Mitsubishi Chemical Indonesia is a producer of Purify Terepthalic Acid (PTA) in Indonesia with an important role in meeting the primary needs of the Indonesian population by managing raw materials to produce purified terepthalic acid. Purified terepthalic acid is the main raw material for polyester fiber. The problem that occurs is the phenomenon of the bullwhip effect, namely the occurrence of fluctuations between orders and demand which results in a shortage of raw materials or low inventory which can cause production to stop. So the purpose of this study is to calculate the value of the bullwhip effect, determine the causes of the bullwhip effect, and determine solutions to reduce the bullwhip effect. This study begins by calculating the value of the bullwhip effect at the two echelons. The method used in this research is FMEA. The results of this study are the value of the bullwhip effect at echelon 1 (suppliers and PPIC) = 1.27 and echelon 2 (PPIC and distributors) = 0.93. This value indicates the occurrence of a bullwhip effect in echelon 1 while echelon 2 does not indicate the occurrence of a bullwhip effect. The dominant causes of the bullwhip effect are market competition, rising material prices, demand forecasting that is not close to accurate and the number of orders for raw materials in large quantities. The proposed improvement is to collaborate with suppliers and customers to get guaranteed orders and demand that are fixed and sustainable. Work productivity is the result of work or job performance. However, work productivity actually has a broader meaning, not only in terms of the output but also in how the work processes occur. Work productivity is the outcome of tasks closely related to an organization's strategic goals, target satisfaction, and contribution to the organization. Employee work productivity can be influenced by several factors, including work discipline, leadership style, and job competency. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of various variables such as work discipline, leadership style, and job competency on work productivity within the 2021 batch of students at the Faculty of Economics, UNJ, in a partial manner. The data collection technique used in this research is the distribution of questionnaires with a Likert scale to 133 respondents. This study is of a quantitative descriptive nature. The data analysis technique used in this research employs structural equation modeling with a partial least squares (SEM-PLS) model calculated using the smart PLS software. The results of this research indicate that work discipline, leadership style, and job competency have a direct and significant positive influence on work productivity within the student organization of the Faculty of Economics, UNJ. Work discipline has a direct and significant influence on work productivity. Leadership style has a direct and significant influence on work productivity. Job competency has a direct and significant influence on work productivity.

Students are individuals who are usually referred to as productive teenagers, because apart from playing their role as a student, they also play a productive role on campus. Where today's teenagers often play roles in the real world, especially when they play role plays in the virtual world. It is not enough for productive teenagers to only play roles on campus, they need experience outside campus. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, by understanding the phenomenon of productive students in the Sociology Study Program at the University of Jember. This research takes the perspective of dramaturgical theory put forward by Erving Goffman. Some students play roles in carrying out their activities in the real world and the virtual world. In this research, the conclusion was drawn that each student played a role play on the front stage and back stage.

This research has the objective of analyzing the relationship between the work environment, work culture and workload related to employee performance in an agency or company. This research uses quantitative methods through descriptive analysis, as well as online data collection using the Microsoft Forms Platform with a Likert scale of 1 to 5 with the Purposive Sampling method, there are 57 respondents with the age criteria 18-30 and currently working. Processed using the SmartPLS 4.0.9.2 application program. with Structural Eqution Modeling (SEM). The results showed that, the work environment is influential in supporting or improving the performance of its employees for the better and can produce quality work done by its employees. The work environment can be maximized when a company can implement or create a conducive, collaborative environment, and pay attention to all aspects such as the physical and psychological of its employees. Such factors as sufficient facilities, social support, and job security can increase employee performance productivity. Organizational work culture also plays an important role in shaping employee performance. Organizations with a culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and employee motivation have better performance. Conversely, a work culture that does not support employees can hinder employee performance. Workload in accordance with individual capacity also affects employee performance. Too high a workload can lead to excessive stress and fatigue, which negatively impacts productivity. Therefore, wise management in determining workload is essential. From this study, it can be concluded that a good work environment, positive work culture, and workload adjustment can significantly improve employee performance. A company or an agency needs to pay attention to these factors to achieve optimal productivity and job satisfaction in the midst of intense competition between agencies.

Juvenile delinquency is a very serious matter if it is not taken correctly. Parents play a very important role in delinquency, one of which is the attitude in which parents educate children. Bekasi. This type of research uses a corelational quantitative study method with a non-procontinue sampling technique that is sampling sampling. This study aims to determine the effect of providing incentives on employee work productivity at the Wara Barat sub-district office, Palopo City. This study uses quantitative and qualitative data sourced from primary data and secondary data with descriptive analysis methods, validity and reliability tests and simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the incentive variable (X) had an effect on the performance (Y) of employee work productivity at the Wara Barat sub-district office in Palopo City.

