Islamic Commercial Banks operate under Islamic law, necessitating compliance with sharia principles from their inception to their operations, including capital system. This study investigates potential haram loopholes in the capital system of Islamic Commercial Banks, specifically in light of OJK Regulation Number 16/PJOK.03/2022. Utilizing a normative legal research methodology with a legislative approach, the findings reveal a significant loophole regarding the capital system. Article 31 of the regulation does not stipulate that the sources of funds for paid-up capital in Islamic Commercial Banks must adhere to sharia principles. This contrasts with the previous Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 6/24/PBI/2004, which explicitly required that capital sources for Islamic Commercial Banks be halal and not derived from haram sources. The omission of this requirement in the current Financial Services Authority regulation raises concerns about the integrity of capital in Islamic Commercial Banks, as it lacks a safeguard ensuring that the capital originates from permissible sources. This gap could potentially lead to unauthorized practices and undermine the fundamental principles of Islamic finance.

Farmer regeneration is a strategic element in achieving sustainable agricultural development, especially amid the overall decline in the farming population. This study aims to identify the demographic trends of young farmers and examine their readiness in adopting agricultural technology in Tasikmalaya City. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics, the Ministry of Agriculture, and various scientific literature. The findings reveal that despite the overall decrease in the number of farmers, the number of young farmers has increased in recent years, indicating potential for regeneration in the agricultural sector. Young farmers tend to be more open to innovation and possess relatively strong digital literacy; however, the adoption of agricultural technology remains limited to specific aspects and has not fully integrated into the entire production process. The main challenges include limited access to capital, underdeveloped digital infrastructure, and a lack of technical training and mentoring. Therefore, comprehensive policy interventions are necessary, including strengthening farmer regeneration policies, improving supporting infrastructure, and promoting community-based mentoring to accelerate the adoption of agricultural technology among young generations.

A strong entrepreneurial sector plays a crucial role in a country's economic growth. Entrepreneurship not only contributes to creating jobs, but also increases productivity and encourages innovation. Therefore, it is very strategic to foster interest in entrepreneurship, especially among students and the younger generation. There are several factors that influence interest in entrepreneurship among students, one of these factors is business capital and motivation. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of business capital and motivation on interest in entrepreneurship among students of the Sharia Economics Study Program at Island Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin University, Jambi. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The research sample consisted of 96 students using a sampling technique, namely Purposive Sampling. The results of this research show that both variables have a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship among students in the sharia economics study program. Simultaneously, the business capital and motivation variables have a significant influence on the entrepreneurial interest variable. The R Square value is 0.561 or 56.1%, which means that 56.1% of changes in the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable, while the remaining 43.9% is influenced by other variables not included in this research. The Adjusted R Square value = 0.551 shows that after adjustment, this model still has good abilities in explaining the dependent variable. Apart from that, the R value = 0.749 shows a strong relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The Islamic economic view of entrepreneurship is one of the noble recommendations for humans in working.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the backbone of the economy, particularly in areas like Denpasar City, which serves as a central hub of economic activity in Bali. However, the COVID-19 pandemic posed significant challenges, severely impacting MSMEs’ net income. Declining purchasing power, mobility restrictions, and economic uncertainty forced business owners to struggle for survival. This highlights the need to understand the factors affecting MSMEs’ income in order to formulate strategic solutions. This study employs a quantitative associative approach to examine the influence between two or more variables. A sample of 100 MSMEs was selected using a proportional stratified random sampling technique based on the distribution of MSMEs across districts and business types. The results show that own capital, pricing, working hours, and access to the People's Business Credit (KUR) significantly affect MSME income in Denpasar City. Own capital is found to be the most dominant factor, followed by pricing and working hours. Access to KUR also plays an important role by providing easier access to additional capital, enabling business expansion and productivity improvement. Furthermore, the study confirms that competitive pricing and effective pricing strategies can enhance competitiveness and increase income. Longer working hours positively influence income by providing more opportunities to serve customers. Overall, access to KUR facilitates capital availability, ultimately supporting MSME growth and income in Denpasar City. Keywords: MSME Income, Denpasar City

This study aims to analyze the concept of consumer demand in the perspective of Islamic economics with a focus on the influence of spiritual values on the consumption behavior of Muslims. The academic problem underlying this study is the gap between the values of Islamic teachings that emphasize simplicity, blessings, and spiritual responsibility, with the social reality of Muslims who often exhibit consumptive behavior and follow the flow of modern capitalism. This study uses a qualitative approach with library research methods, reviewing various literature related to the concept of consumption in Islamic economics, maqashid al-syari'ah, and spiritual values such as halal, thayyib, qana'ah, wara', and zuhud. The results of the analysis show that spiritual values have a significant role in shaping consumer demand that is not only oriented towards material satisfaction, but also towards blessings and social responsibility. Demand in Islamic economics is positioned as a moral and worship activity, not merely a rational economic decision. Consumption based on spiritual values is also positively correlated with inner peace and mental health of consumers. Therefore, internalization of Islamic values in consumption behavior is believed to be able to realize a fair, sustainable, and falah-oriented economic system (happiness in the world and the hereafter).

This study aims to comprehensively examine the role of women in agricultural economic development through three main focuses: women's real contribution in agricultural economic activities, structural and socio-cultural barriers that limit their participation, and empowerment strategies to realize a more inclusive agricultural economy. The background of this research stems from the reality that although women play a significant role in various aspects of agricultural production and resource management, recognition of their contribution is still structurally and culturally limited. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a library research approach, which utilizes primary sources such as official government documents and reports of international institutions, as well as secondary sources in the form of relevant scientific literature. Data were collected through a systematic search of digital databases, then analyzed using content analysis techniques to identify key themes related to the roles, barriers and strategies for empowering women in the agricultural economy. The results show that women have concrete contributions in production activities, processing of agricultural products, and financial management of farm-based households. However, their participation is still hampered by patriarchal structures, limited access to resources (such as land, capital, and training), and social norms that tend to marginalize women's role in decision-making. Effective empowerment strategies include strengthening women's capacity through education and skills training, forming women's farmer groups, and advocating for policies that support gender equality in agricultural development. In conclusion, the role of women in the agricultural economy is not only relevant but also crucial in promoting food security and sustainable rural development. Therefore, the integration of gender perspectives in agricultural policy is an urgency that cannot be ignored.

According to data from the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs in 2024, Indonesia has more than 60 million SMEs, which are very important to its economy, contributing 60% to the national GDP. However, around 77.5% of SMEs do not keep financial records, while 22.5% have some form of financial reporting that is often inconsistent and poorly documented. Many entrepreneurs do not realize the importance of financial reports, instead focusing on business growth and sales. Lack of financial literacy leads to poor decision-making and operational transparency. Quality financial reports can facilitate access to capital and serve as an indicator of business success. Programs aimed at improving financial literacy and the importance of financial reporting have shown a positive impact on SME performance. The training program for Dapur Umi Ila SMEs in Bojongkerta aims to empower participants through education on financial management, emphasizing the importance of maintaining accurate financial records for proper decision-making and sustainable business growth. By creating financial reports, Dapur Umi Ila SMEs are expected to be more concerned about operational finances so that they can learn to make decisions based on relevant and reliable financial reports..
