This study aims to: 1) describe the effect of skills on employee performance at the Office of the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Majene Regency, 2) describe the influence of facilities on employee performance at the Office of the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Majene Regency and 3) explain which variables dominant influence on employee performance at the Office of the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Majene Regency. The research which was conducted from September to December 2021 at the Office of the Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Agency of Majene Regency was a research with a quantitative approach. The population taken is all employees, totaling 50 people. Because the population does not exceed 100 people, so the sample from the study is the entire population. The research was analyzed using SPSS. The results showed that 1) skills had a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Majene Regency Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Agency, 2) facilities had a significant effect on the employee performance of the Majene Regency Civil Service and Human Resources Empowerment Agency and 3) More Dominant Facilities had a significant effect on Employee Performance of the Majene Regency Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Agency.

This research aims to find out the influence of discipline on employee performance in hospitals. Ibn Sina YBW Umi Makassar. The type of data used is qualitative and quantitative data, then the data source used, namely primary data and secondary data. The collected data is analyzed in a scriptive manner, meaning that the data obtained in the field is processed in such a way that it provides a systematic understanding, then statistical calculations are held with simple regression analysis, coefisen correlation coefficient of determination (r) and t-test, From the results of calculations obtained values of y = 17.51 + 0.63 x, while the value of correlation coefficient (r) of 0.527 and coefficient of determination (r2) of 27.77% and the remaining 22.23%  It is influenced by other factors that were not studied. While the results of the distribution are: t (t-table) = 2,034, from the calculation of the distribution t (thitung) = 3,562, so that it can be known t (thitung) > t table (3,562 > 2,034, so that Ha received and rejected H0, which means, discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance in hospital. This study aims to analyse the significance factors of Sea Export Process, Forwarding Responsibility, and Warehouse Handling Process towards the operational performance of Raja abadi branch Company in Semarang. This study is performed to the company's staff members as the population of 70 respondents. The data collection involves observations, literary reviews, interviews, documentations, and questionaires. Furthermore, the analysis technique used in this study is based on the result of research and multiple analysis using SPSS v.23 program. Based on the results of the research, the following equations are generated : Y = 2,752 + 0,268X1 + 0,342X2 + 0,184X3 + µ Based on the multiple linear regression equation, the study found out that the most dominant variable in the operational performance of the company is the Forwarding Responsibility variable with the regression coeficiency of 0,342. Furthermore, the determinated coeficiency (adjusted R square) showed a result of 0,707 or 70,7%. This means the operational performance of the company is governed by the variables of Sea Export Process, Forwarding Responsibility, and Warehouse Handling Process by 70,7% as well as other factors by 29,3%. Therefore, it is found that Air Export Process, Forwarding Responsibility, and Warehouse Handling Process played a positive and significance role for the operational of the Raja abadi branch Company in Semarang.

Pada penelitian ini menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi ketepatan waktu keberangkatan pesawat di bandara internasional Raja Haji Fisabilillah Tanjungpinang. Metode penelitian ni menggunakan observasi dan kuesioner, sedangakan untuk metode analisis data adalah menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Maintenance, Scheduling dan Kapasitas Air Side berpengaruh psitif dan signig=fikan terhadap On Time Performance-nya dengan pembuktian uji t masing-masing variabel mendapatkan t hitung sebesar (0,385), (2,822), dan (5,176).

This research aims to prove the influence of Dividend Policy and earnings per Share (EPS) on Company Value in Food and Beverage Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2016 to 2020. The type of data in this research process is quantitative where the data is obtained from financial reports. The population used in this research was 7 companies multiplied by 5 years, namely 35 observations. In this research, the method used is panel data regression, using the Chow test, Hausman test, and Lagrange test Multiplier and Common models Effect is the best model to use in this research. The research results show that the Dividend Policy (X1) does not have a significant effect on company value partially on Company Value (Y) and the Earning Per Share (EPS) variable has a partially significant positive effect on Company Value (Y). Company value is the company's performance as reflected by the share price which is formed by demand and supply in the capital market which reflects the public's assessment of the company's performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the NHT type cooperative learning model on learning outcomes of basic volleyball passing techniques. This type of research is a quasi- experimental (quasi-experimental) research design using the non-randomized control group pretest- posttest design. The research subjects were 53 students of class XI AKL 1 SMK Darussalam Karangpucung Kabupaten Cilacap Regency for the 2019/2020 academic year. Learning outcome data were collected through the pretest and posttest. Data analysis used t-test with SPSS 16.0 for Windows. Experiments were carried out 3 times beyond pretest-posttest treatment. Learning outcome data were collected through objective tests, observation and performance. In the experimental group the pretest score was 66.48, while the control group was 64.0. The results of the posttest score in the experimental group obtained an average value of 82.76. While the control group obtained an average value of 78.18. The average normalized gain score obtained in each group is in the experimental group of 0.5 while the control group is 0.4. The significance number obtained is sig 0.001 <0.05. From the research results, it can be concluded that the learning outcomes of students who were given treatment using the NHT type of cooperative learning model were more improved compared to the control group given the conventional learning model. The NHT type cooperative learning model has a significant effect on the improvement of learning outcomes of the basic techniques of volleyball passing in class XI AKL 1 SMK Darussalam Karangpucung Kabupaten Cilacap.

