Radiotherapy is a treatment for cancer using high-energy radiation, usually X-rays. The type and amount of radiation received is calculated by oncologists and medical physicists to destroy cancer cells, these cells are abnormal cells. This stops the cancer cells from dividing properly and as a result the cancer cells are destroyed. This treatment is planned to protect healthy tissue as much as possible from radiation which has destructive properties, however some healthy tissue can be affected which will later cause side effects. Radiotherapy uses a Linear Accelerato (LINAC) device in its treatment. The LINAC can produce two beams, namely photons and electrons. Photon beams are usually used to illuminate tumors in deeper tissue in the body, for example breast cancer, cervical cancer and nasopharyngeal cancer, while electron beams are used for cancer therapy in surface tumors. The role of radiotherapy in the treatment of breast cancer has a long and controversial history. One of the first clinical trials ever conducted, it began in 1949, and remains the subject of new trials still being initiated today. Early trials clearly showed that radiotherapy reduced local recurrence, with a relative risk reduction now known to be approximately 70%, but a reduction in recurrence rates did not translate into a reduction in mortality. Theories explaining this difference are numerous, including the detrimental effects of radiotherapy on immune function.

At this time, times are increasingly developing and experiencing rapid progress, so that the term "modernity" appears. Currently, what is really feared is "the methods or actions that need to be taken by young people in maintaining the values ​​or meaning contained in the seblang tradition" if you look at the increasingly advanced way of thinking and behavior of young people today. The seblang tradition originates from Banyuwangi, East Java, Olehsari Village, whose cultural community still upholds customs and social harmony. The method used in the research is qualitative research, namely using ethnography which explains the norms, traditions, values ​​and actions carried out in the Seblang dance. The seblang tradition has been passed down from generation to generation and is mandatory. If this tradition is not carried out within a year, one of the ancestral spirits will come to one of the residents and possess the resident to give a "sign" that the seblang haru tradition is being carried out. Apart from that, the existence of modernity poses a risk if it is forced into seblang traditions. Because the risk posed will dilute the meaning contained in the seblang tradition.

Resilience in non-congenital quadriplegics is the ability of individuals who experience physical disorders or disabilities due to disease, injury, or conditions that arise after birth to overcome pressure, stress, change, or disturbance, as well as the ability to recover after experiencing difficult situations. This research aims to describe resilience in non-congenital quadriplegics. This research uses a qualitative analysis method with Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). The data collection technique uses interviews based on an interview guide with two subjects. This research shows the results that both subjects were able to survive and recover from the events experienced from the beginning of facing disability to living their lives today.

Students are individuals who are usually referred to as productive teenagers, because apart from playing their role as a student, they also play a productive role on campus. Where today's teenagers often play roles in the real world, especially when they play role plays in the virtual world. It is not enough for productive teenagers to only play roles on campus, they need experience outside campus. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, by understanding the phenomenon of productive students in the Sociology Study Program at the University of Jember. This research takes the perspective of dramaturgical theory put forward by Erving Goffman. Some students play roles in carrying out their activities in the real world and the virtual world. In this research, the conclusion was drawn that each student played a role play on the front stage and back stage.

This article aims to optimize the profit of seblak business through the application of Simplex method in linear program. Seblak is a popular business today with a wide variety of toppings such as meatballs, sausages, noodles, feet and many more, but efficient production planning and resource allocation can be challenging. In calculating this profit optimization, we use the Simplex method to identify production combinations that can generate maximum profit by considering various constraints related to raw materials, processing time, production costs to product selling prices. The result is expected to help seblak business owners in making smarter decisions regarding production, inventory, and pricing strategies, thus improving their business profitability.

Radio is still one of the mass communication media that still exists in society today. Even though many other media have emerged that provide broadcasts other than audio, radio is still in demand by many fans. This research focuses on the Production Process of the Get In The Moz Program on 90.8 FM OZ Radio Jakarta. The aim of this research is to determine the production process of the Get In The Moz broadcast program on 90.8 FM OZ Radio Jakarta starting from pre-production, production, post-production, supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the production process of the Get In The Moz broadcast program on 90.8 FM OZ Radio Jakarta. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this research were two people plus documents issued by OZ Radio Jakarta and observations in the field. From the results of this research, it is concluded that the Production Process for the Get In The Moz Broadcast Program on 90.8 FM OZ Radio Jakarta has gone through several processes so that it can be heard by the entire audience in accordance with the SOP (Standard Operational Procedure). So as to produce a high-quality Get In The Moz program even though it still faces a number of obstacles or inhibiting factors in the production process.

