This research aims to analyze the form of social interaction between characters in the novel Lebih Senyap Dari Bisikan by Andina Dwifatma, and utilize the results of the analysis as an alternative teaching material for SMA class XII students. This research is a descriptive qualitative research whose analysis results will be described narratively. The data source in this analysis is the novel Lebih Senyap Dari Bisikan by Andina Dwifatma. The findings of the analysis show that this novel contains social interactions that are associative and dissociative. Associative social interaction consists of cooperation when the characters realize that they have the same interests, accommodation when the characters are willing to adjust to the new environment, and assimilation when the characters try to reduce differences. Meanwhile, dissociative social interactions consist of contravention when the characters cause disagreement with each other, and conflict when the characters oppose each other by hitting each other. The results of the analysis are then adjusted to the demands of the 2013 curriculum based on Core Competencies and Basic Competencies and made a product in the form of teaching materials to support the learning of SMA class XII students.

The growth of businesses on a micro, small and medium scale is in line with technological advances that are also experiencing rapid development. The Internet is one of the technological advancements that can be used for online product marketing, either through social media or e-commerce. Digital marketing and branding are the right marketing and media strategies to reach a wider market. This digital marketing and branding assistance activity aims to educate and facilitate MSMEs in Musir Lor Village to reach their consumers globally. Using the ABCD method through an approach that focuses on assets owned by MSMEs, this devotion activity seeks the realization of a social life order so that people can become perpetrators and determine development efforts in their environment. This assistance activity uses an object, namely MSME "Kiara Snack " Ibu Marfi'ah, which produces a variety of cakes and traditional snacks. The result of this assistance activity is the creation of logo design, registration of NIB, updating packaging design, interactive content creation and digital marketing through social media and e-commerce.

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of communication and motivation on employee job satisfaction at the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning, Bima Regency. The approach used in this research is using an associative approach. The sample in this study was 89 respondents. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and literature study. Data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, t tests, and F tests processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 20 program. Partially, The results of the study show that communication has no significant effect on job satisfaction and motivation has a significant effect on employee satisfaction at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Bima Regency. The results of the study show that communication and motivation simultaneously affect employee job satisfaction at the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning in Bima Regency. by 64.2%.

The background of this research is the work productivity of CV Hurip employees, which fluctuates, where there is an increase and there is also a decrease. Employees lack the ability to complete the job. Employees lack the ability to improve work results achieved. Employees do not prioritize quality. The leadership of CV Hurip is responsible, wise, able to manage, direct, influence and understand the wishes of employees. Leaders are able to overcome the problems currently faced by employees. Leaders provide compensation for each employee is still lacking. Thus, the purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of leadership patterns on the work productivity of CV Hurip employees in Ciamis Regency. Knowing and analyzing the influence of corporate culture on the work productivity of CV Hurip employees in Ciamis Regency. Knowing and analyzing the influence of leadership patterns and corporate culture on the work productivity of CV Hurip employees in Ciamis Regency. This type of research is an explanatory survey while the data analysis technique is descriptive statistics. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the pattern of leadership tends to be high, as well as high employee work productivity. This indicates a strong influence of leadership patterns on employee work productivity. This means that if the pattern of leadership increases, it will be followed by an increase in employee work productivity. Company culture tends to be high, as well as high employee work productivity. This indicates a strong influence of corporate culture on employee productivity . This means that if the company's culture increases, it will be followed by an increase in employee work productivity. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial as well as the dominant variable of the marketing mix consisting of product (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3) and place variable (X4) on purchasing decisions (Y) in Deta Stores in the Village Senaken District of Tanah Grogot. The sample for this study were consumers or people who made purchases at Deta Stores from May 2022 to June 2022. Using an incidental sampling technique, the number of samples obtained was 50 people. Consumers who were the sample in this study were given a questionnaire consisting of 31 statements. Responses to the questionnaire were tested for validity and reliability prior to multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application. The results of testing the research instrument, namely the questionnaire, showed that 31 statement items were declared valid because r count > r table. In addition, all statements are reliable because the cronbach`s alpha value is 0.940 > 060. The regression equation obtained Y = -0.045+0.582X1+0.023X-0.167X3+0.562X4. The correlation coefficient value of 0.896 shows a very strong relationship between the marketing mix which consists of product (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3) and place (X4) and purchasing decisions (Y) at Deta Shop in Senaken Village, Tanah District Grogot. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.785, which means that the marketing mix which consists of product (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3) and place variable (X4) can explain the purchase decision at Shop Deta in Senaken Village, Tanah Grogot District of 78 .5%, while the remaining 21.5% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. Simultaneous testing shows that the value of F count > F table or 45.828 > 2.5787 so that it can be concluded that there is at least one of the sub-variables of the marketing mix (X) consisting of product (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3) and place (X4) has an effect on purchasing decisions (Y) at Store Deta in Senaken Village, Tanah Grogot District. Furthermore, testing was carried out with the calculated t value of each marketing mix sub-variable consisting of product (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3) and place (X4) each of 3.157; 0.237; 1.531 and 3.844 which when compared with the t table is 2.0141, the product (X1) and place (X4) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) in Deta Shop in Senaken Village, Tanah Grogot District because the value of t count > t table. Meanwhile, price (X2) and promotion (X3) have no significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) in Deta Stores in Senaken Village, Tanah Grogot District, because t count < t table. The dominant variable that influences purchasing decisions (Y) in Shop Deta in Senaken Village, Tanah Grogot District is place (X4) because the t value is the highest.