The occupational safety and occupational health program created by the company in an effort to reduce the number of work accidents that occur when employees work and have an impact on employee performance so that company goals cannot be achieved optimally. Therefore, researchers are interested in studying more deeply and aim to find out how much influence occupational safety and occupational health have on the performance of employees. PT. Primatexco Indonesia. The population of this study was 216 employees and a sample of 68 employees. This research uses a quantitative approach and its analytical techniques, namely double liniear regression analysis. The results of the research obtained occupational safety (X1) has an effect and is significant on employee performance and occupational health (X2) has an effect and is significant on employee performance.

This study aims to 1) find out the description of the ability of human resources in the Regional Water Company of Kab. Jeneponto, 2) to know the description of the performance of employees in the Regional Water Company of Kab. Jeneponto and 3) determine the effect of human resource capabilities on improving employee performance at the Regional Water Company of Kab. Jeneponto. This research is a survey research with a total population of 67 employees in the Regional Water Company of Jeneponot Regency. Sampling in this study used a stratified proportional random sampling technique, by taking 40% of the total population so that the number of samples was 26. The results of the study show that 1) The description of the ability of human resources in the Regional Water Company of Jeneponto Regency is in the medium category, 2) the description of the performance of the employees in the Regional Water Company of the Jeneponto Regency is in the medium category and 3) The influence of the ability of human resources on the performance of the employees in the Regional Water Company. Drinking Jeneponto Regency shows a significant correlation.

This study aimed to determine the financial performance of Wair Pu’an Maumere Regional Water Supply Compani based on the Decree of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 47 0f 1999 which is located at jl. Anggur No. 2 Kota Baru, Alok Timur sub-district, Sikka Regency, East Nusa Tenggara.Analysis was carried out using 10 financial ratio indicators based on Minister of Home Affairs no.47. the date used were financial statements in the form of balance sheets, profit and loss, and collection accounts for the Wair Pu’an Maumere Regional Water Supply Company for 2016-2022.The results showed that the success rate of the performance of the Wair Pu’an Maumere Ragional Water Supplay Company based on the Decree of the Minister of Home affairs Number 47 of 1999 during the study, namely 2016-2022 the performance of the Wair Pu’an Maumere Regional Water Supply Company was in the “less” category with a score of 18,75 (2016) and “adequate” with performance scores of of 24,75 (2017), 24,75 (2018), 24,75 (2019), 21 (2020), 20,25 (2021) and 21 (2022).

This study's objective is to assess the expenses and logistics coordinator for the kinerja karyawan hotel in Makassar. The respondent to this study is a hotel karyawan located in Makassar. Seberita 55 responden dilakukan antara Jumlah Responden Penelitian ini. The sampling process was conducted using the purposive sampling technique. The present study employed the regression analysis technique with SPSS as the backtesting software. Based on the collected data, it can be concluded that the parsimal kerja ketuasan has a significant impact on the kinerja of the hotel karyawan in Makassar. The organizing committee of the parsimal Komitmen di Makassar incurred a significant loss in terms of clientele. Kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi secara simultanis karyawan hotel kinerja di Makassar berpengaruh signifikan.

