This study aims to analyze the implementation and proof of elements of criminal acts as required by Article 379a of the Criminal Code, specifically in cases where fraud is used as a livelihood. A normative legal approach is used with an analysis of legal documents and court decisions. The two results show the main aspects: (a) objective evidence in the form of transmission of fraud patterns and similar modes of use, and (b) subjective evidence in the form of intensity to make the activity a source of life. The findings show that recognition of habits (elements of habits) and completeness of evidence are key in the application of this article. The novelty of the study is the integration between empirical conclusion data and the need for proof of economic actors' habits, a dimension that has been less explored in previous studies.

Hypertension or high blood disease is actually a disorder of blood vessels that results in the supply of oxygen and nutrients carried by the blood is hampered to the body tissues in need.hypertension is often called the silent killer dark killer, because it includes diseases that women are declared hypertensive if their blood pressure is 160/95 mmHg. (Nurhaidar, 2010).In addition to hypertension, gout is now also a topic that is very much discussed by women, because most uric acid attacks women, especially the elderly. However, in this day and age it is not only the elderly who can get gout, adults can also get this gout. Irianto in his book entitled Public Health Science said that gout is referred to as a degenerative disease because the incidence rate is related to the degeneration process in old age that takes place according to time and age. (Simamora and Saragih 2019).  Research conducted in the scientific journal Permas shows the results that of the 13 causes of gout, most of the causes are diet and lifestyle. Newborns can experience hypothermia shortly after birth, hypothermia occurs through several mechanisms, which are related to the body's ability to balance heat production and heat loss. Failure caused by a decrease in the body temperature of the baby born falls by about 0.30C per minute. To avoid hypothermia, several ways can be done, including by using skin wrap. Skin wrap is a plastic bag to reduce heat loss due to evaporation so that it can easily increase the baby's temperature. The method of using skin wrap can be used to prevent hypothermia in neonates, both premature and not. Hypothermia in infants can worsen the condition of babies who lose heat after birth. Providing education and outreach regarding the application of skin wraps for newborns is carried out so that all nurses understand the importance of implementing this in order to maintain thermoregulation in newborns. The quality of a product depends on how the manufacturer applies the supply of raw materials used. The application of a good supply of raw materials can expedite the production process. There are many factors that affect the smooth production process. One of the factors that can affect the smoothness of the production process is the supply of raw materials. In running its business, Kedai Surabi Gapura experiences difficulties in terms of implementing raw material supplies considering the large number of orders that the shop receives every month so that Kedai Surabi Gapura cannot determine the number of priority raw material needs that must be purchased according to production needs. Surabi Gapura requires an appropriate method of supplying raw materials for production. By applying the raw material inventory classification method, it is hoped that Kedai Surabi can find out the priority classification of raw materials used based on raw material prices, in this case related to capital. Shop owners need to implement raw material inventory planning and control because to find out what the difference is between the costs incurred for purchasing raw materials and the amount of raw material requirements according to the daily production target. In addition to the raw material inventory classification method needed in an effort to expedite the production process, the shop also needs to apply the right raw material ordering method in order to save costs incurred such as transportation costs for sending raw materials, raw material storage costs, ordering costs, raw material maintenance costs arising from inventory. By applying the EOQ method for reordering raw materials, it is hoped that the Surabi Gapura Shop will place orders in economical quantities to determine the point of reordering raw materials so that the costs incurred by the Surabi Gapura Shop are efficient.The research method used in this study is to use a quantitative descriptive method. In this study the method used aims to determine the appropriate method of inventory of production raw materials with the raw material inventory classification method and the correct raw material ordering method in order to save costs incurred such as transportation costs for sending raw materials, raw material storage costs, ordering costs, maintenance costs for raw materials arising from inventory. By applying the EOQ method for reordering raw materials.From the results of calculations using the POM QM For Windows software based on the results of data processing using the ABC class classification analysis method for raw materials from 15 types of raw materials, they can be classified based on their respective classes according to the amount and investment value or rupiah spent to obtain these raw materials. Then by using the calculation of the EOQ method with the POM QM For Windows software, business owners can find out the optimal number of orders in the production process, namely the optimal number of orders is at 8,869.52 units, that is, if the demand in one day is 250 units.

