88, the practical test by 3 practi- tators was 0.97, and the effectiveness test of twenty people was 0.92.

Society demands public sector organizations to be able to manage public services and provide them in an accountable, participative and transparent manner. SAKTI or Institutional Level Financial Application System is an application that is used as a means of work units in supporting the implementation of SPAN to carry out financial management which includes the planning stages to budget accountability. The purpose of this research is to observe how SAKTI works and to analyze the system, with the implications of whether it provides convenience in the performance of work units of government agencies. This type of research is descriptive qualitative and the method for collecting data used is direct observation with field research and library research, and the information will be filtered through descriptive analysis methods. The research results that have been achieved are that SAKTI is a new effectiveness. The advantage of using SAKTI is that it has an open platform, so it can be accessed anywhere and anytime, and provides efficient integration. Weaknesses in the use of SAKTI is the user's understanding in technical operations, so it requires sufficient training and another deficiency is the internal control of the organization. The conclusion of this research is that in the era of technology that pressures society for optimal and in-depth digital understanding. Suggestions by the author are to integrate a digital concept in the work system of the work unit, more understanding is needed so that it does not become an obstacle.

Taxpayer compliance is the condition of a person carrying out his responsibilities as a citizen in an obedient manner that is in line with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Motor Vehicle Taxpayer Compliance is a tax responsibility carried out by Taxpayers who have ownership of their motorized vehicles. This study aims to determine the effect of tax knowledge, understanding of the SAMSAT service program, and awareness of taxpayers on motor vehicle tax compliance at the Denpasar SAMSAT Office. This research was conducted at the Denpasar SAMSAT Office. The method of determining the sample in this research is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that knowledge of taxation, understanding of the SAMSAT service program, awareness of taxpayers had a positive effect on taxpayer compliance with motorized vehicles which indicated that the higher knowledge of taxation, understanding of the use of the SAMSAT program, and awareness possessed by taxpayers, this indicated high compliance. owned by the taxpayer. The implication of this research is to prove the application of the theory of panned behavior and technology acceptance model, as well as provide benefits for parties who have interests related to increasing motor vehicle tax compliance.

Cryptography is a solution or method of information security that is good for maintaining the confidentiality and security of information, and can improve information or information security in an era of very rapid development of information technology. The rapid development of this technology, many new implications and problems arise in the delivery and communication of information, this is because everyone has easy access to the media and this affects the security of information and messages on the media. Therefore, to protect messages, we can use Caesar encryption, which is relatively easy to implement in PHP. How to apply message security in this study by designing web-based applications using the PHP and HTML programming languages. Message protection uses the Caesar encryption algorithm by changing every character of the original message into ciphertext. Characters in plain text are replaced with keys that are determined based on the number of alphabetical orders of plain text. In this way, unauthorized parties cannot read these private messages and users can interact with private messages more freely.

This study aims to describe the effect of using Pop Up Book media for Class I UPTD SD Negeri 76 Barru. This type of research is pre-experimental research in the form of pretest and posttest design, namely an experiment that only uses one class as the experimental class. Data collection techniques in this study were reading tests and observations. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive data analysis and inferential data analysis. The subjects in this study were 16 students of class I UPTD SD Negeri 76 Barru. The results showed that there was an influence on the use of Pop Up Book media on the beginning reading ability of the first graders of UPTD SD Negeri 76 Barru. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the average student score, namely the average pretest score of 50 before the application of the use of Pop Up Book media, while the posttest average score of students after the application of the use of Pop Up Book media was 72.5. The results of the hypothesis testing carried out obtained tcount = 9.32 and ttable = 3.073. So tcount > ttable or 9.32 ˃ 3, 073, then H0 is rejected, HI is accepted.

Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that Entrepreneurship character education at the Elementary School level applies habituation and cultivation of several entrepreneurial values, namely the value of honesty, Discipline Value, Independent Value, Leadership Value, Creative Value. several models of entrepreneurship learning, namely market day which is routinely carried out by schools. There are 2 main activities carried out by the school in one year, the first is holding a book exhibition bazaar, and a culinary exhibition bazaar by grade 6 students at the end of each semester. Marketday is in the form of a book fair, usually schools cooperate with malls or publishers.

The background of this research is that some students have a low level of awareness in participating in PAI learning activities, especially about historical material. Students are less enthusiastic in participating in learning and students are less involved in the process of teaching and learning activities. From the problems that exist, researchers are interested in examining the application of the time line method in PAI learning at SMAN 1 Tanjung Mutiara and its inhibiting factors. This study aims to find out how the application of the Time line learning method and its inhibiting factors. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research which describes the application of the time line method in PAI learning at SMAN 1 Tanjung Mutiara. In collecting data researchers used observation techniques, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, to analyze it, the researcher uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Researchers checked the data that had been obtained from various research instruments, namely teachers, principals and students using source triangulation, researcher triangulation and method triangulation. So as to produce a credible conclusion. From the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the application of the time line method in PAI learning at SMAN 1 Tanjung Mutiara starts with teacher planning in preparing lessons by making lesson plans which serve as teacher guidelines in teaching and learning activities carried out in the classroom. The application of the Time Line method in learning is carried out through three activities, namely preliminary activities, core activities and closing activities. The essence of applying the time line method is that students observe, analyze and discover for themselves related to learning in discussion activities. The inhibiting factors found were the short time allocation, the teacher's ability to link learning, students playing around during discussions, and female students being more active than male students.

