Digital media is growing rapidly in modern times like today, including the development of social media such as Instagram which is now popular social media. Marked by an increase in active users of Instagram social media every year in Indonesia, it creates new opportunities such as the Instagram account @barkas.jogjakarta. Until now the Instagram account @barkas.jogjakarta has 210.000 followers and 64.300 uploads. The @barkas.jogjakarta account is an account that provides the first and largest service for uploading used goods in Yogyakarta. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Instagram @barkas.jogjakarta content on followers' satisfaction. This study uses the Uses and Gratifications theory where social media users actively seek media that can meet their needs and get satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires online. The population used in this study were Instagram followers @barkas.jogjakarta and obtained a sample of 100 respondents. The data testing technique in this study was assisted by using SPSS software version 27. The results of this study and also the variable Y (Followers Satisfaction). It is also strengthened by the results of the hypothesis test that there is an influence on Instagram @barkas.jogjakarta content on followers' satisfaction. The results of the coefficient of determination show that 51.6% of followers' satisfaction is influenced by Instagram content and the rest is influenced by other factors.   Keywords: Content, Instagram, Satisfaction, Uses and Gratification.

The rapid development of technology and social media has impacted various sectors in society, one of which is the use of good and correct language. Nowadays, especially among teenagers, the emergence of this new trend is usually used by using cool terms in everyday speech, social media is now increasingly used by many people. The use of language can cause a polemic against the development of Indonesian language among the community. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of social media on Indonesian language, as well as the positive and negative impacts of using Indonesian language. The research method used was an online survey using a questionnaire. This can be seen from the high level of user engagement in content written in Indonesian and also increases user confidence in interacting with others on social media. However, this study also found that the use of Indonesian on social media can affect the language style of users' writing in daily life. The implication of this study is that Indonesian can play an important role in shaping social behavior in social media and daily life.

Komunikasi interpersonal merupakan aspek penting dalam kehidupan sosial manusia, terutama bagi peserta didik yang sedang membangun jaringan sosialnya di lingkungan sekolah. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perkembangan komunikasi interpersonal peserta didik, dengan memfokuskan pada beberapa faktor yang memengaruhi perkembangan tersebut, seperti lingkungan sosial sekolah, lingkungan keluarga, dan teknologi media sosial. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif terhadap peserta didik SMA/sederajat. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang terdiri dari 8 item yang terkait dengan aspek pengaruh perkembangan komunikasi interpersonal peserta didik . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan sosial yang kondusif dapat meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik dalam berkomunikasi secara interpersonal. Selain itu, teknologi seperti media sosial juga memengaruhi perkembangan komunikasi interpersonal peserta didik. Namun, penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa terlalu banyak penggunaan teknologi dapat memengaruhi kemampuan peserta didik dalam berkomunikasi secara langsung. Selain itu, perkembangan kognitif peserta didik juga memengaruhi perkembangan komunikasi interpersonal, dengan kemampuan memahami bahasa dan penggunaan kosakata yang lebih baik dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berkomunikasi secara efektif.

Teacher discipline is an attitude or action that shows one's responsibility, professionalism, character, role model and personality in carrying out work as a teacher. In this case, teacher discipline refers to the teachers at SDIT As-Sakinah Tanjungpinang school. This study aims (1) to find out how the use of fingerprint attendance at SDIT As-Sakinah Tanjungpinang. (2) To find out how the discipline of teachers at SDIT As-Sakinah Tanjungpinang. (3) To find out how the effect of the application of fingerprint attendance on teacher discipline at SDIT As-Sakinah Tanjungpinang. The results of the study show that the Application of Fingerprint Attendance can be categorized as Very Good. This is evident from the results of the questionnaire data reaching 91.2% which is in the range of 81% - 100%. Teacher discipline can be categorized as Very Good. This is evident from the results of the questionnaire data reaching 88.7% which is in the range of 81% - 100%. The Effect of Fingerprint Attendance Application on Teacher Discipline at SDIT As – Sakinah Tanjungpinang the calculation results obtained that the value of rxy = 0.5419 was between the values (0.40 – 0.70). Thus, rxy = 0.5419 is greater than r table at a significant level of 5% and a significant level of 1% (0.5419 > 0.4629 > 0.3610). This means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So the results of the correlation analysis show that there is an effect of Fingerprint Attendance Application on Teacher Discipline at SDIT As - Sakinah Tanjungpinang.

Unilever Indonesia decided to implement an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and implement a fully operational SAP system to facilitate the company in the process of business integration to support the company's growth targets in the following years.

