This research aims to see how the utilization of geogebra application in learning mathematics. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The results obtained in this study are geogebra has benefits for the subject matter of algebra, building space, geometry, space analytic geometry, transformation geometry, integral, statistics, pythagorean theorem, and trigonometry. The use of geogebra allows students to be actively involved in problem solving, increase interest in learning, and expand understanding of mathematical concepts. For teachers, geogebra helps in creating interesting learning materials, visualizing mathematical concepts more clearly, and simplifying the preparation of questions

The aim of this research is to find out how much positive and significant the influence of visual learning is on the learning motivation of Christian religious education students in IX SMP Negeri 4 Tarutung for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research method used is a quantitative method with descriptive statistics. The population is all 160 class IX students of SMP N 4 Tarutung, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians and a sample of 40 people was determined using random sampling techniques. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 52 items, namely 24 items for variable North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 Academic Year, proven through the following data analysis: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained a value of rxy = 0.589 > Itabel(-0.05,n=40) = 0.312. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained a t value of 4.498 t table (= 0.05, dk = n-2-38) = 2.021. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation Y=42.15+0.65X = 42.15 +0.65X, b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r²) = 34.7%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(=0.05, dk numerator k=23, dk denominator-n-2-40-2-38) namely 20.21 > 1.51. Thus Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.

The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of Minimum Service Standards (in the fields of Education, Health and Infrastructure) on community welfare and economic growth in Central Kalimantan Province and whether welfare influences Community Economic Growth in Central Kalimantan? The data used is data originating from the relevant agencies, namely the Central Kalimantan Central Statistics Agency (BPS), and the SPM Minimum Service Standards Reporting of the Directorate General of Domestic Development. The analysis method used is path analysis. The research results prove that minimum service standards in the fields of education, health and infrastructure do not have a significant effect on increasing the welfare of the HDI community, and have no effect on increasing economic growth in Central Kalimantan.

This research aims to determine the effect of accountability and transparency of village funds on the quality of village financial reports in Pematang Lingkung Village, Batang Merangin District, Kerinci Regency. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach, data collection techniques using questionnaires and the sample in this research was 30 village officials and members of institutional organizations in Pematang Lingkung Village, Bapatang Merangin District, Kerinci Regency. The technique for determining the sample is to use a saturated sample by taking the entire population as the research sample. Data analysis using descriptive statistics, research instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research partially show that the Accountability variable (X1) with a significance value of 0.143 > 0.05 and tcount of -1.509 <ttable 1.697 states that accountability has no effect on the quality of financial reports, the transparency variable (X2) with a significance value of 0.514 > 0.05 and tcount of 3.501 > ttable 1.697 states that the transparency variable has a significant effect on the quality of financial reports. Meanwhile, simultaneously with the value that Fcount is 6.789 > Ftable 2.96 and a significance of 0.04 <0.05 states that accountability and transparency of village funds has a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial reports in Pematang Lingkung Village, Batang Merangin District, Kerinci Regency.    

