The purpose of this research is to design a basic food sales information system at Misman Store to assist the performance of Store employees in processing data and selling basic necessities which still use a manual recording system in managing stocks and transactions in the store, which causes inefficiencies in monitoring inventory of goods. Research using qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results of the study, among others, make it easier for employees at misman shops to complete the main tasks of selling goods such as data management to be easier, more efficient, and effective with this system. sales and sales transaction reports. The designed web-based information system has several main features such as system login, dashboard, item category management, inventory management, and transaction recording and reporting. This system is designed to improve the efficiency of store operations and facilitate the management of goods data and sales transactions.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Social Service of the North Sumatra Province Batubara Regency are business operators engaged in the business sector, which touches the interests of the community around the Regency of Coal. MSMEs have an important position, not only in employment and public welfare, in many ways they are the glue and stabilize the problem of social inequality. MSMEs are currently very developed. However, the current problem that arises is that the Chair of the UMKM in Coal is having difficulty monitoring MSME social funding assistance provided to communities around Coal, the lack of public understanding of the reporting of the social assistance fund accountability and due to these inaccessible location conditions that triggered the social services difficult to monitor. then we need an information system that is able to do data collection, management, monitoring the use of aid funds. In addition, the Social Service can directly monitor the responsibility of MSMEs in managing aid funds.The results of this study are a monitoring information system application that replaces the previously running process, in this application makes it easy for the recipient to know the amount of assistance received and in making reports can be directly accessed online.

Work Practice is a form of providing education and skills training that systematically and synchronously combines educational programs on campus and skills mastery programs obtained through working in the world of work, aimed at achieving a certain level of professional expertise. This work practice is part of an internship program implemented by the North Sumatra State Islamic University (UINSU) consisting of students from the Computer Science Study Program, Faculty of Science and Technology. North Sumatra State Islamic University (UINSU). The author was assigned to the Medan City Religious Education and Training Agency, one of whose duties was compiling and archiving documents. The author supervises and reviews the progress of structuring and writing documents at the Education and Training Agency. The method for implementing the internship/field work practice program (Magang) used by students is Project Based Learning (PBL) is a teaching method where students learn by being actively involved in projects in the real world and with personal meaning. This MBKM program internship activity results in the transfer of knowledge, transfer of skills, and transfer of new technology which will be useful for students as guidance and useful experience in the world of work in the future.

The government essentially provides services to the community and is required to serve the community and create conditions so that it has an impact on the community to develop, one of which is education. Through the Secretariat General, public complaints about education issues are submitted to Commission X of the DPR RI. The background for choosing this title was due to the increase in complaints submitted by the public regarding education, as well as a decrease in the performance of the Secretariat General of the DPR RI. The research objective is to identify and analyze the performance of the Secretariat General in following up on complaints to Commission X DPR RI. This study uses the theory of Agus Dharma (2004) with three measurement indicators that determine success, namely, (1) quantity, (2) quality, and (3) timeliness. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. This study uses a way to collect data by making observations to collect data at the Secretariat General and Commission X DPR RI. The results on indicator (1) Quantity, the number of reports that have been completed by Commission X DPR RI are not submitted back to the Secretariat General of the DPR RI. (2) Quality, there is no clear information regarding the follow-up of letters submitted through the websitewebsite, human resources need to conduct training on the applied information technology system, Commission X DPR RI is one that receives the most complaints in 2020-2021, (3) Timeliness, the time needed is very long because of the difficulty level of the complaint letter, correction of the results of the analysis until the letter can be submitted to Commission X DPR RI. The conclusion of this study is that in following up on complaints to Commission X DPR RI, reports that have been completed by Commission X DPR RI are not submitted back to the Secretariat General.

This research applies the Lean UX approach in redesigning the Mitra Mapan Mulia website with the purpose of enhancing user experience. The Lean UX method is used as a responsive and efficient approach to designing solutions that are more user-focused. Data was collect using interview, literature study and observation methods. The research subjects were state-owned companies and MSMEs. The results showed that there was an improvement in user experience, with performance parameters including navigation time, information clarity, and engagement level. Evaluation results from users involved in prototype testing showed a positive response to design changes, and the use of Lean UX methods provided advantages in accelerating the design process and increasing user satisfaction. This research contributes to the practical understanding and effectiveness of Lean UX in the context of website redesign to achieve the goal of improving user experience

This study aims to evaluate the financial performance of four cement companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2013 period. To achieve this, a descriptive quantitative approach was employed, utilizing purposive sampling. Data for the study was gathered from annual financial reports, which were publicly accessible through the official websites of the IDX and the individual companies. The analysis was carried out using the Du Pont System, a method that decomposes return on equity (ROE) into its components to assess the financial performance of the companies. The results of the analysis reveal that PT Inisial A exhibited the strongest financial performance among the four companies, demonstrating superior efficiency, profitability, and leverage. Following PT Inisial A, PT Inisial X performed moderately well, showing stable financial health but with some room for improvement in certain areas. On the other hand, PT Inisial Y and PT Inisial Z displayed the weakest performance, with PT Inisial Z facing significant challenges in maintaining profitability and managing its assets efficiently. This study’s findings provide valuable insights for investors, as it highlights the financial strengths and weaknesses of the companies involved, assisting them in making more informed investment decisions. Additionally, the results can serve as a reference for other companies within the cement industry, allowing them to identify areas for improvement and potential strategies for enhancing their financial performance. Furthermore, the research may contribute to future academic studies on corporate financial performance, particularly in the context of the cement industry in Indonesia. Overall, this research is expected to benefit both practitioners and academics by providing a comprehensive analysis of the financial status of the companies in question.

