This research seeks deeper information about religious moderation in terms of acceptance of tradition. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach, and several of these methods were intended to obtain information and a clear picture of the focus of the problem discussing religious moderation within the framework of acceptance of tradition. By conducting field observations, interviews, and inputting literacy sources that are relevant to the research theme, the researcher categorizes the data, presents the data, and concludes the data according to the focus of the problem. This study confirms that, religious moderation must be carried out by every human being, because basically in an order in society the realization of harmony is desired, especially in the realization of religious moderation through the implementation of traditions. In carrying out this tradition, the community wants to create unity, brotherhood and harmony by upholding the value of religious moderation as an effort to accept the tradition. They mingle with everyone because this is a form of love and self-awareness as creatures that are able to be tolerant of inter-religious beliefs, so as to create a balanced life in the aim of religious moderation. In establishing social relations, Christians must also not close themselves off. In line with the teachings in the Church's document, Gaudium Et Spes 24. In the perspective of harmony and spirituality of the people in Tegalsambi Village towards tradition, they are not fanatical and exaggerated in their religious practices. Habits and traditions that are still carried out today are factors that increase harmony, harmony and harmony in society. The community feels free, and is given space to channel inspiration, creation, and aspirations in social life. In Javanese terminology, it is commonly referred to as Manunggaling Kawula Gusti, which means life manifested in harmony without any tension or mental disturbance.

Apparently, love as a gift from Allah, SWT is sometimes channeled in ways that are contrary to religious teachings that are orderly and function to regulate human behavior. Sexual harassment has been widely discussed and has become a behavior that is published both through electronic and print media. Acts of sexual harassment will have a negative impact on the victim's psychology and traumatic in line with the development of the victim's soul.                This study aims to find steps to anticipate the occurrence of sexual harassment behavior through education on a socio-religious approach. Sexual harassment is a deviant behavior due to high pressure of sexual desire while not being able to enter into marriage, channeling lust through sexual harassment has become a social disease that occurs everywhere, will result in prolonged traumatic consequences for the victim, which will lead to the destruction of the future of the victim of sexual harassment .

Liquidity issues are important in maintaining the smooth operation of the company as well as in short-term and emergency needs as well as the growth function (investment) to develop owned assets in accordance with the expectations desired by the company. Information about budgeted cash flows can produce relevant information, because from this cash flow it can be known the need for the company's operations from the source of the recipient. Given the large number of cash receipts and disbursements managed, a list is needed that contains all cash inflows and cash outflows presented in the form of a cash flow statement. The results of the discussion concluded that cash management plays a role in the liquidity of CV. PSP Group, this can be proven from the results of research by calculating liquidity with the Current Ratio, Cash Ratio, and Quick Ratio, where the calculation results for 1 year, namely from January to December 2021 the calculation results for the liquidity ratio are > 1 as much as 75%, where with the existence of good cash management will have a positive impact, which means the application of cash management at CV. PSP Group is better, on company liquidity and financial conditions with a liquidity ratio of < 1 of 25%, which means that future conditions need to be improved in cash management to make it even better because there are still conditions that cash management in 2021 is not liquid or in the sense that CV. From July to September, the PSP Group was unable to pay its current debts in a timely manner, which resulted in obstacles to the company's payment of employee salaries and other important company expenses.

This Community Service aims to increase knowledge and skills in planning, compiling and managing Islamic finance for students of MAN 2 Karanganyar. The students of MAN 2 Karangayar are Generation Z who play a role in this nation. The problem faced by partners is the first, limited knowledge of sharia-based financial planning. Second, the lack of skills and ability to prepare budgets for sharia-based financial management. The solutions to these problems include: first, training to increase knowledge about sharia financial planning. Second, training in preparing an ideal budget. It is hoped that with this solution, MAN 2 Karanganyar students will be able to plan and budget for Islamic financial management so that they do not have a lifestyle with the desire to follow a trend that is currently rife or developing which can lead to hedonism and other detrimental traits. The output of this activity is increasing knowledge and increasing skills in preparing personal budgets for sharia financial management by partners.

