New local brands are starting to enter the culinary industry so competition is increasing. Several culinary businesses in Indonesia are now thriving thanks to online media, such as Instagram and Golden Lamian. The purpose of this research is to measure @goldenlamian's sales promotion activities on Instagram, determine purchasing decisions, and the influence of sales promotions on Instagram on product purchasing decisions. The theory used is promotions in the form of coupons and special prices or discounts. Apart from purchasing decisions, there are also aspects related to problem recognition, information search, alternative evaluation, and purchasing decisions. This research method is quantitative using a survey method. 61 people were sent a questionnaire via the Instagram account @goldenlamian as part of the data collection strategy. Simple random sampling was used to take samples. The results of this research show that respondents responded (agree) to the Instagram sales promotion @goldenlamian. Meanwhile, the decision to purchase Golden Lamian received a good response (agree) with all variables (Y) in the research questionnaire. The Golden Lamian promotion influenced purchasing decisions by 32%, the remaining 67% was influenced by data from factors other than this research.

In today's information and technology era, television media has a very important role in shaping opinions and influencing people's views. The existence of da'wah programs on television media is not only about increasing the number of impressions, but also how these programs can really permeate and have a positive impact on society. Therefore, the strategy of da'wah programs in television media requires special attention and in-depth study. The method in this article uses a literature study, which is a method with data collection by understanding and studying theories from various literature related to the research. From the results of the research, an attractive and quality program strategy is very important to increase the existence of da'wah programs on television media. In addition, cooperation with related parties and promotion through social media can also help increase the number of viewers. In the increasingly fierce competition of television media, da'wah programs must continue to innovate and adapt to technological developments and viewers' needs in order to remain effective in delivering da'wah messages. The effectiveness of da'wah programs on television media can be influenced by various factors. Therefore, several strategies can be used in da'wah programs on television media with a focus on how to improve the existence and effectiveness of da'wah messages.

Café Teras Muzaka established since 2020 is a contemporary café that stands in the center of Lubuk Basung sub-district, this café carries an elegant and minimalist concept. Café Teras Muzaka is always the first choice, a lot of people from various circles come to celebrate moments, meetings or just spend their free time. The findings of the problems of Café Teras Muzaka, namely in terms of publicity, have not used effective promotional media, resulting in a lack of Brand Awareness of consumers and potential consumers of Café Teras Muzaka. Therefore, this design aims to design a Company Profile video that can be a source of information for the public about Café Teras Muzaka. The design uses the 4D method (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). Therefore, by using video company profile as the main media, it is possible to produce a company profile that can not only increase Brand Awareness, but also become an effective publicity media.

Visual content is currently being loved by business activists to compete in introducing their business to customers. This has motivated one of the restaurant businesses, namely New Normal Burgerbar, in the city of Padang to make promotional efforts through their Instagram social media in order to attract customers. This proves that visual content is crucial in its application as an information medium. In this regard, a descriptive qualitative research was conducted to analyze how the role of rhetoric (ethos, pathos, and logos) in achieving interesting visual content results can be conveyed effectively.

Hypertension is a disease that often attacks the elderly. Health promotion that has been carried out so far has only been through outreach media, and creative media is needed to be able to convey the message of preventing worsening of hypertension sufferers. The aim of the research was to determine the influence of health promotion using film media on knowledge of hypertension prevention in the elderly at the Tanjung Unggat Community Health Center UPTD. This research used a pre-experimental design with a one-group pre-test-post-test design, with a population of 150 people and a sample of 33 respondents selected using purposive sampling. This research data collection tool uses a knowledge questionnaire. The results of this research are that the majority of respondents' knowledge before being given health promotion, 28 respondents (84.8%) were in the poor category. Meanwhile, after being given health promotion, 26 respondents (78.8%) were in the high category. The bivariate test results in this study used the Wilcoxon test with a p value of 0.000 (p value < 0.05). In conclusion, it is stated that health promotion using film media on knowledge of hypertension prevention in the elderly has a significant influence. Suggestions for future researchers to use other creative methods so that optimal health can be achieved.