This research aims to describe and determine the influence of the Hypnoteaching Method on the Social Sciences Learning Outcomes of Class IV Students at UPT SD Negeri 181 Inpres Pattopakang, Takalar Regency. This research uses a Quantitative Experimental research method. The population in this study were all UPT students at SD Negeri 181 Inpres Pattopakang, Takalar Regency. The sampling technique used in this research is the Purposive Sampling technique, the sample in this research is all 34 class IV students. The instruments used in this research were observation of learning outcomes tests and documentation. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of the research were based on descriptive analysis using SPSS version 26 regarding fourth grade students at UPT SD Negeri 181 Inpres Pattopakang, Takalar Regency. The average value of learning outcomes before applying the hypnoteaching method was 46.32 and after applying it. increased to 83.68. Based on inferential analysis with the help of SPSS version 26 in the normality test using the Kolmogrov-Smirnov test and it can be said that the data meets the assumption of normality because the significance value is >0.05 and in the independent sample t-test hypothesis test the value obtained sig (2-tailed) < 0.05 in the sense that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. From the results of the Normalized Gain Score (N-Gain) test, a value of 0.69 was obtained in the medium category and for the N-Gain percent, a value of 69.60 was obtained with a fairly effective classification. So it can be said that there is an influence of the hypnoteaching method on the social studies learning outcomes of class IV UPT SD students. This research aims to analyze and prove the influence of brand image, price and promotion on buying interest in Wardah cosmetic products (study on chacha cosmetics Tlogosari Semarang). This type of research is quantitative, the population of this research is consumers of the Chacha Cosmetics Tlogosari Semarang shop with a total of 96 respondents. This research uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Measurements in this study used a Likert scale which was then processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics version 23 for Windows analysis tool. The results of this research show that there is an influence between brand image, price and promotion on purchasing interest.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the principal's leadership style on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 2 Siatas Barita in 2023. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with inferential statistics. The population is all 64 teachers at SMP Negeri 4 Pollung and this research is a population study. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 40 items. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of the principal's democratic leadership style on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 2 Siatas Barita in 2023: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) test the positive influence, the value of rxy = 0.594 > rtable(=0) .05,n=64) = 0.244, thus it is known that there is a positive influence between variable )= 2,000, thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) Effect test: uyu88. a) Test the regression equation, obtained the regression equation Y ̂="25.138"+0.511X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 35.2%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable, namely 33.721 > 4.00. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Anemia is a deficiency in hemoglobin levels in the blood and is a major nutritional problem in Indonesia. The World Health Organization (WHO) in its 2021 world health statistics shows that the prevalence of anemia in women of reproductive age (15-49) in the world in 2019 was around 29.9%.  The results of the 2018 Basic Health Research report by Balitbangkes in Indonesia, the prevalence of anemia in young women is around 27.2% in the 15-24 year age group.  One of the factors causing anemia is nutritional status.  Nutritional status is a factor that is closely related to anemia. This research uses quantitative descriptive, and the research design used in this research is cross sectional. The number of samples used was 10 young women using total sampling techniques. The research was conducted at the Tahirah Al Baeti Bulukumba Midwifery Academy. Adolescents with an inappropriate BMI experienced severe anemia, namely 4 adolescents (80%), 1 respondent (20%) with an inappropriate BMI experienced severe anemia, while 5 respondents (100%) with an appropriate BMI experienced mild anemia. Based on the results of the statistical test p value = 0.004, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between nutritional status and the incidence of anemia in adolescents at the Tahirah Al Baeti Bulukumba Midwifery Academy

The results of the study inform that (1) Managerial competence has a positive effect on employee performance at the Sambongpari Health Center, Tasikmalaya City. This means that if managerial competence is improved, the performance of employees at the Sambongpari Health Center in Tasikmalaya City will also increase. (2) Motivation has a positive effect on employee performance at the Sambongpari Health Center, Tasikmalaya City. This means that if motivation is increased, the performance of employees at the Sambongpari Health Center in Tasikmalaya City will also increase. (3) Managerial competence and motivation have a positive effect on employee performance at the Sambongpari Health Center, Tasikmalaya City. This means that if managerial competence and motivation are improved, the performance of employees at the Sambongpari Health Center in Tasikmalaya City will also increase.

The problems faced in this study include (1) How is advertising at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch? (2) What is the customer's decision to save at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch? (3) How does advertising affect the customer's decision to save at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch? This research aims to study, know, and analyze (1) Advertising at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch. (2) The customer's decision to save at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch. (3) The influence of advertising on the customer's decision to save at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch. The method used in this study is explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis is validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Inferential Statistical Analysis with Simple Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) Advertising at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch is high. With the highest score on the sales response indicator and the lowest score on the persuasive influence indicator (pre/post preference testing).  This means that advertising is heavily influenced by sales response indicators. (2) The customer's decision to save at Bank BNI Tasikmalaya Branch is very high. With the highest score on the customer compatibility indicator and the lowest score on the dramaturgy indicator. This means that the customer's decision to save at Bank BNI Tasikmalaya Branch is greatly influenced by customer compatibility indicators. (3) Advertising has a positive effect on the customer's decision to save at Bank BNI Tasikmalaya Branch. This means that if advertising is improved, then the customer's decision to save at Bank BNI Tasikmalaya Branch will also increase.

