This study discusses the design of a goods storage information system at the Medan Class A Search and Rescue Office to improve the efficiency and accuracy of goods management management. This system is designed to automate the process of storing and tracking goods, which has been done manually and often causes various problems such as tracking difficulties and data inaccuracies. The results of the implementation show that this information system is able to minimize errors, reduce the risk of loss of goods, and ensure the availability of important equipment in real-time. Despite challenges such as user resistance and resource requirements, careful planning and proper training overcame these obstacles. In conclusion, this system contributes significantly in improving the operational performance of the Medan Class A Search and Rescue Office.

Effective financial management remains a significant challenge for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), including Moon Cafe, which previously operated without a structured system for recording cash flow. The lack of such a system impeded the ability to track financial performance and business development effectively. To address this issue, a web-based cash flow management system was introduced to improve transparency, accuracy, and efficiency in documenting financial transactions. Data collection methods such as interviews, observations, and documentation were employed to identify the needs and challenges faced by the business. The implementation results showed that the web-based system streamlined the process of real-time cash flow recording, organized financial data more effectively, and generated accurate and well-structured reports. Additionally, the system enhanced operational efficiency and offered greater financial management flexibility. With improved accessibility through digital devices, Moon Cafe can monitor its financial health more effectively and make faster strategic decisions, fostering sustainable business growth.

This study compares the financial performance of three manufacturing companies in Indonesia, namely PT Intan Wijaya International Tbk, PT Duta Pertiwi Nusantara Tbk, and PT Madusari Murni Indah Tbk, during the 2019-2023 period. The analysis was conducted using liquidity, activity, solvency, profitability, and market ratios to evaluate the financial health of each company. The results show that PT Duta Pertiwi Nusantara Tbk excels in liquidity ratios (average current ratio of 3.92 and average quick ratio of 3.48) as well as operational efficiency on average age of receivables (46.06 days) and inventory turnover (17.68 times). Meanwhile, PT Madusari Murni Indah Tbk has the highest solvency ratio (average TIE of 48.2% and average Fixed Charge Coverage of 8.2), although its debt-to-asset burden is also greater (debt ratio of 33%). On the other hand, PT Intan Wijaya International Tbk performed best on profitability (average ROE of 61.4%) and effectiveness of total asset utilization (average total asset turnover of 0.91). However, all three companies face the challenge of ratio fluctuations due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. This study is expected to provide important insights for stakeholders in making strategic decisions, as well as contribute to the literature of financial performance analysis of the manufacturing sector.

Taqwa Mosque in Jorong Sawah Mudik, Nagari Batahan Utara, Pasaman Barat Regency, plays a significant role as a center for worship, education, and social activities in the community. However, over time, the mosque's condition has become inadequate to meet the growing needs of its congregation. This study aims to redesign and develop the mosque with an earthquake-resistant structural concept using caisson foundations. The methods employed include data collection, spatial needs analysis, structural design using AutoCAD and ETABS applications, and participatory discussion forums with the local community. The result is an optimal mosque design that considers spatial efficiency, accessibility, and sustainability. This study highlights the importance of community involvement in creating a design that is not only functional but also aligned with local values.

Agroindustry plays a crucial role in the economy, particularly in supporting food security and creating business opportunities in rural areas. However, to remain competitive in an increasingly challenging market, a comprehensive evaluation of financial performance is essential. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of the Tahu Bulat Agroindustry in Buniasih Hamlet, Muktisari Village, Cipaku Subdistrict, Ciamis Regency, using the Du Pont System approach over the 2022–2024 period. The analysis focuses on five key indicators: Assets Turnover, Net Profit Margin, Return on Investment (ROI), Equity Multiplier, and Return on Equity (ROE). The results reveal an average Assets Turnover of 1.42 times, indicating effective asset utilization in generating sales. The average Net Profit Margin of 17.80% reflects the company’s ability to generate net profit from sales. The average ROI of 25.55% indicates efficient asset utilization. The Equity Multiplier has an average of 4.77 times, demonstrating the contribution of the capital structure to asset management. Meanwhile, the average ROE of 125.54% highlights high returns on equity, despite significant declines in the final year. The study concludes that the financial performance of the agroindustry is generally good, but declining indicators in the last year require strategies to improve efficiency and asset management. It is recommended that the company reevaluate its capital structure and enhance operational efficiency to ensure business sustainability.

