This study aims to analyze the dynamics of the rural economy in Sukajaya Village, a newly formed village from expansion. Through a qualitative approach, this study examines strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the agricultural, MSME, and social sectors in Sukajaya Village. It was found that Sukajaya Village has advantages in agriculture and culinary MSMEs but faces challenges such as a lack of government support and understanding of the digital economy. This research also reveals social problems, especially in education. Proposed solutions include improving digital infrastructure, entrepreneurship education, and social interventions for schooling. This research provides important insights into rural economic empowerment that can help Sukajaya Village face challenges and seize opportunities.

This community service was conducted for Karang Taruna, a youth organnization, at Perum Graha Kencana RT 01 RW 27 Kadipiro Surakarta. The focus was a training of using Rosetta Stone and Google Translation to improve English skills. The materials were delivered using three phases namely presentation, practise, and production. The training was beneficial for the participants specifically to improve their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills as well as translation. Having adequate understanding of using Rosetta Stone and Google Translation, the participants were able to develop their English especially when completing school assignments.Keywords: Rosetta Stone, Google TranslationÂ

financial information in schools. Payment information which is the basis for schools to determine future policies. The object of research in this thesis is the Demak Development High School which is one of the agencies engaged in the field of science and education. The research objective is to design an effective and efficient school payment administration recording information system and design a school payment administration recording information system that has a system security that can maintain the accuracy of the data. The research method used is the Borg and Gall R&D Development Research model, the Prototyping System Development Method to produce a product in the form of a Prototype with 6 stages: Research and Data Collection, Planning, Initial Product Development, Product Testing, Product Revision, Final Trial. The conclusion from the results of this study is that this system can facilitate the recording of administrative payment transactions so that there are no mistakes in recording, users can easily present payment reports more quickly so that they can minimize recording time and recording errors, and make it easier for users to print payment reports with affectic and efficient results so as to support and accelerate decision making

Penelitian ini menyuguhkan tentang urgensi pesantren sebagai wadah pembentukan kaderisasi ummat. Pesantren sebagai tempat pijakan manusia didalamnya bukan hanya mengajarkan tentang dinamika ke Islaman namun juga mengajararkan santri untuk berenterpreneurship. Home industri hadir sebagai jawaban dari permasalahan insani dalam segi ekonomi berkelanjutan. Adanya home industri dalam diri pesantren mampu membentuk kader bangsa yang mampu berdaya saing dalam bidang usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan field research (penelitian lapangan) yang berlokasi di PP Nurul jadid wilayah Al-mawaddah. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis isi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa eksistensi pesantren mampu memberikan peluang besar terhadap diri para santri untuk dapat berbakat entrepreneur dengan usaha home industri bakery di wilayah Al-mawaddah. Sistem pemasaran yang dilakukan berbasis transaksi lokal dan non lokal. Dengan mematok harga  berkisar Rp 2000-Rp 5000 mampu meningkatkan omset terhadap devisa pesantren. Hadirnya usaha bakery bagi santri Al-mawaddah mampu menumbuhkan bekal usaha entrepreneur ketika terjun kedalam dunia masyarakat, sehingga pada saat itulah terbentuknya manifestasi insan yang berkarya.   This research presents the urgency of pesantren as a forum for the formation of ummah cadre. Pesantren as a place of human footing in it not only teaches about the dynamics of Islam but also teaches students to be engaged in entrepreneurship. Home industry is present as an answer to human problems in terms of a sustainable economy. The existence of a home industry in pesantren is able to form a cadre of the nation who are capable of competitiveness in the business sector. This study uses a field research approach (field research) located in PP Nurul Jadid Al-mawaddah region. Data analysis techniques using content analysis techniques. The data collection method uses interview and observation techniques. The results showed that the axistence of pesantren is able to provide great opportunities for students to be gifted entrepreneurs with a home bakery business in the Al-mawaddah region. The marketing system is based on local and non-local transaction. By fixing prices around Rp. 2,000-Rp. 5,000, can increase turnover for foreign exchange boarding schools. The presence of bakery business for Al-mawaddah santri is able to grow entrepreneurial stock when it plunges into the world of society, so that’s when the manifestation of the creation of human beings works.

