The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of financial literacy, investment motivation, and minimum investment capital on Gen Z's investment interest in the Bibit application. The analysis method in this research uses quantitative primary data, the test stages carried out are: validity test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test (R2). The data used in this research used a questionnaire instrument, and valid data was collected from 100 respondents. The sampling method in this research is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The testing tool used was SPSS version 23. The results showed that investment motivation and minimum investment capital had a partially significant positive effect on Gen Z's interest in investing in the Bibit application, while financial literacy had a partially significant negative effect on Gen Z's investment interest in the Bibit application. Financial literacy, investment motivation, and minimum investment capital simultaneously have a positive effect on Gen Z's interest in investing in the Bibit application and the most dominant variable in investment interest is investment motivation.

The method used by the authors in this study is a quantitative method, based on the results of the influence of products and services on members' decisions to use the services of Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil Bina Insan Prosperous City of Jambi. The results of the research on social class variable test, product quality and purchasing decisions were declared valid. Testing the hypothesis for the product variable (X1) 0.259 has an impact on members' decisions seen from the t value of 1.877 and a significant 0.00. It was concluded that Ho was rejected while H1 was accepted. Testing the hypothesis for service variables (X2) 0.329 service influences member decisions. Judging from the statistical value of t count of 2.437 and a significant 0.00 it is concluded that Ho is rejected while H2 is accepted. (F test) to get the result that the independent variables namely products and services jointly influence the dependent variable (member decision). This can be seen from the results obtained F count 2.925 with a significant price of 0.043.

Ankle injuries are among the most common injuries experienced by adolescent soccer players, often caused by poor stability and neuromuscular control. Ankle instability not only affects athletic performance but also increases the risk of recurrent injuries. One effective preventive and rehabilitative approach is dynamic balance training, such as the Star Excursion Balance Test (SEBT). This study aimed to analyze the effect of education and SEBT exercises on ankle stability enhancement in U-15 soccer players at SSB Mandiri Medan. This research employed a pre-experimental design with a one-group pre-test and post-test approach, involving 20 male participants aged 13–15 years. The SEBT training program was conducted for four weeks, with a frequency of three sessions per week. Ankle stability was measured using reach distances in all eight directions of SEBT and the Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool (CAIT) questionnaire. Data were analyzed using a paired t-test to compare pre- and post-intervention results. The findings showed a significant improvement in SEBT reach scores (p < 0.05) and increased CAIT scores, indicating enhanced functional ankle stability. These results suggest that structured education and SEBT training can serve as an effective strategy for injury prevention and performance enhancement in young soccer athletes.

In the context of the modern church, the leadership role of Christian women has become an increasingly important and complex issue. Despite increasing awareness of the importance of gender equality, there are still challenges and obstacles that hinder the advancement of Christian women in ecclesiastical leadership roles. This article aims to explore the influences and challenges faced by Christian women in ecclesiastical leadership and find solutions to promote their role in the modern church. Therefore, in this study the authors used a qualitative approach by applying a literature review and reflective analysis. A literature review was conducted to gather relevant literature on Christian women's leadership in the modern church, including scholarly articles, books, ecclesiastical journals, and theological sources. Reflective analysis was then carried out to deeply understand the influence that Christian women have on ecclesiastical leadership as well as to identify the challenges they face in the context of the modern church. Based on the literature review and reflective analysis conducted, this article reveals that Christian women have a significant influence in ecclesiastical leadership, including in ecclesiastical decision-making, public service, teaching, and spiritual guidance. However, they also face challenges such as restricted traditional roles, different interpretations of the Bible, gender stereotypes, lack of necessary support and training, and cultural conservatism. Therefore, this article concludes the need to recognize and promote the role of Christian women in ecclesiastical leadership by creating an inclusive environment, providing adequate training, overcoming cultural barriers, and promoting gender equality in the modern church.

Background: Life in prison can trigger stress that affects blood pressure. One way to control blood pressure in hypertensive patients is to use non-pharmacological therapy interventions. One of them is to use autogenic relaxation and music therapy methods. Purpose: This study aimed to determine the effect of autogenic and music therapy on reducing blood pressure for inmates. Method: The research method is quasi-experimental, with one group pretest and posttest design. This research was conducted in a prison in the Surabaya area. The total sample of this study is 20 respondents. Result: After autogenic and music relaxation therapy, participants with normal blood pressure levels increased to 60%. Based on the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test result, it's known that p-value = 0,001 with (?<0.05), which means this program may affect participants' blood pressure. Conclusion: The use of autogenic and music therapy may reduce blood pressure. This program significantly lowered participants' perception of stress, and it enhanced their perception of health