An economy is said to be developing if the level of economic accomplishment measures achieved today is higher than that achieved in the previous period. Development is achieved if the physical amount of goods and administrations created in the economy increases over a long time. The reason of this research is to see and encourage for the impact of Investment and Local Revenue (PAD) on Economic development. Methods used in this research This research uses literature review to get an overview of what are the efforts of Batam city government in economic growth in Batam city, therefore in this article there are various data sources and references. The data used in this research is additional information in the form of budget reports obtained from BP Batam and BP Batam's official website. The result of this research is a review of several data sources that have been collected for the purpose of solving the problem at hand derived from previous studies and research.

This research aims to help MSMEs in Cibalung Village through the creation of a website with features that are specially designed according to the wishes and needs of the MSMEs in the village. The creation of this website involves several respondents in Cibalung Village which includes Farmers, MSME business actors, Housewives, and freelancers. The website that was created is intended as an information media about agricultural cultivation, fisheries and livestock and marketing that can be used to introduce and promote processed products for the community in the village. Data collection was carried out with a survey using a questionnaire with 21 questions and reinforced by interviews. based on the results of interviews and questionnaires obtained with 30 respondents from the entire UMKM population in Cibalung Village.

This community service activity (PKM) aims to improve operational efficiency and service quality at Santosa Catering through the implementation of a web-based catering ordering system. Santosa Catering, as a micro business, faces obstacles in managing orders that are still done manually, which causes inaccurate stock information, delays in delivery, and limited customer access to menus and prices. Through a Diffusion of Science and Technology and Knowledge Transfer approach, a web-based ordering system was developed and implemented to support business operations. The system allows customers to access real-time menu information, place online orders, and choose preferred payment methods, while the owner and staff were given intensive training to effectively operate the system. The evaluation results showed significant improvements in all aspects of assessment, including understanding of system features, operational skills, time efficiency, and customer satisfaction, as shown in the comparison chart of pretest and posttest results. The system not only optimizes operational processes but also increases customer satisfaction, strengthens business competitiveness, and has the potential to become a model for other micro businesses in utilizing digital technology. Thus, this PKM activity is expected to contribute to the sustainability of Santosa Catering's business in the digital era.

"Digitalization Web for Mulyaharja Village, Bogor: A Community Empowerment Initiative" This project aims to develop a digital platform for Mulyaharja Village, Bogor, to enhance community empowerment and improve access to information and services. The web-based platform will provide a range of features, including news and announcements, community forums, and online services, to facilitate communication and collaboration among residents, village officials, and local businesses. By leveraging digital technology, this initiative seeks to promote transparency, accountability, and inclusivity in village governance, while also fostering economic growth and social development.

Critical thinking skills are essential for every student, especially in today's digital era, where information is spread so freely and without limits. Students need to be taught how to think critically to make the right decisions regarding the information obtained. At school, developing critical thinking skills will help students face increasingly complex challenges. In this case, teachers play a very important role in guiding and educating students to develop these skills well. The objectives of this study are: 1) To find out the role of social studies teachers in improving the critical thinking skills of 8th grade students in the digital era of Ngeri 1 Boyolangu Junior High School. 2) To find out the steps used by social studies teachers to develop critical thinking skills of 8th grade students at Ngeri 1 Boyolangu Junior High School. 3) To find out the inhibiting and supporting factors in developing students' critical thinking skills. The approach used in this research is qualitative. data collection procedures in this study using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out through data collection, data reduction, data display, and data verification. Research Results: 1) Teachers play a role in designing lesson plans with varied learning methods, in each method there are discussion activities, teaching by taking real problems in accordance with the reality related to the material in the classroom, familiarizing students to ask, answer, provide input and provide simple solutions related to the problems given.2) Steps to Develop Students' Critical Thinking Skills, including teachers getting students used to asking questions, answering, providing simple solutions related to the problems given. Teachers use digital media, such as PowerPoint and websites, as well as game-based learning, which not only makes learning more interesting but also supports students' critical thinking skills through technology. Teachers provide positive motivation to encourage students to participate more actively in learning. 3) The inhibiting factors include the rapid flow of digital information, “filter bubble,” lack of digital literacy, and low learning independence. Supporting factors include motivation from teachers or parents and students' intellectual development, which encourages exploration of information and a higher learning spirit.

