The growing awareness of public health and environmental sustainability has increased the demand for organic products, particularly vegetables. CV Reja Mayur, as a producer of organic vegetables, plays a crucial role in meeting the needs of the growing market. In the competitive organic vegetable industry, innovative and sustainable marketing strategies are crucial. Green marketing, focusing on environmental sustainability and social responsibility, can be a solution to enhance brand visibility and build relationships with consumers who are concerned about sustainability. Community service activities were conducted at CV Reja Mayur, located in Desa Claket and Mligi, Kecamatan Pacet, Kabupaten Mojokerto, using the method of green marketing socialization. The results of this activity indicate that green marketing can highlight the positive impact of CV Reja Mayur's organic vegetable products on the environment. CV Reja Mayur can implement measures such as strengthening transparency, involving consumers in sustainability initiatives, utilizing social media, obtaining organic certification, and innovating in products and business processes. After receiving green marketing socialization, it is expected that CV Reja Mayur can enter a more sustainable marketing era and capitalize on the potential market that increasingly values organic products and sustainability.

The stock exchange is the market where trading in stocks, bonds and other financial instruments takes place. The stock exchange is a place where companies can issue shares to obtain funds from investors, and investors can buy shares as a form of company ownership and benefit from changes in share prices. This study aims to measure how significant the influence of Profitability, Leverage and productivity is in determining bond ratings in manufacturing companies in 2020-2022. The sample in this study is a manufacturing company that issues bonds and is rated by PEFINDO (Indonesian Rating Agency), uses the rupiah currency in presenting the company's financial statements, and publishes complete audited financial statements. The data source used comes from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), namely www.idx.co.id and the bond rating database accessed from PTPEFINDO (www.pefindo.com). The conclusion of this study is that profitability has a positive effect on bond ratings, leverage has a negative effect on bond ratings and productivity has no effect on bond ratings.   Keywords: Profitabilitas, Obligasi, Leverage, Produktifitas

Bina Desa is a form of community service carried out by students by plunging directly into the community environment so that students learn to socialize and know the problems faced in the environment, the PKKM Bina Desa Program is expected to be a learning medium for students and the problems faced by the community can be helped and get solutions from the knowledge applied by students. PKKM Bina Desa Tawas 2023, which is located in Penanggungan Village, Trawas District, Mojokerto Regency, has been running a work program for 3 months from August 21 - November 24, 2023, One of the work programs that I worked on was a visual identity design and branding program for Penanggungan village MSMEs, The problem experienced by owners and managers of MSMEs in Penanggungan village is the lack of education about the importance of visual identity and branding in their snack products, so that they have not been able to reach markets outside their regional area. Therefore, this visual identity and branding design program is sought to help MSMEs so that they can be better able to develop their products in a more organized manner and can reach a larger market in the future. This program has been completed on time and pursued as best as possible.

The main objective of this community empowerment activity is to develop superior village products through increasing creative and innovative marketing and financial management. The methods used in this community service activity are tutorial methods, mentoring methods, discussion and evaluation methods. The results achieved from this activity are: (1) Kelungkung Village PKK mothers are able to practice developing creative and innovative marketing skills online through the marketplace, (2) Kelungkung Village PKK mothers are able to operate all-in-one computers in marketing the village's superior products , (3) Kelungkung Village PKK mothers are able to understand business financial management

Commercial activities contribute to increasing sales of agricultural products. One of the agricultural products is Tanaman Obat Keluarga (TOGa). TOGa plants are an additional source of income. However, the difficulty of selling is that often the price is not as good as the market. Through assistance in the use of social media and digital financial records, it is expected to contribute to increasing the income of residents of Purwoseco Hamlet and Karangrejo Hamlet. The results of service activities show that > 50% of residents experience an increase in understanding and knowledge of the knowledge provided. The satisfaction level of service participants showed an average score of 65%, which is very good. This shows that the service participants are satisfied with the course of service activities.

Fundraising strategies implemented by financial institutions are currently increasingly diverse. This collection is carried out to increase the value of customer transactions and increase customer interest in using products offered by financial institutions, especially BPRs. Banking conducts promotions to the public to introduce its various products either through existing media or by providing benefits such as rewards to customers. In addition, to attract customers, the bank provides the best service, both in excellent service, guaranteed security of funds deposited by customers, interest rates according to customer needs, and a variety of products. The method used in this research is descriptive method. With data obtained from observation and interviews with employees and customers of PT. BPR BKK Karangmalang. PT. BPR Karangmalang has superior products, namely products that are most in demand by customers, especially MSME players. This product is a type of third party fundraising product known as Tamades. This Tamades service provides many advantages for MSME players to deposit their funds, because interest rates are very favorable for third parties, good service, easy procedures for making Tamades, and other benefits for customers.

