Islam considers that health is part of Allah's greatest favor. Medically, fasting can cleanse toxins and substances that accumulate in the digestive tract, kidneys, and other organs of the body due to preservatives, dyes, artificial sweeteners, cancer-causing carcinogenic substances, cigarette smoke and others that accumulate over the years. Although our body's mechanisms have the ability to treat themselves, the body's capacity also has its limits. By fasting, the protection of the body's organs can be perfect. The purpose of this research is to inform Muslims that fasting is mandatory for us to carry it out. In the Qur'an, surah al-Baqarah 2:183. Allah SWT said, "O you who believe, it is obligatory to fast on you, it is obligatory to those before you, so that you may fear Allah". Fasting is one of the pillars of Islam that must be done by every Muslim who is mukalaf (who has reached puberty and has intellect) and who is not in hindrance (uzur). The type of research used is from various literature and the development of various references. The method used is analysis. The data of this study was obtained by collecting data related to the journal theme, then grouping, sorting, and deleting unnecessary data. Next is to present and conclude from various data collections. The results of this study are described systematically and concretely according to the order of focus that has been previously explained. The first step is to explain what fasting is. The second step is to quote all the sentences that describe the relationship between fasting and health according to leading experts.

Cancer therapy has long faced the challenge of balancing treatment effectiveness with minimizing damage to healthy tissues. Conventional therapies such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy, although widely used, often lead to significant side effects due to their non-specific nature. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of microscopic robots in delivering drugs precisely to cancer cells, thereby reducing collateral damage. The research employed simulations and in vitro preclinical tests using cancer cell cultures to evaluate both targeting accuracy and safety. Findings indicate that microscopic robots achieved 93% effectiveness in targeting cancer cells while limiting damage to healthy cells to only 10%. Compared to chemotherapy, radiotherapy, chemoradiotherapy, and nanoparticle-based drug delivery systems, microscopic robots demonstrated superior precision and efficiency. These results suggest that microscopic robots hold great potential as a breakthrough technology in precision cancer therapy, offering new possibilities for safer and more effective treatments. However, further research is required to address long-term biocompatibility, control mechanisms within the human body, and clinical validation. This study highlights the transformative potential of integrating microscopic robots into future cancer treatment strategies, contributing to the advancement of personalized medicine.

This study aims to analyze the impact of visual content on Instagram on users’ psychological well-being, focusing on body image, Fear of Missing Out (FoMO), and life satisfaction. As Instagram usage increases, more users are exposed to visual content promoting certain beauty standards and ideal lifestyles that are often unattainable for many. This exposure drives social comparison and FoMO, triggering various adverse effects on psychological well-being, such as low self-confidence, anxiety, and dissatisfaction with oneself. This research employed survey methods and a literature review from relevant prior studies. Findings indicate that exposure to idealized visual content on Instagram significantly intensifies body image dissatisfaction and personal insecurity. On the other hand, findings also suggest that educational and inspirational content on Instagram has the potential to support psychological well-being, though its accessibility and popularity are often overshadowed by entertainment and lifestyle content. The study concludes by emphasizing the need for users to be more selective in their content consumption and the platform’s role in promoting positive content that supports psychological well-being. This approach
