Records management processes that are not carried out according to procedures will result in the administration process within the company not being optimal. Therefore, the management of active and inactive records must be considered carefully. Management of inactive records must be carried out according to procedures which include storage, maintenance and destruction. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by formulating problems that guide research to explore or photograph the social situation that will be researched thoroughly, broadly and in depth. The data sources in this research use primary and secondary sources obtained from observations, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and journal articles related to the research. This research aims to find out how the inactive records management system at PT. Prima Mitra Elektrindo. The results of this research indicate that the records management system is inactive at PT. Prima Mitra Elektrindo is quite good even though there are several things that need attention in the inactive records management system, the process of destroying inactive records, and the process of maintaining inactive records. Such as infrastructure that supports management and following guidelines in the management process.

Cinematographic work is protected by law under the Copyright Law No. 28 of 2014 in Indonesia. The fundamental principle is that the Creator is entitled to fair remuneration for the use of their work, in line with the alter-ego concept that gives the highest position to the Creator. In contrast to Indonesia, Germany has clearly regulated the procedures for the collection, management, and distribution of remuneration through the Urheberrechtsgesetz and the Collective Management Organization (CMO) operating with authorization from the Creator. The research method used is juridical-normative with a descriptive analysis approach. This study applies a comparative legal approach, utilizing data from both conventional and online literary sources, as well as interviews. The research findings indicate that Indonesia does not yet have specific regulations to protect the economic rights of digital cinematography. The absence of a Collective Management Organization (CMO) leads to an imbalance in licensing agreements between the Creator and digital platforms as users of cinematographic works.

The novel The Last Shoe tells the story of the life of a father named Pak Marwan. The character Pak Marwan in the novel The Last Shoe is the main character of the story. This type of research is qualitative research which aims to understand social phenomena, including the phenomenon being studied. The descriptive method of analysis is to describe the facts followed by content analysis. The data in this research is in the form of discourse related to the object of research is the novel The Last Shoe by Toni Tegar Sahidi. The primary data source in this research is the next of the novel The Last Shoe. Data collection techniques use heuristic and hermeneutic reading methods. The results of this research are to find out the characterizations contained in the novel The Last Shoes by Toni Tegar Sahidi, namely responsible, hardworking, business style, and teaching employees to be independent.

This study aims to design and build an employee attendance management application. At the Prabumulih City Transportation Service, this application is designed to simplify the process of making employee data reports. At the Prabumulih City Transportation Service, the method carried out at the Transportation Service still uses the manual method, which is still using paper, then if the submission is approved by the staff, the admin will directly input it into Microsoft Excel. Which often results in problems such as, time leaks. The problems that exist in the Department of Transportation are as follows attendance, the process of recording attendance and reporting as a result it will take time to recap and make reports, and how to design and build an employee attendance application at the Department of Transportation of the City of Prabumulih. Therefore the authors designed a Web-Based Application at the Transportation Service Titled "Design of Employee Attendance Applications at the Web-Based Prabumulih City Transportation Service".

Bank BCA as a transactional bank that offers a range of banking services that have Cash and Non-Cash ATMs provided in various strategic locations throughout Indonesia to meet the diverse needs of customers. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction and promotional strategies on customer satisfaction. The type of research used is quantitative research and the sampling technique is purposive sampling technique with the number of samples obtained based on criteria and data analysis techniques using SEM Amos. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires through 100 respondents. The results showed that service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction for BCA Veteran Surabaya Bank customers and promotional strategies have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction for BCA Veteran Surabaya Bank customers.

The research methodology adopted employs a qualitative approach through meticulous analysis of literature. The steps encompass identifying the appropriate scope, selecting relevant data sources, conducting descriptive analyses, critically evaluating the authenticity of the literature used, and compiling and interpreting the findings. The research findings indicate that consistent use of green accounting has a positive impact on a company's financial performance. However, challenges related to established economic paradigms and the need for consistent definitions in the context of sustainable development remain obstacles. The amalgamation of social and environmental responsibilities in business decision-making holds significant potential for enhancing environmental management efficiency and financial performance of companies. Overall, green accounting practices promise a substantial influence in creating sustainable business models, demanding a shift in perspective and broader implementation.