Baground: The coverage of infants who received exclusive breastfeeding at the M. Taha Health Center was 59.26%, the last of the 14 health centers in Bengkulu Selatan Regency, due to one of the reasons for the lack of milk production. Oxytocin massage is one solution to overcome the non-smooth milk production. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to study the effect of oxytocin massage therapy on the smoothness of breast milk in post partum’s women in the M. Taha Health Center, Bengkulu Selatan Regency. Method: This is research uses a pre-experimental with the One Group Pre-Test and Post Test Design Method. The population is all post partum’s women <24 hours in the working area of ??the M. Taha Health Center, Bengkulu Selatan Regency. Sampling used the Accidental Sampling technique, with a sample of 16 respondents. Data collection using interview techniques and oxytocin massage therapy treatment. Results: The results showed that from 16 respondents, the average value of the smoothness breast milk before the oxytocin massage treatment was 4.19 and the average value of the smoothness breast milk after the oxytocin massage treatment was 8.38. Conclusion: There is an effect of oxytocin massage therapy on the smoothness breast milk in post partum’s women in the Working Area of ??the M. Taha Health Center Bengkulu Selatan Regency. It is recommended to the Puskesmas that oxytocin massage therapy can be used as a permanent procedure as a post partum’s service at the Puskesmas and teach/socialize to mothers about oxytocin massage and its benefits for breast milk mothers.

Kepemimpinan mempengaruhi orang lain, bawahan atau kelompok, dan mengarahkan tingkah laku bawahan atau kelompok untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi atau kelompok. Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja karyawan PT “X” Surabaya dan mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan PT “X” dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini yaitu gaya kepemimpinan dengan indikator: demokratis, militeristik, dan laissez faire. Variabel dependennya yaitu kinerja karyawan dengan indikator kualitas kerja, kemampuan dalam kerjasama, penggunaan waktu yang efisien, keterampilan dan kecakapan tugas, tanggung jawab terhadap tugas, dan inisiatif karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan di PT “X” Surabaya. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Sampel di penelitian ini berjumlah 70 orang karyawan PT “X” Surabaya. Jenis data di penelitian ini yaitu data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Sumber data di penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh prosocial engagement dalam pendidikan agama Katolik terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa melalui keteladanan guru. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi kelas, wawancara dengan guru agama Katolik, dan survei siswa. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa prosocial engagement memainkan peran krusial dalam membentuk karakter siswa, seperti empati, toleransi, dan kepedulian sosial. Selain itu, keteladanan guru memiliki dampak yang signifikan dalam mendorong siswa untuk terlibat dalam perilaku sosial yang positif.  Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pendidikan agama Katolik dalam memperkuat nilai-nilai kristiani dan menciptakan siswa yang bertanggung jawab dan peduli terhadap sesama. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini juga dibahas untuk membantu pengembangan pendekatan dan strategi yang lebih efektif dalam pendidikan agama Katolik.

This study aims to determine the effect of top management support (X1), utilization of information technology (X2) and work experience (X3) on the effectiveness of accounting information systems (Y). The population used in this study were 47 KSPPS BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera employees in the Semarang area. The sampling method used is saturated sample (census). The data in this study are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to KSPPS BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera Semarang Region employees. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 21 software. The results showed that top management support (X1), utilization of information technology (X2) and work experience (X3) were significant for increasing the effectiveness of accounting information systems (Y).

To achieve regional independence, local governments must be able to manage their resources efficiently and effectively. This can be realized by government financial performance.  This study aims to examine the effect of economic growth, local revenue, and capital expenditure on government financial performance. The samples of this study were 19 regencies / cities of West Sumatra Province in 2018-2021 using the total sampling technique. The analysis method used is the panel data regression method. Based on the results of this study, it shows that economic growth has no effect on government financial performance, local revenue has a positive and significant effect on government financial performance, and capital expenditure has a negative and significant effect on government financial performance.

This study aims to examine the influence of the role of Bundo Kanduang and local culture in the development of the Tenun Padi Sarumpun, Sungai Jambur,. While the type of research used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The type of data used is primary data and the source of data used in this study is a questionnaire. This research has three variables consisting of 2 independent variables, namely the role of Bundo Kanduang and Local Culture and one dependent variable, namely the development of the Tenun Padi Sarumpun. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that (1) the role of Bundo Kanduang (X1) partially has no effect on the development of the Tenun Padi Sarumpun. This is evidenced by using the t test with a tcount value of 0.946 < 2.048 with a significance of 0.352 > 0.05. So that H1 is rejected (2) Local Culture (X2) partially influences the development of the Tenun Padi Sarumpun. This is evidenced by using the t-test with a tcount of 3.889>2.048 with a significance of 0.001<0.05. So H2 is accepted. (3) The results of the F test indicate that the role of Bundo Kanduang and local culture simultaneously or jointly affects the development of the Tenun Padi Sarumpun. This is evidenced by using the F test with an Fcount of 9.058 > 3.33 with a significance of 0.001 < 0.05. So H3 is accepted.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat mortalitas, berat badan, dan nilai Feeding Conversion Ratio (FCR) pada usaha peternakan ayam broiler di dua kandang mitra PT. Cemerlang Unggas Lestari (PT. CUL). Metode yang digunakan yaitu percobaan, dengan membandingkan tingkat mortalitas, berat panen, dan FCR ayam broiler yang dipelihara pada dua kandang berbeda yang dipanen umur 35 hari. Analisis data dengan uji t bebas antara lokasi pengamatan di dua kandang yang berbeda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat mortalitas pada dua kandang berbeda memberikan pengaruh yang tidak nyata (p > 0,05). Berat panen pada dua kandang berbeda memberikan pengaruh yang nyata (p < 0,05). Nilai FCR pada dua kandang berbeda memberikan pengaruh yang tidak nyata (p > 0,05). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah ayam broiler yang dipelihara rutin dengan pemberian pakan, obat, vitamin, dan vaksinasi yang sesuai, serta perkandangan yang baik akan menghasilkan hasil panen ayam broiler yang lebih produktif. Beberapa faktor yang memungkinkan terjadinya berbedaan nilai berat panen pada dua kandang berbeda seperti manajemen pemeliharaan rutin, manajemen perkandangan, jumlah ayam dipanen saat panen penjarangan atau panen ayam kecil. Produksi panen ayam broiler di mitra PT. CUL termasuk dalam kategori baik dan cukup produktif, sehingga mampu memberikan suplai produksi ayam broiler yang berkelanjutan.