The targets of this service are teachers and students of MTS Diniyah Putri. The method used in carrying out this community service is the method of preparation, implementation and monitoring of what has been explained to find out how far the PKM participants understand the use of the English electronic dictionary application This. Mubut Island, which is located on Galang Island, Riau Archipelago, is one of the beauties of tourism in Indonesia. Information about the Mubut Island Tourism Object is not widely available in digital media, so that the delivery of information about Mubut Island is not optimal. Therefore, the purpose of this service is to provide information on Mubut Beach attractions using Virtual Reality (VR) technology. In addition to presenting the natural beauty of Mubut Island as a whole with 360 videos, this VR application also provides tourist education on visiting Mubut Island. This VR application was socialized at an exhibition in a mall in Batam to get VR user feedback. From the results of the socialization, it was found that 120 respondents assessed the benefits of this application and got a Likert index of 83.75% included in the useful category for potential tourists.

In this day and age, people of all ages are very familiar with digital technology. The right application of digital technology can provide benefits for its users. One of them is by creating marketing for business products and services organized by UMKM using digital technology. However, due to a lack of understanding and training, UMKM business owners have not made the best use of the internet to assist their operations. Digital marketing, which aims to advertise or promote products and services using online media to reach a larger target market, is one way to use the internet in company management. Foodstuffs are the only goods produced by UMKM owned by business actors in Rembang Village and marketing is only carried out through direct sales by door to door or face to face. It is difficult to reach a larger target market. Therefore, providing training and directing the use of digital marketing can help MSME players in increasing the capacity of UMKM entrepreneurs to utilize digital marketing.

This study aims to analyze the role and function of the Archipelago Brondong Fishing Port for improving the maritime economy in Lamongan Regency. Among them are the factors that affect fishermen's income, the role of PPN Brondong in the maritime sector, as well as the potential and realization of the maritime economy of PPN Brondong in Lamongan Regency. The analytical method used is descriptive method through a qualitative approach, in its application using primary and secondary data from the research results that have been analyzed. The author uses a triangulation technique to be able to validate data and draw conclusions about the role and function of the Archipelago Brondong Fishing Port for improving the maritime economy in Lamongan Regency. The results of the study prove that the role and function of the Archipelago Brondong Fishing Port have an important influence on the potential for adding added value to the maritime economy in Lamongan Regency.

As the main road that connects one region to another, damaged roads is a complex problem and causes huge losses, especially for road users. Therefore, in this study will be designed a system for measuring the volume of damage road surface by using ultrasonic sensors. This system uses ATMega 328 microcontroller interface and applications are made from Visual Basic 6. From this study, we got the best measurements results of road surface damage volume in a short time and the data stored on the pc directly get in Microsoft Excel format.

This study aims to determine the analysis of the influence of lifestyle, OCR and E-WOM on the decisions of OVO application users. This research method is associative research where the research method is a quantitative approach. This study uses a questionnaire to share basic data. In this study, the population is all the people of Solo Raya and the research sample is 100 respondents, and the sampling method uses Purposive Sampling and uses the roscoe formula, the analytical method is assisted by SPSS version 25. The data analysis method uses Instrument Tests, Classical Assumptions tests, and Multiple Regression Tests. secondary data obtained from books that reveal user decisions, the internet and previous research journals. The results of this study conclude that simultaneously (F test) shows if there is a significant effect between lifestyle, OCR, and E-WOM on user decisions..

