Background: Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a cross-sectional imaging technique based on the principle of magnetic resonance of hydrogen atoms due to radio frequency (RF) signals with the same frequency as the precession frequency (lamor frequency). MRI at the beginning of its development used a semiconductor magnetic field with a power of 0.5-1.5 Tesla, but now MRI uses a superconductor magnetic field with a power of 1.5-3 Tesla. One of the advantages of brain MRI in epilepsy cases is that it can display clear information about the anatomy and pathology of the head in general in the temporal lobe area. The use of 3D sequences with isotropic voxels such as SPACE (Sampling Perfection With Application Optimized Contrasts With Varying Flip Angle Evolution) is very useful for generating images with high resolution, thinner cuts, and multi-level reconstruction can be performed in several fragments that allow the acquisition of 3D sequences at one time. Methods: The type used is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach by conducting interviews with 2 radiology specialists, 1 neurology specialist and 3 radiographers related to MRI brain examinations with clinical epilepsy in August-September 2023 in the Radiology Unit of Prof. Dr. I. G. Ngoerah Denpasar Hospital. G. N. G. Ngoerah Denpasar. Results and Conclusion: This study used five (5) patient data who had clinical epilepsy. Based on the results of observations, interviews and documentation in the radiology unit of Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah Denpasar Hospital, it can be seen that the procedure for examining MRI Brain with clinical epilepsy is that there is no special preparation, only filling out inform consent. The patient is positioned supine on the examination table with a head fixation device with a head first body position and hands beside the body. Radiographers put the patient into the gantry by setting the isocenter i n the middle of the glabella. After positioning the patient the radiographer sets the parameters using axial T2 Turbo Spin Echo (TSE), sagittal T2 Turbo Spin Echo (TSE), coronal T2 Turbo Spin Echo (TSE), axial T2 Turbo Spin Echo (TSE) dark fluit, axial T1 Turbo Spin Echo (TSE) axial Diffusion Weighted Imaging (DWI) and Susceptibility Weighted Imaging (SWI) and coronal T1 SPACE IR isotropic sequences.In addition, the role of coronal slice T1 SPACE sequences is to clearly see the presence of partical dystrophy, to see the thickening or irregularity of the cortex cerebri clearly. In addition, it is also to see the calcification of the temporal lobe and to measure the volume of the hippocampus.

One of the cancers that causes the highest mortality is nasopharyngeal cancer. The number of nasopharyngeal cancer cases in Indonesia reached 19,943 new cases with a mortality rate of 13,399. Radiotherapy is the main treatment modality and part of standard care for cancer patients. The way radiotherapy works is to damage the DNA chain of tumor cells in order to kill tumor cells directly and eliminate the ability to proliferate. Giving radiation to the head and neck region has an influence on weight loss. The purpose of this study was to describe the BMI (Body Mass Index) of nasopharyngeal cancer patients who underwent IMRT therapy at the Radiotherapy Unit of Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G Ngoerah Hospital. The type of research used is quantitative research with an observational approach using retrospective data. The samples of this study were 25 patients with nasopharyngeal cancer who underwent IMRT therapy from January to December 2021 at the Radiotherapy Unit of Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G Ngoerah Hospital. The results of this study showed 25 samples of nasopharyngeal cancer patients who underwent IMRT therapy experienced weight loss with an average of 13.01 and BMI with an average of 4.93. Based on the results of the Statistical Test which shows that the p value <0.05 which means there is a decrease in body weight in nasopharyngeal cancer patients undergoing IMRT therapy in the Radiotherapy Unit of Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G Ngoerah Hospital. Of the 25 samples of nasopharyngeal cancer patients who underwent IMRT therapy, there were changes in BMI (Body Mass Index) before irradiation and after irradiation. This is evident from the normality test value and Paired Twhich shows a p value <0.05, meaning that there is a decrease in body weight in nasopharyngeal cancer patients undergoing IMRT therapy.

Active growth and development monitoring for early detection growth gaps (malnutrition or poor nutritional status, short children), developmental growth gaps (speech delays) and mental and emotional distortions of children (concentration disorders and hyperactivity). The purpose of this community service is to increase public knowledge about normal toddler growth and development, educate mothers about the importance of stimulating toddler growth and development. A survey conducted by the Community Service team, especially mothers with young children, said the lack of education was caused by the posyandu, especially in terms of toddler growth and development. How to spread this service with discussions, questions and answers, and checking the weight of toddlers. The service is carried out at the Connectrejo Village Hall with secondary targets for mothers who have toddlers. After the counseling activities, participants understand how to monitor the growth and development of toddlers and can monitor the ideal weight of toddlers.