People with gout arthritis complain of pain in the joints, toes, hands, knees and have never used lemongrass water to reduce joint pain and choose analgesic drugs as pain relief. Lemongrass plant contains essential oil that has chemical properties and pharmacological effects, namely a spicy and warm taste as an anti- inflammatory and relieving analgesic pain.. The purpose of this research was to find out the effect of lemongrass (cymbopogon citratus) on the reduction of gout arthritis pain in The Community In The 1st Winenet Village, Bitung. This research used a pre experimental method with one group pretest-posttest design. The population were residents who suffered from gout arthritis and who experienced joint pain. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique with the number of samples were 12 respondents using the Lamesho formula. The instruments used in this research were observation sheets and pain intensity scale measurement sheets using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). The collected data was processed by running the computer program be analyzed by a Wilcoxon Signed Rank test with the significance level α = 0,05.The results of this research indicated that there are differences in pain intensity before and after giving lemongrass, with a ρ value (0,001) < (0,05), meaning that there is an effect of giving lemongrass on reducing gout arthritis pain.The conclusion of this research is that lemongrass can be used as a non- pharmacological therapy to reduce pain in gout arthritis. It is expected that the result of this research will be useful in reducing pain in patients with gout arthritis and can be used as an additional reference for further research.    

This research aims to determine the sticky costs behavior that occurs in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The behavior of sticky costs in this research is seen from sales, general and administration costs which are categorized into several industry groups to see the degree of sticky costs for each industry group per year. Apart from that, the factors that influence sticky costs include direct labor costs and overhead costs. goods sold. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis which is measured using the Anderson, Banker and Janakiraman equations. The sample was determined based on the purposive sampling method with a total of 65 research samples obtained during the 2017-2019 period. The results of this research are that all manufacturing companies in Indonesia have sticky costs behavior. The largest and smallest degrees of sticky costs occur in the textile, garment and footwear sectors and others. This proves that management in companies in these sectors is inconsistent in monitoring and controlling sales, general and administrative costs. Then regarding the influence of direct labor costs and the cost of goods sold is as follows: 1) Direct labor costs have no effect on sticky costs, 2) Cost of goods sold has no effect on sticky costs.

. A work accident is an unpredictable event. When it happens, it is important to provide first aid in work accidents and to do it one must have knowledge. To increase knowledge about this first aid, it can be done by providing telenursing-based education. The purpose of this research was to find out the effect of telenursing-based education on the cognitive ability of garbage collector in performing first aid in a work accident. This research was conducted by using a quasi-experimental one group pre-test and posttest design. The population as many as 40 people and sample amounted to 15 respondents which was taken using non-probality sampling technique. This research used Whatsapp application and data collection was done by giving questionnaires in the form of link to pre test and posttest. Then, the collected data was analyzed by a Wilcoxon statistic test. From the wilcoxon test, it was obtained that ρ value = 0,002 in which this ρ value < α = 0,05 meaning Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. The conclusion of this research is that there is an effect of telenursing-based education on the cognitive ability of garbage collector in performing first aid in a work accident.    

Background of the study: The Excessive of uric acid levels can cause the sedimentation process of uric acid crystals it can cause the gout. The antioxidant in soursop leaves is effective to slowdown and also prevent the gout. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of soursop leaf decoction on reducing uric acid levels in the work area at UPTD Adow Health Centre. The research method use the Quasy Experiment, with a one group pre-post test method . The samples in this study taken 15 respondents by the total sampling techniques. The research instruments use an uric acid level checking and observation sheets. Then the data collected processed by Friedman's Statistical Test. Findings , the friedman statistical test results obtained a p value = 0.001 with a significance of < 0.05. The conclusion is giving soursop leaf decoction is effective on reducing uric acid levels in the working area at UPTD Adow Health Centre. It is hoped the decoction of soursop leaf can be useful as alternative medicine to lower  the uric acid levels.  

Tingginya arus petikemas dan keterbatasan luas lapangan penumpukan terminal petikemas di Tanjung Priok menghasruskan terminal petikemas untuk menekan dwelling time. Dwelling time adalah waktu bongkar muat peti kemas yang dilakukan dari kapal sampai petikemas keluar dari pelabuhan. Proses dwelling time di pelabuhan yaitu pre-clearance, customs clearance, dan post-clearance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dwelling time yang terjadi di Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok (1) Mengetahui faktor penyebab lamanya dwelling time; (2) Mengetahui dampak dwelling time. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif dan studi literatur, data yang dibutuhkan dapat diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik serta website. Faktor- faktor penyebab dwelling time pada umumnya adalah adanya 2 jalur utama Bea Cukai dalam proses pengeluaran peti kemas impor yakni jalur merah dan jalur hijau. Menurut Asngadi (2017) menyatakan jalur merah adalah perlakuan pabean atas Pemberitahuan Impor Barang (PIB). Tingginya dweliing time dipelabuhan Tanjung Priok sudah lama dialami oleh pemilik barang.

