In order to improve the community development business system so that it is more productive and efficient, technology is needed. The introduction of technology that has developed in society is technology that has been developed in a modern way, or what is known as "appropriate technology" or technology and its applications which have the characteristics of being decentralized, relatively small scale, labor intensive, energy efficient and closely related to local conditions. The socialization activity was held on Saturday, July 28 2022 at 13.00 WITA at Moncongloe Bulu Village, Moncongloe District, Kab. Maros. This activity aims to provide information to the community. To provide information to the community, especially residents of Moncongloe Village, Maros Regency, about various appropriate technologies in midwifery services and how to use appropriate technology in midwifery services, which includes how to use and utilize them. This educational process uses a lecture method with the help of powerpoints and leaflets and educational videos. The results obtained from this activity are that the mothers who participated in this service activity become more understanding and know more about how to use appropriate technology in midwifery services. The assessment is based on the participants' responses and enthusiasm in receiving the material provided. Including positive responses from participants in answering questions correctly when asked by the presenter.    

The transformation of work in the digital era has had a major impact on the modern job market. Technology has changed the way work is done, with automation, artificial intelligence and digitalization playing a key role. This results in a change in the skills required, with an emphasis on technology understanding, problem solving, and creativity. This research aims to examine the analysis of the impact of technology on the modern job market. The type of research used is using qualitative methods with a library research approach, and descriptive qualitative. The results of this research show that there are challenges, including unequal access to technology, which can increase social and economic disparities. Additionally, concerns about data security, privacy and the psychological impact of digital work have also emerged.

The emergence and development of information technology is changing people's behavior. These changes occur in human thought patterns, feelings and actions. Social media can clearly be used by the government to guide public opinion and influence political participation. In a democratic country like Indonesia, public opinion is very important because the government cannot function without public opinion. Therefore, the author is interested in conducting research on the role of social media in the dynamics of public opinion and political participation in the digital era. The method in this article uses library research, namely a method of collecting data by understanding and studying theories from various literature related to the research. The data collection technique used was internet searching and documentation studies were used. In writing this scientific work, the first data analysis technique is data reduction, which means that the analysis is carried out to summarize the data, the researcher selects data that is really important to include in this scientific work and displays the data (data presentation). The research results found that in the current digital era, social media plays an important role in political participation and public opinion. Changes in the way people communicate, obtain information, and engage in politics are some examples. Social media influences public opinion and political participation. effects, both positive and negative. Of course, the government must monitor political activities amidst the development of social media in the modern era.

With the rapid development of technology, it benefits us in facilitating work in various fields. One example today is the use of modern technology in optimizing business processes. Information is one of the important assets for the Company in carrying out its business processes. With the rapid development of information technology also resulting in faster data movement, this must be used to help the Company in obtaining information quickly, precisely, effectively and efficiently. This is also evidenced by the increasing number of pioneering industries from small to large industries that are developing today. One of them is PT. XYZ. Of course, as a pioneering company, it requires a number of optimizations in its business process activities, one of which is reporting and recording. Because assets are one of the important elements in the Company's productivity, it is necessary to monitor the condition of assets regularly. The company still uses a manual asset damage reporting system using Whatsapp. Of course, this is less effective and efficient in the process, especially in recording activities to report damage to existing assets. Therefore, this study was conducted to help optimize the existing asset damage reporting system. From the results of the research, it can be seen using current technology, it can help optimize the reporting of damage to the Company's assets with the help of Google Sheets as its main database and Appsheet as a simple application for filling out reports.

The existence of good virtual services from Bank Syariah Indonesia, especially through the mobile banking platform, is a major attraction for students, given their dependence on technology and the need for convenience in transactions.

Conprehensive holistic education is an educational approach that focuses on the overall development of student not only cognitive but also emosional, social and physical. In this context, education does not only focus on imparting academic knowledge, but also pays attention to personality development, interpersonal skills and individual psychophysical well-being. The Cyber-Physical System is a key system in the implementation of the 4th generation industrial revolution. This system combines automation systems, electronics, internet networks and machine learning. The implementation of physical cyber systems in agriculture  is one of the long-awaited applications because it is the backbone of the implementation of  sustainable agribusiness systems. With this system precision agriculture and pervasive computing in agriculture can help stakeholders in agribusiness to enjoy various benefits optimally. One example of its application is a smart farming system that is conditioned to provide measurable and maximum yields without having to sacrifice soil nutrients because it is well monitored according to weather conditions.  In previous studies, several LoRa communication-based systems for monitoring local weather in a place and measurements of soil nutrient conditions have been carried out and displayed through the internet network. Monitoring and control systems on other agricultural models based on hydroponics and aquaponics have also been carried out for some types of crops. The results provide greater potential for wider application and in actual conditions in the agricultural industry. In this study, the integration of physical cyber systems with lora communication-based  agricultural monitoring and control nodes will be carried out more broadly by considering the local conditions under which the system is tested. In this case, the research will be carried out at the Research and Recreation Park, Telkom University and agrifarming industry partners as a model of actual application. The research findings show that the application of advanced sensor technology has improved the accuracy of weather measurements by up to 95%. Quantitative data collected from the new weather station showed a significant improvement in weather monitoring. Qualitatively, positive responses from stakeholders such as disaster management authorities and farmers were also noted. In conclusion, the development of this modern weather station supports the community's need for reliable weather information and is a step forward in addressing the challenges of climate change.

