Hypertension or high blood pressure is a non-communicable disease that is one of the main causes of premature death worldwide. Generally, hypertension is found in people with old age, but in its development, hypertension also affects people of reproductive age, such as women of childbearing age. This study aimed to analyze the risk factors for hypertension in WUS in the working area of the Naibonat Health Center. The type of research used is quantitative, with a case-control study approach. The case population in this study was 511 WUS, then 55 case samples were taken using a simple random sampling technique, and 55 control samples were taken from the respondent's closest neighbors. The data obtained were analyzed using the chi-square statistical test. The dependent variable in this study was hypertension, while the independent variables were age, family history, use of hormonal contraception, obesity, and stress. The results showed that three variables had a relationship with hypertension in women of childbearing age, namely age (p=0.000, OR=7.111), family history (p=0.002, OR=3.710), and physical activity (p=0.000, OR=4.495). in comparison, the use of hormonal contraception, obesity and stress did not have a relationship with the incidence of hypertension in women of childbearing age. The Puskesmas is expected to increase efforts to prevent hypertension by optimally improving services, especially in increasing public knowledge about hypertension so that people can maintain normal blood pressure and can avoid risk factors that can cause hypertension.

In human development, it is often characterized as a developmental milestone where new behaviors emerge and are increasingly complex as the stages of development appear in this modern era. Development does notoccur at a constant pace. A relatively fast growth (spurt) can be interspersed with slow growth (plateau). Some scholars use such uneven patterns of growth and change as evidence of qualitatively different periods of development. From the results of the study found 3 factors that have the potential to affect the development of each child's reasoning, namely; Hereditary factors (heredity), environmental factors, heredity and environmental factors that interact to form behavior. The characteristics inherited by each child have a sensitive period, namely when children are active and motivated learners and when children construct their knowledge based on experience. In implanting physical and cognitive devices there is thought and language becoming increasingly interdependent; As thought and language begin to fuse, children often talk to themselves which is known as self-talk. Self-talk has an important function in cognitive development: By talking to themselves, children learn to guide and direct their own behavior in the process of performing difficult tasks and performing complex maneuvers_just as adults guide them.

ABSTRACT With the rapid development of technology, the role of information systems is very important. One of the organizations that feel the benefits of an information system is government agencies. The process of deleting fixed assets is still using Microsoft Excel so its performance is still not effective. The problem that arises is when recording assets that will be deleted but the physical condition of the assets does not exist and another problem is that there are still many unrecorded assets for deletion so that employees have to look for asset data and become ineffective. This problem can be solved by designing an information system for the disposal of fixed assets using the waterfall and web-based model, the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. The method used is the UML (Unified Modelling System) system modelling, namely Activity Diagrams and Use Case Diagram. The design of this information system aims to assist BPKAD employees in handling the asset write-off process and producing the required reports.

In 2018, Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) data showed that the prevalence of wasting in children under five in Indonesia was 10.2%, while in the age group under two years (baduta) it was higher, namely 11.7%. Nutrition Status Monitoring Data for 2017 also shows that the prevalence of wasting in under-fives is higher, which is 12.8% when compared to the toddler group, which is 9.5% (Ministry of Health RI, 2018). Based on the WHO classification, wasting in the underdog group in Indonesia is categorized as a serious public health problem, with a prevalence in the range of 10-14%. Malnutrition that occurs in 1,000 HPK, besides being at risk of inhibiting physical growth (failure to thrive) and being susceptible to disease (metabolic disorders: DM. Hypertension, obesity), also inhibits cognitive development (motor cognitive impairment) which will affect the level of intelligence and productivity of children in the future.

So far, scholarly conversations about child development disorders in coastal communities can be mapped into at least two trends. First, studies that attempt to uncover the factors that cause growth and development disorders in children and studies that are limited to testing measuring instruments for early detection of children's growth and development disorders. The focus of the study in this article is the form of child growth and development disorders and how to detect child growth and development disorders as early as possible. This study uses qualitative research that produces descriptive data. The results showed that there are several child growth and development disorders, namely language development disorders, attention deficit disorder, autism and decreased intelligence levels. Early detection can be done by means of history taking, routine physical examination and developmental screening.

This study aims to examine the quality of public services in Pusakajaya District, Subang Regency, focusing on citizens' basic needs and civil rights. This study used qualitative and descriptive methods, with data collected through interviews and observations. Data analysis is done through data reduction, presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the quality of service at the Pusakajaya sub-district office was not satisfactory, mainly due to limited physical infrastructure and service facilities, such as the absence of a comfortable waiting room, inadequate service room, and lack of air conditioning facilities. Despite these barriers, service processes generally conform to existing standards. Supporting factors for service quality are employee work motivation while inhibiting factors include employee shortages and inadequate infrastructure. This study suggests improvements in human resource management, acceleration of infrastructure development, and increased employee motivation as important steps to improve service quality. It is hoped that with this improvement, the quality of service in Pusakajaya District can meet the needs and expectations of the community more effectively.
