The rapid expansion of construction activities has led to increased concrete consumption, resulting in excessive exploitation of natural aggregate resources and growing environmental concerns. To mitigate this issue, ceramic waste has been investigated as an alternative material in concrete production. This study examines the effect of ceramic waste powder used as a filler on the workability and compressive strength of concrete. Ceramic waste powder was applied as a partial replacement for fine aggregate at proportions of 0%, 15%, 25%, 35%, and 45%. The concrete mixtures were produced using Ordinary Portland Cement Type I, natural sand, crushed stone as coarse aggregate, and potable water, all conforming to Indonesian National Standards (SNI). Workability was assessed through slump tests in accordance with SNI 1972:2008, while compressive strength tests were performed on cylindrical specimens at 28 days following SNI 1974:2011. The compressive strength for each mixture was determined from the average of three specimens. The results show that increasing ceramic waste content slightly reduced slump values, from 17.20 cm in the control mix to 16.60 cm at 45% replacement, although all mixtures met the required workability standards. A gradual decrease in compressive strength was also observed, from 17.79 MPa to 16.65 MPa at the highest replacement level. However, this reduction was not significant, indicating that ceramic waste powder can be used in normal-strength concrete without substantially affecting performance. The utilization of ceramic waste therefore represents a sustainable alternative to reduce natural aggregate consumption while maintaining acceptable concrete properties.

With research objectives to describe the safety management system and occupational health on the Pertamina Belawan ship, to find out the safety system work at Belawan port and find out how far the system has been implemented occupational safety and health management implemented at the port Belawan.

Service quality can be measured by comparing the perceptions between expected services and services received and felt by patients. Patient satisfaction is the level of patient feelings after comparing with his expectations. A patient if he is satisfied with the value provided by a product or service then it is very likely to become a customer for a long time. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between service quality in the registration section and patient satisfaction for pregnant women at the highlands sub-district, Binjai sub-district health center, Kota Binjai in 2023. The type of research used in this study was analytic with a cross-sectional approach. Cross sectional is a research approach that emphasizes the time of measurement/observation of independent variable data and depends only once at a time. The chi-square test results obtained a p value of 0.0050.005. This means that there is a significant relationship between the quality of the registration section and the satisfaction of pregnant women. Reliability where the p value = 0.000. Responsiveness with p value = 0.000. Assurance with a p value = 0.000. Empaty with p value = 0.002.

Newborns can experience hypothermia shortly after birth, hypothermia occurs through several mechanisms, namely related to the body's ability to balance between heat production and heat loss. Failures caused by a decrease in the baby's body temperature drop by about 0.30C per minute. There are several ways to avoid hypothermia, including using skin wrap. Skin wrap is a plastic bag to reduce heat loss due to evaporation so that it is easy to increase the baby's temperature. The method of using skin wrap can be used to prevent hypothermia in neonates, both premature and non-premature. Hypothermia in infants can worsen the condition of babies who lose heat after birth. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of skin wrap in regulating body temperature in newborns in the Peristi Room of Awal Bros Hospital Batam. The research method used is a quasi-experimental method with a pretest and posttest design with a sample of 20 respondents. The sampling method used purposive sampling technique, the instrument used was the SOP for the use of skin wrap and observation sheets. Based on the Shapiro-Wilk statistical test analysis, a p-value of 0.000 was obtained with results > 0.05, which means that there is an effective use of skin wrap in increasing body temperature in newborns.  

The rapid technological developments also have an impact on the financial industry in Indonesia. One of the products they offer to consumers is Fintech. The Fintech innovations offered include Peer to Peer Lending (P2PL), crowdfunding, Payment Gateways, and risk and investment management. From these technological developments, new challenges arise for financial service supervisors and the government to monitor these practices in order to create an environment that is not detrimental between financial service providers and consumers. This study aims to explore the role of existing legal regulations in Indonesia in dealing with technological developments in the financial sector. The research was conducted by means of descriptive analysis and collecting review literature studies to compare and analyze consumer protection in the development of Fintech. The results of this study indicate the need for supervision by financial supervisory institutions in practice to oversee the activities carried out by financial service providers in offering their products to consumers, so that there are no violations that can harm consumers.

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial management and sales stability on business survival in companies experiencing financial crisis. The research method used is a qualitative approach with case studies on several companies facing financial crises in different industries. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with company executives, analysis of financial statements, and evaluation of implemented management strategies. The research was conducted over a three-month period, starting from January to March 2023. The results show that effective financial management is essential to deal with the financial crisis and affects business survival. Companies that are able to manage financial resources well, restructure debt, and optimize the use of capital will have a greater chance of surviving a crisis. In addition, sales stability is also a crucial factor in the survival of the company. Product diversification, market expansion, and efforts to maintain market share help companies to cope with demand fluctuations and reduce the negative impact of the economic crisis. While this research provides valuable insights, there are limitations in the number of case studies and the focus on qualitative data. The implication of this study is that it is important for companies to strengthen financial management and improve sales stability in an effort to overcome the financial crisis and maintain business viability.    