the purpose of this study is to analyze the management of village property. Village property in the form of land and buildings that have been handed over for the economic progress of the village community which is invested in BUMDes on the basis of the season can be used optimally. This study examines agreements by analyzing the application of legal principles of agreements in cooperation contracts for the management of village property leased to BUMDes and community management. The implementation of character education in madrasah institutions has a strategic role in shaping the character of students, because these institutions not only aim to transfer knowledge, but also train students' soft skills through subjects related to Aswaja or NU at school. This study describes the implementation of Aswaja-based character education at SMK NU Lekok. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research using the literature study method. The research was conducted on November 11, 2023 at SMK NU Lekok District, Pasuruan Regency, with the research subjects being 23 students of class XI Multimedia Department. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or data verification. The results of research related to the implementation of Aswaja-based character education in grade XI students at SMK NU Lekok show that the management of ASWAJA character education has been thoroughly integrated. In the implementation of ASWAJA character education at SMK NU Lekok Pasuruan, each teacher has full responsibility in providing character learning and being a role model. The implementation of ASWAJA character education in this school is designed to shape the character of students in accordance with the teachings of Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah, with the hope that they have good morals by developing and implementing as a form of routine every day.

Therefore, when making decisions, the right information tools are needed about fixed assets, one of which is based on PSAK 16. This study aims to determine the application of PSAK 16 on the accounting treatment of fixed assets in companies in Indonesia. The method used in the research is descriptive qualitative with a literature review approach. The data source used is secondary data that has been analyzed and developed in order to elaborate the research topic. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the recognition, measurement, and disclosure of fixed assets in companies in Indonesia have generally been in accordance with PSAK No. 16.

This community service was conducted on Jalan Jembatan Merah I and Jalan Wisata Babarsari. The purpose of this community service is to improve the quality of financial record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and correctness, to provide an accurate overview of the financial condition of UMKM Siomay Indul and Gudeg Jogya Mak Karti. This community service is focused on enhancing the quality of the financial reports of these UMKMs through understanding and implementing proper accounting practices in financial record-keeping. With the provision of training and mentoring, it is expected that the stakeholders of traditional culinary UMKMs can optimize their business potential. The results of the community service indicate that improvements in transaction recording systems and a better understanding of accounting standards can significantly enhance the quality of financial reports, providing the clarity needed for better decision-making in business management.

This research aims to evaluate the financial performance of the acquiring company using profitability indicators in the period before and after the acquistion process. The case study was conducted at PT Plaza Indonesia Realty, Tbk, during the period 2011-2017, involving in-depth analysis of the company's financial reports. The research method used includes collecting and analyzing financial data from the period before and after the acquisition. Profitability is evaluated by considering various financial ratios, including net profit, gross profit margin, and operating profit margin. This analysis aims to identify the significant impact of the acquisition process on the company's financial health. It is hoped that the research results will provide a better understanding of changes in a company's financial performance after undergoing an acquisition. These findings can provide a basis for company management in making strategic decisions, while also providing insight for stakeholders regarding the impact of acquisitions on company profitability. This research not only contributes to business and management practitioners, but also contributes to academic literature related to evaluating financial performance and corporate acquisition strategies. It is hoped that the conclusions of this research will provide valuable guidance in an ever-changing and competitive business context.

This study aims to provide an explanation of management processes related to actions and activities related to communication management carried out within the organization. This method uses qualitative descriptive methodology. Literature research methods are used. With this method, authors collect data using note-taking techniques to check relevant information, such as books, literature, and other library materials. Elton Mayo's theory of human relations was used in this study. This research gives results that the management process is to carry out communication activities systematically and organized. Since organizational communication is the way all members interact with each other, the existence of an organization is determined by their interactions. As a result, communication management must be implemented to manage these interactions. However, the implementation of management in organizational communication means aligning management functions, namely planning, organizing, directing, and supervising communication with communication within the organization. This function flows from top to bottom within the organization, in the form of tasks, orders, delegation, etc., to ensure that communication goes well and organizational goals are achieved.

