Pregnancy is a natural physiological process that brings various physical and emotional changes, potentially leading to anxiety, especially among first-time mothers (primigravida). The level of anxiety often varies across trimesters, with higher anxiety levels commonly occurring in the first and third trimesters. Uncontrolled anxiety may negatively affect the labor process by increasing pain perception and disrupting uterine contractions.Previous studies have shown mixed results regarding differences in anxiety levels between primigravida and multigravida mothers, as well as its influence on labor preparedness. A preliminary survey conducted at Bidan Cikmah Lubis Clinic in Tanjungbalai City revealed that most third-trimester pregnant women were not adequately prepared for childbirth, which is suspected to be linked to high anxiety levels. Therefore, this study aims to examine the relationship between maternal anxiety levels and childbirth preparedness.

This research aims to identify the issues faced by one of the paint distributors in managing their sales information system. The study notes that despite the store's successful sales activities, the utilization of the sales information system remains limited, with the store preferring to manage products without online information handling applications. Based on observations, some weaknesses of the current system include lack of stock data accuracy, hindrances in providing real-time stock information, and limitations in tracking stock changes. The author suggests providing training to users of the web-based sales information system and establishing clear task allocation, as well as system improvements to address existing weaknesses. These suggestions are expected to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in sales management and meet the needs of both administrators and buyers.

One of the main causes of maternal mortality in developing countries such as Indonesia is puerperal infection. One of them is perineal wounds caused by childbirth, which, if not treated, has the potential to cause infection due to the entry of germs through the wound sutures. This research design is a Quasy experiment, a posttest-only control group design. The population was postpartum mothers, with a sample size of 20 people taken by simple random sampling. The study results were then analyzed univariately and bivariately using the t-test statistical test. Of the ten respondents from the experimental group studied, the average healing time of perineal wounds after the use of a combination of betel leaf decoction water and binahong leaves was 3.00 days, while in the control group, it was 7.80, meaning that the experimental group was four days faster than the control group. The results of statistical tests with independent t-tests with α = 0.05 obtained p value = 0.001, which means p-value <0.05; thus, there is an effect of using betel leaf decoction water and binding leaves on perineal wound healing time.