Literature studies can examine the effect of gamma radiation on physiological aspects of soybean plants. Gamma radiation is known to impact genetic diversity, growth, morphology, seed size, weight and protein content of soybean plants. The aim of this literature study is to examine the effects of providing gamma rays on the physiology of soybean plants (Glycine max (L) Merrill). The method used is literature or literature study where the author uses several pieces of literature as references in the journal he created. Some studies show that gamma radiation can cause a decrease in the ability of soybean plants to survive and can cause slower growth. However, other research also shows that gamma radiation can be used to induce genetic mutations that have an impact on the physiology of soybean plants. The discussion topics taken range from the process of gamma radiation inducing genetic mutations in soybean plants, analysis of mutations that occur in soybean growth, the effect of gamma ray radiation on plant growth, and the effect of gamma radiation mutations on physiological parameters: photosynthesis of soybean plants.

This study aims to determine the role of work motivation on the results of TBS PT Pinago Utama Musi Banyuasin district of South Sumatra province. Secondly to know the constraints and problems on the results of TBS employees in PT Pinago Utama Musi Banyuasin district of South Sumatra province. This research was conducted at PT Pinago Utama Kebun Inti 2 regency of Musi Banyuasin, South Sumatera Province which lasted for 1 (one) month from 1 December 2023 until January 10, 2024. The research method used is descriptive method. Research respondents were 66 people harvesting employees, 10 people harvesting mandates, 6 person division assistants calculated using Slovin formula. For a total of 82 people selected based on the technique by taking a selective person or object of research and have specific characteristics (purposive sampling). The instruments used are job satisfaction, work morale, reward, sanction, education, salary, and FFB result. Data analysis using cobb douglass regression analysis technique. The results of this study found that: first there was no significant effect of job satisfaction on FFB results. Second there is a significant influence of morale on the FFB result. The three significant effects of rewarding FFB outcomes. The four significant effects of sanctions on FFB outcomes. the five significant educational influences on TBS outcomes. The six significant effects of salary on FFB outcomes. Thus, job satisfaction is insignificant due to heavy workloads using BJR's system (average weighted weight) with fixed tonnage basis, but morale, reward, sanction, education, significant salary as firms pay attention to awarding in the form of rice and cooking oil and the appropriate salary UMR Musi Banyusian area.

Kruskal's algorithm in searching for minimum spanning trees can be applied to pipelines installed at the location of PDAM Tirtanadi Tuasan where problem identification starts with the water discharge reaching the consumer is small but the discharge flowing from the reservoir is sufficient, so this research is used as a solution to this problem and also as an optimization of the clean water distribution network in the Tirtanadi Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) of the Tuasan Branch with the intention of cutting the direction of the pipe flow to overcome this problem. The data obtained from PDAM Tirtanadi Tuasan Branch is in the form of a floor plan and formed into a weighted graph. After the data is obtained, then it is calculated manually that the length of the installed water pipe is 32,645 m with 86 vertices and 100 edges, then the pipe length is represented as a set of paths and the pipe connection ends are represented as nodes. The pipe length obtained using Kruskal's algorithm and inspection of iterations using the QM for windows software is 22,095 m, with 86 vertices and 85 edges. So, using the Kruskal Algorithm and the help of the QM for windows software, the difference in pipe length obtained is 10,610 m.

The main problem of the Traveling Salesman Problem is that a salesman travels to several places to go with a known distance and then returns to his original place by using the shortest route from his journey, and all the places the salesman goes to are only allowed once. This research focuses on the problem of distributing goods at PT. The Medan Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) route with the destination delivery address in the Medan area. The Cheapest Insertion Heuristic Algorithm is an algorithm used to form tours (travels) by gradually building the shortest path route with minimal weight, by adding new points one at a time. One. The Nearest Neighbor Algorithm is a simple and fast algorithm to build a feasible initial tour length from TSP where the technique takes the shortest distance from the initial position regardless of other distances. This study resulted in the conclusion that the application of the cheapest insertion heuristic and nearest neighbor algorithms in terms of finding the distance to the problem of shipping goods at PT. The Medan Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) route starts with finding the distance between addresses with the help of google maps, then continues with the help of the WinQSB software. Based on the research results obtained using the cheapest insertion heuristic and nearest neighbor algorithms, it is obtained that the search for the shortest route distance for shipping goods at PT. The smaller Medan Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) route is generated by the nearest neighbor algorithm. This shows that the nearest neighbor algorithm is more effective in terms of finding the traveling distance on the Traveling Salesman Problem problem of shipping goods at PT. Medan's Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Line.

