Zakat Management Details the Management of Zakat Given from an Institution to Prospective Zakat Recipients Required in Distributing Zakat. To ensure that the practice of zakat is in accordance with sharia principles, the management of zakat distribution is carried out. In this research, the author tries to make research and analysis regarding the management of zakat distribution at the North Sumatra Regional Unit PLN Baitul Mall Foundation which includes planning, organizing, distributing zakat, as well as monitoring the validity of muzaki when receiving zakat, such as the validity of muzaki in terms of where one lives and the family. , and education. The results of this study will show that the North Sumatra Regional Unit PLN Baitul Mall Foundation has become a leading organization for distributing ZIS (zakat, infaq, and shadaqoh) in the PT PLN (Persero) environment in order to make mustahik become muzaki.

Education is the main foundation in community development and human resource development. In the context of higher education, the quality of the learning process and lecture management greatly affects student success. One aspect that has a significant impact on the learning process is student attendance management. Traditionally, recording student attendance is done manually by using a physical attendance list that must be filled in by students and signed by lecturers. Although it has been used for a long time, this method has a number of limitations that need to be overcome. In the rapidly evolving digital era, we have access to technology that can simplify and improve student attendance management. The use of information technology can provide a more efficient, accurate, and practical solution in recording student attendance. The app was developed using MIT App Inventor, a platform that makes it easy for users to create Android apps without in-depth programming knowledge.  

This research aims to find out about the implementation of human resource management in improving student discipline at Annur Depok Vocational School. The method used in this research is observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model and data triangulation to check the validity of the data. The results of the research show that Human Resource Management Implementation Planning is Improving student discipline at Annur Vocational School. In implementing Human Resources Management, the steps taken by Annur Vocational School begin with planning everything that will be done to improve the quality of education, such as recruitment and selection of teaching and education staff, then the planning is organized according to the school's needs. The next steps are the implementation of the plan that has been determined and direction, then supervision and evaluation are the final steps in implementing Human Resources Management related to the development of teacher professionalism and discipline in order to improve the quality of education. This study aims to identify the influence of Servant Leadership, Entrepreneurial Mindset, Entrepreneurial Climate, Knowledge Management and Organizational Development on Performance at Private Higher Education in the LLDikti III region. This study uses quantitative, in this research method is a survey method, which is obtained from the results of collection using a questionnaire. The population in this study were lecturers from private universities in the LLDikti III area. The sample in this study were 376 respondents. The analysis tool used is SmartPLS 3 with SEM (Sctructual Equation Modeling) based on PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study state that SL influences EM, SL influences EC, SL influences KM, SL influences OD, EM influences EC, EC influences KM, KM influences OD, SL influences college performance, EM influences college performance, EC influences college performance , KM does not affect college performance and OD does not affect college performance.

The development of the hotel business is currently very rapid in Indonesia. So communication has become an important part in hotel companies as a medium for companies whose targets are guests. As time goes by, sharia principles have entered the hotel business. This is what makes researchers interested in analyzing what kind of management communication strategies are used by the Mutiara Syariah Bukittinggi Hotel which uses sharia principles in serving guests. This research aims to determine the communication strategy of Mutiara Syariah Bukittinggi Hotel Managers in serving guests. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The subject of this research is the Mutiara Syariah Bukittinggi Hotel Manager and the object is the communication strategy of the Mutiara Syariah Bukittinggi Hotel Manager in serving guests. Meanwhile, in collecting data in this research, researchers collected data from observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of research with the Mutiara Syariah Hotel Bukittinggi, the strategy for serving guests is first, the manager makes a plan as to what kind of communication strategy will be used to serve guests of the Mutiara Syariah Hotel Bukittinggi. Second, employees carry out communication strategies as planned by the management of the Mutiara Syariah Bukittinggi Hotel. Third, the manager looks at the results of the communication strategy in serving guests, whether the communication strategy implemented is good or not. Fourth, the management of the Mutiara Syariah Hotel Bukittinggi reports every activity carried out to the leadership regarding communication strategies in serving guests of the Mutiara Syariah Hotel Bukittinggi.

