In the "Experiencing" activity the teacher involves the students' five senses to understand the concepts of the material presented so that it is easier to understand, "Interaction" the teacher encourages students to be able to express ideas and reflect on themselves so that it also supports good understanding of the concept, "Communication" the teacher motivates the participants students to be brave and fluent in conveying ideas, and teacher "Reflection" creates an attitude in students to be willing to accept criticism and improve themselves, both ideas, work results and attitudes. MIKiR's active learning is very effectively applied to Indonesian language lessons for class V MIS Mutiara Sei Mencirim, as evidenced by the fact that during the learning process students always feel excited and happy, initially students still feel shy in asking questions or expressing their opinions, but often MIKiR's active learning this is applied at MIS Mutiara Sei Mencirim they don't feel boredom, in this case active learning MIKiR is very effectively used in Indonesian language lessons for class V MIS Mutiara Sei Mencirim. supporting factors in the application of MIKiR active learning, namely the teacher's role in this learning activity is very important because teacher creativity determines the learning process using MIKiR active learning and students will become the main character or role in each lesson, the teacher only needs to direct students in the learning process and students will show their respective creativity, and the inhibiting factor in the application of active learning MIKiR is the allocation of learning time that is not in accordance with the material because during the discussion process students who do not understand will tend to ask a lot of questions in order to be able to complete their group assignments.

Erosion is a serious problem in riverbank areas. This is because erosion is the starting point for subsequent natural disasters such as landslides. Based on this understanding, empowerment is needed by installing an Early Warning System, mapping of vulnerable areas and evacuation routes, as well as outreach aimed at increasing the understanding and awareness of residents for mitigation. The early warning system socialization program is carried out with Focus Group Discussions so that it can run interactively. Thus, it is hoped that there will be an increase in public understanding and awareness of natural disasters, as well as an increase in the quality of community empowerment by students in the implementation of applied science.

Rabies remains a significant public health concern, particularly in regions with high dog populations. This study examines how social constructions of dogs influence rabies prevention strategies, focusing on community perceptions, cultural norms, and human–dog interactions. A systematic review of 15 studies published between 2010 and 2023 was conducted to identify factors affecting responsible dog ownership, vaccination uptake, and public engagement in rabies control. The findings indicate that social and cultural beliefs significantly shape behaviors related to dog management, including vaccination compliance and post-exposure practices. Effective rabies prevention requires integrating biomedical interventions with culturally sensitive approaches, community participation, and education programs that address local perceptions of dogs. Policies that respect community norms while promoting responsible ownership and vaccination are crucial for sustainable rabies control. The study highlights that understanding the social construction of dogs provides a comprehensive framework for designing inclusive, context-specific, and effective rabies prevention strategies.

The village fund is the origin of the APBN funds that are given to the village, transferred to the APBD district/city, and used to pay for the upkeep of government, the implementation of development, the development of civil society, and community empowerment. According to the regulations of the Finance Minister, the Minister of Village, Desert Village Development, and Transmigration sets priorities for the use of village money. The 2020 PDTT Permendes No. 13 on priority use of the village fund in 2021 specifies the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) as the top priority for the use of village finances. There are issues with the preparation and prioritisation of the village fund of the government of Kadongdong Village, which results from the lack of participation by all members of the community and the village government's lack of transparency towards the public. As a result, the public lacks understanding of how and what the priority programme of the nation's funds is. Based on the occurrence, researchers are eager to learn more about Kadongdong village in Garut's Banjarwangi district's Analysis Success Implementation Policy Priority Fund Village. According to Edward III's thesis, the success of policy execution depends on four factors: communication, resource availability, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The research's findings indicate that Kadongdong Village's implementation of the village fund policy, which has been noted by researchers in the context of Kadong Dong Village, is not optimal. It is evident from this communication that the government of Kadongdong Village does not include the entire figure of the community in establishing the priority of the village fund.

Semiotically, poetry is a systematic and meaningful structure of signs determined by convention. Understanding poetry is nothing other than understanding the meaning of poetry. The meaning of poetry is a work that arises from language which is arranged based on literary structure according to its conventions. Therefore, to study poetry, it is necessary to conduct a semiotic analysis of the land, remembering that poetry is a structure of meaningful signs. The semiotic approach is considered capable of expressing the meaning contained in poetry, so this approach has received a lot of attention, namely with the research that has been produced. This article aims to discuss the hidden meaning of poetic texts through discussion and explanation from a semiotic perspective. This theory is used as a basis for explaining poetry in terms of the signs and interpretations thereof. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a focus on poetry as the object and research data. The results of this research show that the poem "Aku Brings the Wind" by Heri IsnaIni has a strong structure with signs that form meaning. The concept of determination is the dominant theme that builds the meaning of the poem as a whole. Thus, it is hoped that this research will open up research that utilizes semiotic theory in discussing poetry and other literary texts.