High risk pregnancy is a pregnancy that causes greater harm and complications to the mother and fetus during pregnancy, childbirth or postpartum when compared to normal pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum. One of the reasons for the high MMR is because pregnant women who are at risk were not detected early. Complications that can occur from risky pregnancies are antepartum bleeding, prolonged labor, prematurity, low birth weight (LBW). A risk pregnancy is an abnormal pregnancy that can affect the health of the mother and fetus. Sustainable development Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), one of the targets that can be measured is a reduction in the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR). This activity was carried out in Ampekale Village, Bontoa District, Maros Regency using the method of providing counseling to pregnant women in turn using brochures which were distributed to each pregnant mother, after which a question and answer session was held and screening was carried out to detect pregnant women who were in the high risk group. This activity was attended by 24 pregnant women. This community service provides good benefits, namely gaining knowledge about increasing pregnant women's knowledge about high-risk pregnancies in pregnant women as well as ways to prevent and anticipate danger signs of pregnancy in high-risk pregnancies.

There are two factors in career development that can determine a person's career success, namely internal factors including motivation to progress, intellectual ability, interpersonal skills, level of education, and work experience. Meanwhile, factors that come from outside are the attitude of superiors, the weight of work, job vacancies and work productivity. The aim of this research is to determine the personal readiness of HR in the PKP-PK unit in career development at UPBU Tebelian Sintang and to find out the process, obstacles and solutions regarding HR readiness in career development at the unit (PKP-PK) at UPBU Tebelian Sintang. This study uses a qualitative method. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The respondents in this research were PKP-PK unit personnel at UPBU Tebelian Sintang. The observations in this research were to conduct reviews and observations at the PKP-PK unit at UPBU Tebelian Sintang. The documentation in this research is activities that occurred in the PKP-PK area at UPBU Tebelian Sintang. The results of the discussion in this research are that Readiness is a process or action carried out by a person to be ready to change or respond to something that can make them ready to provide a certain response or response to a situation and employees in the PKP-PK unit have provided information that their level of readiness is sufficient. far above average. This kiosk was founded by Mrs. Ros Mintana Nasution, located in Sayur Mahincat Village, Padang Lawas Regency, North Sumatra. This lady is the wife of Mr. Jimmi Bugis Lubis as the owner of UD Anugrah Jaya Tani so the two of them set up two kiosks. At this kiosk, it is necessary to know what the best pesticides are to make it easier for the kiosk and the people who need it, and so that people can be sure that the best pesticides have been created. A decision support system has been created to make it easier to determine the best pesticides. The method used is the Weighted Product (WP) method, which is a popular multi-criteria analysis decision and is a multi-criteria decision making method. Like all FMADM methods, WP is a finite set of decision alternatives described in terms of some decision criteria.

The aim of this research is to find out how criminal responsibility is for perpetrators of theft with weights in the Legal Area of ​​the Medan District Court. The research method used is a normative legal method with a type of normative juridical research, where research focuses on studying the application of rules or norms in positive law. The results of this research show that the criminal and his partner were legally proven and promised to be guilty of committing the crime of "aggravated theft", the factor that caused the perpetrator to commit the crime of theft was because the criminal was addicted to drugs. The judge's decision stated that the fraudster did not find anything that could eliminate criminal liability for himself. Criminal liability for the defendant is imprisonment for: 10 (ten) months in prison minus the period of isolation that has been served and with an order that the defendant remain in detention.

Body mass index is used to indicate the proportional category of a person's weight. A person's body mass index more or less also affects cardiovascular endurance (VO2MAX).  One way to improve cardiovascular endurance in school is through extracurricular activities. Extracurricular is a forum for personal development of students through various activities both directly and indirectly. The purpose of this study was to determine and examine the body mass index and cardiovascular endurance level (VO2MAX) of extracurricular sports participants at SMAN 1 Bululawang. In this study, researchers used quantitative descriptive research with survey methods and cross sectional approaches.  The subjects of this study were 40 extracurricular sports participants at SMAN 1 Bululawang. From the results of research conducted on sports extracurricular participants at SMAN 1 Bululawang, it can be concluded that the results of the body mass index are included in the ideal weight category and the level of cardiovascular endurance (VO2Max) is included in the very low criteria.