This study aims to examine and partially analyze the effect of leadership, motivation and work discipline on the performance of the Barru District Fisheries Service Employees. To test and analyze the joint influence of leadership, motivation and work discipline on the performance of the Fisheries Service Office of Barru Regency. This study used two approaches, namely descriptive and explanatory approaches. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that: 1) Partially indicate that the leadership variable has a dominant effect on employee performance, this indicates that the higher the leadership, the higher the employee performance at the Fisheries Service Office of Barru Regency. 2) Partially shows that the motivation variable has an effect on employee performance, this shows that the better the motivation that is followed will further improve the performance of the employees at the Fisheries Service of Barru Regency. 3) Partially shows that the work discipline variable has an effect on employee performance, this shows that the better work discipline, the better the performance of employees at the Fisheries Service of Barru Regency. And 4) Simultaneously shows that the variables of Leadership, Motivation and Work Discipline have an effect on employee performance, which means that an increase in Leadership, Motivation and Work Discipline will affect the increase in employee performance at the Fisheries Service Office of Barru Regency by 84.4%  

There are three objectives in this study, namely to see the effect of company scale, liquidity and capital structure on internal financial performance. The research population took the financial data of companies or issuers of LQ-45 shares of 56 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The sample used was 36 companies with the criteria for issuing complete financial reports for the 2017-2020 period. Methods of data analysis using quantitative data with the classical assumption test, multiple regression test, hypothesis testing and test the coefficient of determination. All the results from the research show a significant effect but with different directions of the relationship. Shibori fabrics is one of the kind materials which has its own circlenes especially in its uniqe and ethnic design, it's light but it looks elegant.This research will innovate to shibori fabrics which will be cultivated become party clothing, to beautify party clothing performance which is made, the writter applied one of the ornaments that is "ribbon needlework".the writter took the title the production of party clothing by using the combination of shibori fabrics and Japanese embroidery variations because he wanted to know a sartorial costume technique that combines the sheboris with a embroidered Japanese ribbon. It USES methods: observation, literature and documentation. The result of the completion of the dressmaking process, the combination of shibori fabrics with a variety of embroidery bands, is that shibori cloth can be used as a combination for the dress of the party, but some important things need to be noted, such as the selection of a shibori cloth, a motif of the shibori colors. Also, the combination of other fabrics is crucial to supporting the shibori cloth to give a more extravagant appearance, while the application of the bow on the wedding dress provides an interesting result, but there are some things to consider in applying for the embroidery of the ribbon, such as, the embroidery of the ribbon must fit and not look so full, the design of the ribbon's embroidery should fit the cloth that is filled, And the selection of tape colors as well as the tape size to be applied.

Economic developments in the business world are very fast and increasingly strong, resulting in demands for companies to continue to carry out various kinds of innovations to improve performance and expand company businesses so that they are able to compete and survive in the business world. Research with the title "The Influence of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on Company Financial Performance”. This research uses a population of pharmaceutical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2017-2018 period. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of Institutional Ownership on Company Financial Performance, to examine the influence of Managerial Ownership on Company Financial Performance and to examine the influence of Institutional Ownership and Managerial Ownership on Company Financial Performance. The data sources used are secondary data and a purposive sampling method to determine the sample. will be used and produce a final sample of 10 manufacturing companies. After carrying out the sampling criteria, 6 companies were used as samples. The data in this research were analyzed using the SPSS program. The analysis used was descriptive analysis, classical assumption testing, statistical analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the data analysis carried out, it was concluded that institutional ownership had a positive effect on financial performance, managerial ownership had no significant effect on financial performance, institutional ownership and managerial ownership had a positive effect on financial performance. 

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of compensation and competency on teacher performance at SD Muhammadiyah Kutoarjo. The population of this research is Permanent Foundation Teachers (GTY) who work at SD Muhammadiyah Kutoarjo. The sample used with a saturated sampling technique was 26 people. This research uses data analysis methods, namely: Likert scale, validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t test and f test. Based on the research carried out, the results of the regression equation Y = 2.612 + 0.599 (X1) + 0.486 (X2). This means that if the value of the compensation and competency variables in the research object is equal to zero, then the level or magnitude of the teacher performance variable is 2.612. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination explain that 63% of compensation and competency variables contribute to teacher performance. Meanwhile, the remaining 37% is influenced by other variables that were not researched, such as ability, motivation, leadership, organizational relationships, and so on. The results of the partial hypothesis test (t test) explain that the compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, while the competency variable does not have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing (f test) produce a positive and significant influence between compensation variables and competency variables on teacher performance. 