In addition to making business more effective and efficient, this system can also be combined with SCM (Supply Chain Management) so that these businesses can maximize the company's performance. There are lots of companies that use this ERP system, for example, CV Sumber Cipta Agung, which is engaged in producing food and beverages. CV Sumber Cipta Agung is a company engaged in the field of beverage manufacturers in the city of Batam which uses this system in developing its company to improve supply chain management (SCM) performance. The method used in this study is the method of interviews and literature review. CV Sumber Cipta Agung conducts its resource planning using SAP software and manages its supply chain system using the cross docking method.

This study aims to determine the effect of the Realistic Mathematical Education (RME) approach on the ability to understand mathematical concepts in class VIII students of SMP IT Al-Hijrah 2 Deli Serdang Private Middle School in the 2022/2023 academic year. The type of research used is Quasi Experimental with a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The sample used was 35 students who were selected through a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques are carried out using test instruments. Data analysis technique is done by descriptive analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the average value in the experimental class is 87.3935 and in the control class is 54.3639, which means that there is a difference in the posttest average scores in the experimental class and the control class. Based on the Independent Sample T-Test, the value of Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05. The tcount value is 8.428 and the ttable value is 2.03452, which means that tcount > ttable then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the Realistic Mathematical Education (RME) approach on the ability to understand mathematical concepts in class VIII students of Private Middle School IT Al-Hijrah 2 Deli Serdang.

This study aims to determine the intensity of the use of Indonesian and how much influence the intensity of the use of Indonesian has on the local community, namely West Java. Some of the influences or impacts of using Indonesian on regional languages (Sundanese/West Java). The positive impact is: the Indonesian language has a lot of vocabulary, as the cultural wealth of the Indonesian people, as an identity and characteristic of a tribe and region, and creates intimacy in communication. There are so many regional languages from each region, one with another, for example, for the West Java region, Sundanese has Sundanese as the regional language, while Medan has Batak language as the regional language. This regional language can distinguish one region from another. The regional language for its speakers has been ingrained because it is used every day. With the existence of regional languages, the Indonesian people are bilingual (bilingual) people who master more than one language, namely regional languages, Indonesian, and foreign languages.

The purpose of this scientific article is to examine the rapidly growing Vtuber (Virtual Youtuber) phenomenon and find out the influence of many international Hololive Indonesia fans on their Indonesian language knowledge. The focus of this research is to discuss the development of the Virtual Youtuber industry, especially the impact of language exchange that occurs due to the establishment of an Indonesian branch by the largest company in the Virtual Youtuber industry, Hololive. This article uses the research methods of literature study and virtual observation. The results of the research show the interest and reasons of the audience and fans of Hololive ID talents to learn Indonesian.

In business, companies compete with each other in their own way to get big profits. Companies in the tourism, restaurant and recreation sector are companies that have an impact on the company's financial performance and profitability. The variables used in this study are profitability ratios in the form of Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) as well as financial performance. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample used is 10 tourism, hotel and restaurant sector companies. The results of this study show that the ROA and ROE variables have a partial and significant effect on financial performance variables. The R-Square result is 0.3048 so that it can be interpreted that 30.48% of the ROA and ROE variables can explain the Financial Performance variable and the remaining 69.52% can be explained by other variables outside the research.

In this discussion, we are interested in making this study because the language used on social media tends to use slang and non-standard words that are influenced by culture, regional languages, and language absorption from other social media, therefore this study was held to provide information to people, especially adolescents, to start using good and correct Indonesian. This study aims to determine the use of Indonesian on social media. Data is obtained from status, stories, and conversations in the comments column on Twitter and Instagram that are taken randomly.