(3) The effect of position promotion and remuneration on job satisfaction of Tasikmalaya City Police Sabhara Unit Personnel. The method used in this study is explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis is validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis (Inferential) with Multiple Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) Position promotion has a positive effect on job satisfaction in the Personnel of the Tasikmalaya City Police Sabhara Unit. This means that if the promotion of the position is increased, then job satisfaction in the Tasikmalaya City Police Sabhara Unit Personnel will also increase. (2) Remuneration has a positive effect on job satisfaction in the Personnel of the Tasikmalaya City Police Sabhara Unit. This means that if the remuneration is increased, then job satisfaction in the Tasikmalaya City Police Sabhara Unit Personnel will also increase. (3) Position promotion and remuneration have a positive effect on job satisfaction in the Personnel of the Tasikmalaya City Police Sabhara Unit. This means that if position promotions and remuneration are increased, job satisfaction in the Tasikmalaya City Police Sabhara Unit Personnel will also increase.

This means that if the quality of service is improved, then patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of the Banjar City General Hospital will also increase. (2) Paramedic facilities have a positive effect on patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of the Banjar City General Hospital. This means that if paramedic facilities are improved, patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of the Banjar City General Hospital will also increase. (3) The quality of nurse services and paramedic facilities has a positive effect on patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of Banjar City General Hospital. This means that if the quality of nurse services and paramedic facilities is improved, patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of the Banjar City General Hospital will also increase.

(3) The effect of workload and training education on the performance of immunization officers at the Health Center in the Working Area of the Banjar City Health Office. The method used in this study is an explanatory survey, while the data analysis technique is validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis with Multiple Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) The workload at the Health Center in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office is very high. With the highest score on the physical demand indicator and the lowest score on the task demand indicator. The workload has a positive effect on the performance of immunization officers at the Health Center in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office. This means that if the workload is increased, the performance of immunization officers at the Health Center in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office will also increase. (2) Training education at Puskesmas in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office is very high. With the highest score on the behavior indicator and the lowest value on the reaction indicator. Training education has a positive effect on the performance of immunization officers at health centers in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office. This means that if training education is improved, the performance of immunization officers at health centers in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office will also increase. (3) The performance of immunization officers at the Health Center in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office is very high. With the highest value on the quantity indicator produced and the lowest value on the reaction indicator. Workload and training education have a positive effect on the performance of immunization officers at the Health Center in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office. This means that if the workload and training education are increased, the performance of immunization officers at the Health Center in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office will also increase.

Fraud in the accounting field is fraud that involves data manipulation, asset theft, or other violations of business ethics. The Bitung City Regional Financial and Asset Agency is one of the agencies that is vulnerable to fraud. BKAD has the task of assisting the Mayor through the Regional Secretary in carrying out supporting functions in government affairs in the field of finance and regional assets. The research method used in this research is the quantitative method, a quantitative method, namely a research method that uses numbers and statistics in collecting and analyzing data that can be measured. The results of this research indicate that Fraud Risk Assessment has a significant positive effect on Time Pressure on Regional Financial Agencies and Assets. Auditors do not ignore audit procedures and can complete the audit process well even though the time pressure available to complete the audit is limited, auditors are able to indicate the occurrence of fraud either from suspicious documentation or changes in someone's behavior. Researchers concluded that Fraud Risk Assessment had a significant positive effect on Internal Control at the Regional Financial and Asset Agency (BKAD). This indicates that the higher the level of fraud risk assessment possessed by the auditor, the greater the auditor's ability to detect fraud.

