Hypertension is a condition where a person's blood pressure increases above normal which can inhibit the work of the heart. Strategies that can be used to reduce the incidence of hypertension is to utilize products favored by the public that have the potential to lower blood pressure. Food ingredients such as milkfish, white radish, and broccoli. All three have the opportunity to be processed into food products that are well known among the public, efficient, practical, and acceptable to all circles where the product is Nugget. This study aims to determine the effect of adding white radish and broccoli to the preference level of milkfish nuggets as an alternative snack for hypertensive patients. This study used an experimental design, namely RAL with 6 treatments. The treatment was factor L as the addition of white radish with 3 levels and factor B as the addition of broccoli with 2 levels. The results showed that the milkfish nuggets with the addition of 70% white radish and 30% broccoli were preferred by the panelists with a protein nutrient content of 9.48% using the Kjeldahl test, 16.4% fat using the Weibull test, 0.18% potassium using the ASS, 2.24% sodium using the ASS test, and 248.98 kcal energy using calculations.

Coffee is an agricultural product that not only functions as a fresh drink, but also comes from an annual plant. Indonesia is known as one of the largest countries in coffee production in the world after Brazil, Vietnam and Colombia in 2017. There are two of the most commonly known varieties of coffee, namely arabica coffee (Coffea arabica) and robusta coffee (Coffea canephora). Due to the similarities between the two types of coffee beans, many people, especially those who are not experienced in the world of coffee, have difficulty telling the difference. Therefore, we need a tool that can help overcome this problem, such as smartengine which can classify arabica and robusta coffee beans. The development of this smartengine follows the Software Developer Life Cycle method using a spiral approach which involves several cycle stages. The first stage involves creating a deep learning model using the Deep Learning Life Cycle method which consists of several steps. In the second stage, deep learning models are provided as a service that can be used by other applications through application programming interfaces (APIs). For smartengine implementation, Google Colab with Keras API and TensorFlow backend is used. This smartengine has the ability to detect coffee beans and also allows the retrain process if needed. Testing is carried out using the blackbox method, where the feature functionality of the smartengine is tested. This research succeeded in developing a smartengine that can detect Arabica and Robusta coffee beans.

The aim of this research is to assess the impact of capital, working hours, business location, and technology on the income of traders in Pasar Sindu, Sanur Village. The research employed stratified random sampling, involving a sample of 142 traders. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results of the data processing indicate that collectively, capital, working hours, business location, and technology have a significant influence on the income of traders in Pasar Sindu. Individually, the variables of capital, working hours, business location, and technology also have a positive and significant impact on the income of traders in Pasar Sindu, Sanur Village. This research contributes theoretically to the field of microeconomics, particularly in the theory of supply and the theory of production factors. Practically, the findings of this research have implications for traders to utilize capital, working hours, business location, and technology to enhance their income. Furthermore, the government can utilize the results of this research as a basis for formulating policies that support the increase in traders' income. The government can also provide socialization to traders regarding the latest technological developments that can assist them in their businesses.

Catering "Miss Tote" is one of the MSMEs located in Kepanjen Kidul Village, Kepanjen Kidul District, Blitar City. In today's modern era, the catering business is faced with problems related to technology and digitalization. The implementation of community service aims to optimize product marketing through the use of the Canva application as a branding medium and mentoring the use of Instagram social media to expand customer reach and introduce products to potential customers. The method used is a case study with a qualitative approach, the data obtained from interviews with the owner of the MSMEs Catering "Miss Tote" and observations of marketing that has been done and documentation during the implementation process. The results of the study show that the "Miss Tote" MSMEs has marketing potential that has not been optimized, therefore students contribute to making logos, banners, catalogs and brochures as media branding of the "Miss Tote" MSMEs. Implementing a marketing strategy using Canva can have a positive impact such as building a strong brand image so that it can increase customer trust and become the hallmark of a business.