A gift is a present made voluntarily by someone to another person without compensation or expecting anything in return except to get closer to Allah SWT, which results in the transfer of ownership from the giver to the person given. Giving gifts is a natural thing in deposits in Islamic financial institutions that use the wadi>`ah yad d}ama>nah contract. Therefore, this study analyzes the giving of prizes to Simjakasya products with prizes at the beginning based on the DSN-MUI Fatwa Number 86/DSN-MUI/XII/2012 concerning Prizes in Fundraising for Islamic Financial Institutions at BMT NU Ngasem, East Java. This research is a type of field research using qualitative methods. The data sources used are ptimer data sources and secondary data sources. Methods of data collection by way of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research location is at BMT NU Ngasem, East Java. The results of this study indicate that the concept of giving gifts in Simjakasya products with early prizes at BMT NU Ngasem, East Java, there are several things that conflict with the DSN-MUI Fatwa Number 86/DSN-MUI/XII/2012 concerning Prizes in Fundraising for Islamic Financial Institutions. These things are the types of gifts that have been determined and promised beforehand, as well as the custom of BMT to use this concept in every transaction which is a form of custom.

This research is aimed to identify, describe, and develop strategies to enhance group members' commitment in the development of a health honey business using the Business Model Canvas (BMC). The study was conducted at KTH Bina Lestari in Ciamis Regency, post the Covid-19 pandemic. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was used to assess internal and external factors to determine the highest priority for development and improvement. The research findings indicate that the selected priority strategies for honey business development in Kampung Madu are: 1) training and human resource development, 2) product quality improvement, and 3) product marketing optimization.

Menopause causes significant psychological symptoms in women due to the occurrence of physical and physiological changes as a result of decreased and ceased estrogen hormone production. The preliminary study results in the Sonder Primary Health Care Center area show that a significant portion of premenopausal mothers aged 45-50 years do not comprehend and lack understanding on how to cope with menopause. Additionally, there are concerns among these mothers regarding sexual issues after entering menopause.To determine the effectiveness of health education in preparing premenopausal mothers to face menopause in the working area of Puskesmas Sonder.This study employed a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population consisted of 15 premenopausal women in the working area of Puskesmas Sonder, selected using simple random sampling. Data analysis involved univariate and bivariate analysis using Wilcoxon.Before health education, the majority of premenopausal mothers were categorized as unprepared to face menopause (53.3%). After receiving health education, a significant number of respondents were categorized as prepared to face menopause (80.0%). The effectiveness of health education in preparing premenopausal mothers to face menopause in the working area of Puskesmas Sonder was statistically significant (0.025 < 0.05).

This study aims to analyze the corn agribusiness supply chain in Sigi Regency, precisely in Sidondo Village. The paradigm in this study is the constructivism paradigm. A qualitative descriptive approach is used in this study. This research requires 15 informants consisting of Farmers, Fertilizer Providers, Seed Providers, Collectors, Wholesalers, Small Traders, Consumers. The data collection process was carried out by direct field interviews with informants. The data analysis method used is the Nvivo 12 Plus software. The results of this study indicate that the sweet corn agribusiness supply chain in Sidondo Village is included in the Upstream Supply Chain, Internal Supply Chain, and Downstream Supply Chain routes. The results of this study indicate that the upstream supply chain is related to the activity of providing corn seeds and the provision of corn fertilizer to corn farmers, the internal supply chain is related to the corn production process from planting to post-harvest, and the downstream supply chain is related to the distribution of crops up to the end consumers. The effectiveness and efficiency of the sweet corn agribusiness supply chain in Sidondo Village has been running well and smoothly. There is already coordination, information sharing, communication, and flexibility in corn agribusiness in Sigi District, Sidondo Village.