Financial management must start from household management first because household financial management is already good, this will advance Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) because society already has a basis for keeping financial records. The service aims to help and analyze and provides solutions to sources of business financing funds and provides new insights into accounting and digital financial technology that can be implemented into simple financial bookkeeping for households and MSMEs. Financial planning in the household can be done by identifying financial conditions (what assets we own and has the potential for great value in the future), determines desires, determines main desires. When determining your desires, you need to do three things, namely making all the desires you want to achieve now and in the future, what you want and what you need, writing down the funds needed and the time to achieve them. The next step is to determine the main desires. Practical financial management strategies that need to be implemented by MSME players are as follows: (1) administering receivables, (2) administering accounts payable, (3) administering inventory, which has a strategic role for both businesses operating in trade sector. (4) Cash administration, useful in providing information about the amount of cash coming in and cash going out.

This financial management and digital marketing assistance aims to provide knowledge of financial often experienced by UMKM entrepreneurs is ineffective financial management, and a lack of knowledge causes poor business performance. Not only that, but weak digital marketing knowledge is also a problem that is lacking in UMKM entrepreneurs. Therefore, it is necessary to have training and mentoring activities for financial management and digital marketing for local UMKM entrepreneurs. The implementation of this activity was carried out from July 24, 2023, to August 8, 2023. This activity was attended by two UMKM entrepreneurs. The methods the team used were counseling and mentoring. The results of this activity can increase knowledge and financial management, both properly and professionally.

Qualitative methods are methods that focus ondetailed observations of the impact of leadership based on Islamic values on the effectiveness of organizational communication management, which can have a positive and important impact on Islamic organizational culture. Emphasis on justice, honesty, loyalty, and responsibility are the pillars of Islamic leadership. The main aspects and theories of leadership in islam include several aspects that provide a foundation for leadersto guide and motivate members of organizational. This research aims to investigate the influence of leadership based on Islamic values on the effectiveness of communication management in an organization. The research method used was a survey of employees from several organizations in Indonesia. The research results show that leadership based on Islamic values has a significant influence on the effectiveness of organizational communication management. Leaders who integrate Islamic principles in their leadership are able to create an inclusive work environment, increase trust, and facilitate the effective flow of information. This research provides a better understanding of the importance of Islamic values in strengthening the relationship between leadership and communication management in an organizational context.

Farmhouse Production in the administration of data management is carried out with the help of Microsoft Excel and documents are written, and copied in the traditional way which results in the accumulation of accumulated paper resulting in complexity and difficulty in finding the required documents. Therefore, a balance of human resources, database, hardware, software, and a new strategy is needed to overcome the problems that can burden the company by realizing a website that is easy to apply so that any file is found quickly by paying attention to supervision, control, and methodical organization using PIESCES analysis as a method used to detect deficiencies and weakness in the old system. With this analysis, the new system is the right support in managing data that is collected in an orderly manner and stored neatly in large storage without being randomized and the work is more strategic because the information generated is valuable to the recipient or leader.

This research aims to investigate the influence of liquidity risk on the profitability of Sharia Banks. Liquidity risk is an important factor that can influence a bank's financial performance, especially in the context of Sharia banks that operate specific sharia principles. The research method used is a quantitative approach using financial data from registered Sharia banks. The data collected covers the last five year period. The research variables studied are liquidity risk and bank profitability. The research results show that high liquidity risk can have a negative impact on profitability which can disrupt bank operations and reduce income. Effective liquidity risk management is key to minimizing this negative impact. Sharia banks need to adopt appropriate strategies and policies to manage liquidity risk well, including careful supervision of cash flows, diversification of funding sources, and development of investment instruments that comply with sharia principles. By managing liquidity risk well, banks can minimize its negative impact on profitability.

This research aims to determine the impact of lack of transparency in regional financial management on local development and community welfare and accountability will remain a topic of concern in society. The public does not want acts of corruption to occur in government, because acts of corruption will not only be detrimental to state finances, they will also have an impact on hampering state development and reducing the level of social welfare. The results of the research inform that the phenomenon of non-transparency in the areas of budgeting, personnel, procurement of goods and services is certainly a fact that must be revealed based on the facts that can be observed and witnessed in various implementation of the main duties and functions of government employees. The cause of non-transparency in the various fields mentioned above is because there are factors that hinder the realization of transparency in the implementation of clean, authoritative and responsible regional government.
