This study aims to analyze the marketing strategies of maternal and child healthcare services in hospitals to enhance patient experience, emphasizing a shift from traditional promotional approaches toward the creation of a positive and empathetic patient experience. This research employs a systematic literature review of relevant studies published between 2021 and 2025, with analysis conducted through identification, selection, and thematic synthesis to determine key factors influencing patient satisfaction and loyalty. The findings indicate that the quality of interpersonal interactions and the efficiency of service processes are the primary determinants of patient experience, where factors such as staff empathy, clear communication, reduced waiting times, and well-structured service flows have a greater impact than the technical aspects of medical care. Hospitals should therefore prioritize people- and process-oriented strategies by implementing empathy training, enhancing communication effectiveness, and regularly measuring patient satisfaction, while also integrating digital services, ensuring cost transparency, and developing continuity of care programs to strengthen the patient experience holistically. This study proposes a holistic marketing framework that integrates empathy, efficiency, data-driven personalization, and environmental sustainability, highlighting a shift from a purely clinical orientation to an experiential marketing approach that places human values at the core of a hospital’s competitive advantage.

Low Birth Weight (LBW) infants are a group of neonates who are highly susceptible to thermoregulation disorders, particularly hypothermia, due to limited subcutaneous fat reserves, a relatively large body surface area, and the immaturity of the temperature regulation system. Untreated hypothermia can lead to serious complications such as hypoxia, sepsis, hypoglycemia, apnea, and failure to gain weight, which ultimately contribute to increased neonatal morbidity and mortality. One of the non-pharmacological nursing interventions that can be used to prevent hypothermia is nesting care, a positioning technique using supportive materials to create a comfortable environment that resembles the intrauterine position. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of nesting care in LBW infants as an  effort to increase body temperature in infants experiencing hypothermia. The method used was a descriptive case study with a nursing process approach involving three participants. The intervention consisted of nesting care administered for three days, with a duration of 30 minutes once daily using the quarter-prone or semi-prone position. The results showed that after the nesting intervention, two out of three participants experienced an increase in body temperature approaching normal values on the third day. Improvement in the infants' condition was also indicated by reduced crying and longer periods of calm sleep compared to the condition before the intervention. Body temperature measurements and observations of the infants’ condition were conducted periodically to evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention, with an average temperature increase of approximately 0.2°C at the end of the intervention. In conclusion, nesting care can be used as an effective non-pharmacological nursing intervention to help increase body temperature in LBW infants experiencing hypothermia.

The development of modern economic systems shows that conventional approaches are often criticized for focusing too much on rational and mathematical aspects, while giving less attention to ethical and moral values in economic activities. This condition has encouraged the emergence of alternative systems that combine material and spiritual elements, one of which is the Islamic economic system. This study aims to analyze the characteristics and structure of the Islamic economic system as a framework based on Sharia principles. The research uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method by examining various relevant sources. The data are analyzed descriptively to better understand the basic concepts and structure of the Islamic economic system. The results show that Islamic economics has key characteristics such as a strong connection to divine values, a balance between individual and social interests, and an emphasis on justice and social responsibility in economic activities. Therefore, Islamic economics not only regulates economic practices but also incorporates moral and ethical values to achieve overall social well-being.This study is expected to contribute to the development of Islamic economic studies and can be used as a reference for building a more fair and sustainable economic system.

This study aims to analyze the position and function of the principle of good faith in the international contract law system and analyze its role in providing legal protection for parties in international business transactions, especially in the context of the free market era. This study uses a normative juridical method with a statutory and conceptual approach to examine the legal provisions related to this principle. The results of the study indicate that the principle of good faith is not only understood as a moral value in contractual relations, but has also developed into a legal norm recognized in various international legal instruments, such as the UNIDROIT Principles of International Commercial Contracts, Principles of European Contract Law (PECL), and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). This principle includes subjective aspects in the form of honest intentions of the parties and objective aspects in the form of internationally applicable fairness standards. The principle of good faith plays an important role in the formation, implementation, and resolution of international business contract disputes. Although there are differences in acceptance between civil law and common law systems, the application of this principle can be harmonized through international legal instruments and soft law.  Thus, the principle of good faith is an important basis for realizing fair, balanced and sustainable international business transactions.

This study examines moke as a cultural instrument of reconciliation and identity within the community of Nawang Kewa Village, Sikka Regency. The research is grounded in the concern over the shifting meaning of moke due to modernization and globalization, which potentially weakens its cultural and social significance. The objective of this study is to analyze the social functions, symbolic meanings, and the role of moke as a reconciliation mechanism in resolving social conflicts. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive-interpretative and ethnographic design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation, involving traditional leaders, moke producers, and younger community members. The findings reveal that moke functions in three main dimensions: as a ritual-sacred symbol in traditional ceremonies, as a social-integrative medium that strengthens solidarity and communication, and as a socio-reconciliative instrument in conflict resolution through symbolic peace practices. Furthermore, the study identifies a shift in meaning among younger generations, where moke tends to be perceived more as a consumptive product rather than a cultural symbol. The implications of this research highlight the importance of preserving local cultural values through intergenerational transmission and strengthening customary institutions to maintain social cohesion and cultural identity.

