Measurement of customer satisfaction is something that should be done by a public service organization periodically, improving performance on the right attributes will have a positive impact, namely increasing satisfaction of public service users. This study aims to measure customer satisfaction of public service users by integrating the servqual model and the cartesian diagram model. The analysis tool uses SPSS, with a sample of 121 respondents. The results showed that the quality of public services at the Shipping Polytechnic of North Sulawesi was good, at an average performance score of 8.79 from the rating scale range, and was able to satisfy the expectations of service users. The main dimensions that must be improved immediately are reliability, assurance and tangible. At the attribute of service requirements information, service completion time period information and service supporting infrastructure facilities. With the findings of this study, it is hoped that public services can be improved and the attributes of services that are already good can be maintained.

The method of learning the universe at TK Pertiwi Bebengan, Kec. Boja, Kab. Kendal, Central Java is still simple, namely explaining the material by displaying a 2-dimensional still image. This makes students unable to see directly the process of rotation and movement of celestial bodies in the universe. For this reason, it is necessary to create an application that can display the process through 3D animated moving images using Augmented Reality (AR) based technology. The research method used is Prototype, while the architectural design uses UML and software applications using Unity3D, Vuforia, Photoshop CS6 and Blender. The final results of the study are 1) on testing application features made with Unity3D and Vuforia software can run well, 2) on device testing there are 2 out of 4 smartphones that cannot run the application so that a minimum specification of a smartphone is required, 3) on distance testing with a height of 20 cm, it requires the right camera tilt angle, which is between200 to 900. The conclusion of the research is that this application can run well on mobile devices registered in Google's ARCore database and minimum specifications of Android 8.0 Oreo. In addition, it is necessary to pay attention to the right camera tilt angle so that it can display 3D objects.

The solar system is one of the natural science lessons taught in grade 6 elementary school. This material is abstract because in studying it children cannot directly observe the phenomena of celestial bodies in the solar system. So far, only using books or 2D images as media. This study aims to create an educational game about the introduction of the solar system. 2D animation is made with icons and audio so that it can attract students' interest in learning and remembering solar system material. The result of the research is an educational game as an effective means of entertainment and learning. Students become interested in learning because of the application of the dissertation with attractive images and audio that helps increase enthusiasm for learning about the solar system. In testing the respondents as many as 22 people, the calculation results obtained as much as 59.1% strongly agree with this educational game

Abstrak – Wabah Covid 2019 adalah penyakit menular serta dapat menyerang organ pernapasan yang sangat mematikan di Negara Tiongkok. Masyarakat Indonesia yang terjangkit virus Covid 2019 ini perlu dilakukan peramalan untuk mengetahui jumlah kasus masyarakat yang terjangkit wabah Covid 2019 pada bulan berikutnya. Dengan menggunakan Metode Single Exponential Smoothing, Double Exponential Smoothing, dan Triple Exponential Smoothing ini kita gunakan pada aplikasi RStudio untuk mengetahui nilai parameter α, β, dan γ kita dapat mengetahui perbandingan dari ketiga metode tersebut. Dari ketiga metode tersebut akan menggunakan parameter nilai α, β, dan γ. Dari ketiga metode tersebut dicari nilai SSE yang terkecil. Dengan mengetahui nilai SSE yang terkecil maka akan di dapatkan hasil peramalan yang lebih akurat. Data yang saya gunakan berjumlah 30 periode. Dengan menggunakan 30 periode kita mendapatkan nilai SSE terkecil 33042318. Dengan nilai tersebut kita mendapatkan nilai coefficient 1179.6161 atau masyarakat yang terjangkit wabah covid 2019 pada hari berikutnya berjumlah 1741 orang. Dengan dilakukannya penelitian ini diharapkan untuk setiap masyarakat dapat menjaga kesehatannya dengan cara menjaga kesehatan, kebersihan, serta mengkonsumsi makanan yang sehat dan bergizi sehingga dapat terhindar dari virus covid-19. Dengan menggunakan Metode Single, Double, Triple Exponential Smoothing kita dapat meramalkan kasus covid-19 di Indonesia selama beberapa bulan kedepan.   Abstract – The 2019 Covid outbreak is an infectious disease and can attack the respiratory organs which is very deadly in China. For the Indonesian people who have been infected with the 2019 Covid virus, forecasting needs to be done to find out the number of community cases infected with the 2019 Covid outbreak in the following month. By using the Single Exponential Smoothing, Double Exponential Smoothing, and Triple Exponential Smoothing methods, we use the RStudio application to determine the value of the parameters α, β, and γ we can find out the comparison of the three methods. Of the three methods will use the parameter values ​​ α, β, and γ. From the three methods, the smallest SSE value is sought. By knowing the smallest SSE value, more accurate forecasting results will be obtained. The data that I use is 30 periods. By using 30 periods, we get the smallest SSE value of 33042318. With this value we get a coefficient value of 1179.6161 or the people who were infected with the 2019 covid outbreak on the next day amounted to 1741 people. With this research, it is hoped that every community can maintain their health by maintaining health, hygiene, and consuming healthy and nutritious food so that they can avoid the Covid-19 virus. By using the Single, Double, Triple Exponential Smoothing method, we can predict COVID-19 cases in Indonesia over the next few months.