Istishab is a legal principle in the Shariah economic system that plays a crucial role in establishing justice and security in economic transactions. This principle respects the validity of the law in a transaction as long as there is no clear and strong evidence to the contrary. Istishab serves in ensuring legal certainty, protecting the rights of involved parties, preventing doubts and confusion, supporting principles of justice, and minimizing controversies and disputes in Shariah economic transactions. Additionally, it upholds legal continuity and reinforces products and services that adhere to Shariah principles. The research methods employed include literature review, comparative analysis, case studies, surveys, and interviews.

Problem factors that become obstacles in work productivity. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of supervision, competence and work experience on work productivity at PT. Scancom New Zealand. The study sample was 156 respondents. The sampling technique used is saturated samples. The data analysis method uses multiple regression The results of the study found that there was a significant influence of supervisory variables on work productivity, there was a significant influence of competency variables on work productivity and there was a significant influence of work experience variables on work productivity. As well as the results of the test of the three independent variables on the dependent variables that there is a significant influence between the three variables on the independent variables silmultaneously (together). The results of the determination coefficient test obtained a value from the Adjusted R Square of 0.635 or 63.50% this can be interpreted to mean that Supervision, Competence and Work Experience can explain Work Productivity. While the remaining 36.50% was influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study.

Culinary business is an economic sector that continues to grow, especially in the food business made from Tahu Walik. This study aims to explore and analyze the development potential of Tahu Walik culinary businesses through an entrepreneurial approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with business owners and direct observation at the business location related to marketing and management strategies that have been implemented. The results showed that the entrepreneurial approach plays an important role in the development of the Tahu Walik culinary business. In addition, there is the potential and uniqueness of Tahu Walik as a culinary product as well as supporting factors and obstacles in the implementation of the Tahu Walik culinary business. By utilizing the potential and uniqueness of the product and overcoming existing obstacles, the Tahu Walik industry can continue to grow and contribute to the preservation of Indonesia's culinary culture and the country's economic growth.

The existence of MSMEs in Indonesia is taken into account, because they contribute greatly to economic growth. The MSME sector is one of the main pillars of Indonesia's economic fundamentals. With the development of digitalization, MSMEs will make the digital economy in Indonesia in 2025 the largest in Southeast Asia. Even so, there are obstacles faced by MSMEs, namely the need to strengthen digital literacy education and strengthen human resources for MSME business actors. The problem that is experienced or faced by SMEs is that online marketing education is still low. Like the UMKM Bintang Lestari in Karangtengah Village, Blitar City. Therefore, students and the 32 Thematic Community Service Groups designed strategies and program plans to help improve MSME product branding. The method used in carrying out activities is a qualitative method by means of observation, discussion, documentation and interviews with the UMKM. The results of the activities also have a positive impact, MSMEs can increase sales and marketing and have good product branding in the eyes of the public.

One of the digital media frequently used by business practitioners for promotion is Instagram. Instagram is utilized as a promotional medium due to its more appealing interface compared to Facebook or Twitter. Instagram is an application for capturing, editing, and sharing photos within the Instagram user community. The research was conducted using a descriptive quantitative approach. Research data was collected through a questionnaire distributed randomly to 99 respondents who were followers of the "Fanaya Catering" social media account. The research results indicate that the use of social media has a positive impact on increasing the sales revenue of catering products.

The low quality of public services is still a classic problem in Indonesia. Therefore, it is time for the government to implement e-government as an effort to improve services to the community. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of making online SKCK at MPP Pandeglang Regency as an implementation of e-government and to determine the factors that support and hinder e-government at MPP Pandeglang Regency. The research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, a case study of making online SKCK at the Pandeglang Regency MPP. This research found that the effectiveness of e-government as seen from the indicators of productivity, adaptability, job satisfaction and general development is good. The supporting factor is the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the lack of human resources and inappropriate placement of officers. This research has the implication that the e-government services provided should be socialized first so that they can be implemented optimally in society.

