Outpatient services are an important part of health services provided by hospitals. However, some BPJS hospitals experience obstacles in providing efficient and quality outpatient services, such as long queues, long waiting times, and lack of a good management system. the application of Lean Management to the outpatient services of BPJS patients in hospitals can help hospitals improve operational performance, so as to increase public trust in BPJS Health. This study aims to analyze the application of Lean Management to the outpatient services of BPJS patients in hospitals. This research uses a literature study method or Systematic Literature Review using the Google Scholar search engine and journal databases, such as Researchgate. The results showed that most outpatient service activities for BPJS patients still have patient waiting times below the established service standards. In analyzing the flow that patients go through, each activity is identified into two groups, namely Value Added (VA) as an activity that is considered necessary and profitable and Non Value Added (NVA) as an activity that is considered unnecessary. Based on the percentage of waste in the form of the largest waiting time can be described, namely, 35.1% in the registration process, 30.2% in the poly examination process, and 20.7% in the process of receiving drugs in the pharmaceutical installation

Pemanfaatan teknologi bagi CV. Global Mitra Perkasa dengan menggunakan WhatsApp sebagai media koordinasi proyek, tidak sesuai untuk manajemen proyek yang terstruktur. Untuk mengatasi masalah yang ada pada mitra, maka pada pengabdian ini akan dibangun sebuah aplikasi manajemen proyek dengan mengimplementasikan Application Programming Interface (API) yang terintegrasi dengan aplikasi mobile berbasis Android untuk memudahkan manajemen dan dokumentasi proyek secara terstruktur dalam satu sistem internal perusahaan. Metode pengabdian ini dimulai dari analisa masalah kemudian dicari penentuan solusinya, dilanjutkan dengan pembuatan aplikasi dan testing aplikasi, jika sudah tidak ditemukan bug kemudian dilanjutkan testing menggunakan data pekerjaan proyek sekaligus evaluasi dan tahap terakhir adalah implementasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan administrasi dan koordinasi lebih terstruktur, dan efisien dalam pelaksanaan proyek. Hal ini berdampak pada meningkatnya efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam manajemen proyek, mengurangi risiko kehilangan data, serta mempercepat proses dokumentasi progres proyek. Saran penelitian selanjutnya adalah menambah fitur edit untuk memungkinkan admin melakukan perubahan pada data proyek, serta menambah fitur pemantauan progres proyek secara real-time dan integrasi dengan alat manajemen proyek lainnya.

The digital market has become an important platform for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to promote and market their products. This study aims to explore the application of digital marketing strategies to Misscrip SMEs by Damartrends in expanding market reach and increasing sales of their products. The results of the study show that Damartrends has successfully implemented a digital marketing strategy effectively to market MSME Misscrip products. The implementation of digital marketing involves using social media and websites to expand their reach and increase their brand visibility. In addition, Damartrends also utilizes paid advertising to increase their online visibility.

The Surabaya City Population and Civil Registry Office partners with the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology in the MSIB Batch 4 program. This activity is designed for students who want to assist the Surabaya City Government in providing Population Administration services at the Population and Civil Registration Service, by going directly as a form of service to public. In MSIB activities with the Surabaya City Population and Civil Registration Service, students participate in the population administration service process through the Klampid New Generation Application. During the internship, students get 1 KNG account to help sub-district staff process population administration requests for residents of Genting Kalianak. Through this MSIB program, the author as an apprentice student hopes to be able to show a real contribution to his work in socializing the Kalimasada program to the Genting Kalianak sub-district community to create an orderly population administration society.

Toilet training is a way to train children aged 1-3 years in controlling defecation and urination activities properly and correctly. According to the 2019 National Household Health Survey (SKRT), it is estimated that the number of toddlers who have difficulty controlling defecation and urination (bedwetting) at the age of up to pre-school reaches 75 million children. This phenomenon is triggered by many things, such as parents' lack of knowledge about how to train defecation and toileting, the use of compresses and many others (Riblat, 2017). The introduction and implementation of toilet training in children is very important. Knowledge is one of the factors that can influence the success of toilet training implementation. This study aims to determine the relationship between parental knowledge about toilet training, with the success in its application in pre-school children in kindergarten. Anugrah Harapan Bangsa Marelan in 2023, using the type of correlation descriptive research. The population and sample in this study were all parents who had pre-school age children as many as 130 people. This study used a total sampling method, instrument in the form of a knowledge questionnaire and the successful implementation of toilet training. The results of this study were tested using the chi-square test, the results obtained p value = 0.000 (<0.05) indicates that parental knowledge has a relationship with the successful implementation of toilet training in children. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the better the parents' knowledge, the better the results of the implementation of toilet training. For this reason, it is recommended that parents maintain and improve their knowledge about toilet training so that they can provide good and correct toilet training implementation results for their children. This can be done for example by attending health education counseling events, especially in the field of toilet training.