Geriatrics is a branch of gerontology that studies the level of health in the elderly from various aspects, including: promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative which includes physical, mental and social health. In principle, geriatrics strives for a happy and useful old age. Throughout the world today, the number of elderly people is estimated to be more than 629 million people, and in 2025 it is projected that the number of elderly people will reach 1.2 billion. Indonesia is a country that has a fairly high number of elderly people. In 2010 the number of elderly aged 65 years and over was 11 million, and it is projected that in 2020 the number of elderly will increase by 7.2%. Even the United States Census Bureau estimates that Indonesia will experience the largest increase in elderly citizens in the world in 2025, namely 414%. The increasing number of elderly will affect the welfare of the elderly (Ministry of Welfare of the Republic of Indonesia. 2012). The increase in the elderly population is of course accompanied by the risk of various degenerative diseases such as diabetes mellitus, coronary heart disease, osteoarthritis, neuromuscular disease and lung disease. Around 50-80% of elderly people aged more than 65 years will experience more than one chronic disease. This is related to the fact that the older you get, the more health problems you experience. One way to improve the quality of life for the elderly is to do physical exercise. Physical exercise can maintain or improve flexibility, cardiopulmonary endurance, agility, strength and balance. Several studies show that physical exercise has a consistent effect in reducing the risk of falls in healthy older adults. Kuptniratsaikul's research in 2009-2010 showed that simple balance exercises carried out by elderly people with a history of falls could reduce the incidence of falls in the elderly and significantly improve body balance. A 2017 Cuevas meta-analysis study showed that balance training programs showed the greatest effect in reducing the risk of falls in the elderly. For elderly people who are not yet able to do balance exercises independently, they need professional assistance.

The availability of abundant data, the need for information to support decision making to create business solutions, and infrastructure support in the field of information technology are the reasons for the birth of data mining technology. Problems that occur at UD. Martua is lacking in reviewing the products being sold, what products consumers need and less effective data storage. With data mining, it is intended to provide real solutions to UD. Martua can find out which items are selling well and which items are not selling well, then can compare sales from year to year to become an effective medium for developing sales at UD.Martua. In grouping sales data, the fields used are item name, quantity purchased, quantity sold for 1 week, then the data will be processed with the k-means clustering algorithm. The final result with 20 grouping data samples was the final result with 2 clusters, namely, cluster 1 (C1) with 10 best-selling items, cluster 2 (C2) with 10 non-selling items. The purpose of this study is to investigate the concept of justice according to Amos's perspective and how to identify concrete methods of its implementation for the church today. This research uses Thematic Method with literature study, to analyze relevant texts from the Book of Amos in the Bible. The analysis focused on identifying central themes related to justice from Amos' perspective. In addition, the research also incorporates relevant theological and social literature to understand the context of the implementation of the principles of justice of Amos in the modern church. The results revealed that Amos emphasized the importance of social justice, rejection of economic injustice, and an active role in combating oppression in society. Implementation of these principles in today's church involves a variety of actions, including proactive social service, advocacy for structural change, and education of church members on issues of justice

The problem that is rife today is the lack of interest in reading in children. Indonesia's literacy index in the world according to the 2018 PISA survey Indonesia is at number 74 out of 79 or six ranks from the bottom. This is very concerning for the Indonesian state. The University of Riau real work group in Suka Maju Village did the service there, based on the fact that there was a lack of literacy in school children which made them less interested in reading and slow in understanding, this happened due to the lack of support for environmental factors there. Based on this incident, the real work college group created a work program that could increase the literacy of school children. To increase village potential, efforts are made through social media accounts as appropriate technology. The activities carried out start from preparation by planning the activities to be carried out. Lessons are held 3 days a week and as a result they become more interested in studying and reading to explore the material that has been taught.

In today's increasingly sophisticated era, MSMEs must be able to compete with entrepreneurs who are increasingly creative and trained to use modern technologies. One of the things that can help these MSMEs is by assisting in product diversification and diversity. This article aims to determine the impact obtained by MSMEs in Cupak Village, Jombang after training and mentoring. The research was conducted in 3 ways, namely observation, interviews, and surveys on MSMEs in Cupak village, Jombang. This research will result in increasing the expertise of MSMEs and enabling MSMEs to reach a wider market.

Since its invention in the 19th century until today, reinforced concrete has become a leading construction material due to its qualities; it is a strong and durable building material that can be used in any form of architecture at an affordable and reasonable cost. Thus, humanity has abandoned traditional building materials (stone, earth, straw, lime, wood and hemp, etc.) to benefit from the many advantages of reinforced concrete (Yasser et al., 2013). However, this conversion comes at a cost; the environmental consequences are serious, cement is the third largest emitter of CO2 after cars and coal-fired power plants, and the same applies to steel, despite significant progress in recycling (Ranjitham et al., 2021).