Preparation of a comprehensive budget is very important for every company, because it will provide benefits in the form of a systematic approach to management policies, as well as facilitate quantitative evaluation of the company's ultimate goals. This study aims to determine and compile a comprehensive budget calculation as a means of internal control in "Tofu Production House UKM". This type of research uses a quantitative method to determine sales data of tofu products, namely white tofu and yellow tofu in the last 5 months, as well as costs in the production process, both direct and indirect costs. The results of the study show that in the process of compiling a comprehensive budget for “Tofu Production House UKM” this method is still used which is very simple and does not pay much attention to the costs incurred as a result of the production process. This can be seen from the results of the preparation of a comprehensive budget. From this research, it is hoped that it can be used as a means of controlling and managing the finances of "Tofu Production House UKM" by making a comparison between the comprehensive budget and its realization.

Bananas are easily damaged so their durability is very limited. By processing bananas into sangcok it is quite profitable, so that it is used as a side business by the community as an additional income. This study aims to (1) analyze the characteristics of entrepreneurs and business profiles of sangcok (2) availability of raw materials, production technology, use of inputs, costs, income, efficiency and added value of the sangcok agro-industry. The raw material for making sangcok is kepok bananas. Entrepreneurs obtain raw materials for bananas by buying them directly at the market. The results of this study are the marketing plan implemented by the sangcok business, namely in terms of products, always maintain good product quality and the materials used are also halal, the prices applied are also affordable according to what was ordered, a less strategic place does not discourage culinary lovers from continuing to buy sangcok, and promotion strategies are carried out through online and offline media, promoting more through online media, although in doing promotions, honesty is emphasized and not badmouthing other businesses. The conclusion from this study is that the marketing plan carried out in the sangcok business is in accordance with an Islamic perspective. Related marketing plans such as product, price, promotion and place are also based on the Koran, hadith and the practice of the Prophet Muhammad in conducting marketing.

Fire is a condition that occurs due to the oxidation of three elements (fuel, oxygen and heat) which can cause property losses, injury to death. One of the places that is prone to fire is a coal storage warehouse, considering the characteristics of the materials stored in it. In order to reduce losses due to fires, an automatic sprinkler system is needed in the coal warehouse of a dairy production company to help extinguish the fire as soon as possible when a fire occurs. Based on these problems, this research will determine the number of sprinklers needed as an automatic extinguishing system as well as the volume of water, pump power, and groundwater tanks. This type of research is quantitative research by direct observation of the object under study, then the researcher measures the coal warehouse space using a building meter. From the results of calculations by taking a sample of the coal warehouse room of a dairy production company, the required number of sprinklers is 111, the required water volume is 399.6 ????3, the required pump power and ground water tank are, pump hydraulic power (HHP) 1.2910128 kW, pump shaft power (BHP) 1.7213504 kW, pump electric power (P) 3 kW, diesel pump (PpD) 2 HP, jocky pump (PJk) 0.3 kW, GWT capacity (QGWT) 17 m3.

Buter Balik Village, Kute Panang District, located in Central Aceh District, has fertile land and the majority of the people are farmers. Buter Balik Village has several community livelihoods, including coffee, chili, avocado, sugarcane, and so on. Most of the people in the village have sugarcane plantations on average. The community cultivates their own sugarcane plantations without depending on other people or outside the area. The community also processes the sugarcane plants themselves into processed products in the form of brown sugar. The method used in this article is descriptive qualitative. The purpose of this observation is to find out the process of making brown sugar from sugarcane in Buter Balik Village. The results of the observations have concluded that brown sugar from sugar cane juice has several benefits including preventing fatigue, meeting the body's mineral needs, maintaining bone health, and there are many benefits to be gained from brown sugar.

The improvement of the Cukir-Jombang road section requires heavy equipment. There is an increase in the road section at the STA. 0+000-STA. 0+936 and STA. 1+912 – STA. 2+790. In order to obtain cost and time efficiency, it is necessary to analyze the productivity of heavy equipment. This study uses the field productivity method with the aim of knowing the maximum productivity of heavy equipment and asphalt costs starting from STA 0+000 to completion. The results of this study obtained the rental time of heavy equipment for 8 hours with the number of each heavy equipment Asphalt Finisher 2 units, Dump Trucks 20 units, Tandem Roller 3 units, Pneumatic Tire Roller 2 units, Asphalt Sprayer 1 unit. Meanwhile, the cost of renting heavy equipment is IDR 4,180,000.00 for Asphalt Finisher, IDR 34,200,000 for Dump Trucks, IDR 5,700,000.00 for Tandem Rollers, IDR 3,800,000 for Pneumatic Tire Rollers, and IDR 532,000 for Asphalt Sprayers.