Background: Improving the quality of life of Indonesian people can be done through educational efforts both at school and outside of school. The School Health Business (UKS) is a basic health business aimed at schools and is the duty of the public health center to achieve health and improve learning achievement of school children). One of the functions of the UKS is as a forum for providing early health education especially for school children. Method: Before the implementation of the activity, the number of students involved amounted to 40 people, while the selection of students based on grade 8 and grade 9 would be selected again after getting extension activities and transforming as a UKS cadre. Activity Methods Used (1) Lecture and Demonstration Methods to discuss General Knowledge about School Health Enterprises (UKS), the role and participation of students in UKS activities, Efforts to Encourage, (2) Learning Methods Used to Transfer Assistance or Skills from the Value System Owned resource person to students. As a guest speaker providing health examination exercises for special UKS cadre students consisting of general physical examination and vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse and breathing). Results: The results of the data collection obtained for SMP did not have its own UKS room ,but it was still combined with the primary school room which was still in the same building. Schools do not have UKS cadres and have never done UKS program activities. The level of student knowledge related to UKS is also very low. Conclusion: the level of student knowledge after counseling was found as many as 36 (86%) people have good knowledge and 6 people (14%) have enough knowledge. This shows that the provision of counseling and training can increase student knowledge. Suggestions, for SatyaSai Junior High School and Denut 3 Public Health Center to make a policy about the importance of UKS and to continue the program to have UKS space and to form a UKS structure so that good student behavior is formed to increase PHBS in schools and to follow up

Community service activities for Muhammadiyah Elementary School Teachers in Polokarto Subdistrict, Sukoharjo Regency have been carried out. The background of this activity is the information obtained that the teachers in the school still use books and blackboards especially for subjects related to Science so that students become less creative and innovative thinking. activities carried out in the form of ongoing activities, namely training in the use of props style, motion and energy as many as 10 kits, presentation of the results of the practice of using props and the process of dissemination to students. The results obtained that all participants in understanding the teaching aids that have been trained, seen from the activeness of the participants, the ability of participants in the presentation and the results of dissemination to students in their respective schools

English learning for children called English for Young Learners (TEYL) is developing in various parts of the world, especially in developing countries including Indonesia. This policy began in Indonesia since the enactment of the 1994 Curriculum, and its implementation continues to be increasingly necessary. This is related to the government's efforts to prepare reliable and quality students, who will be able to compete at the national and international levels. English has become a very important language in the international community. Therefore, everyone is expected to be able to learn, master and understand English well. In Indonesia, English occupies an important priority as the first foreign language that must be studied and mastered by students and has been taught in schools ranging from kindergarten to university level. In learning English, there are four (4) language skills that must be learned by students, namely listening, speaking, reading, and writing. One of the important language skills to be learned by students is speaking. One element of language that needs to be improved to support speaking skills is vocabulary. Vocabulary plays an important role in word recognition. The more English vocabulary that is owned and mastered by students, the better they are at understanding various learning materials delivered in English. Mastery of a large and extensive English vocabulary can also improve students' ability to communicate using English. The introduction of English vocabulary in SDN 01 Suruh Tasikmadu Karanganyar can use learning media that is fun, easy and effective. The learning media is Word Webs. The Word Webs media has the benefit of increasing students' knowledge of English vocabulary and strongly supports speaking skills. Word Webs learning media is a learning media that can be used in the teaching and learning process of English especially Vocabulary. Through this Community Service Activity or Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, learning English using Word Webs media at SDN 01 Suruh Karanganyar feels more fun and memorable. This will make students feel enthusiastic and happy in learning English provided by using Word Webs media. This media can also help teachers in teaching English vocabulary to support students' speaking skills with fun.

Along with the development of information technology that is increasingly rapid, the use of information technology at this time is an important requirement in every agency or company An educational institution requires good administrative management with the aim to improve services to students, the school payment system in the form of Education Provision Contribution (SPP) and Donation of Institutional Development (SPI) at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Semarang is still done conventionally, where the recording of data and the payment process of SPP and SPI are written into diaries, ledgers and spreadsheet applications which results in the accumulation of data in the form of archives. In the data collection of students and the payment process takes a relatively long time, so that during the payment process results in long queues in the administration and requires a long time to make payment reports and arrears SPP and SPI which are needed quickly.Developments in the field of science and technology were developed with the aim of solving problems and making it easier for users to complete work tasks. The use of barcode technology is one of the technologies that can respond to the provision of fast, accurate and accurate information. Barcode technology is applied to student cards that function as student IDs and also as student payment cards