Marketing strategy is an effort made by a businessman in introducing his product to achieve the desired goals by developing competitive advantages and efforts used to generate profits. The marketing strategy is very important for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in marketing their products. Where in marketing management there are four marketing strategies through the Marketing Mix, namely product, price, place and promotion. The purpose of implementing a marketing strategy through Marketing Mix is ​​to increase product sales and provide an understanding of marketing strategies in order to solve specific problems in marketing. This community service activity was carried out in the Bojo Environment, Awang Tangka Village, Kajuara District, Bone Regency. The results achieved in this activity were an increase in image and sales as well as an increase in knowledge and insight regarding marketing strategies at Mrs. Asriani's MSMEs Pastry Business. The method used in this activity is the socialization method of implementing marketing strategies by utilizing brochures as learning materials.

In recent years, there has been a phenomenon  of  people's tendency to return to nature (Back To Natur), and drink herbal medicine as one of the lifestyles. So as to encourage the herbal medicine industry to compete to innovate products and packaging, not to forget the jamu carrying. The purpose of this community service is to change the minset of the community that has been leaning towards treatment with chemical drugs, turning to herbal products, especially carrying herbs whose ingredients are made from plants around us that are beneficial for health and fitness. The method used lectures, dialogues and discussions. The results obtained in this service discussion of jamu gendong enthusiasts still have a positive perception of the benefits and properties of jamu gendong, the desire to be registered with the POM Agency, the need for assistance in the production, packaging and marketing processes

The aging process is a natural phenomenon experienced by every individual, characterized by physical and mental changes that affect the body's functions and capabilities. The speed of the aging process can vary between individuals due to the influence of hormones and other factors. Elderly is often thought of as a disease, whereas aging is actually a natural process of decreasing the body's resistance to external and internal stimuli. During aging, the elderly experience physical, mental and psychological changes. Efforts to improve the health of older adults with chronic diseases are made through the adoption of a healthy lifestyle. This includes regular exercise programs, a healthy diet by limiting salt, fat, and cholesterol intake, quitting smoking, avoiding alcoholic beverages and caffeine, managing emotional stress, and undergoing regular monthly health check-ups. With age, older adults are at risk of various diseases, decreased body functions, imbalances, and the risk of falls. These challenges often conflict with older adults' desire to remain independent and active. The mismatch between expectations and conditions can even lead to depression. Therefore, there is a need for special attention to the health and well-being of the elderly with chronic diseases to maintain their quality of life.

Poetry is one of the literary works that has lines and stanzas consisting of several choices of words that contain meaning so as to produce a series of sentences that are beautiful, charming, heartfelt and contains deep meaning. Poetry is also a form of expression of feelings from the poet which is a description of the surrounding environment. This affects the poet in creating his work, one of which is about love, love is something human that is experienced by every person on this earth. Sometimes love does not always go as desired, everyone must feel lost for various reasons. In this case, how do we interpret love and loss from the perspective of a poet. This research will dissect Kahil Gibran's poem titled Cinta yang Agung which aims to find and explore more about love and loss by dissecting the structure in the poem. The research uses a structural approach which results in knowing how the concept of love and loss is viewed from the physical and inner structure of the poem. And from the poem we can learn how to learn to be sincere and let go to reach a free and spacious heart.

This research intends to find out the struggle of Afro-American women against discrimination in Alice Walker’s The Color Purple. This research is qualitative, which means that the data are in the form of words; thus, the data came from the novel and other books that are relevant to this research. A mimetic approach is used in data analysis to unearth the literary work as an imitation or reflection of aspects of human life, such as sociological, historical, or psychological background that is related to the topic. The result shows that the Afro-American women that are pictured in Celie’s life should struggle against both white and black discrimination. The whites did not accept the existence of the blacks and treated them cruelly through violence, rape, and murder. On the other side, the black man oppressed the Afro-American woman through sex abuse, physical abuse, and economic depression. The black women were living under the protection of men. However, their protection is no better than dominance and subservience. Even though Celie was treated abruptly and disrespectfully by her father and her husband, she could face it bravely, increasing her knowledge and insights, achieving financial success, and being happy in her life. Therefore, she achieves self-esteem, self-acceptance, economic independence, and, above all, freedom for the whole of her life. This is the realization of African American women's desire to gain recognition as individuals who deserve fair and equal treatment.

