The execution of the rehabilitation of military prisoners is carried out through a communicative and accommodating approach, involving direct interaction between officers and military prisoners via counseling or interviews. This aims to listen, accept, discover, regulate emotions, strengthen spirituality, and resolve personal and official issues while fostering dedication, sincerity, responsibility, and loyalty within the Indonesian National Armed Forces environment. The objective of this study is to demonstrate the existing challenges in implementing military prisoner development that need to be addressed and overcome. In this study, the author applied qualitative research employing a descriptive approach to systematically, factually, and promptly gather data in line with the research’s context. The findings of this study demonstrated that the success of rehabilitating military prisoners in military correctional institutions is not solely within the responsibility of the Center for Military Correctional Institutions and the Military Correctional Institution itself. It is also affected by external factors, including the attention and moral support offered by the unit commander from the origin place of the military prisoners. This influence aims to facilitate military prisoners’ transformation into soldiers embodying Sapta Marga values, ensuring their readiness for forthcoming unit responsibilities.

Marriage administration services are a form of public service that has important legal and social implications for the community. The Office of Religious Affairs (KUA), as a technical implementing unit of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, plays a strategic role in providing legal certainty regarding marital status. This study aims to analyze the quality of public services and public perceptions of marriage administration services at the Office of Religious Affairs in South Dumai District. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies, with purposively selected informants consisting of KUA officers and community service users. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the quality of public services at the KUA in South Dumai District is generally in the good category, particularly in the dimensions of responsiveness, reliability, and assurance. However, the tangible and empathy dimensions still require improvement, particularly related to limited infrastructure and individual attention to the community. This study confirms that the effectiveness of marriage administration services is determined not only by the performance of the apparatus, but also by the level of understanding and readiness of the community as service users. These findings provide important implications for improving the quality of public services through strengthening socialization, procedural transparency, and a more user-oriented service approach.

Shivering is one of the complications that often occurs after anesthesia due to impaired body thermoregulation. This condition can cause discomfort, increase oxygen consumption, and prolong the patient's recovery period. Education about shivering is very important for patients and families so that they understand the causes, risks, and how to handle it. This education program is carried out using a counseling method that involves educational media in the form of leaflets and demonstrations of effective handling techniques, such as the use of warm blankets, giving warm fluids, and relaxation techniques. Evaluation is carried out by measuring the level of understanding of patients and families before and after education, through a prepared questionnaire. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in understanding about shivering and how to handle it, both in theory and practice. This increase shows that the education provided is effective in increasing the readiness of patients and families in dealing with post-anesthesia shivering. This program is expected to reduce the negative impact of shivering and accelerate the patient's recovery process.

The support of a cancer patient's family has a significant impact on the experience and treatment outcomes of chemotherapy. Family support encompasses four main dimensions: emotional, esteem, instrumental, and informational. The presence of emotionally supportive family members can reduce stress levels and improve the mental well-being of patients. Cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy often experience feelings of sadness, despair, and a loss of interest in activities. Some even discontinue chemotherapy. This study aims to investigate the relationship between family support and the stress levels of chemotherapy patients in the Anggrek Tewu Room at RSUD dr. Murjani Sampit. This research employs a quantitative research method, a cross-sectional research design, and total sampling technique. The sample consists of 45 individuals. A questionnaire instrument is used, and Spearman Rank statistical test is applied to examine the relationship between family support and the stress levels of chemotherapy patients. The statistical analysis results with Spearman rho show that the ? value is 0.160 where (? = 0.05), so ?>?, thus Ha is rejected, meaning: "There is no relationship between family support and the stress levels of chemotherapy patients in the Anggrek Tewu Room at RSUD dr. Murjani Sampit." The research concludes that the stress levels depend on the characteristics of the chemotherapy patients themselves and how individuals cope with the life problems they face. One of the factors is an individual's beliefs and health values, as well as their ability to determine a treatment program for their own mental readiness to accept changes both physically and socially and the effects of chemotherapy.

The importance of K3 in the tugboat bunkering process is not only limited to safety aspects, but also has a direct impact on ship readiness. Implementing good K3 ensures that bunkering is carried out in accordance with existing procedures. In addition, implementing good K3 will support the operations of ships that have been bunkered so that the ship can continue to operate effectively in supporting various maritime transportation needs. The research method used is the HIRADC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment Determining Control) method. HIRADC is a method of risk management. For data collection techniques in this research, field observations, interviews and company data were used. In this data analysis and discussion, an analysis of the data processing that has been carried out will be carried out, namely identifying potential risk values and considering the risk ranking to determine priorities and methods of control. After the data analysis and discussion, the next step is to draw conclusions from the data analysis that has been carried out. In the process of filling a ship with fuel (bunker), various dangers or risks can arise throughout the stages of the activity. Hazard identification involves recognizing and documenting the various potential elements that could cause an accident or health problem. For example, slipping, being pinched, being hit by a fuel pump hose during the bunkering process are also aspects that need to be identified as dangers. The work activity identified in this research is the activity of filling the ship with fuel (bunker), then carrying out a risk assessment of the work activity, then determining the necessary hazard and risk controls with the aim of preventing accidents. Data processing will be carried out using the HIRADC method. This step will later become input and suggestions that can be implemented at PT Pelindo Marine Service as a reference for determining steps to deal with work accidents that occur. The importance of identifying hazards in ship bunkering activities is to develop effective prevention strategies and ensure that appropriate safety measures are taken. For example, if hazards related to slips and falls are identified, measures such as special training for operators, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and strict implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) can be impl