In the era of technology 4.0, Indonesia is pursuing progress through the adoption of smart contracts on the blockchain. The government responded to this by establishing technology regulations to address emerging challenges. Legal principles demonstrate their adaptability in the digital era by utilizing information technology to build a modern legal and administrative framework, in line with the vision of industrial development 4.0. This normative juridical legal research evaluates the application of legal norms in a concrete context, using statutory and conceptual approaches. Data collection was carried out through literature study using primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. Data analysis uses qualitative descriptive methods. Smart contracts are increasingly widely used, especially in electronic transactions such as stock trading, crypto and hotel reservations. As a form of electronic agreement, smart contracts facilitate the automation of contract processes. However, its use must comply with the law and technology neutral principles in the ITE Law. Even though it is automatic, this technology is recognized as an Electronic Agent in accordance with Article 1 Number 8 of the ITE Law. The validity of these automated contracts is only questioned if it is proven that the automated system is problematic. Smart contracts in Indonesia are recognized in the context of contract law based on freedom of contract and the legal basis of the Civil Code. This recognition occurs because the Civil Code is open and complementary. However, the use of smart contracts must comply with statutory regulations, principles of decency and public order. Regulations governing smart contracts include the ITE Law, PP PTSE, and PP PMSE. These three regulations stipulate the procedures for using electronic contracts, providing a clear legal basis for the implementation of smart contracts.

Technology influences the understanding of responsibility and ethics in social interactions, especially through social media and the use of digital devices. This article emphasizes the importance of education that focuses not only on knowledge transfer, but also on character building. In addition, the article underlines the need for moral and ethical education in line with technological developments, so that children are able to understand and apply social responsibility in an increasingly advanced digital era. Technology has the potential to provide positive benefits, but it can also have a negative impact on behavior and morale if not used wisely.

This research aims to evaluate the impact of Information Technology (IT) on Modern Accounting Systems. The research background reflects a shift in the traditional accounting paradigm towards the increasingly rampant application of information technology. The research method used is literature analysis and case studies. Research findings reveal that IT implementation in modern accounting systems not only increases the efficiency and accuracy of data processing, but also makes a significant contribution to strategic decision making and risk management. The implications of this research include the need to develop IT competencies for accounting professionals, as well as the importance of information security policies in managing financial data. Thus, this research provides insight into the crucial role of IT in the transformation of modern accounting systems and highlights important aspects that need to be considered in facing technological developments in the accounting field.    

Teachers as facilitators are required to be able to operate technology. In this modern era, there are many applications that teachers can use in classroom learning. The Quizizz application is an application that is very easy to understand to help teachers present and evaluate lesson material. Observation results show that the majority of junior high school teachers in Bireun Regency have never used the Quizizz application in learning. The methods used in training include lecture, question and answer and demonstration methods. The results of the implementation show an increase in teacher understanding in operating the Quizizz application.

Positive attitudes towards online resources, digital simulations, and e-learning platforms advocate for an institutional embrace of cutting-edge tools. Recommendations focus on faculty development and increased technology integration, promising an enriched pedagogical landscape. The exploration of sociocultural influences uncovers a delicate balance between tradition and the necessity of English proficiency. Nuanced strategies are essential to integrate diverse cultural backgrounds. Recommendations call for cultural awareness initiatives and language support programs, aligning the institution with the global orientation of maritime education. In qualitative insights, cadets express a collective desire for a more intentional curriculum, particularly in incorporating cultural perspectives. This aligns with the broader scholarly discourse advocating for holistic education. Proposed avenues include workshops, seminars, and collaborations with cultural experts, providing a roadmap for curriculum development congruent with the diverse needs of Semester 1 cadets. This research, rooted in rigorous academic inquiry, serves as a guide for the Maritime Institute, steering its trajectory towards producing technologically adept professionals who are equally culturally astute, ready to navigate the complex global maritime landscape.

