Before carrying out sailing activities as a navigator on a ship, the thing you must prepare is, prepare everything related to the cruise plan. This aims to minimize the occurrence of accidents on ships when sailing. Making passage plans is usually made using paper maps, but this is a long and inefficient method to do. So, with current technological advances, several systems and tools have been created to make it easier to create passage plans, namely digital maps or better known as Electronic Charts. Electronic Chart Display and Information Systems (ECDIS) is a tool whose function and system can provide information about navigation and whose use is to back up existing equipment, so that it can be accepted and considered to meet the requirements determined by the 1974 SOLAS convention & its amendments. Electronic Chart Display and Information Systems (ECDIS) is an integration of various navigation tools, namely Global Positioning System (GPS), Radio Direction and Ranging (RADAR), Automatic Identification System (AIS), Echo Sounder and Gyro Compass. Starting from this awareness that there are many advantages in operating ECDIS on ships, we should realize that using ECDIS to make shipping plans (Passage Planning) can help lighten the burden on officers on board ships in designing a good and safe shipping route. The impact of making a passage plan that is inaccurate/not rechecked on the nautical chart that is generated as input to ECDIS and causes accidents when the ship is navigating.

Christian Generation Z is negotiating adulthood within an unusually dense field of uncertainty: unstable work transitions, digital comparison, climate concern, post-pandemic disruption, and shifting religious participation. These conditions intensify future anxiety, understood here as anticipatory apprehension toward an unfavorable personal future. This article aims to construct a pastoral counseling model for Christian Gen Z who experience future anxiety without reducing their distress either to a clinical disorder alone or to insufficient faith. Because no field data were collected, the study uses a constructive conceptual design grounded in an integrative literature review, practical theological reasoning, and a critical synthesis of psychological, pastoral, and youth mental health scholarship published before 2024. The analysis identifies three main findings. First, future anxiety among Christian Gen Z is best interpreted as a narrative disruption of agency, meaning, belonging, and hope. Second, pastoral counseling requires an integrative stance that combines spiritual competence, evidence-informed anxiety care, digital awareness, and ecclesial accompaniment. Third, the article proposes the SELAH model: Situational-spiritual assessment, Empathic presence, Lament and meaning reconstruction, Adaptive agency planning, and Hope-building ecclesial accompaniment. The model offers a non-reductive framework for churches, counselors, and Christian educators while emphasizing referral, ethical boundaries, and further empirical testing.

Hypermetropia is a refractive disorder that affects the eye's focus on close objects and can affect academic activities. This study involved 125 students from Ma Chung University Malang, aged 17–24 years, to determine the prevalence of hypermetropia and explore factors that affect their visual health. Data collection was carried out through visual acuity examination using the Snellen chart and questionnaires related to visual habits and duration of gadget use. The results showed that 3.2% of respondents had hypermetropia. Most students (96.8%) used gadgets for more than two hours per day, with 91.2% of them doing so in a lying position, which can increase the risk of eye strain. In addition, symptoms such as blurred vision (58.4%) and eye fatigue (38.4%) were frequently reported. Other risk factors, such as lack of outdoor activities, also contributed to the decline in eye health. Education about healthy visual habits, such as the application of the 20-20-20 rule and regular eye examinations, is essential to prevent worsening of the condition. The results of this study are expected to be a basis for universities in increasing student awareness of the importance of maintaining eye health in the digital era.

Based on the results of addiction scores and mental health disorders, it shows that there is a significant correlation between addiction scores and mental health disorder scores with a p value <0.037. Even though the magnitude of this relationship is very weak linearly, several dimensions have a fairly clear cause and effect path, thus providing confirmation that excessive exposure to the use of digital devices will threaten the health of adolescents.

The rise of information and communication technology in the digital era has introduced both benefits and new challenges, one of which is cyberbullying. This study aims to analyze the application of criminal law in cyberbullying cases in Indonesia, focusing on the limitations and challenges of current regulations. Using a normative juridical method, this research examines relevant laws and court cases to evaluate how criminal law addresses cyberbullying. The findings reveal that, while certain laws provide a legal framework for tackling cyberbullying, they remain insufficient in dealing with the complexities of digital harassment. The study highlights challenges in law enforcement, including difficulties in identifying perpetrators and interpreting the law, and calls for more specific regulations and enhanced training for law enforcement officers. Increased public awareness and preventive measures are also recommended to address the issue effectively. The study's implications suggest the need for legal reform and better cooperation between institutions to improve the protection of cyberbullying victims.

The aim of this research is to examine the Public Relations (PR) strategies within the Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Health Polytechnic (Poltekkes) Palu in attracting prospective new students. The study employs Ronald D. Smith's Strategic Planning for Public Relations, which categorizes its steps into four phases: formative research, strategy, tactics, and evaluative research. The research methodology used is a qualitative approach with a case study. Data is collected through observation and interviews with key informants from the Public Relations Department of Poltekkes Palu and relevant stakeholders. The findings from the formative research phase indicate that Poltekkes Palu's PR has identified several conventional strategies that are not effective in attracting new students, such as brochures, banners, and traditional forms of socialization. In the strategy phase, Poltekkes Palu plans to create podcasts to build brand awareness and market through social media as part of a broader marketing tactic. Social media is deemed a highly relevant channel, especially for reaching high school students. During the evaluation of the previous academic year, the Public Relations Department of Poltekkes Palu recognized valuable insights into the shortcomings of their strategies for student recruitment. The evaluation results show that the use of social media and digital marketing was not fully implemented in the previous academic year.