The State of Indonesia was awarded by the Almighty with richness and cultural diversity. Indonesia is an archipelagic country. With the number of islands more than that found by people who have different tribes, races, religions, and ethnicities. This is what makes Indonesia culturally diverse. Indonesian people must be able to live side by side with one another. This award should be grateful because it can be a strength and pride for Indonesia. However, this diversity can also be a threat, challenge, and disturbance for the Indonesian people. Through literature study we can find out how the Pancasila precepts, namely the third precept, are the unifying basis in cultural diversity. This research uses library research method. With an approach approach, namely the study of literature to collect information by reviewing sources related to Pancasila and the diversity of Indonesian culture. From the results of the literature study, it can be said that the values ​​of the precepts of the Indonesian Unity in the diversity of Indonesian culture are fostering an attitude of nationalism, fostering an attitude of tolerance, mutual respect and respect for differences, and fostering unity and unity in diversity.

Used motorcycles are recommended only for three well-known brands, namely Yamaha, Honda and Suzuki with the WASPAS method. This study aims to build a decision support system that can be used to provide recommendations for the selection of used motorcycles according to the wishes and needs of consumers using the WASPAS method. The used motorcycle selection system using the WASPAS method with the selection of criteria for used motorcycles by choosing the Honda brand and automatic transmission, the results obtained are Honda Scoopy recommendations with a value of 1.00.

This research is motivated by the problem of lack of motivation and attention of students in following the teaching and learning process in the classroom because teaching and learning activities still use conventional methods. This makes students have difficulty in understanding the material being studied so that basic competencies and KKM are not achieved. This study uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product testing. In this study, researchers used multimedia with the Mind Map method as an interesting learning medium by using a computer that can display text, images, video, and audio so that the learning process is more enjoyable for students. The results of this study are multimedia-based learning media using the Mind Map method. The validity value of media experts is 3.6 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of material experts is 3.8 which is declared feasible, and increases students' understanding and interest as users from 61% initially to increase to 86.11%.