UMKM Cendol Sueger is a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) engaged in the business of cendol production drinks located in the Kauman sub-district, Kepanjen Kidul District, Blitar City. The problem faced by Cendol Sueger SMEs is that their marketing activities are still very minimal and traditional. For this reason, it is necessary to provide training on the importance of implementing digital marketing so that the marketing system can be better so that it can expand the scope of its business targets and can support even better sales activities. The purpose of this research is to apply digital marketing to improve the marketing strategy of Cendol Sueger SMEs. Some of the digital e-commerce and social media used are grab, website, and Instagram accounts. The results of the study show that Cendol Seger MSMEs now understand and are able to create accounts, manage and utilize social media to expand their marketing reach online so that they can improve marketing strategies and sales results for Cendol Sueger MSMEs.

Baduta batik Blitar is an MSME that sells batik handicraft products. Barik itself is a work of a nation that is well known abroad. The batik craft center itself is a cultural tour that is visited by many domestic and foreign tourists. Almost every region in Indonesia has batik craft centers, especially in Java and its surroundings. UMKM Batik Baduta Blitar has been built since 2009, but UMKM Baduta has obstacles in carrying out digital marketing, which causes Batik Baduta Blitar customers to complain about the lack of information from Batik Baduta Blitar writing on Batik Baduta Blitar's social media. The application of digital marketing is carried out with the stages of literacy, training and development then application of programs that are in accordance with the conditions of the Baduta batik group. The results of this study are that with this problem the solution that can be applied is to create an online marketing strategy that includes digital marketing strategies, social media content, and copy writing. The existence of this online marketing strategy can make Batik Baduta Blitar MSMEs able to carry out marketing effectively and efficiently.

This research was conducted with the aim of evaluating the influence of capital, labor, and training on the production value of the ready-made garment industry in Kota Denpasar, as well as the influence of capital, labor, training, and production value on the industry's income. The research sample consisted of 88 units of ready-made garment industry businesses in Kota Denpasar, and path analysis was used as the analytical method. The results of the analysis indicated that capital, labor, and training have a positive impact on the production value of the ready-made garment industry in Kota Denpasar. Additionally, capital, labor, training, and production value also have a positive influence on the industry's income. Another interesting finding is that the production value acts as a mediator between capital, labor, and training and the income of the ready-made garment industry in Kota Denpasar.

Ambulu Village is a village in Sumberasih District, Probolinggo Regency which has several MSME actors including potato donut sellers, pastry sellers, food sellers, caterers, and others. This research focuses on the development of product innovation at Barokah 717 SMEs in Ambulu Village. UMKM Barokah 717 is one of the UMKM that produces banana and cassava chips in Ambulu Village, Sumberasih District, Probolinggo Regency which is liked by the local community and becomes souvenirs for tourists who are in Probolinggo. Based on the results of interviews with MSME actors, it was found that their products were sold conventionally so that consumers were only in Ambulu Village and its surroundings. Therefore, it is necessary to design product development starting from packaging, branding, to product innovation so that it can expand market share. The results of this research are also expected to improve the community's economy and advance other MSMEs so that they can innovate in producing a higher quality product and are able to penetrate a wider market.

Financial reporting is one of the activities carried out by companies that have gone public, financial reporting can assist users in making decisions or policies to develop activities. Segment and interim financial statements are one of the reports that need to be disclosed in the company's financial statements. The purpose of segment and interim financial reports is to provide information about the different types of business activities and the economic environment in which the company operates. Fulfillment of this objective will help users of financial statements to better understand the company's performance and assess future cash flow prospects, as well as be able to make more informed judgments about the company as a whole. The purpose of this study is to analyze the determination of reporting segments using the ten percent test on revenue and profit and loss in the financial statements of PT.Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk for 2018-2022 in accordance with PSAK number 5. The research method used is a qualitative research method, the sample used is a purposive sampling technique, which is a sampling technique with certain considerations. The sample taken comes from the Financial Statements of PT.Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk segment which consists of 4 segments namely Branded Consumer Products, Bogasari, Agribusiness and Distribution. The research results show that the distribution segment does not need to be reported because it does not pass the 10% test on income for 5 years (2018-2022), the agribusiness segment and the distribution segment do not pass the 10% test on profit and loss in 2018 and 2019 but in 2020, 2021 ,2022 the agribusiness segment passed the 10% test on profit and loss, and the 10% test on distribution segment assets did not pass the test for 5 years (2018–2022). And the bogasari segment only in 2020 did not pass the 10% test on assets.

