Improper population management will cause population problems, especially in work areas. Existing jobs have not been able to meet the employment needs resulting from the unemployment problem. The number of unemployed in Indonesia reaches 7 million people from the workforce. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of economic growth, minimum wage labor and inflation on unemployment in Indonesia. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, using time sequential data for 2014-2023. The test results show that with a 95 percent confidence level the model is significant, indicated by a significance value of F 0.000 < 0.02. Determination coefficient of The R Square for the model obtained a figure of 0.235 which indicates the independent variable. The model is able to explain 95 percent of the variation in endogenous variables well. Meanwhile, the remaining 5 percent is explained by other variables outside these variables model. This means that together the variables are inflation, economic growth and minimum wage workers influence the level of open unemployment. Partially, of the three variables tested by considering the P-value results, there are two Variables that influence the open unemployment rate are inflation and minimum wages worker. Meanwhile, the economic growth variable has no effect on the level of openness unemployment.

Pondok Pesantren, Islamic boarding schools, play a crucial role in shaping the character of young generations. Effective communication management is essential to ensure the smooth execution of various educational, religious, and social activities. This study aims to analyze the concepts, objectives, functions, strategies, and influencing factors of communication management in Pondok Pesantren. The research method used is library research, which involves reviewing relevant literature. The findings indicate that communication management in pesantren encompasses planning, organizing, executing, and supervising communication processes to ensure effective dissemination of religious and educational messages. The primary goals of communication management are to achieve understanding, build acceptance, and motivate action. The functions of communication management include planning, organizing, executing, and controlling. Communication strategies are divided into internal strategies, such as dialogic communication, sharing, counseling, and interviews between caregivers and students, and external strategies, such as interpersonal dialogue, religious lectures, visits, provision of business capital, and zakat to the community. Factors influencing communication management include interaction, motivation, ethics, internal communication within the pesantren, and religious relationships within the community. With effective communication management, Pondok Pesantren can enhance the quality of education and character building for students and provide positive impacts on the community.

Effective compensation management is a key factor for the success and sustainability of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). This study aims to analyze the implementation of adhered and overlapping compensation management at XYZ SME in Subang Regency, West Java. Data were collected through questionnaire surveys, interviews, and documentation studies related to compensation policies and employee salary structures. Data analysis included salary mapping using the adhered and overlapping methods, and job evaluation using the Eckenrode system. The results showed that the majority of employees of XYZ receive basic salaries below the Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP) and Regency/City Minimum Wage (UMK). The implementation of adhered and overlapping compensation management is expected to improve the internal fairness of the compensation system and provide ideal salary recommendations for employees. The findings of this study provide valuable insights for similar SMEs in optimizing compensation strategies to maintain competitiveness, increase satisfaction, and boost employee productivity. 

This research aims to examine the role of the school principal in planning and implementing meetings at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Islamiyah Jalan Suluh using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The school principal plays a central role in setting relevant meeting agendas, facilitating constructive discussions, and creating an inclusive and collaborative meeting environment. Through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis, this research found that school principals face the main challenges in the form of limited time and differences of opinion between meeting participants. However, this challenge was successfully overcome through effective facilitation techniques and a participatory approach to decision making. Quantitative analysis revealed that the majority of meeting participants were satisfied with the planning and implementation process of the meeting, with a clear agenda and decisions that could be implemented well. The level of satisfaction of meeting participants shows a positive relationship with the clarity of the meeting agenda, confirming the importance of transparency and effective communication. Active participation from all stakeholders has also been proven to contribute to meeting effectiveness. This research provides several recommendations to increase the effectiveness of school meetings, including: increasing training for school principals in the field of meeting management and leadership, developing a more systematic feedback mechanism from meeting participants, and using technology to increase the efficiency of planning and implementing meetings. It is hoped that the implementation of these recommendations can strengthen the role of school principals in leading meetings, which will ultimately contribute to improving the quality of school management and education in Indonesia. It is also hoped that the results of this research can become a reference for other educational institutions in an effort to improve the quality of meeting management and effective decision making.