Kiringan Hamlet, as one of the traditional herbal medicine production centers, is experiencing obstacles in marketing their products due to the lack of attractive visual identity and minimal utilization of digital technology. This service program aims to assist MSMEs in Kiringan Hamlet in improving their branding and competitiveness through logo and packaging redesign and website design as a digital marketing medium. The methods used include observation, interviews, solution design, and digital-based design implementation. The results of this program show that the new logo design and packaging stickers increase product attractiveness and strengthen MSME brand identity. In addition, the website design provided a digital solution to expand market reach. The evaluation showed that MSME players responded positively to this contribution and began to realize the importance of digital branding in marketing. With this program, it is expected that MSMEs in Kiringan Hamlet can be more developed and able to compete in a wider market with more effective digital branding and marketing strategies.

This community service activity was carried out to improve the psychosocial capacity of Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) in Taiwan through online education that focuses on work stress management, adaptability, and achievement motivation. The activity was carried out in collaboration with the GANAS Community Taiwan and was attended by 35 participants who are members of the community. The implementation was carried out online using Zoom Meeting, with three webinar sessions, each discussing one main topic. Evaluation was carried out to measure the increase in participants' understanding of the material presented. The results of the activity showed a fairly good increase in understanding for the topics of stress management, work adaptation, and achievement motivation. Participants also provided positive feedback on the delivery method and the relevance of the material to the situations they experienced. This activity shows that a webinar-based educational approach can be an effective strategy in increasing PMI's knowledge and awareness of the psychosocial issues they face in the country of placement. Follow-up in the form of similar activities periodically is needed to strengthen the impact and reach more migrant worker communities in the future.

Facial recognition, a branch of image processing, is widely used in attendance systems to improve efficiency and security. This study develops an employee attendance monitoring system that integrates facial recognition using the Eigenface algorithm in OpenCV. The system records each individual's facial data alongside a password, enabling automated attendance tracking. Testing results indicate that with a database of 10 facial entries, the system achieved 100% accuracy in recognizing individuals. However, as the database expanded beyond 10 entries, accuracy declined to 80%, influenced by factors such as lighting variations, differences in facial structures, and increased data volume. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) methodology, with expert validation yielding a score of 3.4, categorizing the system as "Highly Valid." User testing with 11 participants resulted in an overall score of 36, classifying the system as "Very Good (Valid)." The findings highlight the potential of facial recognition in improving attendance management while minimizing fraudulent entries. Future research should focus on optimizing recognition accuracy in larger databases through refined preprocessing techniques, image quality adjustments, and deep learning models.

In today's digital era, the application of digital marketing is the main key in increasing the sales volume of various products, including ornamental corals. This research aims to find out how CV Rezky Bahari Makassar applies digital marketing to increase sales of ornamental corals. Through a qualitative approach of exploratory case study type, data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. data analysis methods using descriptive qualitative. The results showed that CV. Rezky Bahari Makassar has implemented various digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Website and Email Marketing, Integrated digital marketing strategies focus on attractive visual content, technological innovations such as 360-degree videos and direct interaction with customers to increase the visibility and accessibility of its products to consumers. The implementation of this strategy resulted in a significant increase in sales of ornamental corals. Despite facing challenges such as a decline in revenue due to the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, the company managed to return to a positive growth path through digital marketing strategies, with sales revenue reaching its highest peak in 2023. This research provides insights into effective digital marketing practices in the ornamental coral industry and suggests that the integration of various digital channels can result in increased sales.

The Agricultural Office of Central Lombok Regency is a government institution that utilizes a website to provide information regarding various agricultural services to the public. This website is used by both the staff of the Agricultural Office and the public. To assess the level of user satisfaction with the website of the Agricultural Office of Central Lombok Regency, this study employs the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method, which measures satisfaction through five dimensions: Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, and Timeliness. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the extent of user satisfaction with the website using a Likert scale as the measurement tool. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 55 respondents, consisting of both the staff of the Agricultural Office and the public who use the website. The results show that the level of user satisfaction with the website of the Agricultural Office of Central Lombok Regency falls into the "agree" category for all dimensions examined. The average satisfaction percentages for each dimension are as follows: Content (78.18%), Accuracy (75.2%), Format (76%), Ease of Use (74%), and Timeliness (75%). The Content dimension showed the highest percentage, indicating that the completeness and relevance of the information on the website significantly influence user satisfaction. Based on these findings, it is recommended to improve the website’s interface and update the information regularly to enhance the user experience. This study provides a clear picture of user satisfaction with the website of the Agricultural Office of Central Lombok Regency and can serve as a reference for future website development.

An expert system is a computer program designed to imitate the decision-making ability of an expert in a particular field, combining knowledge and rules obtained from experts to diagnose problems, provide advice, or make complex decisions, especially in dental diseases, so this requires the design of an expert system application for website-based dental disease diagnosis with a UML model for users who support the diagnostic process using the certainty factor method, in terms of the explanation of the certainty factor which has a concept based on symptoms and diagnoses from the weight of an expert's value and the user's value, then calculated with the formula in CF, the final result is the creation of a website-based dental disease diagnosis expert system.
