One of the cancers that causes the highest mortality is nasopharyngeal cancer. The number of nasopharyngeal cancer cases in Indonesia reached 19,943 new cases with a mortality rate of 13,399. Radiotherapy is the main treatment modality and part of standard care for cancer patients. The way radiotherapy works is to damage the DNA chain of tumor cells in order to kill tumor cells directly and eliminate the ability to proliferate. Giving radiation to the head and neck region has an influence on weight loss. The purpose of this study was to describe the BMI (Body Mass Index) of nasopharyngeal cancer patients who underwent IMRT therapy at the Radiotherapy Unit of Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G Ngoerah Hospital. The type of research used is quantitative research with an observational approach using retrospective data. The samples of this study were 25 patients with nasopharyngeal cancer who underwent IMRT therapy from January to December 2021 at the Radiotherapy Unit of Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G Ngoerah Hospital. The results of this study showed 25 samples of nasopharyngeal cancer patients who underwent IMRT therapy experienced weight loss with an average of 13.01 and BMI with an average of 4.93. Based on the results of the Statistical Test which shows that the p value <0.05 which means there is a decrease in body weight in nasopharyngeal cancer patients undergoing IMRT therapy in the Radiotherapy Unit of Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G Ngoerah Hospital. Corporate social responsibility is increasingly  implemented in line with companies' growing awareness of ethics and transparency in  their business operations, so they believe that social responsibility can be a true form of corporate responsibility. Stakeholders must be communicated not only about the implementation of social responsibility activities, but  also about social responsibility programs. because in addition to  being a form of transparency, it also makes the program social and creates mutual understanding with all stakeholders. The purpose of this study is to see the role and impact of PT CSR. PELINDO in improving the well-being of the surrounding community. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Research results show that the communication role implemented by PT. Pelindo 1 was effective enough to approach the community. The impact of their CSR program is also enough to help the community  improve its economy, but the program they provide is not sustainable or community-based, so it cannot be felt by all the communities around the company. In addition to that, it realizes social responsibility by carrying out relief activities such as meeting the basic needs of the society, mass circumcisions, cataract treatment and compensation of orphans.

Rangawak is a wood-working workshop in Barulak, Tanah Datar that produces hand-processed products without using massive manufacturing machines. Rangawak has been running since 2019, by utilizing the surrounding wood resources which are designed and processed to produce valuable furniture. However, this is still not enough to make Rangawak a sustainable brand. Rangawak needs more than just a quality product, but also a strong brand image, so it is easily recognized by potential consumers. Branding steps are deemed appropriate to overcome this problem using the design thinking method which focuses on empathy, defining problem, ideation and refining solutions. This method includes experimentation, development of ideas in visual form and physical implementation based on existing problems. The branding process results in the design of ideal branding elements, compiled into a brand book so that it becomes a reference for acting both internally and externally. These elements are in the form of values held firmly by the brand, brand positioning in the market, calm explanation of brand naming, brand personality which becomes a reference for how the brand interacts (in the form of tone of voice, prohibited and recommended terms, pronunciation and choice of words in copywriting), as well as visual identity with guidelines and rules for its application in various supporting media such as websites, catalog books, posters, member cards, packaging and Instagram accounts selected based on indicators of the media's effectiveness and efficiency in the brand activation process.

Postpartum hemorrhage is a frequent cause of death in mothers with 1,280 cases. One of the causes of postpartum bleeding is a uterus that does not contract or is called uterine atony. Uterine atony keeps the blood vessels open so that blood continues to flow. Efforts to make the uterus contract are by uterine massage. Uterine massage helps make the blood vessels close and stimulates contractions so that the height of the fundus decreases, indicating that the uterus is slowly shrinking. Research objective: to determine the effect of uterine massage on reducing the height of the uterine fundus as an effort to prevent post-partum bleeding. Method: This research uses a quasi-experimental design, namely post test control group design. The sample in this study was part of normal postpartum mothers at BPM. The sample was divided into a treatment group and a control group. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using the unpaired sample t test. The results of the independent t test obtained a p value of 0.071 (p > 0.05). This means that there is no effect of uterine massage on reducing the height of the uterine fundus.

In the development of massive activities, transportation is needed to carry out mobility so as to facilitate each individual in carrying out his daily work and activities. The vehicle used by most people is a motorized vehicle, this vehicle is a vehicle that is used and obtained by purchasing it through cash or credit. In the case of buying on credit itself, there are many problems, namely the debtor who pays the installments is not necessarily smooth in making payments, this certainly creates losses for the creditor who provides the motorbike on credit. In an effort to minimize these losses and risks, the creditor cooperates and hires a third party, namely a debt collector to collect or withdraw the motor vehicle that is the object of the pre-credit agreement, now this research discusses the problems that arise in the community regarding withdrawal by debt collectors whether this action has criminal elements or not.

Background: CT scans can be used as a supporting tool to evaluate various abnormalities and determine certain clinical conditions, one of which is that abdominal examination is used to make clinical diagnoses such as liver metastatic colon adenocarcinoma. Three-phase abdominal examination technique for clinical adenocarcinoma colon liver metastases carried out at Persahabatan Hospital using intravenous injection of contrast media without oral and rectal use with a delay time technique. Results: The three-phase abdominal CT scan examination procedure for clinical adenocarcinoma colon metastases to the liver was carried out using the Abdomen_3Phase protocol with a helical type scan with intravenous administration of contrast media which was sufficient to confirm the diagnosis with post-contrast scanning, namely in the arterial phase using a delay of 22-25 seconds, for the venous phase, that is 50-60 seconds, then for the equilibrium/delayed phase, that is 90-100 seconds from the beginning of the introduction of the contrast medium which is reconstructed into a 5 mm slice thickness sagittal and coronal section. A three-phase abdominal examination is carried out to evaluate abnormalities in the abdomen such as intra-abdominal masses so that it can differentiate between masses and metastases. Conclusion: The technique of inserting contrast media into a three-phase abdominal examination in clinical adenocarcinoma colon liver metastases at the radiology installation at Persahabatan Hospital, East Jakarta is carried out intravenously and is sufficient to confirm the patient's diagnosis. This is done because the focus is on assessing the liver, where the liver is a dense cavity. so that to assess abnormalities in the liver, contrast media can be injected intravenously, and for the condition of the colon, it can be assessed in general terms without going oral or rectal.