Community empowerment is a crucial effort in improving the well-being and environmental sustainability, especially in the Rw 02 Gunungsari area. In the current modern era, waste management and environmental conservation have become central issues faced by the community. Therefore, creative and innovative steps are needed tot address these problems. The surabaya city goverment, particularly the environmental agency, has initiated the MBKM KZW (Zero Waste Village) program involving the entire community of Rw 02 Gunungsari and students from the 17 August 1945 University of Surabaya in an effort to reduce waste and preserve the environment. One approach to achieve this is through education and training on the creation of a wick hydroponick system using recycled materials duet o limited space. The goal of this education and trainning is to enhance the community’s knowledge of the latest agricultural technology and reduce waste by utilizing recycled materials to create a self-sufficient and sustainable environment.

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is a crucial element in modern life, encompassing the management, manipulation, and transfer of information across media platforms. UPTD Teknologi Komunikasi dan Informasi Pendidikan is a Structurally Integrated Service Unit under the East Kalimantan Provincial Education Office. UPTD plays a strategic role in providing technology-related services in the field of education. However, UPTD faces challenges in the inefficient and slow management of employee data, with 28 employees whose personnel data remains unoptimized. To enhance efficiency, the author plans to develop a web-based personnel information system. The problem statement includes inadequate system support, resulting in slow employee search and report generation processes. The objective of this system is to design an efficient, precise, and accurate personnel data management system, aiming to improve work productivity within UPTD Teknologi Komunikasi dan Informasi Pendidikan. The outcome of this initiative is the design of a website serving as an information portal for UPTD profile, developed using the Content Management System (CMS) WordPress.

The concept of "Free Learning Education" is an effort to create human resources who are able to face global changes and challenges with the ability to innovate and openness. Education needs to be designed to address the complex challenges of the future.

It is undeniable that the influence of globalization on cultural diffusion is increasingly visible with the development of information technology, so that cultural diffusion no longer has to go through migration but can take place through internet access that can be connected to the world.This research uses qualitative methods by looking for sources of information with a descriptive literature study approach. Social media has become the main channel that facilitates the transfer of Western values such as the concepts of individualism, consumerism, and views related to freedom of expression. Nowadays young people tend to forget local culture as an inherent identity and follow the flow of westernization which is considered more modern and more advanced than local culture which is considered traditional and ancient, this tendency is because young people follow more prestige in the development of the times without thinking about the consequences it causes.

The younger generation now has more opportunities to develop their entrepreneurial skills thanks to digital technology.

White collar crime is increasingly prevalent in various corporate sectors and causes significant financial losses and damage to public trust. This type of crime includes embezzlement of funds, manipulation of financial statements, bribery, insider trading in the capital market, and theft of customer personal data. Although it occurs a lot, the prevention of white collar crime is still not optimal and the perpetrators are rarely prosecuted properly. This paper aims to analyze the various determinants that influence the occurrence of white collar crime in order to formulate policy recommendations and prevention strategies in the future. A systematic approach is used by applying the fraud triangle theory which focuses on the three main elements that cause fraud, namely pressure, opportunity and rationalization. The results of the study show that pressure to meet high performance targets and large bonuses often encourage individuals to commit fraud. Meanwhile, weak supervision and lack of transparency create opportunities for fraud. Perpetrators also often justify their actions, for example by assuming that they will not be caught or the value of the loss is small. The complexity of modern corporate operations also increases opportunities for white-collar crime. Effective prevention efforts must be comprehensive by involving various parties and strengthening a number of aspects as controls. The role of internal and external supervisors (auditors) of companies needs to be continuously improved, supported by modem fraud detection technology tools. Whistleblowing mechanisms need to be strengthened in every company and kept confidential to encourage early reporting of fraud indications.

With the increasing era of globalization today, competition in the industrial sector is becoming increasingly fierce and competitive. With the development of modern technology for the better but on the other hand raises problems for the environment. Every business actor who wants to win the competition must pay full attention to the quality of the products or services produced, at a low cost, the right time and quantity, and safe conditions. This study aims to analyze and reduce waste of packaging waste at PT XYZ, a manufacturing company engaged in the manufacture of medicines and vaccines. In the last 7 months, there were 1,906 pcs of defective packaging out of a total of 204,940 pcs used. The defects were caused by mold, misprinted information, faded colors, and lack of glue on the packaging. The methods used in this research are Pareto diagram and fishbone diagram. Pareto diagrams are used to identify dominant product defects, while fishbone diagrams are used to identify the causes of defects. It is expected that the results of this research can help PT XYZ reduce packaging waste and improve the quality of their products. By reducing packaging waste, PT XYZ can also contribute to reducing negative impacts on the environment.

The research method uses a method (library research) by collecting several literature related to the problems and objectives of the research. Data collection on the results of previous research is used as a benchmark to support data in research on the transformation of historical values ​​of Islamic civilization during society 5.0.