Clandys Grosir, has a human resource management system plays an important role in improving employee performance. In addition, the human resource management function indicates the extent to which workers are able to complete tasks and have the necessary skills on the fields listed in Clandys Grosir. Respondents at Clandys Grosir Sejahtera numbered thirty people. Quantitative descriptive methods were used in this study to measure the impact of one variable on another. Based on the results of research analysis using IBM SPSS 23, it can be seen that there is a strong relationship between employee performance and human resource development variables. The results of these data include validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis tests. In addition, the test results of this study show that factors related to human resource development have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Liquid waste and solid waste originating from hospitals can function as a medium for spreading disorders or disease for staff, sufferers and the community. The research was carried out with the aim of finding out an overview of waste management at Vita Insani Hospital starting from sorting, containerization, lifting, temporary shelter, final disposal site. This research is quantitative research with an observational and descriptive approach, using descriptive research methods, the research was carried out with the aim of creating an objective picture or description of a situation at the Vita Insani Hospital, Pematangsiantar city regarding the management of solid and liquid medical waste. Research results: Overall waste processing at the Vita Insani Hospital, Pematang Siantar City is quite good, however improving the quality of processing is important regarding processing facilities and infrastructure through maintenance of each facility and infrastructure.

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of leadership style and remuneration systems on improving employee performance at RSUP Dr. Sitanala Tangerang with work culture as an intervening variable. Research method the research design used was a survey with an explanatory causality approach. The population used is all employees who have the status of Civil Servants (PNS) at RSUP Dr. Sitanala, numbering 340 people. The sample in this study amounted to 183 people, the sampling technique used was accidental sampling. There is a direct and significant influence between leadership style and remuneration on work culture, there is an indirect influence of leadership style on employee performance, there is a direct influence of remuneration on employee performance, work culture directly has a significant influence on improving performance and the remuneration system has a direct influence towards improving performance without going through work culture. For hospitals, hospital leaders should always monitor each work unit both from an objective and subjective performance perspective as well as from the individual employee perspective so that they can find out directly what the obstacles, complaints and needs of individual employees are in carrying out teamwork in each work unit at once. can control the continuity of performance of each individual employee as a work culture within the team in the unit so that it is hoped that organizational goals will be achieved optimally. For other researchers: It is hoped that further research can further analyze other aspects and influences that can achieve organizational goals with a wider range of respondents. There are still many other aspects and influences that could possibly be used as research targets for development at the hospital in question.

Choking is still a concern today, as it is the fourth leading cause of unintentional death. Choking often occurs in infants and children, most of whom are 14 years old. From the results of interviews, it is known that students' knowledge related to handling choking with the heimlich maneuver technique is still lacking. At the service partner, MTS Al-Ihsan Cepogo, Boyolali, education has also never been carried out regarding choking management, especially with the heimlich maneuver technique. The purpose of this community service is to increase students' knowledge and skills related to choking handling using the heimlich maneuver technique. The community service method through educational activities and demonstrations showed an increase in student knowledge by 88%.

Curriculum management is very important to study or research to find out how it is implemented in education in Indonesia, especially in junior high and high school level schools. To obtain data that is relevant to the research theme, this research used a qualitative research method with a descriptive type, namely research that describes or describes certain situations based on data obtained in detail according to the problems set out in this research. The research is a case study which aims to analyze the Implementation of Curriculum Management at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Medan. The results of the research show that the implementation of curriculum management at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Medan has been carried out in a structured and gradual manner for the students. However, there are still challenges or obstacles in implementing effective learning according to the curriculum for students. This is because subject teachers often forget to create or prepare teaching materials that are in accordance with the curriculum determination for students.  

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of working capital and financial management on the case study at PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk. The methodology used is action research, data sourced from secondary data, the data collection technique for this research uses online sources (available websites), printed sources (research reports) regarding financial reports for 2018 - 2024. The analysis used in this research is regression multiple linear and requires the SPSS version 26 program to process the data. Based on research data testing, the results obtained: working capital has a positive and significant effect on the financial income of PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk in 2018 - 2024. Likewise, financial management has a positive and significant effect on the financial income of PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk in 2018 - 2024. Working capital and financial management simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the financial income of PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk in 2018 - 2024. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide input for companies, namely as reference material for making policies and decisions regarding working capital and financial management.