The aim of this research is to determine Economic Value Added (EVA), Market Value Added (MVA) and Return On Assets (ROA) in banking companies listed on the IDX for the 2020 period. The data collection technique used in this research method is literature study. The population in this study was 43 companies. In this research, researchers carried out samples to represent the population using simple random sampling, with a sample of 23 samples. This research explores and analyzes the independent and dependent variables consisting of Economic Value Added/EVA (X1), Market Value Added/MVA (X2) and Company Performance / Return On Assets (Y) which will be analyzed using multiple correlation analysis techniques, multiple regression , t test, f test and determination coefficient. In this research, the regression test obtained the equation ` Y = 0.605 + 1.213 X1 –6.558 X2. Where the constant is 0.605, which means that if Economic Value Added (EVA) and MVA are fixed (or 0), then ROA is 0.605. And if X1 or Economic Value Added (EVA) increases by one unit while X2 or MVA remains constant (or 0), then ROA will increase by 1.213. And if X1 or Economic Value Added (EVA) remains (or 0) while X2 or MVA increases by one unit, then ROA will decrease by 6.558. In the t test for Economic Value Added (EVA) it is known that the t count is 0.934 and the t table is 172472. So t count < t table then ho is accepted, so that the poor Economic Value Added (EVA) makes Economic Value Added (EVA) does not affect ROA. Meanwhile, for MVA, it is known that t count is -1.382 and t table is 1.72472, so t count < t table so ho is accepted. So MVA partially has no effect on ROA. In ANOVA, the results obtained for Economic Value Added (EVA) and MVA in this study showed that the calculated f was 3.029 and the f table was 2.59. So f table < f count then ho is rejected, so that Economic Value Added (EVA) and MVA simultaneously influence ROA. The Adjusted R Square figure (correlation figure squared or 0.4822) is 0.156. The Adjusted R Square number is also called the Coefficient of Determination. The coefficient of determination is 0.156 or equal to 15.6%. This figure means that the 15.6% ROA that occurs can be explained using the Economic Value Added (EVA) and MVA variables. The remaining 84.4% (100% -15.6%) must be explained by other causal factors such as Net Profit Margin, Return on Sales and Debt to Equity Ratio. 

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the member get member program on increasing the number of students at biMBA AIUEO Gadjah Mada Purworejo. Data collection techniques in this research were obtained by observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. This research is included in descriptive qualitative research. The data analysis technique used in this research uses the instrument test used, namely simple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and partial testing (t test). The results of the simple regression analysis are Y = 36.919 + 0.781 points, then the variable size for increasing the number of students is 0.781. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination show that R2 is 96.2% for the dependent (dependent) variable, namely the increase in the number of students. The remaining 3.8% increase in student numbers was influenced by other variables such as free registration promotions, coloring competitions and reading performances. The t test results obtained thitung is greater than ttabel  (250.035> 2.228) and the significant level is (0.000 < 0.05) so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there is a positive and significant influence on the member get member program variable towards increasing the number of students at biMBA AIUEO Gadjah Mada Purworejo.  

This study was conducted to determine the effect of non-performing loans and the effect of bank interest rates on the performance of a bank with net income in the range of 2013 to 2019. This study uses SPSS and interviews as primary instruments in obtaining and analyzing data, the results of this study is that NPL has no significant effect on Bank Mega's net profit, and Bank Indonesia's interest rate also does not have a significant effect on Bank Mega's net profit, then it is also found that NPL and Bank Indonesia's Interest Rate simultaneously contribute 9.3% to profit Bank Mega's net and the remaining 90.7% is influenced by other unknown factors.    Keywords: Non Performing Loan, Bank Indonesia interest rate, net profit

Many companies require good employee performance in order to achieve company goals, business competition is a trigger for companies to improve the performance of their employees. The variables used to determine the effect of the company's employee performance are discipline, compensation, work environment and training. This research was conducted on employees of PT. XYZ involved 60 respondents. This study uses a saturated sampling technique and uses a Likert scale. The analysis used was multiple linear analysis, with the regression equation Y = 16.349 + 0.068X1 + 0.001X2 + 0.159X3 + 0.287X4. The conclusions of this study are, (1) employee performance is not significantly affected by discipline, (2) employee performance is not significantly affected by compensation, (3) employee performance is not significantly affected by the work environment, (4) employee performance is significantly influenced by training, (5) Employee performance is influenced simultaneously by discipline, compensation, work environment and training.

During this pandemic period, many companies have experienced a decline in performance in any aspect, but many companies are also able to maintain their performance even during the current pandemic from the many activities within the company that we do not know how to maintain their performance. The purpose of this study was to find out how to implement a management control system for company productivity and payroll during the pandemic. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with the data used is primary data. Conclusion From the results and discussion above For the control system at the company CV. TRIO CIPTA has a control system with a new strategy that is more suitable to be applied during this pandemic so that the company that produces this RO machine can survive during this pandemic. Productivity at this company also experienced a very rapid increase.