This research aims to design and develop a specialized frying device for chicken using the deep fryer method. The deep frying method was chosen for its ability to produce a crispy texture and even cooking. The design process of this device involves user needs analysis, mechanical design, and prototype testing. The developed frying device is designed to improve efficiency and consistency in the chicken frying process, as well as to minimize oil absorption in the final product. The test results show that this device is capable of producing chicken with optimal texture and taste. The use of this device is expected to be a practical solution for the culinary industry in enhancing the quality and efficiency of the chicken frying process. Data collection was conducted through observation, documentation, and literature study. The data analysis used was descriptive. After the design process, testing of the device was carried out to determine the doneness of the chicken using cooking times of 8 minutes, 14 minutes, and 20 minutes. The research results showed that the design process was carried out through several stages of component design. The test results indicated that frying for 14 minutes was the most optimal for producing perfectly cooked chicken with a crispy exterior, tender interior, and balanced flavor.

Operational management is an important part of problem solving factors in manufacturing companies because they have to face changing environmental conditions. Marketing Strategy is a strategy designed to promote goods or services with the aim of generating profits. Especially in some contexts, consumers tend to focus more on brands than products when making purchases, choosing certain brands because they have a positive image. Qualitative research methods place more emphasis on observing phenomena that occur and more on examining the substance of the meaning of these phenomena. Descriptive qualitative research means that the researcher must describe an object, phenomenon, or social setting which will be outlined in narrative writing. Operations management is a series of activities related to planning, organizing, controlling and supervising all resources used in the process of producing goods or services. The main function of operations management is to create quality products or services, at efficient costs, at the right time, and in accordance with market demand. This research is quantitative research that works with numbers and the data is in the form of numbers which are then analyzed using statistics to test hypotheses or to answer specific research questions and to make predictions. This research approach is explanatory research where data collection is carried out simultaneously in one stage (one shot study} or in a cross-section through a questionnaire. One of the main impacts of operations management what is good is increasing the efficiency of the production process by designing and managing efficient production processes, companies can optimize the use of available resources, reduce waste, and increase output without increasing significant costs. Effective operations management has a significant impact on various aspects of company performance, including operational efficiency, cost control, product quality and service, and customer satisfaction. This paper presents the design and implementation of an automatic Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) making device using an Arduino Uno microcontroller. Virgin Coconut Oil has gained popularity due to its health benefits and versatile uses in various industries. The traditional process of making VCO involves manual effort and precise timing, which can be tedious and inconsistent. The proposed automated system aims to streamline the VCO production process by integrating sensors, actuators, and a microcontroller to achieve precise control and monitoring of the process variables. The Arduino Uno microcontroller serves as the central unit for data acquisition, processing, and control, facilitating automation through programmed logic. Key components of the automated VCO maker include temperature sensors for monitoring heating stages, a motor for stirring, and relays for controlling heating elements. The system utilizes feedback loops to maintain optimal conditions during each phase of VCO production, ensuring reproducibility and quality. The design also emphasizes user-friendly operation, with an interface that provides real-time feedback on process parameters and allows manual intervention if necessary. Safety features are incorporated to prevent overheating and ensure operational reliability. Overall, the developed automatic VCO maker offers a practical solution to enhance the efficiency and consistency of VCO production, catering to both small-scale producers and commercial enterprises in the food and cosmetic industries