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial as well as the dominant variable of the marketing mix consisting of product (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3) and place variable (X4) on purchasing decisions (Y) in Deta Stores in the Village Senaken District of Tanah Grogot. The sample for this study were consumers or people who made purchases at Deta Stores from May 2022 to June 2022. Using an incidental sampling technique, the number of samples obtained was 50 people. Consumers who were the sample in this study were given a questionnaire consisting of 31 statements. Responses to the questionnaire were tested for validity and reliability prior to multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application. The results of testing the research instrument, namely the questionnaire, showed that 31 statement items were declared valid because r count > r table. In addition, all statements are reliable because the cronbach`s alpha value is 0.940 > 060. The regression equation obtained Y = -0.045+0.582X1+0.023X-0.167X3+0.562X4. The correlation coefficient value of 0.896 shows a very strong relationship between the marketing mix which consists of product (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3) and place (X4) and purchasing decisions (Y) at Deta Shop in Senaken Village, Tanah District Grogot. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.785, which means that the marketing mix which consists of product (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3) and place variable (X4) can explain the purchase decision at Shop Deta in Senaken Village, Tanah Grogot District of 78 .5%, while the remaining 21.5% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. Simultaneous testing shows that the value of F count > F table or 45.828 > 2.5787 so that it can be concluded that there is at least one of the sub-variables of the marketing mix (X) consisting of product (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3) and place (X4) has an effect on purchasing decisions (Y) at Store Deta in Senaken Village, Tanah Grogot District. Furthermore, testing was carried out with the calculated t value of each marketing mix sub-variable consisting of product (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3) and place (X4) each of 3.157; 0.237; 1.531 and 3.844 which when compared with the t table is 2.0141, the product (X1) and place (X4) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) in Deta Shop in Senaken Village, Tanah Grogot District because the value of t count > t table. Meanwhile, price (X2) and promotion (X3) have no significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) in Deta Stores in Senaken Village, Tanah Grogot District, because t count < t table. The dominant variable that influences purchasing decisions (Y) in Shop Deta in Senaken Village, Tanah Grogot District is place (X4) because the t value is the highest.  

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in mathematics class X MIPA 2 at SMA Negeri 2 Medan using the Group Investigation learning model. This research is a class action research. The subjects of this study were students of class X MIPA 2 with a total of 36 students. This research consisted of two cycles with two meetings in each cycle. Each meeting carried out a test of learning outcomes. Data collection techniques used learning achievement tests, observation sheets and student response questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use data reduction and data exposure. The results of this study indicate that the application of the Group Investigation learning model in mathematics learning can improve student learning outcomes in class X MIPA 2. This increase in learning outcomes can be seen from student contributions during the learning process in the form of student learning outcomes tests, students pay attention to the teacher's explanation, students express opinions , students work with groups, student responses to the use of learning models and the results of observations. The increase in classical completeness on the learning outcomes test I cycle I was 19.44%. Meanwhile, learning outcomes II in cycle I increased to 44.44%. In cycle II, the classical completeness test III of 86.11% increased to 94.44% in the fourth learning achievement test. The observation results showed that in the first cycle it increased from 3.54 to 3.73 in the very good category and the student response to learning using the Group Investigation model in the first cycle was 85% increasing to 90% in the second cycle. It can be concluded that almost all students in class X MIPA 2 gave a positive response and accepted the implementation of the Group Investigation learning model in class X MIPA 2. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the Group Investigation Learning Model can improve student learning outcomes in Mathematics Learning at SMA Negeri 2 Medan.

This study examines and analyzes the effect of E-Service Quality, Online Customer Reviews and Sales Promotion simultaneously and partially on repurchase intention in the Kopi Kenangan application. And knowing the most dominant variable in influencing repurchase intention. The research approach used in this research is quantitative research. The sample selection criteria in this study were those aged 17 and over who had ordered coffee and consumed coffee on the Kopi Kenangan application more than once and were in the Greater Jakarta area. Questionnaires collected as many as 150 respondents, the data is then processed using multiple linear regression method. Based on the results of this analysis, it is known that the variables E-Service Quality, Online Customer Review and Sales Promotion simultaneously have a positive effect on repurchasing interest in the Kopi Kenangan application. Partially, the E-Service Quality, Online Customer Review and Sales Promotion variables have a positive effect on repurchasing interest in the Kopi Kenangan application. Then in the results of the analysis the variable Online Customer Review is the most dominant variable.

This study aims to compare the application of the EOQ method with the method used by the company in controlling the supply of merchandise inventory at Malaya Mart Bangkinang. This study analyzes the application of using the EOQ and ROP methods in 2020. From the research that has been done, it is known that the company's order frequency and total inventory costs have a large value and the company's policy does not have calculations for securing inventory and reorder points. Compared to using the EOQ and ROP methods, the frequency and total inventory costs have a small value and the EOQ and ROP methods calculate safety stock for merchandise inventory stock and re-inventory for merchandise inventory control.