Where buying and selling transactions are carried out by the community mostly independently by managing available resources, which include the livestock sector, agriculture, crafts, food, services, and so on. At the Liluwo traditional market there are many sellers of various kinds of needs, ranging from basic household needs, clothing, prepared food and raw materials such as fish and vegetables, to hair cutting services. The facilities at the Liluwo traditional  market are toilets, parking lots, prayer rooms. From the results of observations of researchers in the field, there has not been found a good sign system that helps make it easier for visitors. Some visitors, especially new prospective buyers, experience problems in finding a way/place to sell certain materials. From the problems mentioned above, the researchers plan to design a good sign system for the Liluwo traditional market to make it easier for buyers and sellers to carry out buying and selling activities. Apart from that, with a good sign system, the identity of the Liluwo traditional market will increase and can become an attraction in the eyes of the public.

In the era of globalization, cultural exchange is easier to do. One of the cultures that are popular with young people in Indonesia is Japanese animation. Animation is an image that is made to look real with artificial intelligence technology. At this time many people are interested in animated content that is displayed in real-time via social media, but there are still many who have not been able to present it optimally regarding the expressions and movements of the characters. So the researchers used the face tracking method in the Live2D application to produce animated characters that can interact directly with the exact expressions of the actors behind the camera. Tests using Vtube Studio Unity proved that the animations created succeeded in displaying the actors' expressions and movements in real-time. Currently companies must be able to provide various kinds of strategies so that their companies can be reached by the general public. Brand Awareness is the ability of a particular brand to display in the minds of consumers when they are thinking about a particular product group and how easy the product is to pronounce.

The purpose of this observation activity is to see the development and application of basic literacy in elementary schools. In compiling this article, a pedescriptive type of research was carried out using a qualitative approach, to obtain an overview of the implementation of basic literacy in elementary schools. Based on the results of interviews conducted by group 6 with school principals, teachers and students at SDN 138 and SDN 190 Pekanbaru, regarding how the implementation of basic literacy is implemented in elementary schools and how programs are implemented to improve basic literacy in two schools, namely Public Elementary School 138 and Public Elementary School 193 Pekanbaru, found similarities and differences in the implementation of basic literacy in these two schools. As for the explanation of the stages of the school literacy movement, the first is the habituation stage. At this stage it can be done by getting used to reading for approximately 15 minutes before learning. To support this activity, of course, schools are expected to be able to provide books other than textbooks and other reading materials so that students are interested in reading. Second, is the development stage, which is the next stage after reading habits begin to form, the development of students' literacy skills can be carried out through various literacy activities.

Social and environmental problems that arise in society are one of the negative impacts of industrial activities. Poverty, ignorance, access to life and clean water, environmental pollution, infectious diseases continue to occur continuously due to industrial activities. Industrial waste that is continuously disposed of carelessly is a continuous problem that can cause environmental pollution. Through the implementation of the corporate social responsibility program, ASSA Rent Surabaya carried out mangrove seed planting activities. The research method used is descriptive analysis which is qualitative in nature. Data collection was carried out by observation, literature study, and interviews. This study uses the theory of Charles O. Jones by identifying three pillars of activity namely organization, interpretation, and application. The results showed that ASSA Rent Surabaya had carried out the activity of planting mangrove seedlings as a corporate social responsibility program very well.

Bacground Sectio caesarea is a procedure that involves cutting the uterine and abdominal walls to deliver a fetus. This study aims to determine the application of hand-held relaxation techniques to reducing the pain scale of post-section caesarea patients at RSIA Sitti Khadijah Aisyiyah, Gorontalo City. Method : The method used is descriptive analytic with a case study approach on 4 Post sectio caesarea patients with pain at RSIA Sitti Khadijah Aisyiyah Gorontalo City which includes nursing assessment, nursing diagnosis, nursing intervention, nursing implementation and nursing evaluation. The process of applying this finger-held relaxation technique is carried out for 1 day. Measurement of the pain scale was carried out before and after the hand-held relaxation technique was carried out and using a Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) pain scale measuring instrument. Result : So the results obtained before and after the relaxation technique was carried out, the pain intensity decreased. This case study shows that after finger grip relaxation was performed in patients I, II, III, and IV who experienced postoperative sectio caesarea pain, the result was a change in the pain scale from a moderate pain scale to a mild pain scale. Conslusion : There is a significant effect of the application of finger grip relaxation techniques in post op section caesarean patients for changes in pain levels.