Students are expected to get knowledge about clean and healthy lifestyle or in Indonesian is called Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS). In fact, the program that is set by the government in PHBS application isn't optimally executed. The first survey data shows that the mental-disabled student's knowledge about PHBS (hand-washing) is less. The purpose of this research is for knowing the influence of hand-washing Education towards PHBS knowledge to mental-disabled students. Methods: The population of this research is 30 mental-disabled students from state mental-disabled elementary school of Tuban or SDLB Negeri Tuban with hand-washing learning SOP and questionnaire paper for knowledge scoring. The independent variable is clean hand-washing training and the dependent variable is PHBS knowledge to mental-disabled student  that scored by structural interview with pre-test and post-test. Results: As the result, it shows the most respondents have enough knowledge before the treatment, that is 18 (60,0%) students and almost all respondents have good knowledge after the treatment, that is 28 (93,3%) student. Conclusion: From this research result, the school is expected to apply the clean hand-washing training to develop PHBS knowledge learning in school periodically.

Community service activities carried out in Babakan Village,  Ciparay District, Bandung Regency are community service activities that become the annual agenda of the Immanuel College of Health Sciences in Bandung. In 2018, the Nursing D3 study program focuses community service activities at Babakan III Elementary School. The target of these community service activities is for students in grades 1 through 6. The aim of community service is to increase the knowledge of SD Babakan III students about personal hygiene, and to know the optimization of personal hygiene. Method: This activity was carried out in SD Babakan III using a community empowerment approach. The intended community is  elementary school students in Babakan III, Ciparay Subdistrict, especially classes 3 and 4, as many as 85 students were trained for 2 days. The form of training provided is through the provision of material with lectures, discussions and demonstrations. Results: Based on the evaluation in the form of pre-test and posttest, there was an increase in students' knowledge, from 60% to 90%. This training also provides enrichment about personal hygiene for class teachers in SD Babakan III, Ciparay District. Conclusion: This training was conducted at SDN Babakan III with a total of 85 students, with a good level of knowledge (90%) after 2 days of training. It is hoped that the training that has been carried out will be able to become the foundation for behavior change in the school environment and at home by applying the principles of healthy living.

Hospitalization is a process that has planning or emergency reasons that require the child to stay in the hospital. Hospitalization at school-aged children is 6-12 years forcing children to part with their beloved environment such as family and group soisalnya causing anxiety. Anxiety is an emotional response to the assessment of something dangerous, associated with feelings of uncertainty, helplessness, fear of fear is not clear why. This case study illustrates the application of bibliotherapy to decrease the anxiety level of school-aged children during hospitalization. The case study design used is descriptive case study. The case study was conducted in RSUD Dr. Adhiyatma, MPH Semarang. result of case study got decrease of subject anxiety level I before application of bibliotherapy value of anxiety level 40 after application of bibliotherapy decrease to 34 and subject II anxiety level level before applying of bibliotherapy value of anxiety level 31 after application of bibliotherapy decrease to 26. subject of subject anxiety level decrease 6 value and subject II down 5 values.

The aim of the research is to find an empirical evidence concerning the implementation of customer perspective of Balanced Scorecard (BSC) in Assalaam Islamic Modern Boarding School Surakarta (AIMBS Surakarta). It is a case study research. Qualitative research design is conducted using semi-structured interviews with 27 members from different stakeholders. Research findings showed that customer perspective of BSC and attributes in strategy map of BSC have been implemented well in AIMBS Surakarta. Besides, the research found supporting factor of implementation of customer perspective of BSC in AIMBS Surakarta, namely: strong commitment from management to adjust the change. The limitation of the research is that the research findings can not be generalized. For future research, it is suggested that the researcher will add the numbers of research object so that the generalization of the research findings can be achieved. Thus, it will give clearer description about implementation of customers perpective of BSC in Islamic boarding schools