The result of this research is PT Sierad Product can overcome information security problems with information security methods of information, electronic security, physical security and procedural security in data processing and minimize vulnerabilities.

This involves formulating the vision, mission, and goals of the organization, as well as developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve these goals.SWOT analysis is a tool used in strategic management to identify internal and external factors that affect the performance of an organization or a project.SWOT analysis assists organizations in formulating strategies by considering internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as existing external opportunities and threats.  The application of information technology systems will be beneficial if the application is in accordance with the goals, vision and mission of the organization by establishing business strategies and information technology systems strategies related to SWOT Analysis.The research method used is the SWOT Analysis Technique including IFE, EFE, and TOWS.  The IFE matrix shows that Cafe D'Sruput has strong organizational characteristics internally while the EFE matrix shows the weaknesses of cafe D'Sruput, so that cafe D'Sruput can carry out market development, product development and innovate in developing business at cafe D' Slurp.

The Coordinating Ministry for the Economy of the Republic of Indonesia (2022) reports that Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are important players in the Indonesian economy, accounting for 99% of all economic sectors. MSMEs contribute 60.5% to GDP (Gross Domestic Product) and are able to absorb 96.9% of the national workforce (Sakum & Ismamudi, 2022). But on the one hand, MSMEs experience many internal and external obstacles so they cannot maximize their business, one of which is UMKM Fiya Cake which has problems in applying visual branding, namely not having a business identity in its application. Therefore, the solution that will be provided as an effort to introduce Fiya Cake's business products is to design and create a business identity in the form of a logo, banner, and also create an NIB. The method used in this activity is the mentoring method which begins with a survey, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results to be achieved from this service activity are the creation of branding as a form of business identity so that it will be easy to remember by the wider community.

Digital marketing is one of the marketing or promotional media strategies that currently has a major influence on sales. MSMEs Ecoprint Crafts is a production and buying and selling business of ecoprint crafts in Kepanjenlor, Blitar city. In this case, MSMEs players still have problems with the development of business and sales strategies. Through the use of digital marketing, it is hoped that it will be able to help Ecoprint Craft MSMEs actors, as one of the promotional media for developing a business. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. As well as using the mentoring method by carrying out several stages, namely, observation, planning, implementation, and evaluation of each step taken. In the data collection stage on ecoprint craft MSMEs by using direct interviews with ecoprint craft MSMEs owners. The MBKM Thematic Real Work Lecture (KKNT) organized by the East Java "Veteran" National Development University is a form of education by providing learning experiences for students to live in the community outside the campus, which directly together with the community identify potential and handle problems so that they are expected to be able to develop village/regional potential and concoct solutions to existing problems in the village. This is a challenge for MBKM Thematic Real Work Lectures (KKNT) how to make Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bareng District have a brand on their products. The introduction of this product brand is useful for the progress of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Bareng District in a modern way so that they are not left behind by other cities. Digital marketing is a marketing activity or promotion of goods or brands using digital media or the internet to quickly attract consumers or potential customers. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. This research focuses on Taso Ndeso MSMEs located in RT 4 RW 12 Sukorejo Village, Blitar City. This is because the Taso Ndeso MSMEs themselves still have not utilized and have not used marketing through digital marketing to promote their products. Digital marketing utilization has becoming the important key of MSMEs “Taso Ndeso” in Sukorejo Village, Blitar City in attempt of increasing their market. By using digital platform like social media and website, MSMEs could reach better market outside their region. By showing their unique and nice products. MSMEs “Taso Ndeso” could attract potential consumer attention and increase their visibility. One of their digital marketing benefit for MSMEs “Taso Ndeso” are their capability for live interaction with customer. By using comment, direct message, and online survey, MSMEs could get precious feedback and understanding what their customer preference and also what their customer needed. By this knowledge MSMEs could fix and increase their products like what their customer needed, make them more competitive in market. Beside of that, digital marketing also have an important role to build great products for MSMEs “Taso Ndeso”. By using interesting visual content and story telling that can build emotions whos watching. MSMEs could convey their value and their unique products to audiens. By differentiate themself from competitor and build strong relationship with their customer. MSMEs “Taso Ndeso” can make their strong identity and  their customer trust with their products in long term.