The purpose of this study was to explain the choreography of Sumatran Rancak Dance at Sanggar Silodang Production Kota Padang. The type of research used is qualitative research with descriptive methods of analysis. This research instrument is the researcher himself and is assisted by supporting instruments such as stationery and cameras. Data were collected through literature study, observation, interviews, and documentation. The steps of analyzing data are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results showed that the choreography process carried out by choreographers has stages such as ideas / themes, exploration, improvisation, and composition. So from the process carried out by the choreographer produces the following aspects of form: motion, space design, time design, power design, upper design, dramatic design, floor design, group composition, equipment, and music. Sumatran Rancak dance has several types of movements consisting of movement developments from the regions of Aceh, Medan, Riau, and West Sumatra which are worked on by choreographers with the concept of entertainment. The costumes used have been created and modified using bludru brackets, metered songket, shoulder tokah, shoulder scarves, belts, and complete accessories for female dancers. As for male dancers, they wear satin, galembong, batik deta, and silodang cloth. Sumatran Rancak dance uses the plate property at the end of this dance with a plate size of 5.

Bronchial asthma is a chronic respiratory disease that often impairs the quality of life of sufferers. Bronchial asthma is characterized by inflammation of the respiratory tract that causes narrowing of the bronchi, swelling, and increased production of mucus. The purpose of this study was to provide nursing care for the ineffectiveness of nasfas patterns with bronchial asthma in the Emergency Room of Patut Patuh Patju Hospital, Gerung, West Lombok. Researchers used a case study method with stages of the nursing process including assessment, formulation of nursing diagnoses, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation. Nursing care for the ineffectiveness of breathing patterns in AI with bronchial asthma in the emergency room of the Patut Patuh Patju Hospital, Gerung, West Lombok, which was carried out for 3x24 hours, obtained the results that the patient was no longer short of breath, the rhythm of breathing was regular and there was no additional breath sound.    

This research is research and development (R&D) which aims to develop negotiation text teaching materials through LKPD assisted by the Power Director Application for Class X YPIS High School students. Maju Binjai which is valid. The development model used is the Borg and Gall model, where in this research the researcher limits development to the development stage. From the stages that have been carried out, the results obtained are that students at YPIS Maju Binjai High School are very interested in using products in learning. "Development of Student Worksheets (LKPD) for Negotiation Texts Assisted by the Power Director Application for Class X YPIS High School Students. Maju Binjai” The research results show that the research results “are included in the “very feasible” category. Presentation of LKPD with material validation score of 83.6%, media 93.3%, teacher assessment 97.5%, student response 86.71%. So the percentage obtained is included in the "very feasible" category, which means "valid" to be used as an LKPD for negotiation texts.

The use of Uses and Gratifications Theory in the context of TikTok Live is a key strategy in overcoming the challenge of lack of effective product introduction to consumers. This theory reveals that TikTok Live users actively seek satisfaction through media, focusing on detailed product information. This research utilizes this theoretical framework to design more effective product marketing strategies, meeting consumer needs and desires. This research was conducted based on the results of observations or observations that the researcher had carried out for 1 (one) month. This research was conducted at PT. PLM JAYA which is located on Jl. Hajj Hospital No. 67 Percut Sei Tuan, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. The application of Uses and Gratifications Theory in TikTok Live illustrates that users seek entertainment, social interaction, and fulfill personal needs when watching live broadcasts. They actively select broadcasts that suit their needs, enabling more informed and targeted purchasing decisions. This makes TikTok Live an effective platform in meeting user wants and needs and increasing the effectiveness of product marketing through social interaction and entertainment content. In the age of social media, especially on platforms like TikTok, product marketing has become increasingly creative and focused on entertainment. The entertainment appeal presented to users provides an opportunity for companies to convey their message in unexpected ways and direct user interest towards their products. With an innovative approach, product marketing on TikTok and similar platforms continues to develop into an important part of modern business strategy.

This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by describing and analyzing the problems found. Qualitative research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles related to research. The aim of this research is to determine employee work productivity at CV Griya Alam Mulya which includes the impact of employee work productivity at CV Griya Alam Mulya, as well as supporting factors that support the achievement of optimal work productivity. From the results of this research, it can be seen that the work productivity of employees at CV Griya Alam Mulya is quite good. Although there are several obstacles that can hinder work, high morale and collaboration between employees helps overcome these obstacles and keep productivity high. This can be seen from the positive impact felt by CV Griya Alam Mulya, and the various factors supporting its work productivity.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether product quality and social media marketing instagram affect bouquet purchasing decisions at Barung Bouquet. The data collection procedures of this study are: Questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique is quantitative with multiple linear regression tests. The partial test results (T test) show that the variables of purchasing decisions and social media marketing instagram affect the decision to purchase a bouquet at Barung Bouquet. Meanwhile, the results of simultaneous testing (F test) show that the variables of product quality and social media marketing instagram affect the decision to purchase a bouquet at Barung Bouquet.