The purpose of this study is to analyze and provide empirical evidence about the influence of budgeting participation and budget goal characteristics on managerial performance with a non-physical work environment as moderation. Population variables in this study are all leaders and financial officers in private vocational schools in the city of Semarang listed in the structure of the division of school work in 2016 which amounted to 14 vocational high schools and each was taken by 3 people so that there were 42 respondents, while the sampling technique used the census method. Data analysis method used is Regression Moderation Analysis (MRA) Hypothesis 1 test results note that the value of t arithmetic = 3.012> t table = 1.694 with a number of significance = 0.003 <α = 0.05 (significant), so the hypothesis (H1) that participation budgeting has a positive effect. on proven managerial job performance. Regression coefficient β1 = 0.567 (positive sign), it can be interpreted that the higher the participation in budgeting, the higher the managerial performance. Hypothesis 2 testing is known that the value of t = 2.723> t table = 1.694 with a significance value = 0.010 <α = 0.05 (significant), so the hypothesis (H2) that the characteristics of the budgetary objectives have a positive effect on managerial performance of the work proved. Stepwise coefficient = 0.279 (benchmark), can be interpreted more clearly the characteristics of the managerial level budget objectives. Testing hypothesis 3 is known that the value of t 2.484> t table = 1.694 with a significance value = 0.026 <α = 0.05 (significant), so the hypothesis (H3) that the work environment is not moderate, moderate moderate positive positive effect on budget participation on managerial work performance proven. Testing hypothesis 4 is known that the value of t arithmetic 2.333> t table = 1.694 with the number of significance = 0.032 <α = 0.05 (significance nt). Thus the hypothesis (H4) that the non-physical work environment positively influences the characteristics of budgetary goals on proven managerial work performance. Interaction test results show β4 = 0.163 (positive sign), it can be interpreted that the existence of a non-physical work environment that is conducive will strengthen the influence of the characteristics of the budget objectives on managerial work performance. New cases of Diabetes Mellitus (DM) in Bali Province from 2011 to 2013 were increased. Based on the report of Integrated Disease Surveillance or Surveilan Terpadu Penyakit (STP) from Puskesmas it is known that DM was ranked 3 out of the 10 highest diseases in health centers throughout the City of Denpasar. The purpose of this screening is to find out the prevalence of DM in Pemecutan Kaja Village, North Denpasar in 2015. Methods: Screening was carried out on 189 subjects aged ?15 in Pemecutan Kaja Village, North Denpasar on January 6 and 7, 2015. Screening was carried out by checking blood sugar levels while using Nesco Multicheck. The collected data is processed and presented descriptively about thecharacteristics of the sample and the proportion of DM based on the results of the examination. Results: The results showed that 6.4% of respondents suffering DM. Most of the subjects were women (58.3%). In this screening, there are 50% in the age group ?51 years, and most are only elementary school graduates (30%). Based on the type of work, most of the subjects are entrepreneurs/traders (50%). Based on the interview, there was none history of DM in the family. Conclusion: The proportion of DM in Pemecutan Kaja Village is 6.4% through examination of blood sugar levels while using Nesco Multi Check. The positive results of DM in this screening should be carried out further examination to confirm the diagnosis so that appropriate treatment can be carried out.

Background: High prevalence of anemia exists in the developing country where its causes are multi-factorial. One of the most vulnerable populations are adolescent girl. This study aims to know the prevalence and risk factor of anemia among adolescent girls in Abiansemal High School Methods: Cross sectional study was conduct with a total of 254 individuals comprising healthy participated. The relevant information was collected with interviews, anthropometric measurements and Hemoglobin assay. Multivariate Poisson Regression analysis was done to analysis the risk factor. Results: The prevalence of anemia was found to be 71.3% (22.8% mild anemia, 47.2% moderate anemia and 1.2% severe anemia). Mean age of the adolescent girls was 15.5 ± 0.66 years old. Multivariate analysis showed that the strongest predictors of anemia associated with adolescent girls is eating frequency ? 2 times a day (aPR:1.55; 95% CI: 1.32 to 1.81), excessive menstrual bleeding (aPR: 1, 35; 95% CI 1.17 to 1.56), vegetarian diet (aPR: 1.23; 95% CI 1.08 to 1.41) and drinking tea during meals (aPR: 1.17; 95% CI 1.01 to 1.36). However, the level of knowledge, socioeconomic status, and BMI did not contribute significantly in this study. Conclusions: High prevalence of anemia in adolescent girls of Abiansemal High School. Anemia screening should be done regularly and giving iron tablets to adolescent girls.