UMKM is a business that is often found in all corners of Indonesia, including the city of Blitar. In Blitar City itself there are many types of UMKMs engaged in each field. Not a few UMKMs are engaged in the same field and have similar product results. Of course this creates competition. Business actors need to have a strategy so that the UMKMs they have can still develop and not lose many consumers. One way is by making product differentiation. The methods used by the executors are interviews and market surveys to analyze existing problems and conditions. Then brainstorm to find a solution. Cheese meatballs are the final decision made in the implementation of product differentiation at the UMKM Bakso dan Es Campur “Family”.  With this product differentiation, it is hoped that the UMKM concerned will have its own charm compared to its competitors.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and the economic side of the process of manual or semi-automatic bending signs. The data required for both types of marking methods are data on the number of operators, company working hours, effective working hours, and the results of the production process. After that it is done by data processing, data processing in this study uses the Experimental Method, in the Manual marking process, the process is done by directly drawing on the multiplex material according to the drawing design using 2 operators, in the Semi Automatic marking process, the use of a CNC machine is done by using only 1 operator and also using a setting on a CNC machine of 50 Amperes. So from the data that has been managed later, it shows that the use of CNC machines as a substitute for manual marking has a positive effect on the company. Which can reduce the amount of operator usage, get more results from the Manual marking process, and use less electricity. So overall, the marking process using the Semi Automatic method is better from all sides compared to the marking process using the Manual method.

MSMEs play an important role in the Indonesian economy. Therefore, the development and progress of MSMEs is very important. One of the efforts to increase the development of MSMEs is through promotional strategies by creating attractive and innovative marketing content. In addition, MSME players must also be able to utilize social media as an effective and efficient promotion and sales media. Both of these are good strategies, especially in the current digitalization era. However, after conducting a field survey, it was found that MSME players in the Keputih village area did not understand how to create content and utilize social media properly. Therefore, the group 74 KKN-T MBKM UPN "Veteran" East Java conducted training with the theme "Content Development and Social Media Management" as a solution to this problem. This research was conducted using survey and interview methods with a qualitative approach. This training was held on May 20, 2023 at the Keputih Harmony Tourism Market with the target of MSME players in the Keputih Harmony Tourism Market (PWHK) and MSMEs in the Keputih area but outside PWHK. This training produces output in the form of material and hones soft skills skills regarding the creation of interesting and innovative marketing content and how to manage social media to increase sales of MSME products in the Keputih Village area.

In the evolving era of digital marketing, the quality of product photos plays a vital role in attracting customers and boosting sales. This study aims to explore the influence of using a studio photo box as part of the digital marketing strategy for SMEs in Semolowaru Village. A studio photo box is a simple tool made from easily accessible materials and is affordable, enabling SMEs to produce high-quality product photos. The findings of this study demonstrate that the utilization of a studio photo box can enhance the product's appeal on digital marketing platforms, attract potential customers, and differentiate the product from competitors. By using a studio photo box, SMEs in Semolowaru Village can generate attractive and professional product photos, which can contribute to building a strong brand image and increasing conversion rates. The awareness among SMEs in Semolowaru Village regarding the importance of quality product photos in digital marketing has facilitated the adoption of studio photo boxes. With the right steps, such as selecting a suitable studio, ensuring proper lighting, careful product arrangement, accurate editing, and leveraging photos in online promotions, SMEs can fully harness the potential of studio photo boxes to achieve success in digital product marketing.