A good facility layout will affect the smooth production process. Preliminary observations on CV Renjana Offset are still not good enough to apply because they do not take into account the degree of closeness. The method used to design the layout of production facilities at CV Renjana Offset is the Systematic Layout Planning and Blocplan methods. This method was chosen because it is in accordance with the characteristics of the company and can minimize the distance between production stations and no longer intersecting production process flows. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and getting an increase in the efficiency of the initial material handling layout with layout suggestions. The results of the calculation of the total area needed for assistance are 171.5 m². The results of SLP and Blocplan processing are 10 alternative layouts and the Adjacency score, R Score, and Rel-dist score feature values ​​are presented for each layout alternative. Of the 5 alternative layouts produced, there is a layout for the production of yearbook products which is chosen as the best layout because it has an Adjacency Score of 1.00, layout 2 has an R Score of 0.87, and the Rel-dist Score of the second layout has a value of 202. Based on three parameters, The selected layout is layout 2. Calculation of distances using the rectilinear method at each facility for the yearbook product layout is 28.29 m.

Nutritional problems in infants and toddlers are still a major problem in community administration, one of which is the problem of malnutrition. Tanjungpinang City still finds cases of toddlers with malnutrition disorders, among others, malnutrition, undernutrition and stunting. cases of malnutrition in Tanjungpinang City have increased over the past three years. In 2020 there were 97 toddlers, in 2021 there were 121 toddlers and in 2022 it rose to 245 toddlers. The purpose of this study is to Evaluate the Poor Nutrition Management Program in Toddlers at the Tanjungpinang City Health Office. Researchers use a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the program evaluation show how the achievement of the implementation of the malnutrition mitigation program carried out by the Tanjungpinang City Health Office. The context indicator explains the background of the program and the strategy carried out by the Health Office has run optimally to achieve program goals. Furthermore, input indicators still require complete human resources and infrastructure so that malnutrition management programs can run effectively. Then, the HR process indicators in this program have been running through coordination so that activities can run regularly but there are still some things that need to be considered in increasing participation and knowledge about parenting. Furthermore, product indicators are evaluated in running the program, but there are still some negative sides that still think that handling nutritional problems is a health task. The conclusion of the evaluation of the malnutrition mitigation program by the Tanjungpinang Health Office is that the malnutrition program is effective enough but has not been optimally implemented. Suggestions as an improvement effort are to increase community understanding of the program, strive for the fulfillment of additional feeding for all toddlers, fulfill program training, add officers and improve training.

The quality of a product depends on how the manufacturer applies the supply of raw materials used. The application of a good supply of raw materials can expedite the production process. There are many factors that affect the smooth production process. One of the factors that can affect the smoothness of the production process is the supply of raw materials. Raw materials in the production process include raw materials, semi-finished materials and finished goods. In running its business, Kedai Surabi Gapura experiences difficulties in terms of implementing raw material supplies considering the large number of orders that the shop receives every month so that Kedai Surabi Gapura cannot determine the number of priority raw material needs that must be purchased according to production needs. By applying the raw material inventory classification method, it is hoped that Kedai Surabi can find out the priority classification of raw materials used based on raw material prices, in this case related to capital. Shop owners need to implement raw material inventory planning and control because to find out what the difference is between the costs incurred for purchasing raw materials and the amount of raw material requirements according to the daily production target. In addition to the raw material inventory classification method needed in an effort to expedite the production process, the shop also needs to apply the right raw material ordering method in order to save costs incurred such as transportation costs for sending raw materials, raw material storage costs, ordering costs, raw material maintenance costs arising from inventory. By applying the EOQ method for reordering raw materials, it is hoped that the Surabi Gapura Shop will place orders in economical quantities to determine the point of reordering raw materials so that the costs incurred by the Surabi Gapura Shop are efficient.The research method used in this study is to use a quantitative descriptive method. In this study the method used aims to determine the appropriate method of inventory of production raw materials with the raw material inventory classification method and the correct raw material ordering method in order to save costs incurred such as transportation costs for sending raw materials, raw material storage costs, ordering costs, maintenance costs for raw materials arising from inventory. By applying the EOQ method for reordering raw materials.From the results of calculations using the POM QM For Windows software based on the results of data processing using the ABC class classification analysis method for raw materials from 15 types of raw materials, they can be classified based on their respective classes according to the amount and investment value or rupiah spent to obtain these raw materials. Then by using the calculation of the EOQ method with the POM QM For Windows software, business owners can find out the optimal number of orders in the production process, namely the optimal number of orders is at 8,869.52 units, that is, if the demand in one day is 250 units.