The purpose of this study was to find out the strategy for the Kinako Fabric in Tana Toraja district. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely managing information data from observation based on the facts that exist in the Kinako Fabric Shop. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The stategy used at the Kinako Cloth Shop is the marketing mix 4P (Product), (Price), (Promotion), (Place). Product strategy in the from of adding cloth products, Pricing strategy by providing price discounts, Promotion strategy though social media facebook and whatsapp as well as direct promotion by word of mouth, the price is quite strategic and very easy to reach potential customers. This strategy is carried out to add customers and to increase sales results.

This research aims to determine: (1) The influence of celebrity endorsements on purchasing decisions (Study on TikTok Shop users in Kolaka Regency), (2) The influence of promotions on purchasing decisions (Study on TikTok Shop users in Kolaka Regency). This research uses a quantitative method approach. Data collection in this research used observation, documentation and questionnaires. The population of this research is TikTok Shop users in Kolaka Regency. Meanwhile, the sample for this research consisted of 130 respondents with sample determination using purposive sampling technique. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model testing (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with SmartPLS 4.0. Based on the research results, it is known that the Celebrity Endorsement variable has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions as indicated by a T-Statistic value of 2.871 and a P-Values ​​of 0.004. And the Promotion variable also has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, this is shown by a T-Statistic value of 7.763 and a P-Values ​​of 0.000. Based on the research results, it is known that the Celebrity Endorsement variable has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions as indicated by a T-Statistic value of 2.871 and a P-Values ​​of 0.004. This research aims to examine the application, obstacles and benefits of Artificial Intelligence ChatGPT on the effectiveness of social media marketing using the Attention, Interest, Desire, Action (AIDA) model approach, especially on the Cuci Shoes Kelen Instagram account. The background to this research is the Industrial Revolution 4.0 which has created an era of digital technology with a high number of internet users in Indonesia, even though digital understanding and literacy is still low. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods by collecting data through virtual ethnography and interviews. The research subjects consisted of two owners of "Cuci Shoes Kelen," namely DB and FP, while the research object was the use of Artificial Intelligence ChatGPT in this account. The results of the first research showed that the application of Artificial Intelligence ChatGPT with the AIDA model approach on the Instagram account "Cuci Shoes Kelen" resulted in improvements in all aspects measured. Therefore, the marketing and promotional content produced by ChatGPT can increase the effectiveness of social media marketing. The results of the second research show that there are obstacles in implementing ChatGPT Artificial Intelligence, especially in new users' understanding of the types of questions that should be asked to ChatGPT, and also the limited information in ChatGPT version 3.5. However, benefits include ChatGPT's ability to provide promotional strategy recommendations that comply with AIDA concepts and detailed guidance for their implementation.

This research aims to determine sharia promotional strategies, inhibiting factors and efforts to increase sales of ars snack msmes in jambi city. This research uses qualitative methods. This research is the owner of the msme ars snack. Data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. the conclusion results show that: the sharia promotion strategy carried out by msme ars has implemented the fathonah characteristic, namely being smart in innovating to update and add to its products. Maintaining and improving the quality of its products so as to create customer trust in ars snack msmes by always paying attention to sharia regulations. Advertisements carried out by ars snack msmes have implemented the characteristics of siddiq and trust both on social media and in brochures and must still prioritize honesty, truth and trustworthiness based on islamic economic perspective, personal sales carried out by umkm ars snack apply tabliq characteristics, namely meeting directly with customers and potential customers by conveying correctly using appropriate and easy to understand words without cheating about the products being sold. The public relations owned by msme ars snack jambi city is specifically to build good relationships with various groups, build a good company image and support each other among msmes and promote products to increase sales of each msme player.