Basic life support Basic life support (BHD) is an action or effort made to prolong life for sufferers whose lives are threatened. This study aims to determine the definition, purpose, indications and management of basic life support at Santa Elisabeth Hospital Medan. This type of research is descriptive with a total population of 250. Sampling is carried out using a purposive technique, with a total of 71 respondents. The results show that the knowledge of nurses at Santa Elisabeth Hospital Medan is in good category, 54 respondents (76.1%), 13 respondents (18.3%) sufficient, and 4 respondents (5.6%) lacking. It can be concluded from the study that the majority of nurses are categorized as "good". The definition of basic life support is categorized as good with the number of respondents 52 or (73.2%), enough 11 respondents (15.5%) and less 8 respondents (11.3%). In this research, basic life support goals can be categorized in the "good" category with 40 respondents (56.3%) being good, 25 respondents (35.2%) sufficient, and 6 respondents (8.5%) lacking. Indications for basic life support are categorized as "good" with a good number of respondents 61 (85.9%) and less than 10 respondents (14.1). management of basic life support can be categorized as "good" with the number of good respondents 48 respondents (67.6%), enough 18 respondents (25.4%) and less 5 (7.0%). Nurses at Santa Elisabeth Medan Hospital have quite good knowledge because there is support from basic life support training or BTCLS.

This research analyzes the management strategy for hot springs in Sipoholon sub-district with the aim of increasing tourist visits.  Sipoholon sub-district has extraordinary natural potential, with stunning views and natural hot springs as the main attraction.  This research uses qualitative research methods, namely direct field research and conducting observations and interviews. The hot springs located in Situmeang Habinsaran, Sipoholon District, North Tapanuli have become an inspiration for hot spring owners to open hot spring tourism, hot water flows with  temperatures of 40 to 70 degrees Celsius make this place feel like another paradise on Indonesian soil. The results of this research are to find out the profile of the owner of the hot spring tourism object and how the management is carried out by the owner of the hot spring tourist attraction in Situmeang Habinsaran Village.  The bath owner always prioritizes maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of the hot spring location. This research will focus on the evaluation of socio-economic development policies in Sape District, Bima Regency, with the aim of understanding the extent to which development efforts have achieved their goals. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method and a Literature Review. The research location includes the Bima Regency Development Planning Agency, the Department of Tourism, the Department of Marine and Fisheries, the Department of Environment, and the Department of Social Affairs of Bima Regency. The research findings indicate that Sape District has significant economic potential in the fisheries and agriculture sectors, but it still faces a considerable level of poverty, especially among coastal households. The economic empowerment of coastal communities needs to be enhanced through skills training programs, financial assistance for business capital, and improved access to business loans. Furthermore, a specific focus on generating employment opportunities, particularly for young people, is essential. Poor infrastructure and limited accessibility pose significant obstacles to economic development. Investments in infrastructure improvement, such as roads and ports, are required to enhance mobility and market access. Sustainable natural resource management is vital for preserving the potential of fisheries and agriculture in the area. Strict law enforcement against illegal fishing practices and educational efforts to promote sustainable fishing practices are necessary. Climate change impacts, including rising sea levels and extreme weather conditions, affect the region. Therefore, strategies for climate change adaptation and mitigation need to be developed. The evaluation of socio-economic development policies indicates that assistance programs have been implemented, but there is a need for improvement in directing policies toward poverty alleviation, economic empowerment, and sustainable natural resource management.

This study aims to describe the use of waste and economic improvement of the people of Medan City through the Kepul Application based on Circular Economy Theory and take data from the study. This study uses qualitative methods with data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results show that the development of the Kepul application has always been the main thing in the company's mission, this is because of the development of applications according to customer suggestions such as the Live Location feature, re-schedule, membership, etc. The effectiveness of Kepul in increasing people's income is arguably very good, as evidenced by the increase in resource persons' income from the range of Rp. 100,000 to Rp. 800,000 a month. From the results of the study, it is known that there are still many obstacles in Kepul in becoming an intermediary container for waste utilization in Medan City such as lack of strong branding, fleet problems, and price difference problems with conventional collectors. But this obstacle is not an impossible obstacle to pass, with the successful collaboration of Kepul with the Medan City Government and plans to attract more investors, Kepul believes that all the obstacles above can be passed well.    