Yayasan Li Ulil Albab is one of the foundations in Karanganyar Regency that keep growing and contribute in educating the nation's life as well as building the character of the next generation of intelligent, religious by managing. To be able to carry out this noble task, it is necessary to continuously improve the work ethic of teachers and employees as an important element in improving the quality and achievement of school. Based on these considerations, lectures, counseling and various activities for coaching in order to improve the work ethic of teachers and employees is important to do. This event is attended by 46 Teachers and School Workers under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar. The purpose of this activity is that the work ethic of teachers and employees of schools under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar can be improved, and maintained, so that teachers and employees will be motivated in working, discipline, always positively to the task and work and able to build good cooperation with fellow teachers and employees to realize the process of learning and teaching is good and able to produce graduates qualified and character. This activity is expected to provide benefits to various stakeholders of the school under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, namely: First, for teachers and employees, this activity is useful to provide enlightenment and motivation so that it will increase the work ethic in carrying out its duties. Second, for the students, this activity will provide indirect benefits to the students, because with the work ethic of teachers and employees of high students will get a better service of teaching and learning process. Third, for the Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, this activity will provide indirect benefits on improving the quality of the institution because it is supported by teachers and employees who have a good work ethic. The result of this coaching activity is the increasing work ethic of teachers and school employees under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar with an indicator of increasing morale, and discipline of teachers and employees in teaching and providing services to students that impact on student's learning achievement.Keywords: work ethic, teacher discipline, service to students

The title of this devotion is "Tutoring to overcome learning difficulties" the guidance of learning is part of the guidance and counseling that has the purpose of guiding the child in order to achieve optimum learning achievement (according to his ability), especially for children who have learning difficulties or those whose value is ugly even though the IQ is not low. Parents and teachers are expected to be mentors for children who like it. However, not all parents and teachers can become mentors to children who are having difficulty learning it well. They need to know what they can do to overcome / guide the child in order to perform optimally. To overcome this it is necessary to have additional knowledge and understanding of learning guidance. The target audience in this devotion program is Non-Productive Society of teachers and parents of kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Surakarta. They need to be given additional knowledge because the kindergarten teacher Lakshmi 7 does not have S1 background but Lakshmi 7 kindergarten teacher only from SMK, so the knowledge about guidance and counseling that should be given to the child is not found in school and not understood at all. so also with the parents of students who only average background of high school graduates they also understand the Guidance and Counseling that should be given also for Children. So that both at school and home children do not get guidance as it should be. While the method used in this devotion is Lecture / counseling and discussion and training. In this case, counseling is deemed best suited to increase their knowledge and understanding of counseling and guidance for children. As the evaluation is used questionnaires and discussions to explore their implementation in the field after counseling. The results of this dedication of parents and teachers to understand the importance of tutoring for children overcome learning difficulties. While the results of training as a guide in learning obtained 77.8% (21 Parents and teachers) can carry out its role as a mentor learning for children. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the devotion of learning guidance to overcome learning difficulties in parents and teachers Kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Turisari Surakarta successful. The aim of teaching and learning English in Elementary School is that the students can understand about the language skills well and of how they should parctice those skills in daily activities. It is hoped that they can communicate orally and writtenly in English. This article peels up the use of classroom language training in learning English for elementary school teachers of SDN 01 Suruh Tasikmadu Karanganyar. By giving explanation of classroom language and practicing it, it is hoped that it could improve the teachers’ skill in using classroom language and they could manage the class well. Beside that, teachers could also get new ideas to implement it for their students in teaching and learning process by using interesting learning media or learning method. The method used in this activity was giving information about the use of classroom language, modelling and practicing it. The result showed that all participants (teachers) became more enthusiastic, motivated, and fun when they followed this activity. It showed the active classroom atmosphere and most of them were ready to implement classroom language in teaching and learning process continuously. Classroom language is a good way to overcome students’ problems in learning English and teachers should use it because it can be one of good solution to solve students’ problems in learning English.Key words: Classroom Language, Learning English

Various problems with the destruction of the Indonesian nation and state life institutions are increasingly approaching concerns. The emergence of grassroots movements that undermine the people of this nation is increasingly visible and shows a crisis of exemplary in the community, thus giving rise to a series of socio-cultural conflicts that occur in the midst of society in various regions. The participants in this service program are, non-productive society, civic teachers at Senior High School Teacher in Surakarta City. They are a pioneer of Pancasila Teachers who need education and training in the form of Character Development Training activities as one of the activities that will sustain and filter the problems of socio-cultural conflicts that arise in society so that peace and comfortable will be achieved in people's lives. The results of this program are as a part of this service activity in the form of Social manipulation and Models that reflect systematically arranged steps, from an activity consisting of a guide module for Character Building Training with national-scale scientific articles that will support character nation building in the framework of implementing mental revolution . While the method used in this service is CIPP stands for evaluation of the whole based on Context, Inputs, Process, and Product. The results of this service are reducing socio-cultural conflicts in the life of the Pancasila, in order to implement the Mental Revolution.