The new paradigm for the settlement of juvenile crimes in Law no. 11 of  2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System includes several provisions in the process of resolving child crimes. The philosophy of the juvenile criminal justice system shifts from retributive justice, rehabilitation to restorative justice which emphasizes efforts to restore the situation, pays attention to the interests of victims and perpetrators, opens space for perpetrators and victims to meet with the aim that there is an opportunity for the perpetrator to express regret to the victim and at the same time show his responsibility. opportunities for victims to express their feelings, reduce feelings of hostility, restore balance in society. ABSTRAK Pancasila merupakan landasan dalam berbagai pelaksanaan kehidupan bermasyarakat maupun pendidikan bagi warga negara. Sila pertama pancasila yaitu ‘Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa’ merupakan salah satu kunci dalam membangun keyakinan beragama dan toleransi warga negara karena tanpa adanya keyakinan beragama dan toleransi suatu bangsa akan terpecah belah melalui ancaman dari dalam negeri sendiri. Universitas Sebelas Maret atau sering disebut UNS merupakan salah satu universitas negeri terbesar yang ada di Surakarta, Jawa Tengah. Dalam era pandemi Covid-19 UNS menerapkan sistem pembelajaran daring dimana terdapat kelebihan dan kekurangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui implementasi nilai-nilai pancasila sila pertama oleh mahasiswa dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring di UNS. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan penelitian, dilakukan pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuisioner ke subjek penelitian terkait. Dari hasil yang didapat, mahasiswa dapat menanamkan sikap toleransi dan melaksanakan ibadah dengan baik sebagai bentuk dari implementasi nilai-nilai pancasila sila pertama. The implementation of democracy in the management of public services is an important part that must be carried out by the bureaucracy. In its implementation, it must uphold democratic principles that are in line with the state constitution, namely freedom/equality, people's sovereignty, and open and responsible government. Better and more satisfying services for the community must be carried out by public service providers. The government's attitude is still inclined to only provide good services to certain people, who have the same political views and thoughts as the government. The paradigm of the management of the administration of the public service bureaucracy must be changed, which initially "regulates" the community to "serve" the community. because the public service bureaucracy is the main benchmark in assessing the performance of the central government and local governments in serving the community. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk implementasi pada tahapan pemeriksaan tambahan oleh Kejaksaan pada kasus tindak pidana korupsi sebagai bagian dari proses prapenuntutan. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah melalui survey yaitu melakukan pengamatan secara langsung di lokasi penelitian. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk-bentuk implementasi pemeriksaan pada tahapan pemeriksaan tambahan oleh Kejaksaan pada kasus tindak pidana korupsi sebagai bagian dari proses pra penuntutan dalam perkara tindak pidana korupsi, yakni bahwa implementasi pemeriksaan tambahan sebagai bentuk kewenangan jaksa penuntut umum dalam tahapan prapenuntutan belumlah secara optimal dapat terealisasi. Hal ini dapat diamati dari adanya beberapa berkas perkara yang bolak balik dari pihak penyidik ke penuntut umum.

Tooth loss is an oral health problem that often causes disorders of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), such as pain, clicking sounds, and difficulty chewing. This study aims to provide education and prevent TMJ disorders in the community of Rappocini District who experience tooth loss. The research method includes educational sessions through counseling and distribution of printed materials, as well as prevention through recommendations for the use of dentures and physical exercise. Evaluation was carried out by measuring changes in knowledge, attitudes, and symptoms of TMJ before and after the intervention. The Butler movie explored discrimination between white and black people that created social grade which lead to the conflict. This became a very interesting one to explore. The purpose of this study was to find more about the racism in such movie. The researcher used a qualitative descriptive method, and the research material was a dialogue from the movie "The Butler". The analyse was done by using the theory of racism, "three types of racism”, Michel Wieviorka (1995). The dialogue of the movie accompanied by picture as the sample of the data in analysis done by contextually and theoritically. The result of the study showed attitudes racism was the most prevalent, which means there are discriminations occured to black people in The Butler movie. Attitudes is a pattern of thinking or feeling about something or someone, generally represented in a person's behavior. While prejudice and opinions racism are the most rarely occured in such movie. Prejudice rarely occured in the social life because black people can not express their feeling and they struggle welfare, which was hard to achieve in the movie. Opinions rarely occured in the movie because white people grade was higher than black people in such movie.

This article discusses the process of rebranding the product photo of Madu Riduwan UMKM in Gebang Putih Village. Product photo rebranding is an important strategy in strengthening brand identity, increasing visual appeal, and achieving marketing success. Through photo analysis prior to rebranding and planning for photo concept selection, Madu Riduwan UMKM managed to produce more attractive, professional product photos and strengthen their brand image. The results of this product photo rebranding are expected to expand market reach, increase brand awareness, and build closer relationships with consumers.

Basic education is a fundamental right for every child, yet disparities in access to education persist in various regions, including Baubau City, Southeast Sulawesi. This study aims to map the disparities in access to basic education in Baubau and evaluate the outreach efforts undertaken to raise public awareness of the importance of education. The research employs a combination of field surveys, interviews with education stakeholders, and analysis of spatial and demographic data to assess the current situation and the impact of existing interventions.The findings of the research reveal significant disparities in educational access between urban and rural areas, with rural regions facing greater challenges. Key factors influencing these disparities include inadequate infrastructure, a shortage of qualified teachers, and the economic challenges faced by families in remote areas, which limit children's ability to attend school regularly. Furthermore, there is a lack of community awareness regarding the importance of education, which exacerbates the problem.