An audit is a systematic process carried out by an auditor to obtain and evaluate evidence of a company's economic events and include fairness based on predetermined standards and convey the findings obtained to interested parties. My aim in writing this article is to find out to what extent auditors play a role in improving company performance from an Islamic perspective. The method I used in this research was using qualitative research methods by means of field observations, interviews with related sources and supported by several sources such as books, journals and other documents. The results of this research are that an auditor has a vital role in the management and administrative audits in every institution or company, because with an audit, the financial system in a company will run well and will of course have an impact on improving the quality of each existing employee. at every company. So I can conclude that audits within the company must be carried out periodically to review the extent to which administrative controls have been implemented to improve company performance and to achieve predetermined goals

This research was conducted to obtain information related to the ability of cooperative management to be able to optimize the scale of cooperative business, through efficient, productive and rational capital allocation; utilization of business capacity and cooperative capital; cooperation with various parties, both in the form of business, capital and cooperative management in general; and fertilization of own capital, through member savings and the formation of reserve funds. To achieve the above optimization, the stigma of "Cooperative as an association of people not an association of capital" should be removed, which is often considered as one of the factors causing the failure of cooperative financial management. Of course, this is a tough task for cooperative managers in carrying out their cooperative business activities, but with the capacity of the management that continues to be fostered and upgraded in knowledge and abilities, to achieve maximum cooperative goals.

. Digital transformation has emerged as the primary driver in modernizing public services, altering the way governments interact with citizens. A key component of this transformation is the implementation of electronic archiving, enabling more efficient and structured information management. This research aims to examine the vital role of electronic archiving in strengthening digital transformation in public services, with a specific focus on the General Bureau of the North Sumatra Governor's Office. The research methodology employed is a qualitative approach, with a case study analysis of the General Bureau of the North Sumatra Governor's Office as the main focal point. Data was gathered through in-depth interviews, observations, and analysis of relevant documents. The research findings indicate that electronic archiving has significantly contributed to accelerating information access and enhancing the efficiency of public service processes within this institution. These findings offer recommendations for enhancing the implementation of electronic archiving in the General Bureau of the North Sumatra Governor's Office, while also contributing to a deeper understanding of the pivotal role of electronic archiving in the era of digital transformation in public services.

Tarabunga Tourism Village has a variety of great tourism potential that can be developed and introduced such as its beautiful and amazing natural potential. The purpose of this study is to determine the development strategy carried out by the Village Government in increasing the number of tourist visits to Tarabunga Village. (2) To determine the involvement of BUMDES, POKDARWIS, and Youth Youth Organization in the management of tourist attractions, (3) To determine the involvement of community leaders in the development of tourist attractions in Tarabunga Village. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection techniques used are (1) data collection through observation, interviews and documentation, (2) data presentation, (3) data reduction, and (4) drawing conclusions. The results of this study are that the Village Government does not only work alone but involves various related parties or stackholders called Penta-helix. The strategies carried out by the Village Government are master plan, environmental management and cleanliness, promotion and marketing, environmental sustainability, human resource development, application of Sapta Pesona, cooperation and partnerships. The conclusion drawn by the author is that Tarabunga Tourism Village has rich natural resource potential. The Government's strategy does not only focus on one point or one tourist attraction, but development is carried out as a whole. One of the major strategies owned by the Village Government is the Master plan on the development of Tarabunga Peak Attraction, In developing the potential of Tarabunga Tourism Village both Natural and Cultural Potential, the village government does not only do it alone but also involves various related parties that can contribute directly or indirectly.