Kehidupan mengalami perkembangan sangat pesat secara terus menerus waktu demi waktu terlebih lagi dalam penampilan sehingga dianggap penting sebagai citra diri seseorang. Peningkatan penampilan dapat dimulai dari perawatan tubuh, yakni dengan menggunakan produk kesehatan kulit yang lazim dikenal dengan sebutan skin care dan body care yang marak digunakan oleh remaja sehingga minat beli pada product body care khususnya scarlett whitening meningkat. Minat beli dapat dipengaruhi oleh endorser selebriti pemasaran dari mulut ke mulut serta persepsi kualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara endorser selebriti, pemasaran dari mulut ke mulut, serta persepsi kualitas terhadap minat beli dengan melibatkan 100 remaja sebagai responden. Analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda dengan hasil penelitian membuktikan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara endorser selebriti dan persepsi kualitas terhadap minat beli serta tidak adanya hubungan pemasaran dari mulut ke mulut terhadap minat beli.

The state is  responsible for respecting, protecting and fulfilling the rights of citizens, including groups with disabilities.  One of the rights of groups with disabilities is the right to get employment opportunities.  However, in reality there are still groups with disabilities whose rights to work opportunities have not been fulfilled.  This study analyzes the empowerment of disabled workers conducted by PT.  Protecda Kreasi Prima as an effort to fulfill the right to work opportunities for people with deaf disabilities.  This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method with purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques. Data collection uses observation, interviews, and document studies.  Based on the research results, it can be concluded that PT.  Protecda Kreasi Prima through various production unit-based empowerment programs.  This empowerment program has an impact on fulfilling the right to work opportunities, namely the potential for opening jobs for deaf disabilities such as beauty salons, mechanic workshops, cafes, providing information on work contracts at PT.  Protecda Kreasi Prima, increasing skills for deaf disabilities, absorbing labor to prevent and reduce unemployment Keywords: empowerment, fulfillment of rights, job opportunities, deaf disability

MSME Kerupuk 32 wants to create a competitive advantage so that it can compete to maintain the sustainability of its business by having halal certification and labels issued by BPJPH as the aim of the community service team providing assistance to help carry out the registration process. One of the things that can increase consumer confidence and is a value of excellence is by having recognition of the halalness of cracker products from the government through halal certificates and labels, besides that, because in Indonesia the majority of the population is Muslim, the government must guarantee the halalness of every product circulating in society which is a requirement. The main thing for Muslim consumers to consume food, in this case crackers. This mentoring activity goes through several stages, namely: preparation stage with interviews and observations with partners, document collection stage, account creation stage, data filling stage, data sending stage, validation process stage, inspection stage, halal certificate issuance stage, and certificate submission stage to partners. This mentoring activity ran smoothly and according to targets, and its success was marked by the issuance of a halal certificate which was handed over to partners. This activity can be continued to help MSMEs increase the value of their products in the eyes of consumers or the public so that it is hoped that they can increase sales and income for MSMEs in developing their businesses.

This study looks at customer behavior on e-commerce platforms, with a particular emphasis on Shopee in Indonesia. The study involved 102 respondents to evaluate the relationship between variables. The results show that these factors have an impact on the repurchase intention of e-commerce customers on Shopee. The study was conducted using quantitative methods and used SPSS for statistical analysis. The results show that the components present in this study have an influence on customer repurchase intention. However, other factors not present in this study, for example, price, user experience, and promotion, may have a greater impact on customer repurchase intention than other factors. This study provides an in-depth understanding of the components that influence customers' willingness to make repeat purchases on e-commerce platforms. While product and service quality remain important, companies and marketers should consider these additional elements when they create their marketing strategies. This calls for further future research using large samples and deeper analysis to understand this more complex context and help run businesses better in the ever-evolving e-commerce market.

Palembang Songket Cloth is one of the cultural works of South Sumatra which is included in the list of Indonesian Intangible Cultural Heritage. As the era of songket cloth has developed into a profitable business opportunity, and marketing strategy is the most important factor in business because this is what determines everything, the increasing competition in the business world means that all business actors must be able to think creatively and innovatively to attract consumer interest. Therefore, the author is looking for marketing strategies for songket cloth in South Sumatra, one of which is located at Griya Kain Tuan Kentang, Jakabaring District, Palembang City. Based on the results of Griya Kain Tuan Kentang Palembang's research in the field directly with the people involved as well as observing aspects of the product, location, advertising, price, process, physical evidence, it can be concluded that it is functioning or running well. And the author suggests that Griya Kain Tuan Kentang needs to innovate or initiate so that it is more widely known by consumers, for example participating in events such as exhibitions and markets.