Adolescence is closely related to body image because at this stage adolescents are looking for their identity and identity. Knowledge of balanced nutrition can give adolescents the ability to apply balanced nutrition information to their diet. Abnormal nutritional status in adolescents is generally caused by incorrect nutritional behavior, which is not balanced consumption with nutritional needs. This study aims to analyze the relationship between body image and knowledge of balanced nutrition with the nutritional status of adolescent girls at MA Muhammadiyah Lingadan Tolitoli.  This study is a correlational quantitative study with a cross sectional design. Respondents used were all adolescent girls aged 10-18 years at MA Muhammadiyah Lingadan Tolitoli totaling 44 people. Data collection in this study used the MBSRQ-AS Questionnaire (Multidemensional Body Self Relation Questionnaire-Appearance Scale), Balanced Nutrition Knowledge Test and measurement of body weight and height to obtain nutritional status data. Data analysis was performed using the Rank Spearman statistical test. The statistical test results showed that there was no significant relationship between body image and nutritional status of adolescent girls at MA Muhammadiyah Lingadan Tolitoli (p=0.384>0.05) and there was a significant relationship between balanced nutrition knowledge and nutritional status of adolescent girls at MA Muhammadiyah Lingadan Tolitoli (p=0.004<0.05).

B value is a factor that reflects the strength and timing of the gradient that will be used to generate a diffusion-weighted image. The higher the b value, the stronger the effect on diffusion. B value can be expressed in units of s/mm2 with a b value range of 500 s/mm2 to 1500 s/mm2. The use of b value in Diffusion Weighted Imaging (DWI) sequences is very important in detecting prostate cancer to distinguish malignant and benign cancer tissue because b value determines the amount of diffusion weighting and shows the sensitivity of the sequence to diffusion. The purpose of this study is to determine the difference in the quality of SNR and CNR images with b value variations in Pelvic MRI examination in prostate cancer cases. This study uses quantitative research methods with an experimental approach. The study population and samples were 4 Pelvic MRI patients with prostate cancer cases who underwent examination in July-August 2023 at the Radiology Installation of Prof.Dr.I.G.N.G Ngoerah Hospital, and each sample was subjected to b value variations of 800, 1000, 1400 and 2000 on the Diffusion Weighted Imaging (DWI) sequence. Data were processed using radiant DICOM and then analyzed using normality test and repeated anova test on SPSS 25 software. The results showed a significance value (p-value) > than 0.05, it can be concluded that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected, which means that there is no difference in Pelvic MRI image quality in Prostate Cancer Cases with b value variations. The b value variation of 800 on Pelvic MRI examination on Diffusion Weighted Imaging (DWI) sequences with prostate cancer cases can produce more optimal image quality compared to b value variations of 1000, 1400 and 2000.

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is a medical diagnostic imaging technique that works on the principle of nuclear magnetic resonance. MRI aircraft can produce diagnostic images of the inside of the human body in both sagittal, coronal, and transverse cuts, Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a widely accepted non-invasive technique for the evaluation of cartilage lesions. The femur, tibia, fibula, and patella are united into one complex group by ligaments. According to Moeller, Genu Examination uses STIR Sequence, Sagital T2 Weighted Fat saturated, Sagittal 3D GRE, Proton Density weighted fat saturated T1 Coronal. The author's purpose in conducting this study is because Genu Examination at one of the Jakarta Hospital in the Case of Soft Tissue Tumor, Meniscus Tear and Oesteoarthritis added the Axial 3D SPGR sequence. The research method used is descriptive research with an observational approach. Data collection was carried out on June 5 to August 31 using Mri GE aircraft with a power of 1.5 Tesla. The patient samples used in this study were three patients with clinical Soft Tissue Tumor, Meniscus Tear, and Osteoarthritis. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and Genu Examination Documentation with the addition of Axial 3D SPGR. The examination is carried out using Quad Knee Coil, the patient's position is supine, feet first. The sequences used in the examination at one of the Jakarta hospitals are Axial Proton Density Fat saturated, Sagital Proton Density Fat saturated, Sagital T2, Coronal Proton Density Fat saturated, Coronal STIR. The role of the Axial 3D SPGR sequence is to evaluate articular cartilage due to its clear depiction of cartilage morphology and high signal to noise ratio (SNR) images.