This research aims to determine public relations communication strategies and supporting and inhibiting factors in information management and services at the Ministry of Religion, Dairi Regency. where the problem in this research began with the researcher being interested in analyzing the public relations communication strategies applied to the community in the form of policies, openness of public information and management of public opinion by the Ministry of Religion of Dairi Regency. This research uses qualitative research methods by collecting data through observation, documentation and interviews. The informant for this research is the Head of Public Relations of the Ministry of Religion, Dairi Regency, Mr. Haji Mahdi Kudadiri, S. Pdi, MM. Lindung Kaloko, S. Ag, Head of Bimas, Ministry of Religion, Dairi, Lespriono Munthe, S. Kom, Head of Public Relations, Ministry of Religion, Dairi, Saipul Bahri Capah, S. Pd, Public Relations Staff of the Ministry of Religion, Dairi, who researchers will interview and observe. The results of this research are: 1. Public relations communication strategy in information management and services by providing a forum for communication between the public and public relations in managing opinions through online, dialogue and letters. The reciprocal relationship that is built is in the form of responses given by the community where in social media there are many comment column features to convey opinions and suggestions to the Dairi Regency Ministry of Religion. 2. The supporting factor for the implementation of the strategy well is because each member collaborates with each other in carrying out news publications for the active existence of the Ministry of Religion's public relations in the management and information services in the Dairi Regency Ministry of Religion. There are no serious obstacles in implementing public relations strategies in providing information services needed by the public through various accesses, both online, letters and direct dialogue. The inhibiting factor in information management and services at the Ministry of Religion of Dairi Regency is the limited ability of officers in the field of technology.    

The development of Ngrupit Village as a tourism village is inseparable from the participation of all members of the community. One of the important elements in supporting the creation of a tourist village is the existence of an institution that can manage and organize tourism businesses or what we call a Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis). This service activity aims to provide assistance to Pokdarwis Ngrupit Village to increase the understanding and capabilities of its members in tourism business governance. This service begins with the formation of Pokdarwis institutions, tourism potential survey activities, Forum Group Discussion (FGD) activities, and training in tourism business governance. Through this training activity, Pokdarwis of Ngrupit Village was given training, socialization, assistance, and empowerment regarding tourism business management, including financial management, marketing, facilities, and customer service. The benchmark for the success of this service activity is seen from the pre-test and post-test scores in the training activities. The results showed that the average pre-test score was 66.42 and the average post-test score was 87.14 in the tourism business management training. While in the training of Branding and Marketing of Tourism Businesses, the average pre-test score was 50.71 and post-test was 85.71. Based on these results, it was found that there was an increase in the average score before and after attending the training. Thus, this training increased the understanding of Pokdarwis members regarding tourism business management as well as branding and marketing of tourism businesses.  

The era of globalization is slowly eroding the characters of young people. For this reason, character education is needed. A management is needed so that good and structured character education can occur. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method.  The object of research is the students and alumni of MA NU I'anatuth-Thullab Mutih Kulon to explain the benefits of planting character education with local religious content. Local content that is applied is by studying books so that it is useful as a provision for children's knowledge about religious teachings. In addition, in establishing relationships with parents, teachers, and friends, they can behave with morality. The author hopes that this article can be used as a source of information or reference for all of us so that we can properly implement character education by balancing religion    

The existence of infrastructure and development that continues to develop in Kulon Progo, such as the YIA Airport in  Kulon Progo, hotels and shopping centers can lead to rapid development growth in Kulon Progo. With development increasing rapidly but not accompanied by the development of human resources in the surrounding area, this has resulted in the marginalization of the surrounding community. The author's aim is to analyze the activities carried out by the Kulon Progo government to increase the capacity of the Kulon Progo community. Can also analyze problems that arise in the development process and how the Department handles them. A qualitative approach was chosen for this research process, namely descriptive research. The data sources used are primary data obtained during the research process and secondary data from books and other literature. The data collection process was carried out by interviews, direct observation and documentation. The research results include plans for development and empowerment activities prepared by the department taking into account various agency linkages and the needs of business actors in Kulon Progo. The Department carries out various programs such as training to increase production capacity, improving central management, issuing permits to increase business capacity in Kulon Progo. Monitoring and evaluation of activities is also carried out to determine the obstacles and successes of activity programs.