This study aims to develop and test the feasibility of the “Colorful Science Kit” as a colorful-based learning media to improve early childhood science literacy. The study used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects consisted of 20 children aged 5–6 years at an early childhood education institution. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, documentation, and expert validation using a Likert scale instrument. The validation results showed that the media obtained a very feasible category with an average percentage of 91%. The implementation of the media showed an increase in children’s scientific literacy skills, especially in the skills of observing, grouping, predicting, and communicating the results of simple experiments. Children showed high enthusiasm during the color exploration activities and were able to work actively together in small groups. The use of color-based media also helped improve children’s attention, creativity, and communication skills during the learning process. The results of the study showed that the “Colorful Science Kit” was effectively used as an interactive and fun science learning media in early childhood education. This media is recommended as a contextual learning innovation to support the development of scientific literacy in early childhood education (PAUD).

Children's dental health is an important aspect that needs special attention from parents, especially mothers, as the primary caregivers. Tooth growth in children aged 7-12 years is a crucial period where permanent teeth begin to replace milk teeth. However, mothers' ignorance or lack of knowledge about this process can lead to cases of persistence, which is when milk teeth remain in the oral cavity even though permanent teeth have begun to grow. This condition can cause various dental and oral health problems in children. This Community Service Program aims to increase mothers' knowledge about tooth growth and the importance of preventing cases of persistence in children in Rappocini District, Makassar City. The methods used include socialization and health education, accompanied by the distribution of educational materials and interactive discussions. The expected results of this activity are increased understanding of mothers regarding the stages of children's tooth growth, early signs of persistence, and preventive measures that can be taken at home. Thus, it is hoped that the number of cases of persistence in this area can be reduced, and children's dental health can be better maintained.

food service in higher education institutions has an important role in supporting the health and well-being of students and staff. However, often the lack of attention to nutritional needs and the variety of menus can lead to health problems and lack of user satisfaction. In the context of increasing awareness of the importance of nutrition in supporting health and academic performance, this study fills a knowledge gap on how food services in higher education institutions can meet nutritional needs by presenting a nutritionally balanced menu. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the nutritional needs and plan a balanced nutrition menu in food services in higher education institutions. This study used observational study design. The Data was collected through a survey of 300 students and 100 staff from several higher education institutions in a particular city. The survey included questions about eating habits, food preferences, nutritional knowledge, and satisfaction with existing menus. In addition, direct observation was also made of the menu served in the campus cafeteria. Analysis of the data showed that the majority of respondents had limited nutritional knowledge and tended to consume fast food. The variety of menus offered is also limited, with deficiencies in serving nutritionally balanced meals. However, the majority of respondents expressed a desire to have more access to a nutritionally balanced menu. The results of this study highlight the importance of raising awareness of nutrition and offering a balanced variety of menus in higher education institutions. The discussion also includes the practical implications of these findings in improving the health and academic performance of the campus community. This study confirms the importance of nutritional needs analysis and balanced nutrition menu planning in food services in higher education institutions. Providing a balanced menu can improve the health and well-being of students and staff.

The implementation of management system in health services is common as an attempt to improve the quality. In Indonesia, the most commonly used health  insurance is the service issued by Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Social or BPJS  (Social Security Administration) that collaborates with many hospitals such as Datu Pancaitana Regional Public Hospital in Bone Regency. This research uses qualitative approach with a case study as the research design. The research data are obtained through in-depth interviews with The Head of Medical Records Department, some staffs of the administrative service as well as patients of BPJS users in the Emergency Unit. In addition to that, this research collects its research data through field observations and a review of related previous studies. The findings reveal that the hospital management applies the following strategies in the division of administrative services: (1) planning through trainings and workshops provided for the human resources as well as the formulation of RUK and RPK; (2) organising through trainings involving a number of institutions within Datu Pancaitana Regional Public Hospital in Bone Regency; (3) actuating through an execution of administrative services for BPJS users; (4) controlling through supervision facilitated by the hospital management; (5) evaluating that addresses the process of human resources quality promotion through databased information trainings. In conclusion, the findings of this research are hoped to provide insights that can be useful for the hospital management specifically the emergency unit to improve their performance in providing services for BPJS users. They can start by assessing the development and training, program execution and evaluation aspects as well as by improving the facilities and infrastructure.