Induction motors are components that convert electrical energy into mechanical energy and are very much in demand among industries, with low prices, sturdy construction and easy maintenance making these induction motors used for heavy industrial applications. However, the 3-phase induction motor at this time chooses a low torque and speed so that it affects the efficiency of the induction motor performance, which will decrease.  This study examines the effect of unsymmetrical 2-layer 6-phase induction motor design on the torque and speed of 3-phase induction motors using the finite element method. This research was conducted using Ansys software, which aims to see the magnetic flux density and the effect of 6-phase induction motor design on the torque and speed of a 3-phase induction motor using the finite element method. The induction motor that is the reference for this research has specifications of a 3-phase induction motor: 0.75 KW, 1 HP, 220/380 V, 3.5/2 A, 50 Hz, 1390 rpm.  Ships with efficient port time reflect success in various aspects such as port operations, including time management, coordination between related parties, readiness of facilities and equipment, and workforce reliability. These efficiencies not only benefit port operators and shipping companies, but also contribute to smooth logistics supply chains, lower costs and increase economic competitiveness. Researchers determine 2 (two) types of data, namely secondary data and primary data, which will be processed through interviews and literature. Plans are a vital component in a government to achieve directed and sustainable development. This research aims to identify the importance of plans in managing resources, setting priorities, and creating transparency and accountability in government. The method used in this research is qualitative analysis based on literature reviews and case studies related to plan implementation in various governments, both national and local. The focus of this research includes the role of plans in resource efficiency, risk mitigation, and coordination between institutions. The research results show that governments that have thorough planning are better able to optimize the use of budget, labor and time compared to governments without clear plans. In addition, a good plan helps the government anticipate potential risks and challenges, as well as provide strategic solutions to face them. In terms of transparency, planning documents enable the public to monitor government performance, increase public trust, and support public participation in the development process. This research also found that plans that are inclusive and involve various stakeholders are able to create stronger synergy between institutions and maintain program sustainability even if there is a change in leadership. In conclusion, plans in government are not only a tool to direct development, but also an important instrument to ensure stability, effectiveness and efficiency. With a structured plan, the government can achieve development goals optimally and have a significant impact on community welfare. This research recommends strengthening planning capacity at all levels of government to improve the quality of governance and public services.

The liquidation of a subsidiary in the banking sector is a strategic step with a significant impact on the financial performance, reputation, and sustainability of the parent company. This study aims to analyze the factors that drive liquidation, both internal such as financial performance, mismanagement, and legal compliance, as well as external such as market changes, natural disasters, and globalization pressures. Data were collected through academic literature review using qualitative approaches and data triangulation to improve the reliability of the results. The results of the study show that poor liquidity management, both due to internal and external factors, is the main cause of liquidation. The impact on the reputation of the parent company is dualistic: on the one hand it increases operational efficiency, but on the other hand it risks creating negative perceptions, such as management failures or employee losses. Therefore, companies must strengthen financial management, utilize technology to monitor cash flow in real-time, and develop flexible risk policies. Transparent communication with stakeholders is also important to minimize reputational impact. This study shows that effective liquidity management supports operational efficiency and increases public confidence, customers, and regulators, relevant for both Islamic and conventional banking in dealing with market dynamics.

This study was conducted to evaluate how the Gojek application contributes to the development of the digital economy, especially for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Tanjung Pinang City. Together with the rapid development of digital technology, Gojek has become a solution for MSMEs in expanding market share, increasing operational efficiency, and easy access to financial services. This research explores qualitative methods that take a case study approach to MSME players who utilize the Gojek application. The research shows that the Gojek application makes a significant contribution to the development of the digital economy of MSMEs in Tanjung Pinang by providing easy access to marketing, delivery of goods, and digital payments. In addition, MSME entrepreneurs in Tanjung Pinang benefit in gaining cost and time efficiency, while increasing revenue from their sales. However, there are still some obstacles that need to be overcome related to technological adjustments, infrastructure limitations, and costs that must be borne by MSME players.

The implementation of the Hospital Information Management System (SIMRS) plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of public healthcare services in Indonesia. With the country's vast geographical landscape and significant disparities in healthcare access between urban and rural areas, SIMRS offers an integrated digital solution to streamline hospital operations and improve service delivery. This study explores the impact of SIMRS on the efficiency of hospital management, particularly in administrative processes such as patient registration, medical records, and resource allocation. Additionally, SIMRS contributes to improving healthcare accessibility by enabling seamless data exchange between healthcare facilities, ensuring that patients in remote areas can access timely and appropriate care. Despite its benefits, the implementation of SIMRS faces challenges, such as limited infrastructure, high implementation costs, and a lack of trained personnel. To overcome these obstacles, it is essential for the government, healthcare institutions, and other stakeholders to collaborate in providing adequate training, improving infrastructure, and ensuring sustainable implementation of SIMRS. This study concludes that SIMRS has the potential to significantly improve healthcare services in Indonesia, provided that the challenges are addressed and adequate support is given for its expansion across the country.