The tempe chip industry in Sanan Village, Malang City, represents a culturally embedded small and medium enterprise (SME) cluster that has contributed to the local economy for decades. However, intensifying intra-cluster competition, soybean price volatility, and shifting consumer behavior have placed increasing pressure on the competitiveness of businesses in this area. This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy implemented by Keripik Tempe Dua Karunia — one of the pioneering enterprises in Sanan Village that has been operating since 1980 — and to identify the marketing strategy factors that contribute to enhancing its competitive advantage. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed through field observation, in-depth interviews with the business owner, and documentation analysis. The analysis is grounded in the 4P marketing mix framework — Product, Price, Place, and Promotion. The findings reveal that Dua Karunia builds its competitiveness through four strategic pillars: (1) product differentiation through multi-flavor diversification and consumer-driven customization; (2) cost-based pricing that is adaptively managed through shrinkflation tactics in response to raw material price fluctuations; (3) multi-channel distribution that integrates direct outlet sales with digital platforms (Shopee and WhatsApp); and (4) long-established word-of-mouth reputation-based promotion reinforced by active e-commerce presence. This study concludes that the consistent integration of all four marketing mix elements, supported by family-based operational flexibility and the cultural heritage value embedded in the product, constitutes the primary source of sustained competitive advantage for Dua Karunia amid increasingly intense cluster competition. These findings carry practical implications for similar SMEs seeking to design adaptive, competitiveness-oriented marketing strategies.

Digital spirituality is a way of living and expressing spiritual life within the context of the digital world, where technology serves as a medium to strengthen one’s relationship with God, oneself, and the community. It is therefore a conscious effort to maintain and nurture faith amid the overwhelming flow of information on social media. The concept of From Scroll to Soul encourages believers not merely to be passive recipients of information but to engage spiritually by using technology as a tool for faith formation. Practices such as using spiritual apps, participating in online communities, selecting constructive content, and conducting digital detoxes are important steps to maintain focus on God. Theologically, digital spirituality affirms that God is present in every aspect of life, including virtual spaces. Technology can become a tool of grace that deepens one’s relationship with God and serves as a space for witnessing faith when used wisely. Thus, digital spirituality is not a rejection of technology but rather its use as a medium for growth, testimony, and bringing Christ’s values into the modern information culture.

Cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) is a high-value horticultural commodity, but its production has declined due to drought stress affecting plant physiology and female flower formation. To address this issue, the use of mulch and planting spacing can modify the microclimate and reduce inter-plant competition. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of rice straw mulch and planting spacing on the growth, yield, and environmental conditions of cucumber. A factorial randomized block design was employed with two factors: mulch (no mulch and rice straw mulch) and planting spacing (40 × 60 cm, 50 × 50 cm, and 60 × 40 cm), replicated four times. Observed variables included vegetative growth, number of male and female flower, yield, soil temperature, and soil moisture. The study was conducted from June to August 2025 at the Agrotechnopark, Brawijaya University. The results showed a significant interaction between rice straw mulch and 50 × 50 cm planting spacing on fruit diameter, fruit length, fruit weight per fruit, fruit weight per plant, and plant productivity. This combination also created a more stable soil environment. It is concluded that the application of rice straw mulch with a 50 × 50 cm planting spacing is the optimal combination for enhancing cucumber growth and yield through improved microclimate conditions, however, these research are limited to a single growing season and a single experimental location.

Christian Religious Education (PAK) plays a crucial role in helping students develop faith based on the truth of God's Word. Therefore, a theological foundation plays a crucial role in the implementation of PAK, ensuring that educational activities are not only focused on knowledge transfer but also directed toward holistically shaping character and strengthening students' faith. This article aims to examine the theological foundation of Christian Religious Education in the process of developing students' faith based on Christian teachings. The method used in this study is literature analysis, examining various theological sources, the Bible, and writings related to Christian education. The findings of this study indicate that the theological foundation of PAK stems from God's calling as a true educator, the example of Jesus Christ as the Primary Teacher, and the role of the Holy Spirit in fostering and maintaining faith. Christian Religious Education based on strong theology can help students experience true growth in faith, internalize Christian values, and implement them in their daily lives.

For criminal justice systems, the growing number of young people involved in drug-related crimes is a serious problem, especially when it comes to striking a balance between law enforcement and child protection and rehabilitation. By contrasting viewpoints from Islamic law and Indonesian positive law, this study investigates the use of restorative justice in the processing of adolescent drug cases in Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency, Jambi. The study used a qualitative socio-legal methodology that integrates normative legal analysis with empirical field data gathered via observations, interviews, and document analysis involving law enforcement personnel, rehabilitation facilities, families, and community people. The results show that diversionary measures required by Law No. 11 of 2012 regulating the Juvenile Criminal Justice System are the main means by which restorative justice is applied in juvenile drug cases. In order to guarantee that children are not subjected to punitive detention but rather have options for recovery and social reintegration, these systems prioritize mediation, rehabilitation, and community involvement. From the standpoint of Islamic law, restorative justice is consistent with fundamental tenets like tawbah (repentance), islah (reconciliation), and the protection of human welfare, all of which place an emphasis on moral reform and the preservation of children's dignity. These ideas support the adoption of restorative measures in the resolution of adolescent drug offenses in Tanjung Jabung Barat, a sociocultural setting where Malay-Islamic beliefs have a significant impact on community life. The report does, however, also point out a number of difficulties, such as the lack of rehabilitation facilities, the societal stigma associated with juvenile offenders, and the inconsistent use of diversion by law enforcement. The study comes to the conclusion that a framework for handling juvenile drug cases that prioritizes the rehabilitation and future well-being of children is both culturally sensitive and legally sound when restorative justice ideas are integrated with Islamic legal values and Indonesian statutory law.
