This study aims to analyze the effect of population density on electricity consumption and evaluate the potential use of solar panels as a solution to overcome energy waste in urban areas, especially on Jalan Kapten Muhammad Jamil Lubis, Medan Tembung, Medan, North Sumatra. The method used is qualitative research with a literature study approach, which involves collecting data from various written sources, such as journals, books, and research reports. The results of the study indicate that the high population density in this area contributes to inefficient energy consumption. Factors such as people's habits in using electronic devices, less than optimal energy infrastructure quality, and increased energy demand due to economic activities are the main causes of energy waste. Solar panels are identified as a potential solution to overcome these problems. This technology is able to convert solar energy into electricity efficiently, even in areas with varying weather. In addition to supporting environmental sustainability by reducing carbon emissions, solar panels also utilize empty spaces such as building roofs, making them suitable for densely populated areas such as Medan Tembung. This study concludes that the adoption of solar panels, supported by government regulations, incentives, and community education programs, can be a strategic step in creating a more efficient and environmentally friendly energy system. Further research involving field trials is recommended to support wider implementation of this technology.

The construction industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly, playing a crucial role in the country's economic, political, and social development. However, alongside this rapid growth, issues such as project delays are inevitable. The construction project of the Indonesian Maritime Polytechnic, for instance, has experienced significant delays, which can lead to increased costs, waste of human resources, and disputes among the involved parties. Understanding the primary causes of these delays is essential for developing effective strategies to avoid future delays. This analysis uses both qualitative and quantitative methods to identify the root causes of delays. Data was collected through surveys of respondents involved in the project, including project managers, field staff, and consultants. The analyzed causes of delays include insufficient funding, increases in raw material costs, additional costs, contract document errors, poor communication, and slow decision-making. To minimize delays and their impacts, several recommendations can be made: effective strategic planning, improved communication, increased staff, accurate initial cost estimates, and good management. By implementing these recommendations, the Indonesian Maritime Polytechnic construction project can be completed more effectively and efficiently, and future delays can be avoided.

Fish waste and tempeh have significant nutritional advantages in making cat food. Some of the advantages that can be obtained from using these ingredients include the vegetable protein content in tempeh which is easier for cats to digest, making it very beneficial for cats with certain digestive sensitivities or allergies. Tempeh also contains essential amino acids that help meet the nutritional needs of cats, as well as support muscle growth and maintenance. Fish waste contains important nutrients such as 29.70% protein, 18.83% fat, 1.94% carbohydrates, 8.97% water content, and 1.07% crude fiber, which overall meet the nutritional needs of cats. In addition, the omega-3 fatty acid content in eggs is also useful for the health of the cat's skin and fur, making the food more nutritious. Tempeh is also known as first aid for cats with diarrhea, because the bacteria contained in tempeh can help neutralize harmful bacteria in the cat's intestines. By combining fish waste and tempeh in cat food, cats can get complete and balanced nutritional intake, while reducing feed production costs, making it a more environmentally friendly and economical choice.

Integration between Islamic economy and green economy in the context of sustainable development. In this modern era, environmental challenges are increasingly pressing, and a holistic approach is needed to overcome these problems. The concept of maqashid sharia, which includes the protection of religion, life, reason, property and descendants, provides a comprehensive framework for integrating social, economic and environmental aspects in development. Education and environmental awareness based on Islamic values are one of the important pillars in creating a society that cares about the environment. Several mosques in Indonesia have implemented environmentally friendly principles by optimizing the use of renewable energy and managing waste effectively. This shows that religious institutions can play an active role in supporting the green economy. However, there are still many challenges faced in implementing a green economy in Indonesia, including a lack of environmental literacy in society and human exploitation of other humans. Therefore, this paper aims to find strategies and recommendations that can be implemented to integrate Islamic economics within a sustainable development framework, so as to create synergy between economic growth, social welfare and environmental preservation. Therefore, it is hoped that this paper can contribute to the moral and material development of Islamic society and encourage active participation in environmental conservation efforts. Criticism and suggestions from readers are highly welcomed for future improvements.