This study aims to explain the influence of brand image, price, and product quality in influencing purchasing decisions from ASUS brand laptops and which ones have the greatest influence on purchasing decisions on ASUS brand laptops. Brand image is a requirement of a strong brand. So if the manufacturer creates a brand image, that image will be difficult to erase from the memory of consumers. In creating a brand image, manufacturers must slowly and carefully so that the brand image they create can attract and make consumers always remember the brand.

Alongside the advancement of information technology, the marketing industry has grown pretty quickly. SMEs today have to implement new marketing techniques to promote their goods in the digital age. The issue, however, is that MSME players still have an inadequate understanding of the idea of digital branding. The community service team from UNIBA Surakarta provides digital marketing training for SMEs in Segaran Village as a result. This activity's implementation is carried out in stages. Through this activity it is expected to be able to provide an understanding of the function of digital marketing and have the ability to apply digital marketing. In the end, this activity is expected to be able to increase the economy of the people of Segaran Village with the role of digital marketing carried out by SME sactors in Segaran Village.

Advances in technology also have an impact on marketing, especially in the buying process. Digital Marketing is a marketing strategy that can reach the wider community, from the top to the bottom. In this study, there are problems faced by the owners of UMKM Crispy Egg Cake, one of which is the lack of knowledge about how to apply digital marketing as a place to promote their products, so the marketing plan in this study aims to develop UMKM Crispy Egg Cake in Bungkuk Village, Parang District, Regency Magetan in terms of implementing digital marketing as a place to promote products, so that they are better known by the public out there. Research in this training uses the ABCD method or this training uses the ABCD approach, namely Asset Based Community Development, which prioritizes the use of assets and potential that exist around and are owned by the community. The results of this study can prove that by assisting the implementation of digital marketing as a marketing strategy, crispy egg cake owners know more about the benefits and how to use technology, especially in terms of digital marketing to advertise or sell their crispy egg cake food products, so by using digital marketing This sales turnover and public interest in buying crispy egg cakes has increased. In addition, sellers also gain a lot of useful knowledge about digital marketing technology and can compete in the market with other similar or different food products

Young women are prone to anemia due to lack of nutrient intake. Anemia is one of the most common health problems in the world today, especially in young women. The impact of anemia can cause weakness, lethargy, and the face becomes pale. So it needs to be handled, one of which is by means of non pharmacological prevention efforts, namely giving red guava juice. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was an effect of giving red guava juice on hemoglobin levels in young women at SMK Bunga Persada Cianjur. This research method uses a quasy experimental research design with a one group pre test – post test design with a purposive sampling model. The result of the study on 17 young female respondents found that the average Hb before being given red juice was 11,5 gr/dl. The average after being given red guava juice is 13,0 gr/dl. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of giving red guava juice with an increase in Hb in anemia sufferers of young women based on the results of data processing using the paired t – test with the results obtained that there is an effect with a value (p value 0,000) (<0,005).

The potential for developing local wisdom tourism is part of human creativity. A tourist village is a tourist destination that reflects local tourism wisdom. Local wisdom tourism that exists in society is: customs, history, culture and natural beauty. Lembang Baruppu' Benteng Batu is located in Baruppu' sub-district, North Toraja district. It is a tourist village that has tourism potential in the form of natural tourism, customs, culture and history. The aim of this research is to analyze tourism potentials related to local wisdom tourism and recommend the potential for developing local wisdom tourism in Baruppu' Benteng Batu. The method used in the research is qualitative analysis through direct observation and interviews with local government, traditional leaders and the community. Some of the potential for developing local wisdom tourism in Baruppu' Benteng Batu are still being preserved today and some have been neglected.

In the era of digital technology has changed the human way of life communicate, act, and make decisions. Marketing activities were not separated from influence of digital technology. The increase in social media users in recent years has led to an abundance of content that allows users to get new information quickly and easily. However, not all of the information obtained is correct information. Even today, a lot of fake information (hoaxes) is being spread deliberately made to achieve certain goals. In order to be wise in receiving information, it is necessary to realize the importance of media literacy. According to a survey, parents tend to spread hoax news more than young people. This is mostly done by mothers through chat which easily forwards information without reading and understanding it first. This activity aims to provide knowledge about the benefits of using social media as well as an understanding of the negative sides and dangers of hoaxes. This activity targeted PKK mothers in Jatimulyo Village, Jatipuro District, Karangnayar Regency, with 34 participants. This activity was carried out using lecture, discussion, and question-and-answer methods. It is hoped that this community service activity can help mothers navigate the various available media content so that they can make informed decisions about what they choose to consume.