The use of digital technology which is still low and the lack of knowledge in utilizing branding efforts as an effort to introduce products to consumers are still obstacles faced by UMKM Berkah Soybean Crackers. UMKM Kerupuk Soybean Berkah only focuses on product trading but still has not implemented good product branding. UMKM business actors have not fully implemented digital marketing by utilizing social media so that they do not support the expansion and market reach of the products they produce. LPPM lecturers and KKN students collaborated in the Community Service Innovation Program which was carried out by holding training and socialization activities related to product branding strategies and the use of digital marketing in supporting business stability and reaching a wider market. The implementation method is carried out offline which is offered by business actors and some of their workers. The results of the community service activities obtained by UMKM business participants are satisfied with the material presented and increasing awareness of the importance of using product branding as the spearhead of the products produced as well as training in making logos as a product branding effort by practicing directly has increased the ability to make attractive product branding in accordance with the wishes so as to create consumer loyalty to the products produced

McDonald's is one of the largest franchises that has rapidly expanded in Indonesia and internationally, becoming one of the fast-food restaurants that is still favored by people both from Indonesia and abroad. Despite the emergence of numerous competitors, McDonald's continues to thrive and excel with various strategies and innovations. One of them is the BTS Meal project, which resulted in a 57% increase in net sales. The research method used is a quantitative type with a descriptive nature, involving the distribution of questionnaires to 96 respondents who have purchased McDonald's products in Jakarta at least once. The sample for this research was determined using the Lemeshow Formula. This study utilizes multiple linear regression analysis and has fulfilled tests for instruments and classical assumptions, processed using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 25 software. The results of the regression analysis show that the variables of product innovation and sales promotion have significance values of <0.001. Product innovation and sales promotion together have a significance value of 0.000, contributing 62.9% to competitive advantage, while the remaining 37.1% is influenced by other factors. The conclusion drawn from the research is that product innovation significantly affects competitive advantage. Meanwhile, sales promotion significantly influences purchasing decisions. Product innovation and sales promotion, when considered together, significantly impact competitive advantage.

This study aims to analyze several factors that influence the work productivity of wood sculpture craftsmen in Mas and Peliatan Village, Ubud District, namely wages, work experience, and working capital, either simultaneously or partially. The data in this study all use primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to the 77 respondents who were sampled. Determination of the sample is determined by accidental sampling technique. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that the variables of wages, work experience, and working capital simultaneously have a significant effect on the income of the informal sector angkringan businesses in Denpasar City. Partially the variables of wages, work experience, and working capital have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of wooden sculpture craftsmen in Mas Village and Peliatan Village, Ubud District.

Every company must have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is an effort made to protect or prevent the risk of accidents and also as a complete form of other accident prevention efforts. Therefore, logistics management is needed to meet the needs of personal protective equipment in companies. The purpose of this research is to find out the process of obtaining raw materials and knowing inventory control. The method used is descriptive analysis. The results of this study are that companies obtain personal protective equipment from distributors who have worked with the company. PT. Waskita Beton Precast pre-orders personal protective equipment and completes payment so that personal protective equipment can be sent immediately.

In this day and age, people of all ages are very familiar with digital technology. The right application of digital technology can provide benefits for its users. One of them is by creating marketing for business products and services organized by UMKM using digital technology. However, due to a lack of understanding and training, UMKM business owners have not made the best use of the internet to assist their operations. Digital marketing, which aims to advertise or promote products and services using online media to reach a larger target market, is one way to use the internet in company management. Foodstuffs are the only goods produced by UMKM owned by business actors in Rembang Village and marketing is only carried out through direct sales by door to door or face to face. It is difficult to reach a larger target market. Therefore, providing training and directing the use of digital marketing can help MSME players in increasing the capacity of UMKM entrepreneurs to utilize digital marketing.

This research discusses the development of sustainable business models for MSMEs, Shrimp Crackers & Payus Mak Sah in the digital era. Qualitative methods are used with in-depth interviews and content analysis. The findings show that digital marketing strategies through Instagram (IG) and product catalogs have a positive impact on the development of this MSME business. Internal factors, such as knowledge and skills in digital marketing, as well as environmental support, play an important role in the development of this business. In addition, this research reveals the positive social influence of developing this sustainable business model in increasing the income and welfare of business owners, as well as expanding public awareness of local products. This research provides valuable insights for similar MSMEs in developing sustainable business models in the digital era.)

This study aims to identify the extent of the role of e-commerce as a means to increase sales and marketing of MSMEs products, especially for home-based businesses, in Condong chess, Yogyakarta. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research type. The data sources used in this study are primary data sources and secondary data. The procedure for collecting data is by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in this study is data reduction, data presentation, withdrawal and conclusions. The results of the study show that the use of e-commerce as a promotion and sales channel is very important to increase sales and marketing of MSMEs products, one of which is a culinary business which is still relatively small. From the conclusions obtained, MSMEs Jajanan Chikats has practiced a marketing strategy by taking advantage of technological advances, namely by using e-commerce in the form of marketing media through Instagram and Shopee. This strategy has in fact penetrated the sales progress of MSMEs of Chikats snacks and expanded sales relations.