Teknologi telah menjadi bagian yang tidak bisa dipisahkan dalam kehidupan manusia, bahkan pada usaha dibidang jasa transportasi juga sudah memanfaatkan teknologi yaitu dengan transportasi online seperti Gojek dalam pelayanannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh insentif, adversity quotient dan feedback terhadap kinerja pengemudi gojek di kota Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pengemudi gojek di kota Semarang dengan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 96 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang diolah menggunakan program IBM SPSS statistic versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pengemudi gojek di kota Semarang, Adversity Quotient berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pengemudi gojek di kota Semarang, dan Feedback berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pengemudi gojek di kota Semarang. Technology has become an inseparable part of human life, even businesses in the transportation services sector have also utilized technology, namely online transportation such as Gojek in their services. This research aims to determine the effect of incentives, adversity quotient and feedback on the performance of Gojek drivers in the city of Semarang. The population in this study were all Gojek drivers in the city of Semarang with a research sample using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method of 96 people. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis which was processed using the IBM SPSS statistics program version 25. The results of this study state that incentives have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Gojek drivers in the city of Semarang, Adversity Quotient has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Gojek drivers in the city. Semarang, and Feedback has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Gojek drivers in the city of Semarang.

Poverty is not just about difficulties in meeting basic needs, but also involves various dimensions of human life such as health, education, future security, and influential social roles. Some factors that influence poverty include the Gender Development Index (GDI), the Human Development Index (HDI), and Economic Growth as measures of human progress and economic development. In this study, the path analysis method is used, allowing us to identify the direct and indirect impacts of independent variables on dependent variables. Thus, we can understand the complex relationship between various factors in the context of poverty. The information used for this study is sourced from the Central Statistics Agency of Central Kalimantan using secondary information in the form of time series data. The findings of this research show that the gender development index has no influence on the economic growth variable. The human development index also does not affect the economic growth variable. Additionally, the gender development index does not affect the poverty level variable. However, the human development index significantly affects the economic growth variable. Meanwhile, economic growth does not affect the poverty level. Finally, the human development index through economic growth does not have a significant impact on the poverty level.

This research aims to determine the influence of library collections on the reading interest of Medan Baptist Theological College students.  This research uses a quantitative approach with inferential statistics.  With a total population of 88 Medan Baptist Theological College students in 2023.  Data was collected using a 30-item questionnaire compiled by the author based on variable indicators according to theory.  The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence in the Library Collection on the Reading Interest of Medan Baptist Theological College Students: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) test the positive influence, the value rxy = 0.462 > rtable (=0.05,  n=31) = 0.355, thus it is known that there is a positive influence between variable  Thus, there is a significant relationship between variable  b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 21.31%.  3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable, namely 7.854>4.00.  Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

The aim of this research is to find out how much influence the Emotional Intelligence of Christian Religious Education Teachers has on the character formation of Class V Students at SD 173299 Paniaran for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research method used is a quantitative method with descriptive statistics. The population is all class V students of SD 173299 Paniaran who are Protestant Christians with a total of 32 people and this research is a population research. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 37 items, namely 15 items for variable : 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy = 0.585 > rtable(=0.05,n=32) = 0.349. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained tcount= 3.946 > ttable(=0.05, dk=n-2=30)= 2.042. 2) Test the effect: a) Test the regression equation, obtained the regression equation Y=21.17+1.06X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 34.2%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(=0.05, dk numerator k=13, dk denominator=n-2=32-2=30) namely 15.56 > 2.09. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of toxic parents on the character development of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Tarutung T.A 2023/2024. The research method used is a quantitative method with descriptive statistics. The population is all 169 students in class VIII of SMP N 3 Tarutung, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians and a sample of 32 people was determined using a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 30 items, namely 15 items for variable ) Test analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy = 0.613 > rtable(=0.05,n=32) = 0.349. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained a value of tcount= 4.245 > ttable(=0.05, dk=n-2=30)= 2.042. 2) Test the effect: a) Test the regression equation, obtained the regression equation Y ̂="21.45"+0.56X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 37.5%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(=0.05, dk numerator k=17, dk denominator=n-2=32-2=30) namely 17.99 > 1.62. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.