This study aims to determine the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model on basic seasoning material to the knowledge and skills of grade X culinary students at SMKN 1 Cerme Gresik. This study used a type of Quasi-Experimental research using a Post-test Only Control Group Design research design. Data were obtained using Post-Test questions and assessment sheets of the results of the practice of making basic and processed seasonings. Data analysis techniques were carried out with the Independent Sample T-Test and Mann-Whitney test with the help of the SPSS 25 program. The results showed that the average value of knowledge and skills of the experimental class was higher than that of the control class. Based on the results of the Independent T-Test Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) from the post-test value for the experimental class, which is 0.000, there is an influence of the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model on the results of student knowledge of basic seasoning material. While the skill results are based on the Mann-Whitney Asymp test. Sig. (2-tailed) from the practice value of making basic seasoning of 0.000, there is an influence of the use of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model on the results of psychomotor skills in basic seasoning material.

AR food is an androd based Augmented ReaIity technology app that contains food in English. Android operating system devices are the most widely used devices today. AR food is proven to help learn English for grade IV in online conditions like this, in addition to adding alternatives in learning AR food increases the effectiveness of online learning. AR food displays 3D English food by scanning the marker using the camera and a 3D object of English food will appear above the marker.

RKAS is a set of school action plans that cover planning, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring teaching and learning activities in the future. From this it can be concluded that the RKAS covers all parts of budget management, from planning to accountability. The School Activity and Budget Plan (RKAS) must be designed in accordance with established procedures. The procedures are (1) taking inventory of school programs/activities for the following year; (2) compiling action programs according to their types and priorities; (3) determine the work program and program details; (4) Prepare working papers and spreadsheets, set financial goals and budgets and bring them into standard RKAS format. This preparation procedure was also carried out at SMAN 13 Surabaya. This research is motivated by the importance of implementing an effective and fun creative active learning model in class X SMK N 1 Ampek Angkek. Various questions are raised with learning that is still far from the criteria of being active, creative, effective, and fun. This can also be seen from the learning which is still centered on the teacher and students are still busy listening to the lesson. Then the teacher also does not optimize the potential that exists in students. The type of research used is Quasi Experimental Design. The population in this study were class X students of SMK N 1 Ampek Angkek for the 2020/2021 Academic Year. Sampling was carried out using the Nonprobability Sampling technique, namely by taking non-random samples. The first sample consisted of 25 students in the experimental class using the PAKEM model and the second sample consisted of 23 students in the control class using the conventional learning model. The research data was obtained by giving student responses as many as 22 items that have been tested. Based on the results obtained from the mean of the experimental class is 71.76 and the control class is 71.52. The results of the hypothesis using the t-test at a significance level of 0.05 obtained a Sig (2-tailed) of 0.041. So that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted because 0.041 <0.05. This shows that there is a significant difference between the application of effective and fun creative active learning models in information technology and computer subjects with conventional learning models.

Information Technology is a method that should be used in the learning process, it is hoped that it will optimize the learning of fine arts in the Sendratasik study program. The purpose of this research is to develop references for learning the three-dimensional nirmana and increase the competence of students in the Sendratasik Study Program at the University of Palangka Raya in learning fine arts, namely the tri-dimensional nirmana. In this study used the Research and Development (R&D) method. The Research and Development stage is the development of learning references by making tridimensional nirmana infographics using the Canva application. Until a nirmana infographic design is produced. Then the Development stage is continued by presenting the results of the infographic design through a workshop to determine the level of student understanding of the three-dimensional nirmana learning references.

Business management education in the family is very important to ensure the survival of each family member.  This research is a systematic literature review (SLR) that discusses the success of business education and management in the family. Literature study research is a process or activity of collecting data from various literatures such as books and journals to compare the results of one research with another. There are 10 articles related to the success of business management education in the family, these 8 journals will be used in answering the next problem formulation. From several articles that have been reviewed, there are several determining factors for the success of business management education in the family including Market Assessment, Understanding Customer Satisfaction, Understanding Innovation Development, and Being Able to Find Appropriate Human Resources.

In companies, office administration systems have an important role, especially warehousing administration in the warehouse section that handles inventory. Warehousing administration in the warehouse department is the spearhead of all records of incoming and outgoing goods. PT. Transkon Jaya has a warehouse section that handles spare parts inventory for vehicles or equipment that is rented, the inaccuracy of data in recording administration at the warehouse will have an impact on the company's operations. Based on the description above, the authors conducted a study entitled Analysis of Warehouse Administration Systems at the Warehouse Department at PT Transkon Jaya Tbk, Balikpapan City. The research method used in this research is Descriptive Qualitative Research which uses comparative analysis techniques through literature study, observation, and interviews. From the results of research and analysis, it can be concluded that the warehousing administration system in the Warehouse Department at PT. Transkon Jaya Tbk Balikpapan uses 2 (two) mechanisms, namely a computerized mechanism that uses the MYOB application and a manual mechanism. However, the application used is an accounting computer application, not an application specifically for inventory administration, which can provide information regarding the location of goods, the number of goods, the date of goods coming in, the date of goods left, and the amount of stock in the warehouse in real-time.

Patients with Sectio Caesarea in some cases have worsened so they have to be rushed to the ICU to get intensive care. This case study aims to obtain an overview of the application of progressive mobilization to improve functional status and muscle strength in post-sectio patients with eclampsia in the ICU. This case study uses a descriptive design. The application of progressive mobilization performed on patients has been successfully implemented up to level 3. The results of this case study found that progressive mobilization can increase muscle strength from 0 to 56 and functional status from 0 to 65, and can reduce the risk of ICU-AW, speed up the length of release ventilator. Progressive mobilization is effective in increasing muscle strength, and functional status, and can improve the improvement of hemodynamic status and oxygenation status, and prevent the occurrence of ICU-AW. Progressive mobilization can be implemented immediately to shorten the length of stay in the ICU.