If tourism promotion is not accompanied by a good communication strategy, it will affect the existence of the tourist attraction itself. Based on that, the aim of this research is to find out about SRP Ernala's tourism promotion strategy through Instagram (IG) social media. This research uses primary data and secondary data. In this research, the primary data is the results of interviews with managers, employees and visitors to SRP Ernala tourism in Karo Regency, secondary data is social media content from the SRP Ernala tourist village as well as previous research related to this research. This research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive analysis which collects data through observation data, documentation and interviews with 6 informants. From the research results, the SRP Ernala tourism development promotion strategy used by tourism managers is in line with the theory of promotional forms, product, price, place, promotion, promotions used via Instagram social media. Community service activities are very important to improve the quality of human resources for MSMEs. Copywriting training was conducted by Bina Nusantara University Semarang for 30 MSMEs in the city of Semarang. The term copywriting was not yet known to the participants and this training was attended with great enthusiasm so that the participants could increase their knowledge regarding marketing using copywriting techniques which are one of the trends in the marketing world. Training participants are expected to have the ability to write attractive promotional or advertising language so that their products can stick in the minds of customers. By mastering this copywriting technique, the participants are able to increase product sales through digital marketing via social media by using advertising writing techniques that are attractive to the customers.

Social media is currently in demand by many people. Star Radio Tangerang utilizes Instagram social media to promote its broadcast programs so that listeners do not find it difficult to continue listening to their broadcasts. The purpose of this research is to find out the utilization of Instagram social media at Star Radio Tangerang in promoting broadcast programs for its listeners and to find out how the feedback obtained after utilizing Instagram social media. This research uses Social Media theory, using a qualitative approach, and descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out through documentation, observation, literature study, and in-depth interviews. The results of this study show social media as a medium for socialization between broadcasters and listeners, making it easier for them to access and listen to broadcasts. Social media is proven to be the latest development of new internet-based web development technology, which makes it easier for everyone to communicate, participate, share and form a network online.

This thesis is entitled Application of Islamic Business Ethics at the Zhuraida Sewing House in Berembang Village, Sekernan District, Muaro Jambi Regency. This research aims to determine the application of Islamic business ethics in accordance with the characteristics of the Prophet Muhammad according to M. Syafi'i Antonio and the indicators of Islamic business ethics are shiddiq, amanah, tabligh and fathanah. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, where in collecting data the researcher uses observation, interviews and documentation methods. The research results show that the Zhuraida Sewing House has implemented Islamic business ethics as exemplified by the Prophet and its characteristics, namely shiddiq (being honest) which is reflected in not doubling the price of the product, recognizing the weaknesses and strengths of the product. The nature of fathanah (intelligent) is reflected in the spiritual condition of owners and employees who continue to prioritize spirituality towards Allah SWT. and the Zhuraida Sewing House has implemented promotions through brochures and social media such as Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and others. However, there are still several obstacles that prevent the Prophet's qualities from being implemented, namely the nature of trustworthiness (keeping promises) which is caused by a lack of workers in the production department because the Zhuraida Sewing House is still neglecting its responsibilities in terms of taking time to complete the product. Then the tabligh (communicative) nature, namely online services, is not running well due to the lack of employees in the service admin section.

MSMEs in Indonesia have become an important part of the economic system in Indonesia. This is because MSMEs are business units that are more numerous than large-scale industrial businesses and have the advantage of absorbing more workers and are also able to speed up the equalization process as part of development. Until now, MSME products continue to experience quite rapid development in line with market demand trends. As an effort to balance market competition, MSME players must continue to innovate and be creative to improve the quality of their products, one of which is through product branding. The MSMEs found in Pematang Johar Village, Labuhan Deli District, Deli Serdang Regency, are Chips MSMEs. These MSMEs have problems, such as poor marketing and the absence of product logos on packaging. Another problem with marketing is the absence of media to promote MSME businesses. In this case, creating a social media account is the right solution in marketing media for Al-Amin Chips MSMEs. This activity was carried out using a mentoring method by carrying out several activities, namely: (1) Logo Making, (2) Logo Submission, (3) Training on Creating Social Media Accounts and Promoting the Chips Business Through Social Media. By creating a logo, making packaging attractive can influence purchasing decisions and help MSMEs grow and develop. This MSME needs to rebrand its business so that this product can compete with similar products. If further developed through social media, these MSMEs can expand their marketing reach and be more efficient in carrying out promotions.