The number of criteria in the selection of suppliers aims for the company to get optimal results. The following are the criteria that will be used in the study including price, material, thickness, grade and type. The biggest problem that ever happened to the company and resulted in a sizeable loss was that the supplier changed the raw materials used in the production process without the company's approval. In this study an application was designed that could assist in rating plywood suppliers using the AHP method and then using the COPRAS method. The supplier that gets the highest score after being processed using the AHP and COPRAS methods is the best supplier of plywood. Application designed in the form of a website. With this application, it can make it easier for users to choose plywood suppliers.

Face is one of the unique parts of the human body and can be used for identification purposes. Research on the application of facial recognition biometric technology has been carried out since 1960 and continues to be refined to this day. Humans can easily recognize an object or image, but not for a computer. This is the background behind the creation of a scientific discipline called Computer Vision. One deep learning algorithm that has been extensively researched and used for classifying various images is Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). The COVID-19 requires us to comply with health protocols, one of which is by wearing a mask when doing activities outside the home. The biometric presence system that is commonly used today can pose a risk of transmission because they have to touch the surface of an object that may have been contaminated from someone infected with the COVID-19 virus. Seeing the risks posed and the relevance to the times when people are accustomed to wearing masks, a study was conducted to create a masked face recognition system using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method with VGG16 architecture. The dataset used was in the form of people's faces who were willing to be the object of research. This study produced highest accuracy rate of 85,71% with the application of various types of masks, namely surgical, cloth, and KF94 masks.

QoS (Quality of Service) on the internet network at STIKUBANK University Semarang should be maintained optimally as one of the efforts to meet the needs of internet users on campus. The purpose of this research was to determine the quality and service of the Wifi network in Building D8, STIKUBANK University Semarang so that it can determine the level of satisfaction of the users of the wifi network and minimize network disruptions early on so that the internet network is always at its best.. The QoS (Quality of Service) parameters used in this study are bandwidth, delay, packet loss and jitter based on the TIPON standard by monitoring the internet network at the Access Point of each room using the Axence NetTools application. Some of these rooms include: WR Room, YPPMI Room, TU Room, Meeting Room, Rector Room and HR Room. This research has benefits both theoretically and practically. Theoretically, the benefit of this research is that it can be a reference for other researchers who will discuss QoS (Quality of Service) analysis of Wifi networks at schools, colleges or other institutions. And practically, the results of this study can be used as material for study and information for STIKUBANK University Semarang regarding the QoS (Quality of Service) of the Wifi network in Building D8, STIKUBANK University Semarang. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the QoS (Quality of Service) of the Wifi network in Building D8 of Stikubank University (UNISBANK) according to the TIPON standard is satisfactory with a percentage of 91.67% and is included in the grade B category.   Keyword : QoS (Quality of Service), Wi-Fi, TIPHON, Axence NetTools.

This research was conducted at MSMEs in Sidoarjo, especially those engaged in pecel seasoning processing. This study aims to analyze the method of determining the cost of goods sold and cost allocation applied by MSMEs in Sidoarjo by calculating production costs according to the full costingrmethod. The type of4data used is qualitativeydata presented in descriptive or description form and quantitativerdata presented in numerical form. The source of data is primarysdata obtained from interviewszconducted with pecel seasoning business managers in Sidoarjo and secondary data derived from literaturepstudies and other publications that support the writing of this research. The results explain that the full costing method is suitable for analyzing production costs because it includes all general costs, fixed costs, and variable costs in the production9process.

The giveaway activity is a marketing activity carried out by a brand with the aim of attracting market attention, and introducing the brand more broadly to potential customers. By distributing prizes to selected customers. In this activity, several problems emerged, namely the Sukabumi Boutique Store admin felt that it was not objective because the process of determining the winner of the giveaway was only through the picker application on the cellphone, so that the giveaway winners who appeared did not pay attention to certain criteria and requirements. Determination through the picker application is only done by drawing a lot by looking at the name that appears first. Selection like this is considered unfair for customers who already feel they meet all the criteria and requirements but do not win the giveaway. In the implementation of the simulation of determining the winner of the giveaway, a method is needed that can solve these problems. The weighted product method is a ranking method where decisions are made by multiplying to connect attribute ratings. This process begins with inputting alternative data, then continues with the process of inputting several criteria that have been selected, namely, number of transactions, quantity of shopping, total visits, resellers. This study aims to explain leadership path goal theory. Literature study is used as a method in research. The data is taken, collected, and analyzed from books and scientific journals that have similar topics, then made into writings and conclusions. The results of the study show that using path goal leadership can increase employee motivation. The results applied with the application of the path goal leadership style can increase employee motivation. Path-goal theory recognizes four leadership behaviors for increasing subordinate motivation. The four path-goal leadership styles that serve to provide structure and reward to subordinates are directive, supportive, participatory, and achievement-oriented.