In terms of improving human resources in the company, it is necessary to evaluate employee performance. By evaluating employee performance, companies have supporting data and information to evaluate human resources to make them even better. Employee performance is important in a company because it will affect the achievement desired by the company. The purpose of this study was to analyze the significant influence of work motivation, work discipline, and work environment simultaneously on the performance of employees in family companies in Surabaya. This study used a quantitative approach using multiple regression analysis because the sample used was a questionnaire with a total of 73 respondents. The results showed that some work motivation, work discipline, and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, work motivation, work discipline, and work environment have a significant effect on the performance of employees in family companies in Surabaya.

Educational problems always arise along with the development and increase of students' abilities, situations and environmental conditions that exist due to the influence of information and culture as well as the development of science and technology. The geography subject for the material of the Theory of the Formation of the Universe according to the results of observations and interviews made to class X social studies 3 students at SMAN 3 Jember is considered boring material. This study used the classroom action research method. The research will be carried out as many as two cycles, if in cycle I it has been achieved as desired, namely achieved classical completeness, then the implementation of the cycle is stopped, but if the results achieved have not reached the desired one, then continued in cycle II by optimizing the researcher's hard work in applying the STAD learning model so that the expected goals are achieved. The results of learning activities in cycle II are better than learning in cycle I. The application of the STAD model learners has succeeded in increasing students' abilities and increasing student activity by 93.75%, growing awareness to always uphold cooperation in solving problems together so as to realize a high social sense between friends in school  

Pelvic inflammatory disease is a reproductive system disorder in women that can be caused by viruses or bacteria. Pelvic inflammatory disease is an inflammatory process of the female genital organs in the pelvic cavity, namely the genital tract consisting of the uterus, fallopian tubes and surrounding areas including the peritoneum. It is caused by Neisseria gonorrhoeeae or Chlamidia trachomatis and may be the organism involved in bacterial vaginosis. Objective: This study aims to describe the risk factors for pelvic inflammatory disease experienced by women of childbearing age. Research methods; This study uses an analytical survey. The population in this study were all cases of GSR who were treated in hospitals. Andi Makkasau, Parepare City with a total of 247 people. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The method of data collection in this study is secondary data, namely if the desired data collection is obtained from other people or other places and is not carried out by the researcher himself where in this study the researcher records the register number of patients with pelvic inflammation (PRP) obtained from the register book at the GSR treatment room or medical record. Then take the patient's status on the medical record at Andi Makkasau Hospital. After that, take the data and select the complete data based on the specified criteria. Internet and social media users in Indonesia, online E-Commerce businesses are increasingly growing. E-Commerce is business activities involving consumers, manufacturers, service providers and intermediaries using computer networks, namely the internet. E-Commerce users are also of various ages, because there are many conveniences when shopping online, just open the desired E-Commerce application, choose the items you buy and the goods arrive as desired within a few days. The increasing number of online buying and selling has indirectly influenced changes in legal regulations. The rules that apply in Indonesia are still unclear regarding electronic buying and selling. This is due to the fact that the conditions necessary for the validity of an electronic agreement have not been specifically regulated. The aim of this research is to determine the validity of electronic contract agreements in E-Commerce transactions in terms of civil law. In this research, normative research methods were used. This method involves processing data from legal regulations and applying rules or norms as the basis for research. Research results Electronic documents are binding and recognized as valid evidence to provide legal certainty regarding the operation of electronic systems and electronic transactions, especially for proof and related to legal actions carried out through electronic systems

