Along with the development of increasingly advanced technology, the sense of nationalism of the millennial generation is decreasing because it is influenced by western culture. To overcome this, it is necessary to have a solution. To overcome this, Indonesian citizens, especially the millennial generation, need to be given more understanding of the archipelago's insight by means of Citizenship Education at every level of education, even up to universities in which they learn about the archipelago. The role of insight into the archipelago is as a guide, motivation, encouragement, and signs in finding all policies, decisions, actions, and actions for state administrators at the central and regional levels as well as for all Indonesian people in the life of society, nation and state. In addition, it can shape the nation's mental attitude which includes creativity, taste and initiative in an integrated manner. The insight of the archipelago as a unifying tool for the nation is proven in its function of fostering a sense of nationalism based on socio-cultural diversity and the geographical location of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. With an increased understanding of the archipelago's insight, millennials are more tolerant and appreciate the services of the heroes.

This research explores the role of emotions in intercultural communication through an ethnographic study of a multicultural community. Findings show significant variations in patterns of emotional expression across different ethnic groups and cultures, where cultural norms play an important role. Emotions such as joy, anger and disappointment are expressed differently based on cultural background, with examples such as East Asian holistic approaches compared to North American individual focus. Emotion regulation strategies also vary, influenced by the situation, individual disposition and cultural adaptations. Cultural values, norms and beliefs impact emotional experiences, with the interaction of gender and culture shaping the perception and expression of emotions.  Emotions play a key role in the dynamics of intercultural interactions, influencing relationship formation and the potential for conflict. Practical implications emphasize the importance of culturally sensitive communication for effective diversity management in organizations, improving team efficiency, and supporting organizational change. The research contributes theoretically by offering insights into the complexity of emotional processes in culturally diverse environments, enriching intercultural communication theory and the psychology of emotion. These results confirm the importance of an in-depth understanding of cultural diversity in emotions to promote more harmonious and effective interactions in multicultural environments.

Indonesia is a country with very high biodiversity both in flora and fauna groups so that Indonesia is nicknamed the "Megabiodiversity" Country. The flora group has high diversity so that it always provides space for continuous study. This can be continued from the provincial, district to sub-district levels. Like one of the provinces in the western part of Indonesia, namely West Java. This province has a wealth of flora that is spread to every corner, including in one of the areas directly adjacent to West Bandung district, known as Jatinangor District. Jatinangor District is one of the areas in Sumedang Regency which is currently in a transitional period towards urban areas. The transition period is certainly a study that needs to be considered because it will impact on the richness of the flora in the region. One group of plants that still survives and is quite often found in Jatinangor District is the Fabaceae or legume family. Fabaceae is a group of plants that ranks third largest (after Orchidaceae and Asteraceae). This plant belongs to the Angiospermae division or plants that have flowers. This family is interpreted as having around 730 genera and 19,400 species with the largest genus being Astragalus (has more than 2000 species), then Acacia (more than 900 species), then Indigofera (more than 700 species), then Crotalaria (600 species), and finally Mimosas (500 species). Fabaceae itself is grouped into 3 subfamilies, namely Mimosoideae, Caesalpinioideae and Papilionoideae. ), and Soybean (Glycine max L). Soybean is the main crop grown with quite a lot of results and uniform size. In addition, there are differences in habitus, leaf shape, and leaf surface between the three types of plants. The variation in the number of samples also indicates the diversity of plant populations in the Fabaceae family at the study site.

Inclusive education involves the integration of children with special needs into regular educational settings, where they can learn together with their peers. It aims to create an inclusive environment, supporting the development and learning of children with special needs. This article describes the basic principles of inclusive education, including equal access, active participation, individual support, and collaboration. We also explain the benefits of inclusive education, such as increasing social skills, independence, and academic understanding for children with special needs, as well as benefits for children without special needs in developing empathy and understanding of diversity. However, the implementation of inclusive education is not easy. This article identifies some of the challenges faced in inclusive education, such as a lack of resources, a curriculum that is not fully inclusive, and a lack of knowledge and skills for teachers in dealing with the special needs of children. In addition, social stigma and stereotypes are also obstacles in creating an inclusive environment. This article also discusses the efforts that have been made to overcome these challenges. In many countries, governments have adopted inclusion policies that promote access and support for children with special needs. Educational institutions also play a role in creating an inclusive environment, such as providing friendly facilities for all children and training teachers in an inclusive approach. In addition, this article emphasizes the important role of parents in supporting inclusive education. Parents should become advocates for their children, collaborate with teachers and school staff and be actively involved in educational activities. With the support and cooperation of all stakeholders, inclusive education can become a reality that changes the future for all children. In conclusion, inclusive education is an important approach in creating a more inclusive and equitable future for all children. Although there are still many challenges that need to be overcome, through the commitment and cooperation of all parties, we can create an educational environment that welcomes and supports all children. With inclusive education, we open the door to equal opportunities for all children, regardless of background or special needs they.

All organisations under oppression need Islamic governance because it promotes and upholds Islamic banking and finance. The findings of this study suggest that Bank Indonesia laws control the application of Islamic sharia in Indonesia. Indonesian sharia banking must comply to sharia principles and is governed by a number of laws and regulations pertaining to the conduct of transactions. Sexual violence in campus settings has become an increasingly concerning issue in Indonesia. From the perspective of Pancasila as an ethical system, sexual violence is an action that contradicts the noble values of the Indonesian nation. Campuses should be a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, especially students, but the reality is that there are still many cases of sexual violence occurring within them. The purpose of this article is to discuss sexual violence in campus settings from the perspective of Pancasila as an ethical system. The method used is a qualitative approach by conducting a literature review related to sexual violence in campus settings and the values of Pancasila. The results show that sexual violence is an action that contradicts the values of Pancasila, such as social justice, fair and humane treatment, and mutual cooperation. Therefore, efforts to prevent and address sexual violence in campus settings must prioritize these Pancasila values. Some efforts that can be taken include raising awareness among students and campus staff about sexual violence, promoting a culture that values diversity and strengthens solidarity between students and campus staff, and improving the effectiveness of legal action against perpetrators of sexual violence. Thus, it is hoped that a safe, comfortable, and human rights-respecting campus environment can be created.

The Pancasila Law of Indonesia is a unique and distinct legal concept for the Indonesian nation. The Pancasila Law is the result of Indonesia's long struggle for independence from colonization and the building of a free, democratic, sovereign, just, and prosperous nation. The Pancasila Law is not only based on constitutional documents or laws, but also has a strong philosophical and moral foundation that originates from Pancasila as the foundation of the Indonesian state. The concept of Pancasila Law in the three-dimensional prism, also known as the three aspects of trias politica, consists of functions, structure, and system. These three aspects are interconnected and cannot be separated from each other in carrying out their tasks and functions as the basis of the state law. Thus, the conclusion of the concept of Pancasila law is that it is a unique, complex, and holistic legal system that encompasses the values and principles of Pancasila as the foundation of the Indonesian state. Pancasila law combines legal, philosophical, and moral aspects while accommodating the cultural and religious diversity of Indonesia, and encourages societal participation in policy-making. Pancasila law is the result of the long struggle of the Indonesian people for independence and the building of a sovereign, democratic, just, and prosperous nation.