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is a medical imaging technique that combines magnetic fields and radio waves to create images and analysis of body tissue, blood circulation and metabolic function of the body. Some indications for MRI brain include detecting and identifying cases such as multiple sclerosis, infarction, hemorrhage, infection, trauma, and tumor or metastatic disease. Hemorrhagic stroke is bleeding that occurs when the blood vessels leading to the brain leak. Hemorrhagic stroke occurs when blood comes out of a blood vessel due to tearing of the blood vessel wall. Blood vessel walls can be weakened by the process of atherosclerosis and can also be due to congenital defects. The research method used was qualitative research. With a case study type of research. Data collection was carried out from July 2023 to August 2023 using a 3 Tesla MRI aircraft. The patient samples used in this study were three patients with complaints in the head. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The MRI brain examination procedure in hemorrhagic stroke cases at one of the hospitals in Jakarta uses the Plain localizer axial, sagittal and coronal sequence, T1_fl2_axial, T2_tse_darkfluid_axial, T2_tse_axial, ep2d_diff_4scan_trace, asl_3d_axial, tof_cs_carotids, flow_pc3d_MRV, tof_brain_MRA, T2_swi_axial. In this case, there is a different sequence used, namely T2_swi_axial. Sequence susceptibility weighted imaging (SWI) is an innovative radiological imaging method that is often used in diagnosing neuroradiological disorders.

Apple is a fruit that turn brown quickly after being cut. One method to maintain the quality of apples cut is coating the fresh-cut apples with an edible coating. Ediblei coatingi is a thini ilayer that can bei eaten and can keep the iquality ofi the icoated material. Thei study aimed toi determinei the effectiveness of edible coating aloe vera (Aloe vera chinensis L.) in inhibit enzymatic browning reaction. The designii wasi usiing icompletely irandomized idesign. The first factor was the citrus species (Citrus aurantifolia, Citrus hystrix DC, Citrus amblycarpa) iand the secondi factori was thei istorage itime (0, 3, 6 day). Edible coating applied to fresh-cut apples and tested for moisture content, total dissolved solids, weight loss, color, overall appearance, vitamin C and total plate count. Thei resultsi ishowed that aloe vera edible coating with citrus extract was not effective in inhibiting the enzymatic reaction of sliced apples. The type of citrus and storage time was affect the effectiveness of aloe vera edible coating. Citrus amblycarpa extract has a lower water content reduction effect with a water content of 54.51% on the 6th day of storage time and has an effect on the total plate count, that Citrus amblycarpa extract has decreased total plate count in day 6th. Citrus aurantifolia extract gives the effect of maintaining brightness compared to other types of citrus, with a brightness value of 58,290 on the 6th day. The type of citrus has no effect on weight loss, total dissolved solids, overall appearance. Management of Cervical MRI Examination in Cases of Syringomyelia in the Spinal Medulla at Primaya Hospital Tangerang. Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is a state-of-the-art diagnostic tool for examining and detecting the body using a large magnetic field and radio frequency waves, without the use of X-rays or radioactive materials, which produces cross-sectional images of the human body/organs using a magnetic field. strength between 0.064 – 1.5 tesla (1 tesla = 1000 Gauss) and vibrational resonance of the hydrogen atom nucleus. MRI can produce images of the vertebral column, spinal cord, and also the CSF. The MRI screening procedure is ideal for the differential diagnosis of structural disorders that can affect the spinal roots and spinal cord. This examination is used in carrying out a vertebral examination at once, namely scanning starting directly from the cervical vertebrae and also up to the sacrum. So this examination can directly diagnose the cervical, thoracic, lumbar, sacral vertebrae and also includes the coccyx. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of cervical MRI examination with clinical syringomyelia. This research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The subject is a patient with clinical syringomyelia. All subjects underwent Cervical MRI examination at 1.5 tesla to find out the sequence and procedure and sequence information used. From the research results obtained according to the theory using T1-weighted imaging with administration of contrast agent. While in the field using the cervical MRI protocol without contrast, it is sufficient to establish a diagnosis using an examination procedure with a localizer sequence design, sagittal T1, Axial T1 FSE, Axial T2, Axial 2D marge, sagittal T2 fat sat, Axial T2 thoracic 2-3, myelo 2D. The T2 fat sat sagittal sequence section makes it possible to see the anatomy, namely syringomyelia.

Metode Weighted Product (WP) digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan dengan menggunakan perkalian untuk menghubungkan nilai kriteria, dimana nilai untuk setiap kriteria harus dipangkatkan terlebih dahulu dengan bobot kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Penerapan metode WP dalam pemilihan peserta magang dan studi independen bersetifikat (MSIB) dapat membantu dalam menentukan peserta yang paling sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Metode ini dapat digunakan untuk menentukan nilai-nilai dari setiap kriteria dan menghubungkannya untuk menentukan peserta yang terbaik. Dalam penerapannya, metode WP dapat membantu dalam memilih peserta magang dan studi independen bersetifikat yang memiliki kualitas dan kompetensi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan atau institusi.