The tourism sector in Indonesia is growing rapidly thanks to the abundant natural, social, cultural and regional potential. One educational tourist attraction that is currently developing is Arjuna Farm in Tasikmalaya City, which offers the concept of integrating the agricultural and fisheries sectors with the application of IoT (Internet of Things) technology. This research aims to analyze the application of IoT technology to support hydroponic production management at Arjuna Farm, especially in increasing the effectiveness, efficiency and quality of agricultural products. The research used a case study approach with a qualitative descriptive method, involving direct observation, in-depth interviews with the main managers (Mr. Andi and Mrs. Selvi), as well as analysis of secondary data from various literary sources. The research location was chosen by purposive sampling, located at Jalan Situ Cibereum, Tamanjaya, Tamansari, Tasikmalaya City, during November 2024. The research results show that POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling) based management is implemented well, supported by IoT systems such as automatic watering, drip irrigation. This technology enables efficient and real-time production management, thereby maintaining the quality and sustainability of harvests, as well as increasing the attractiveness of Arjuna Farm as an educational tourist attraction based on modern technology.

Harapan Baru is a crab procurement business that serves as a critical link between fishermen and pond farmers. Crabs, as the primary commodity, are subject to significant price fluctuations and quality variations. This study aims to evaluate the economic viability of Harapan Baru's operations by analyzing costs, revenue, and profitability. Employing a critical incident technique, the research found that the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory management method and Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) model significantly enhance operational efficiency. By ensuring timely inventory turnover and optimizing order quantities, these methods mitigate risks associated with demand variability, climate change, and operational challenges. Moreover, the study underscores the essential role of mangrove ecosystems in sustaining crab populations and the economic benefits derived from this natural resource. The integration of technology and SWOT analysis highlights the potential for Harapan Baru to enhance its competitive advantage and contribute to the long-term sustainability of the fisheries industry.

The purpose of this research is to develop a data search system for thesis and internship reports at the Faculty of Engineering Library of Gajah Putih University Takengon (UGP). This search engine will be created and used to help students and library employees access thesis and internship report information. Analysis of user needs, system design, creation of effective search algorithms, and evaluation of system performance are all topics that will be discussed in this thesis. Interviews with potential users, satisfaction surveys, and historical data collection of library usage are the methods used. It is expected that the results of this research will help library users find and retrieve thesis and internship report data and improve the accessibility and availability of academic information at the UGP Faculty of Engineering. When search engine technology is used, it is expected that the time required for Information will increase productivity, improve efficiency, and support the academic development of students at UGP.

The use of artificial intelligence (AI) in banking has grown rapidly in recent years, providing opportunities and challenges in dealing with it. AI in the banking world is expected to facilitate use, strengthen customer data security, and optimize risk management. This article aims to analyze the level of customer user experience towards banking services by utilizing artificial intelligence (AI). The analysis technique used in this study is descriptive with a quantitative approach, involving 100 respondents of various ages, various jobs and various educational backgrounds. The main requirement for respondents is that they are customers of various conventional banks in Ponorogo Regency who have used artificial intelligence (AI)-based banking services. Data were collected through questionnaires supplemented with secondary data in the form of documents related to the implementation of artificial intelligence in the banking service system. The application of AI in the banking sector is the detection and prevention of fraudulent transactions in real time, identity verification through biometrics, identity verification through biometrics, chatbots and virtual assistants for customer service, detecting suspicious activity, and the use of smart wallets. The findings in this study explain that artificial intelligence (AI) is able to increase the efficiency of services to customers, provide a better experience, and improve the quality of banking services. This research aims to analyze the relationship between feed prices and the productivity of broiler chickens in Indonesia, considering that poultry farming is the main source of animal protein needs for the community. One important component that influences production efficiency is feed prices, which often change due to changes in local and international markets. This research uses a quantitative analysis method with regression which is used in this research to find the relationship between the increase in feed prices and the level of productivity of broiler chickens, including body weight gain, feed efficiency and mortality rates. The data used includes feed prices, production costs and harvest yields from various regions in Indonesia during a certain time period. According to research results, the increase in feed prices made a significant contribution to the decline in broiler chicken productivity. These results indicate that to maintain production stability, strategies to manage feed costs and diversify local raw material sources are needed. In conclusion, to keep the poultry farming industry in Indonesia afloat, feed price stability is very important.