One of the digital media frequently used by business practitioners for promotion is Instagram. Instagram is utilized as a promotional medium due to its more appealing interface compared to Facebook or Twitter. Instagram is an application for capturing, editing, and sharing photos within the Instagram user community. The research was conducted using a descriptive quantitative approach. Research data was collected through a questionnaire distributed randomly to 99 respondents who were followers of the "Fanaya Catering" social media account. The research results indicate that the use of social media has a positive impact on increasing the sales revenue of catering products.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of students' perceptions on the application of the Collaborative Creativity (CC) learning model to the mathematics learning outcomes of students in class X1 SMPN 2 Ranah Batahan Kabupaten Pasaman Barat.  This research is motivated by low critical thinking skills students. The method in this research is pure experiment, with research design Noneequivalent posttest - only Control Group Design. The population in this study were students class IX SMPN 2 Ranah Batahan which consists of 3 classes.  retrieval technique The sample used in this study is purposive sampling, so that The experimental class was selected, namely class IX 3 totaling 20. And the selected as the control class, namely class IX 2 totaling 20 students as research sample.  The research instrument used is the final test.  Test form used is an essay with test reliability is 0.901.  Analysis technique The data used is the t-test. Based on the data analysis, it is obtained that tcount = 1.89 and ttable = 1.87, because tcount> ttable, then reject the Ho at a significant level of 0.05 so it can be concluded that the critical thinking skills of students who apply Collaborative Creativity (CC) learning model is better than students' critical thinking skills apply conventional learning.

This study aims to describe the impact of utilizing the internet as a learning resource for Islamic Religious Education at SMK PGRI Sooko Mojokerto. The negative impact encountered in the use of the internet as a learning resource is that students become lazy to read books, more lazy to look in books because there is easy access on the internet, students can later misuse the internet outside the context of learning such as playing games to open other applications that have nothing to do with learning Islamic religious education. The positive impact is for teachers to be more practical to find teaching materials, provide material via the internet web and for students the positive impact makes it easier for them to find material and search for answers on the internet to add new insights and knowledge, because internet access and facilities in the form of wifi are adequate, it is hoped that this internet utilization can be used optimally and in these users the teacher must pay attention or accompany so that there will be no abuse of excessive internet use..

To improve and supervise the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) within the Probolinggo Regency Government, the local Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) made a breakthrough with a reporting application. Performance reporting through an application called SIKePPo or the Probolinggo Regency Government Employee Performance Information System application. The program implementation by the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) of Probolinggo Regency seeks to improve personnel management and administration quickly, precisely and accurately. Although this program has been implemented well, it has not yet achieved optimal results. This study seeks to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of program policies in the BKD of Probolinggo Regency. The two problems studied are: (1) the effectiveness of the implementation of the web-based SIKePPo program at the Probolinggo District BKD, and (2) the factors that influence the implementation of the SIKePPo program. The purpose of the study was to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the web-based SIKePPo program at the Probolinggo District BKD and the factors that hindered the implementation of the web-based SIKePPo program at the Probolinggo District BKD. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with the application of Edwards III theory and Bambang Sunggono theory. Data was collected by means of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The selection of informants used purposive sampling technique, and qualitative data analysis was inductive. The results showed that the implementation of the web-based SIKePPo program at the BKD of Probolinggo Regency was running quite well in accordance with the four elements that determine policy implementation, namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The factors that become obstacles in the implementation of the web-based SIKePPo program at the Probolinggo District BKD are related to policy content, HR support, infrastructure and communication facilities.

This journal examines the application of Islamic business ethics in selling crispy bread with the aim of analyzing the concept and its implementation. This research involves a case study on the business of selling sharia-based crispy bread. The results of the study show that the application of the principles of Islamic business ethics, such as honesty, integrity, and a balance between material and spiritual aspects, has a positive impact on the operations and finances of the business. Discussion of the research findings includes evaluating the successful implementation of Islamic business ethics, the challenges faced, and the long-term benefits of this implementation. This research contributes to Muslim entrepreneurs by providing an in-depth understanding of the importance of applying Islamic business ethics in selling crispy bread, as well as practical recommendations for achieving sustainable business success in the context of sharia.