This research aims to identify the factors influencing entrepreneurial intentions among students at the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business at UIN STS Jambi. The results show that financial management significantly affects entrepreneurial intentions among students with a significance level of 0.001. Self-efficacy significantly affects entrepreneurial intentions among students with a significance level of 0.000. Simultaneously, it was found that financial management and self-efficacy together significantly affect entrepreneurial intentions with a significance level of 0.000.

Information systems technology is currently very necessary in the field of education, especially in utilizing computer laboratory assets. Unfortunately, computer laboratory asset data processing is still done manually using handwritten logbooks which have weaknesses in terms of time, efficiency and effectiveness in data processing. Therefore, a web-based information system project management system is a solution to overcome the problem of processing computer laboratory asset data. This system development approach uses the waterfall method which includes needs analysis, system design, implementation and testing of the system. The system design uses use case and activity diagrams which are the final product of this research.  With this system, it is hoped that data processing can be accurate, handle data leaks and work processes will also be faster and more timely. System implementation. The system implementation is expected to improve the ability to process asset data in the computer laboratory.

In addition, the digital age and globalization bring challenges such as changing consumer preferences and increased competition, but also offer opportunities for market expansion and cross-border partnerships. This research aims to analyze the influence of brand image and outlet location on consumer buying interest at Warung Makan Ayam Geprek Preksu, Warungboto Branch, Yogyakarta. Brand image is an important factor that can influence consumer perceptions of the quality of the products and services offered, while outlet location plays a significant role in determining accessibility and convenience for consumers. The research method used was a survey with a questionnaire distributed to 150 respondents who were customers of the Ayam Geprek Preksu Food Stall. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to determine the relationship and influence between the variables studied. The research results show that brand image and outlet location significantly influence consumer buying interest, with brand image having a more dominant influence. These findings provide practical implications for the management of Warung Makan Ayam Geprek Preksu to continue to improve its brand image through effective marketing strategies and considering location factors in future business expansion.

Completeness in filling of medical record files by doctors will be able to facilitate other health workers in providing action or treatment to patients, and can be used as a source of data in the Medical Record section in data management and reports that will be used as useful information for hospital management in determining evaluation and development of health services. At this time at RS X based on the Quality of Medical Records, the completeness of filling in the Medical Records of inpatients for the period January –Desember 2023  is still 59%. The purpose of this study was to analyze the compliance analysis of doctors filling out patients Medical Records at the inpatient installation of RS X Jakarta in 2023.The study was conducted with a cross sectional design, using a sample of 60 specialist doctors at RS X. Data were analyzed by Chi Square. Sources of Data This research is primary data collected by the method of distributing questionnaires as a research instrument.The results of the study concluded that there was a significant relationship between age, gender, knowledge, attitudes and motivation of doctors with compliance in filling out medical records with p-value ˂ 0.05. There is no significant relationship between tenure and compliance in filling out medical records with p-value = 0.452 ˃ 0.05. The most dominant relationship in physician compliance in filling out medical records is Doctor's Knowledge and Motivation with p-value = 0.000 ˂ 0.05. Dominance of knowledge and motivation of doctors in filling out medical records. The suggestion is that the knowledge and motivation of doctors really need to be a concern and the hospital management should consider things related to improving the quality of doctors in filling out medical records. Knowledge improvement in regulatory updates, SOPs and procedures for filling out medical records is very important. The use of electronic medical records can provide great benefits for health services such as hospitals.

The indicators in this research that are meant by HR are implementing planning, recruitment and evaluation. Human resources (HR) greatly influence the quality of education in an institution. Educational institutions that prioritize human resources will increasingly support the development of students who are interested in attending that education. This research aims to determine the effect of human resource management on improving the quality of education at SDK KALENA WANNO STATE PRIMARY SCHOOL institutions. This research uses a data collection method through distributing questionnaires directly by distributing questions to respondents and asking them to provide answers to these questions. Respondents in this research are teaching staff at the SDK KALENA WANNO STATE PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION. The number of questionnaires distributed was 50. The test technique used uses a validity test and a reliability test. Testing the first and second hypotheses uses a simple linear regression test. The research results show that service quality has a positive effect.