Technology that continues to develop makes profile books an effective communication tool. Profile books are designed to provide external parties with a general overview of a company's identity, goals and capabilities. This activity was carried out at the Outbound Base which is located in Ngingas Hamlet, Simpang Village, Prambon District. Alas Outbound Education offers various innovative educational programs. However, to achieve the current vision and mission, an important step in increasing community participation is to expand outreach and outreach activities. Therefore, designing the Alas Outbound profile book is an important step in marketing tourist attractions. This profile book design activity uses problem analysis methods and design analysis methods. This method is useful for determining the topic of the problem that will be studied and discussed. This method is carried out by interviewing Alas Outbound business owners. The design analysis method is useful for analyzing the flow in designing a profile book. This activity can be used to carry out field observations (site surveys) and also interviews with several Alas Outbound employees. Manggihan Village, Getasan District, Semarang Regency, which is at the foot of Mount Merbabu, is close to the Kopeng tourist destination area. This village has a population that has professional business owners in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) category in the culinary sector which makes cracker rambak, processed dry food with various types of chips And processed catfish food. The problem faced in their business is that they do not yet have a product identity in the packaging such as sticker labels, packaging that attracts potential buyers, so the message of the product has not been conveyed. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge and awareness for MSMEs about the importance of product packaging that attracts potential buyers thereby providing added value and competitive advantage for the products produced. The method used in this service is holding socialization activities on the importance of product branding, training, and assistance in making sticker labels and food product packaging design. In the mentoring process, a needs analysis is first carried out including the type of packaging material, packaging shape, packaging identity color, and product logo. It is hoped that the output targets that will be achieved through this program will help partner MSMEs increase the amount of income from sales by using new packaging and product logos designed in such a way that they are attractive to buyers. The product packaging and labels produced as the output of this activity can become an identity. a typical Manggihan Village product that differentiates it from similar products in other areas

The advancement of Industry 4.0 demands production systems to operate more efficiently, adaptively, and securely in facing global challenges. One promising technology that addresses these needs is the Digital Twin (DT), a digital representation of physical systems that enables integration between the real and virtual environments. Through DT, production processes can be modeled, monitored, and tested in real time, allowing for evaluation and optimization before implementation in actual systems. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of DT in modeling automated industrial systems, particularly in relation to improving production efficiency, quality control, energy savings, and operational safety. The research employed an experimental approach based on simulation within a robotic production line consisting of machines, sensors, actuators, and conveyors. The research stages included identifying system components and workflows, developing a DT model that integrates physical and virtual layers with Internet of Things–based data connectivity, and conducting simulations representing diverse operational scenarios. The findings indicate that DT implementation enhances operational efficiency, reduces production errors, and optimizes energy utilization. Furthermore, DT proves effective in strengthening safety aspects by enabling early detection of potential disruptions and providing preventive recommendations before significant impacts occur. Compared to conventional simulations, DT offers a more realistic, adaptive, and relevant approach to the needs of modern industry. The implications of this study highlight DT’s strong potential to become a new standard in the development and control of automation-based production systems, driving the creation of smarter, more efficient, and sustainable industries.

The aim of this MSME training program is that the aim of entrepreneurial training is not to direct people or SMEs to create new businesses, but to help SMEs to see business opportunities and new markets by looking at them from a different angle. This different angle is more directed at the need for new innovations from businesses that are currently being run and ensuring business continuity. This activity can increase sales and profits, expand target markets, deepen customer loyalty, and increase competitive advantage (Perwita, 2021). The benefits obtained from this activity are for participants to gain knowledge and product promotion. Increased product orders from a wider target market will also be obtained. Apart from that, this activity also provides social learning for the implementing team, namely students. Students interpret the knowledge gained on campus by providing benefits to many people. Students also carry out downstream research and interpret knowledge for the progress of SMEs. Increased product orders from a wider target market will also be obtained. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR). From the results of the service, it can be concluded that this MSME training was carried out so that Konveksi Aura consumers would increase and expand from various regions. This MSME training uses Instagram media which will be filled with content and product videos. This video content is in the form of product manufacturing procedures, types of products produced, and profiles, pachaking designs. The content video is published on the durian village Instagram account.

Then it is also hoped that these coastal women will be able to market their products according to their economic market targets so that the needs of fishing families can be fulfilled and the welfare of fishing families can be achieved. The plan for this service activity will be carried out for 1 day with the socialization of the productivity of coastal women, 1 day of product manufacturing training, making brands, packaging, and product distribution and 1 day of evaluation of the results by re-observing the economic development of coastal women in Pahlawan Village, Tanjung Tiram District, Batu Bara Regency.

This service activity attempts to reach out to business actors who are interested in using digital marketing approaches. The service activity was attended by 25 members of the Cibiru Village Tofu business in Bandung. The implementation of activities is divided into two activity steps: socialisation and demonstration. The first step is to educate people about the importance of the internet in boosting the economy in the home industry. The second is an example of how to create a product marketing innovation using social media that can be applied immediately to all participants in the socialisation activity. As a result of this activity, participants will be able to design Kelurahanin product labels and will be able and eager to develop material for marketing strategies using social media.