Loyalty is the most important aspect for a company to maintain its extension in order to maintain and attract other customers. One way that can be done in building customer loyalty is to establish good relationships with customers. Having loyal customers is the main goal of every company. This study aims to examine customer loyalty, segmentation,targeting and  positioning  on consumer loyalty to logo shop product plaza andalas Padang products. This research is a quantitative research, the population in this study is buyers from February to June as many as 277 buyers. The sample collection technique used in this study was Accidental Sampling, which is a sampling technique based on chance, or anyone who happens to meet a researcher who can be used as a sample using the slovin formula, the number of samples in this study was 100 people. Data analysis techniques using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that product quality, testimonials, and endorsements have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty to logo shop product plaza andalas Padang products.

Industry 5.0 emerges as the next evolution in industrial development accelerated by digital innovation, artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and quantum computing. This article describes how the approaches of marketing revolution and production revolution can be employed as tools to support societal development in facing Industry 5.0. The research aims to explore the roles of innovative marketing strategies and production efficiency in shaping the future of society in the era of Industry 5.0. As a follow-up to these developments, UMKM 5.0 was launched on Friday 20 Oktober 2023, as one of the efforts to uplift micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) by leveraging internet technology. One of the initiatives involves providing training to MSME entrepreneurs to enable them to expand their businesses through the internet and the utilization of artificial intelligence.  

Utilizing digital marketing has an important role in increasing sales and income so that you can access a wider market reach. Lack of ability, skills and understanding of digital technology is an obstacle for MSME players. To overcome the problems faced by MSMEs in marketing products digitally, education will be provided on how to utilize digital marketing media in selling the products they sell. This service activity aims to provide direction and ways to use digital marketing, especially on the WA Business and Instagram applications, as well as increasing the ability of MSME players to utilize digital as a promotional medium. The method used in this service activity is direct assistance and training for MSME actors with the stages of observation, interviews, activity planning, activity process, end of activity, and documentation. Based on the results of this service activity, MSMEs have begun to know and understand how to use the WA Business and Instagram applications as online sales promotion media.

Toast is a common and popular food all over the world. Toast is generally made from slices of bread that are toasted until golden brown on the outside and soft on the inside. The basic bread used varies, from white bread to whole wheat bread, and can be cut in various shapes. The toasting process is a key stage in making toast, where the pieces of bread are toasted until they reach the desired doneness. Fillings are an important element in toast, with various options such as butter, jam, cheese, chocolate and nuts. Bread ingredients such as bread, butter, canned milk, etc. are a problem. If one of these ingredients is not met then production in the bakery business will be hampered. Therefore, to find out what variables hinder optimal value in the bakery business, mathematical modeling can be created using the simplex linear method program.

This article aims to optimize the profit of seblak business through the application of Simplex method in linear program. Seblak is a popular business today with a wide variety of toppings such as meatballs, sausages, noodles, feet and many more, but efficient production planning and resource allocation can be challenging. In calculating this profit optimization, we use the Simplex method to identify production combinations that can generate maximum profit by considering various constraints related to raw materials, processing time, production costs to product selling prices. The result is expected to help seblak business owners in making smarter decisions regarding production, inventory, and pricing strategies, thus improving their business profitability.

Based on the aim of this research is to find out the comparison of full costing methods and variable costing in determining the cost of production for woven fabric business in Lembang Kolesawangan, Malimbong Balepe district, Tana Toraja Regency. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Furthermore,analyzing the data by comparing the full costing  method dan variable costing. The results show the by calculating using the full method and variabel costing, where full costing obtains a higher value, namely Rp.2.671.000 because the full costing method takes into accound all the elements  of cosct, both fixed and variable. Compared to variabel costing, you only get a value of Rp,2.191.925 because variabel costing is only variable costs that are included in inventory and cost of good sold.

The use of social media and market places for MSMEs Hantaran to the city of Kediri is very necessary and important. The main objective of this research is the use of social media and market places to develop marketing from offline to online and increase sales of Hantaran MSME products in the city of Kediri. With a qualitative descriptive type of research. The research subjects of the Hantaran UMKM group in Kediri city numbered 28 members. The research results for social media with the highest results are Instagram, then Tik Tok, Facebook, WA Business and finally YouTube. Meanwhile, the highest marketplace is Shopee, then Tokopedia and finally Lazada. The hope is that if you want to progress and increase the development of marketing products online, Hantaran actors must be ready to adapt to changing times and continue to learn how to operate social media and market places.