Background: Diabetes mellitus is a degenerative disease caused by the pancreas being damaged in production or insulin cannot work effectively. Portulaca Oleracea Leaf Extract can help reduce levels of Malondialdehyde. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Portulaca Oleracea leaf extract on malondialdehyde levels in alloxan-induced rats as a diabetes model.Methods: There were 30 rats in this study divided into 5 groups, each group consisting of 6 rats. The negative control group was only given aquadest and standard rat feed, the positive group was induced with alloxan, the treatment group 1 was induced with alloxan and Portulaca Oleracea leaf extract at a dose 60 mg/200grBW, treatment group 2 was induced with alloxan and Portulaca Oleracea leaf extract at a dose 90 mg/200grBW and treatment group 3 was induced by alloxan and Portulaca Oleracea leaf extract at a dose 110 mg/200grBW rats. Analysis of the results used the One Way Anova test followed by Post Hoc LSD analysis to see differences between groups.Results: The results of One Way Anova test on Malondialdehyde levels showed that there was an effect after intervention of Portulaca Oleracea leaf extract among the five treatment groups p = 0.000. The results of Post Hoc LSD test showed that Portulaca Oleracea leaf extract had effective inhibits the formation of malondialdehyde activity at a dose of 90 mg/200grBB p = 0.145.Conclusion: It can be concluded that Portulaca Oleracea leaf extract can reduce Malondialdehyde levels.    

Wanita terkadang ditatap tidak pantas menajadi seseorang pemimpin. Sementara itu jadi seseorang pemimpin tidak selamanya seseorang laki- laki saja. Seseorang pemimpin ialah yang mempunyai kecakapan serta kelebihan, spesialnya pada kecakapan serta kelebihan pada satu bidang tertentu, sehingga dia sanggup pengaruhi orang lain buat bersama- sama melaksanakan kegiatan tertentu demi mewujudkan sesuatu tujuan serta pencapaian tertentu. Riset ini mengenakan tata metode studi kualitatif, dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Setelah itu hasil dari riset ini menampilkan kalau kepemimpinan wanita di Indonesia sudah menampilkan kalau mereka para kalangan wanita sanggup meyakinkan serta menggapai sesuatu keberhasilan selaku pemimpin. Kedudukan wanita dalam kepemimpinan di Indonesia dari seluruh aspek bidang sudah menampilkan kalau wanita pula sanggup serta layak dijadikan seseorang pemimpin.  

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Inflasi, Investasi, dan Pengangguran Di Sumatera Utara Pada Tahun 2001-2020. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Data sekunder merupakan sumber data penelitian yang diperoleh peneliti secara tidak langsung melalui media perantara (diperoleh dan dicatat oleh pihak lain). Data sekunder umumnya berupa bukti, catatan atau laporan historis yang telah tersusun dalam arsip yang dipublikasikan dan yang tidak dipublikasikan. Setelah data terkumpul maka akan dilakukan analisis data dengan menggunakan perangkat komputer melalui program aplikasi Eviws versi 10. Analisis data tersebut dilakukan untuk dapat mengetahui sejauh mana variabel bebas (X1) Tingkat Inflasi, (X2) Investasi,(X3) Tingkat Pengangguran dan (Y) Kemiskinan dengan menggunakan model regresi Error Correlation Model (ECM) untuk mengetahui pengaruh Variabel pada jangka panjang maupun jangkap endek. Hasil dari Analisis ECM atau hasil analisis jangka pendek menunjukan bahwa hanya variabel investasi yang berpengaruh signifikan dan negative terhadap  kemiskinan di Sumatera Utara. Sedangkan hasil dari Model jangka panjang atau regresi linier berganda menunjukan  bahwa variabel investasi dan  pengangguran memiliki pengaruh yang siginifikan terhadap Kemiskinan di Sumatera Utara

Kami menyelidiki ini dilakukan sebagai evaluasi dampak upah minimum kabupaten/kota dan indeks pembangunan manusia kepada tingkat pengangguran terbuka di Provinsi Banten menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data sekunder dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) tahun 2017 hingga 2021. Analisis regresi berganda dipakai buat menentukan seberapa besar pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil riset menampakkan bahwa variabel IPM dan upah minimum tidak signifikan dalam mempengaruhi tingkat pengangguran, meskipun penelitian lebih rinci dan kompleks diperlukan untuk hasil yang lebih akurat. Diharapkan hasil riset ini dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas kebijakan ekonomi pada Provinsi Banten.