This activity emerged from the inspiration and desire of the writers to improve the English language skills of students in the neighborhood where the writers live, namely neighborhood V, Sei Putih Barat sub-district, Medan Petisah District, North Sumatra Province, who basically still have difficulties in understanding the language. English, especially in the Vocabulary aspect, is why the authors held this activity with the hope that students will have good knowledge after participating in this activity. Community Service (PKM) is an integral aspect of community progress and sustainable development. By actively engaging in community-based initiatives, individuals, organizations and institutions contribute to addressing social problems, building trust and fostering social cohesion. This activity involved around 20 students ranging in age from 8 - 12 years. This activity will be carried out for around 3 days, namely 17 – 19 November 2022 with a duration of 90 minutes/session. The song titles used are (1) Hokey Pokey, (2) 10 little Indians, (3) Head shoulders knees and toes, (4) Bingo, (5) Good Morning, (6) ABC, (7) Old Mc Donald had a farm, (8) London bridge is falling down, (9) There was an old lady who swallowed a fly, (10) There was an old lady who swallowed a fly, (11) 10 green bottles, (12) If you 're happy and you know it. After carrying out this activity, the students showed an increase in vocabulary, it was seen that they were able to fill in the blanks to complete the song after listening to it several times.

Love can be used as an answer to the question of human existence. So many philosophers from the west and east offer concepts about love, Erich Fromm is one of them who considers that love is an art. The purpose of this study is to classify five objects of love from Erich Fromm's thoughts in poems by W.S Rendra. Poetry was chosen as the object of research because poetry can be used as a means for someone to express love. This research method is a literature study as well as a literature review. The results of this study are five titles of poems that represent the five objects of love. First, object of brotherly love entitled "Aku Mendengar Suara" because this poem contains Rendra who loves his oppressed brothers. The object of maternal love titled "Ibunda" contains a mother's love that is like the earth that provides its fertility for her children to grow and sacrifices everything a mother has for her children, truly loving even though she does not get anything from the child. The object of erotic love with the title "Barangkali Karena Bulan" is about exclusive love to one person, namely the poet's love for a woman. Self-love with the poem titled "Orang Biasa" contains Rendra's love for himself. Last, the object of God's love titled "Tuhan, Aku Cinta Padamu" is about Rendra's desire to return to Him and achieve unification between the servant and his God.

Counseling about drug abuse is very important, especially among youth generation. This age period is a group that is prone to drug abuse because of the desire to do experiment, seek identity, seek recognition and lifestyle. The counseling aims to provide knowledge and understanding about the disadvantages of drug abuse, the impact of drug abuse and the legal impact of drug abuse. This counseling is important as a preventive effort to overcome the danger of drugs. Hopefully, the youth generation will be more interested to find out what drugs are and examine the pros and cons without having to try and learn from other’s experience.

Spiritually mature believers will have firm faith in the midst of the onslaught of misleading teaching influences and amidst the various storms of life. Believers who experience spiritual maturity will have the desire to serve God faithfully so that many souls are brought to Christ. Therefore, the role of the Bible is very much needed in distinguishing true maturity from a Christian spiritual point of view.

This study aims to describe the current and preferred organizational culture profile of PT Eddy Transport Raya based on the perceptions of all employees. The sampling method in this study is included in the type of saturated sample, where all the population numbers are samples. The total population in this study was 33 consisting of all employees of PT Eddy Transport Raya, so there were 33 people to be used as samples for research data collection. Primary data collection was carried out by distributing OCAI (Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument) questionnaires to all employees. The variable in this study is organizational culture with 4 indicators indicator or type of culture namely Clan, Adhocracy, Market and Hierarchy. The results of these 4 indicators provide an understanding of the organizational culture of the company. Thus it can help leaders in terms of communication and decision making within the company. In this study, employees have the perception that the current organizational culture of PT Eddy Transport Raya is more towards clan culture. In addition, employees have the desire to change and improve the organizational culture to become adhocracy.

The more diverse choices of cars offered, making consumers often confused to make a choice whether from the brand, model, type, price, engine capacity, transmission, year of manufacture and fuel capacity as well as the advantages of the car. The car selection process still uses a manual system, namely by using conventional brochures or catalog media and usually consumers make purchases only because they are interested in the latest model or appearance and facilities without being adjusted to their needs. This study aims to create a system that can be used in the selection of cars according to consumer desires and apply the WASPAS method in providing recommendations for car selection based on the criteria of brand, model, type, price, engine capacity, transmission, year of manufacture and fuel capacity. The results of the recommendations from the selection of criteria for the Honda brand and CVT transmission resulted in a recommendation for the Honda Brio.