This research discuesses the loss of Green Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Promotion of Purchase Decisions in Mekar Swalayan Kediri. this research aims to find out the result of the influence of green marketing, sosial media marketing, and promotion on purchasing decisions in Mekar Swalayan Kediri. the method in this research in quantitative. Data collection techniques using primary data and secondary data. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling teachnique with 99 customers. Data processing uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). There is a partial effect between Green Marketing on Purchase Decision where the results of the t test obtained a significant value of 0,009 < 0,05. There is a partial effect between Social Media Marketing on Purchase Decision where the results of the t test show a significance value of 0,011 < 0,05. There is a partial effect between Promotion on Purchase Decision wehere the results of the t test obtained a significance value of 0,002 < 0,05. There is a simultaneous effect of Green Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Promotion on Purchase Decision where the results of the F test get a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05.

 In an era full of technological developments, various daily activities are connected with the help of the internet, making operations easier and faster. One use of this technology, for example, is massive marketing activities carried out via social media, one of which is WhatsApp. This application introduces WhatsApp Business features specifically designed to facilitate the marketing of their products to consumers. This increase in the number of WhatsApp users opens up more opportunities for businesses to maximize the application's potential as a digital marketing tool. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of promotions and services via WhatsApp on sales. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample used in this research was 37 people using the questionnaire distribution method as a data collection tool. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS software application. The research results show that variable X1 (promotion) and variable X2 (service) each influence variable Y (sales) in a positive direction. Besides that, variables X1 (Promotion) and X2 (Service) in the model together are able to explain 40.3% of the influence on variable Y (Sales).

This research aims to investigate the utilization of social media as a marketing communication tool by one of Sukin’s skincare products, which collaborates with an e-commerce platform and social media focused on beauty and skincare. The research employs a qualitative method involving observation and interviews. Data collected are analyzed using The Circular Mode of SoMe analysis model, which includes elements such as Share, Optimize, Manage, and Engage. The results indicate that Sukin and Sociolla utilize social media platforms effectively to introduce their beauty and skincare products, serving as communication tools for marketing purposes. Additionally, audiences participate in word-of-mouth promotions, provide reviews as beauty enthusiasts, and even involve influencers in digital campaigns created by Sukin and Sociolla. The evolution of social media usage across various fields facilitates easier communication and message delivery, contributing to the objectives of digital campaigns.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) development strategies, namely through training and mentoring will help MSMEs manage their business more effectively, increasing market access through e-commerce platforms,effective marketing strategies, and collaboration with distributors and retailers will help MSMEs to expand market share and increase sales, as well as collaboration between MSMEs and empowerment of local business networks. Increasing market access through e-commerce platforms,effective marketing strategies, and collaboration with distributors are important strategies for MSMEs in expanding product reach and increasing sales, such as online marketplaces, so that MSMEs can reach consumers in various locations without being limited by geographic boundaries, use of media social, creative product promotion, and selecting the right market segment and collaborating with distributors and retailers.

The present study explores the implementation of talent management at Anak Langit Educational Institution, aiming to design a comprehensive talent management framework tailored to the organization's unique needs. The research uses a qualitative approach to identify talent criteria, assess selection methods, and examine on-boarding, development, and retention practices. The findings reveal that Anak Langit demonstrates a strong commitment to shaping a 'rabbani' generation through structured talent management practices. The institution actively engages in recruitment using various methods, including social media promotion and campus relations. Talent development primarily consists of workshops and training programs, with opportunities for individual skill enhancement. Performance evaluation extends beyond job performance to personal development and interpersonal skills. In talent retention efforts, Anak Langit provides informal appreciation, support, and work-life balance programs. However, the study suggests opportunities for further development, such as the creation of detailed talent management guidelines for transparency and effectiveness. The comprehensive talent management framework proposed includes specific talent criteria, a Talent Development Center, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) implementation, and flexible individual development plans, ensuring a structured, flexible, and individual-focused approach.