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan mengetahui pengaruh Z-Score,Leverage,ROA,Firm Size Terhadap tax avoidance. Yang mana diketahui bahwa banyak sekali perusahaan-perusahaan melakukan penghindaran pajak yang mana ini bertujuan untuk menguntungkan perusahaan itu sendiri. Penghindaran pajak tidak selamanya ilegal atau dilarang ada juga penghindaran pajak yang legal dilakukan selama tidak melanggar undang-undang yang berlaku. Meskipun demikian terdapat banyak perusahaan yang melakukan indikasi penghindaran pajak, tak luput dengan perusahaan BUMN (Badan Usaha Milik Negara) yang meskipun di bawah naungan pemerintah masih ada dari pihak internal manajer melakukan praktek penghindaran pajak. Penelitian ini menggunakan data yang diambil di Annual Report dan laporan keuangan perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2011-2020.  Yang mana populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI)  yaitu sebanyak 24 perusahaan BUMN. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling. Serta Penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, dan pengujian menggunakan uji-f dan uji-t.

Penelitian ini mengkaji dan menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada rumah sakit dr. Iqbali Taufan. Penelitian ini merupkan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner untuk memperoleh data dari 30 responden. Data dikumpulkan dan dianalisis menggunakan software IBM SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) versi 26.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode latihan terbimbing terhadap hasil belajar siswa materi sistem persamaan linier dua variabel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen semu terhadap siswa SMA Negeri 1 Tondano pada siswa kelas XI semester ganjil tahun ajar 2022-2023. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa karena thitung> ttabel (8.441>1.694) maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan menggunakan metode latihan terbimbing dalam pembelajaran matematika topik sistem persamaan linear dua variabel lebih tinggi dari hasil belajar siswa yang  diajarkan menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional.

In general, this study aims to determine the influence of Leadership and Workload on Employee Work Effectiveness at the Secretariat Office of the Regional People's Representative Council of Sibolga City. The type of research used in this research is descriptive correlational research, which describes and provides an explanation of the relationship between variable X (independent) as the independent variable that influences and variable Y (dependent) as the dependent variable that is influenced. For this study, the population was only Civil Servants consisting of 10 Structural Officials and 29 Staff at the Secretariat Office of the Regional People's Representative Council of Sibolga City, totaling 39 (thirty nine) Civil Servants. The analytical method used is the efficiency analysis technique of multiple correlation and multiple linear regression. The results showed that based on statistical testing partially showed t count 3.641 > t table 0.208 and a significant value of 0.001 <0.05, it means that the Leadership variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the Work Effectiveness variable. The workload variable shows t count 0.448 > t table 0.208 and a significant 0.004 <0.05, it means that the workload variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the work effectiveness variable.

The background of this research was to determine work commitment and employee empowerment towards SP2HP and Fingerprint services on Sat. Banjar Criminal. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, with the result that work commitment has a significant effect on SP2HP services and fingerprints. This means that if work commitment is increased, SP2HP and fingerprint services will also increase. Employee empowerment has a significant effect on SP2HP and fingerprint services. This means that if employee empowerment is increased, SP2HP and fingerprint services will also increase. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk : 1) Mengetahui pengaruh positif prestasi belajar  terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa SMK kelas XI BDP 2. 2) Mengetahui pengaruh positif lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa  SMK kelas XI BDP 2.3) Mengetahui pengaruh positif prestasi belajar  dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa SMK kelas XI BDP 2. Jenis penelitian yang akan dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan pendekatan metode survey. Metode survey digunakan untuk mendapatkan data dari tempat tetentu yang alamiah (bukan butan), tetapi peneliti melakukan perlakuan dalam pengumpulan data, misalnya dengn mengedarkan kuesioner, tes, wawancara terstruktur dan sebagainya (Sugiyono, 2017 : 12). Sedangkan pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh : 1) Ada pengaruh antara prestasi belajar terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XI BDP 2 di SMK Diponegoro Majenang sebesar 0,421 atau42,1%. 2) Ada pengaruh antara lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XI BDP 2 di SMK Diponegoro Majenang. sebesar  0,463 atau 46,3%.  3) Ada pengaruh secara bersama – sama atau secara simultan antara prestasi belajar dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XI BDP 2 di SMK Diponegoro Majenang. sebesar 44,7% dengan persamaan regresi Y = 35,483 + 0,165X1 + 0,588X2.
