This paper aims to identify the determinant factors that trigger early marriage and strategies to prevent early marriage as a targeted prevention intervention in Semarang City. The method used is quantitative research using analytic descriptions. The results showed that early marriage in the city of Semarang was not caused by economic problems, but because of incidents of pregnancy out of wedlock. The main driving factors for early marriage related to this are psychological factors: 80%, social and social: 79% and culture in society: 77% and low knowledge related to marriage and sexuality: 61%. This study recommends the provision of comprehensive and inclusive Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights ( SRHR) education for all children, increasing public awareness in supervising violations of norms and values, increasing the capacity of Karang Taruna as part of the community's economic drive, increasing social bonds and family bonds in protecting children from the bad effects of promiscuity, improving the quality of education and the economy of early marriage actors through skills training through a smartphone and internet-based digital economy, as an effort to create jobs that are practical, economical and applicable.

This research and development aims to develop a valid and effective Microbiology module based guide inquiry on research on Isolation and Identification of Endophytic Bacteria from Ciplukan. The microbiology module was developed in reference to the ADDIE research and development model. The module drafting phase includes:1) the analyzing step through interviews with lecturers and the questionnaire of needs analysis by student respondents; 2) The step of designing learning modules to improve cognitive knowledge and process skills; 3) The step of developing by using module validation; 4) The step of applying which consists of module implementation in learning; 5) The evaluation step which consists of evaluating the validity of modules, cognitive learning outcomes and student science process skills. The results of the study show that the microbiology module developed accordance with the standards of validity, feasibility and practicality.

Learning media has an important role in increasing students’ understanding and retention, attracting their attention, and supporting various learning styles. In the context of Vocational High Schools (SMK), where students tend to be more interested in practical learning, developing relevant and interesting learning media is crucial, especially for Indonesian language subjects. This article discusses the importance of training for vocational school teachers in creating effective learning media. This training aims to increase the understanding of vocational school teachers in Karangpucung sub-district about the concept of learning media, equip them with technical skills in making media, and integrate information and communication technology (ICT) in the learning process. Through stages that include theory, practice and feedback, this training is expected to increase teacher creativity and student learning motivation. Overall, this training contributes to improving the quality of Indonesian language learning in vocational schools, creating a more dynamic and effective learning environment.

Nusantara: Jurnal Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat 2021 Pusat Riset dan Inovasi Nasional

This community service aims to improve understanding and financial management skills among the managers of the Baitul Qurro Islamic Boarding School, South Tangerang. This socialization activity was carried out during October 2021. The objects of this activity were Islamic boarding school managers, including the Islamic boarding school head, treasurer and administrative staff. The activity methods used include training, workshops and focus group discussions. The training includes material on financial planning, budget management, bookkeeping and financial reporting. Interactive workshops provide opportunities for participants to apply the theory they have learned through case studies and practical simulations. Focus group discussions are used to identify specific problems faced in financial management in Islamic boarding schools and find joint solutions. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in financial management understanding and skills among participants. They are able to make better financial plans, manage budgets more efficiently, and carry out more transparent and accurate bookkeeping and financial reporting. The implication of this activity is the creation of a better financial management system at the Baitul Qurro Islamic Boarding School, which in turn will support operational sustainability and development of the Islamic boarding school. Apart from that, improving financial management skills is also expected to increase stakeholder accountability and trust in the management of Islamic boarding school funds.

This article dsiscusses the importance of parental assistance in the process of learning to read for grade 1 students at SD KARANGUNTUNG VILLAGE. Parental involvement at home plays a very important role in building a strong early literacy foundation for children. Through effective assistance, students will more easily understand reading learning material, improve their literacy skills, and increase their confidence in communicating. This research aims to understand the role of parents in supporting children's learning to read at home and to provide practical recommendations for parents in carrying out this role. The methods used in this article are literature studies and field observations which provide a real picture of the positive impact of parental assistance

The On The Job Training (OJT) activity is an activity that is included in the curriculum of all Study Programs at the Indonesian Tourism Economics College (STIEPARI)  Semarang  and must be carried  out by students  who are currently studying in semester VI. On The Job Training (OJT) is an activity to go directly to the field and apply the things obtained from theory and compared with practice in the field.  From  semester  I to semester  V, students  of the Indonesian  Tourism Economics College (STIEPARI) Semarang have been equipped with various practical skills and solving problems that exist in each study program so as to make it easier for students to practice in their respective fields.

Temanggung robusta coffee has flavors and raw material components that reflect the regional characteristics. To assure the quality and increase the competitiveness, coffe harvesting and post-harvest processing must be carried out according to the geographical indication standart (IG). The application standar of IG practically still has several problems such as a low motivation of harvest and post-harvest processing aspects as well as farmer’s group management. By cooperating with two farmers’ group in Muncar and Ngadisepi village, Gemawang sub-district, Temanggung Regency, Universitas Sebelas Maret has implemented community partnership program. This aim at increasing motivations and skills of farmers in managing coffee processing based on IG standart. Methods used in this programs include: (1) training, (2) introduction of a pulper device, and (3) supervision. This program has: (1) increased motivation, knowledge, skills of farmers’ group in coffee post-harvest processing based on IG standart, (2) increased motivation for strengthening management of farmers’ group institutions, (3) provided applied technology, and (4) increased the economic of coffee value added.
