This study seeks to investigate a consumer behavior model by evaluating the impact of interactive technology-driven digital innovation and perceived value on digital engagement, with customer behavior serving as a mediating variable within the retail sector in Jambi Province. A quantitative research design utilized a survey method with 150 retail consumers as participants. We used Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to look at both the measurement and structural models. The findings of the measurement model show that all indicators match the requirements for convergent validity. The outer loading values are all over 0.70, which means that the construct is reliable and valid. The evaluation of the structural model indicates that perceived value exerts a positive and significant influence on both consumer behavior and digital engagement. Also, how people act as consumers has a big effect on how they contact with and participate in digital media. This means that people who think retail services are more valuable are more likely to interact with and participate in digital media. Nevertheless, interactive technology-driven digital innovation does not exhibit a substantial direct impact on customer behavior or digital engagement. These findings suggest that value perception is more influential than technology innovation in determining consumer responses inside digital retail environments. This research enhances the body of knowledge regarding consumer behavior and digital marketing by highlighting the strategic significance of perceived value in augmenting consumer involvement within digital retail contexts.

This research investigates the execution of data-informed and inclusive regional development planning within the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of Sidoarjo Regency, concentrating on four analytical aspects: data integration and management abilities, the efficiency of participatory processes, technical and institutional obstacles concerning interoperability, and capacity-building strategies for facilitators tasked with translating public aspirations into planning priorities. The study is positioned within the national framework to establish evidence-based and participatory planning in reaction to the growing complexity regional development. Despite Bappeda Sidoarjo implementing multiple data platforms and participatory channels such Musrenbang forums, online submission systems, and sector-specific information systems the results indicate that issues like data fragmentation, insufficient digital literacy, and ineffective follow-up mechanisms continue to impede planning effectiveness. Employing qualitative methodology that includes in-depth interviews, observation, and document review, the research reveals that data integration has not reached single source of truth because of the lack of a cohesive data architecture and compatible standards among government entities. Participatory methods have increased inclusivity, but the quality of proposals and verification processes is still variable, hindering the incorporation of grassroots feedback into planning priorities. Moreover, the ability of facilitators the subdistrict and village levels is crucial in determining the quality of the compiled proposals. The research ends by highlighting the importance of improved data governance, increased actor capability, revised participatory processes, and clear follow-up mechanisms. Suggestions encompass constructing a unified data framework, offering ongoing technical training, standardizing digital Musrenbang processes, and establishing publicly available proposal-tracking system integrated within the yearly planning cycle.

This research aims to analyze the relationship between Christian Family Discipleship and Ethics of Holy Living toward achieving Christian Household Harmony. The Christian family is understood as a covenant institution whose primary purpose is sanctification and discipleship. Harmony within the household is viewed not merely as the absence of conflict, but as genuine peace (shalom) founded upon biblical principles. The methodology utilized in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach based on literature review, assuming that data is derived from surveys/literature studies involving Christian families. The independent variables tested are the consistency of Christian Family Discipleship practices (as the means/process) and the application of the Ethics of Holy Living (as the standard/morality), while the dependent variable is the level of Household Harmony. The research findings indicate a positive and significant relationship between Christian Family Discipleship and the Ethics of Holy Living, both simultaneously and partially, regarding Christian Household Harmony. Family Discipleship serves as a tool that actively trains and internalizes spiritual values, while the Ethics of Holy Living, especially the principles of forgiveness, Agape love, and humility, function as the normative foundation that must be lived out. It was found that the synergy between a consistent Discipleship process and the practice of Holy Ethics produces a stable and transformative harmony, supported by the unity of spiritual purpose and covenant-based conflict resolution mechanisms. This study concludes that strengthening Christian Household Harmony requires investment in Discipleship that gives rise to the Ethics of Holy Living, which should be the main focus of church ministry and parental responsibility.

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing leverage in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020–2024 period. Using a quantitative approach, this study involved a purposive sampling technique on three companies: PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk, PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, and PT Mulia Boga Raya Tbk. Variables included liquidity, profitability, business risk, asset structure, and company size, using descriptive financial analysis. The results show that liquidity and profitability have a negative effect on leverage, which is in line with the pecking order theory, which states that companies prefer internal financing over debt. Furthermore, companies with high business risk tend to reduce the use of debt. Meanwhile, asset structure and company size do not show a consistent effect on leverage. These findings suggest that corporate leverage policies are more influenced by internal factors, such as the financial strategy implemented by the company, rather than external or market factors. This provides further insight into leverage management in the Indonesian food and beverage sector.

This study examines the effects of poverty, the Human Development Index, and economic growth on the Labor Development Index across Indonesian provinces during 2020-2024. The issue is important because labor development reflects not only employment opportunities, but also labor quality, productivity, welfare, protection, and regional institutional capacity. The study uses balanced panel data consisting of 34 provinces over five years, producing 170 observations. The dependent variable is the Labor Development Index, while the independent variables are the poverty rate, the Human Development Index, and economic growth measured by the growth rate of gross regional domestic product. Data are analyzed using panel regression in Stata through pooled ordinary least squares, fixed effect, and random effect models. The individual effect test, Breusch-Pagan Lagrange multiplier test, and Hausman test indicate that the Fixed Effect model is the most appropriate specification. The final estimation uses Cluster-Robust standard errors at the provincial level. The results show that the Human Development Index and economic growth have positive and statistically significant effects on the Labor Development Index, whereas poverty has a positive but statistically insignificant coefficient. These findings imply that improving labor development requires more than reducing poverty. It also needs stronger human development and inclusive regional economic growth that can create productive and decent work.

The use of e-wallets is increasing in Indonesia, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The most popular digital wallets in Indonesia, such as Go-Pay, OVO, ShopeePay, Dana, and LinkAja, have adapted the mobile banking system, making it easy for users to download the app through the Play Store or App Store. According to Insight Asia, DANA is ranked third in terms of number of users after Gopay and OVO, with 221 respondents from major Indonesian cities. As an e-wallet platform created by PT Espay Debit Indonesi Koe Indonesia in 2018, DANA, as a local company, attracts people's interest and has become a popular choice. This study aims to identify the relationship and influence between Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use on Decision to Use E-wallet, especially DANA, with Intention to Use E-wallet as an intervention variable. Through regression tests, the research findings show that Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use have a positive and significant effect on Intention to Use DANA, and Intention to Use DANA has a significant effect on Decision to Use DANA. Intention to Use E-wallet mediates the relationship between Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use with Decision to Use DANA.
