This study aims to analyze the comparison between unlawful acts (PMH) in criminal law and civil law in Indonesia, focusing on the differences in definitions and the elements that constitute unlawful acts in both legal systems, as well as the implications of the application of PMH in each field of law. The research method used is normative juridical, with legislative and conceptual approaches to examine the provisions in the Criminal Code (KUHP) and the Civil Code (KUHPer). This study identifies fundamental differences in objectives, sanctions, and legal subjects involved, as well as their impact on individual and societal interests. The research findings show that although there are similarities in the basic principles regulating PMH, significant differences lie in the nature of the sanctions imposed, where criminal law emphasizes prevention and punishment, while civil law focuses on compensation and recovery of losses. This research provides insights into how these two legal systems complement each other in maintaining justice and order in Indonesia.

This article examines the management of marine tourism in Lanjukang Island, a tourist destination located in the Spermonde Islands, Makassar City, South Sulawesi, with a focus on the role of maritime diplomacy in increasing tourism potential while preserving marine resources. This research uses a qualitative approach with literature study methods and interviews with relevant parties, such as local governments and local communities. Lanjukang Island, with its beautiful underwater nature and beaches, faces challenges in the form of coral reef damage due to destructive fishing practices and coastal abrasion processes. Nevertheless, Lanjukang Island remains an attractive tourist destination for domestic and foreign tourists. The Makassar City Government plays an active role in promoting marine tourism through international collaboration, one of which is through the Makassar International Eight Festival and Forum (F8) event. Maritime diplomacy, which emphasizes international cooperation in marine resource management and tourism, plays a key role in facilitating sustainable tourism development on Lanjukang Island. The research found that while there is great potential in the marine tourism sector, more integrated and sustainable management is needed to support the local economy and the preservation of the marine environment. Collaboration between government, community and international partners is essential to achieve a balance between tourism development and nature conservation.

In essence, every child has the right to safety, survival, and the right to receive quality education. However, these rights may not be fulfilled due to several threats, both internal and external. Threats can occur from family factors, the environment, nature, and technology that can cause children's rights to be unsustainable. These disasters, both small and large disasters, will basically have an impact on the safety and education of children. If education is disrupted, there is a risk that children will drop out of school or even be unable to attend school permanently. The interruption of education will have a negative impact on children both economically and socially in the future, in addition to also having an impact on the child's family and community.

The humanity and sinlessness of Jesus Christ in carrying out His mission in the world, has always been an interesting theme and invites debate, both among theologians and secularists. Human weakness in understanding and accepting the fact of the dual nature of Jesus Christ, presents various skeptical views, rejections and refutations, including suspicion and doubt that in carrying out His mission, Jesus did not act in His sinless human nature, but in His holy divine nature. However, whatever the forms of rejection, suspicion and debate against that view, the truth of God's Word is accurate evidence and at the same time an answer. This study aims to test the truth that during His mission in the world, Jesus was a true sinless human being, using a method using a qualitative approach using secondary techniques through literature studies. The humanity and sinlessness of Jesus Christ in carrying out His mission in the world has always been an interesting theme and has invited debate, both among theologians and secularists. Human weakness in understanding and accepting the fact of the dual nature of Jesus Christ, presents various views of skepticism, rejection and refutation, not least the suspicion and doubt that in carrying out His mission, Jesus did not act in His sinless human nature, but in His holy divine nature. However, whatever the forms of rejection, suspicion and debate regarding this view, the truth of God's Word is accurate evidence and at the same time the answer that Jesus' human nature is real and during the mission of His redemptive work Jesus acted with His sinless human nature. The results of the study concluded that Jesus' humanity was real, and during his redemptive mission, Jesus acted with a sinless humanity. This study confirms that even though Jesus experienced a full human life, including suffering and weakness, He still lived without sin and without moral fault. This is an important belief in Christian theology that emphasizes that Jesus' humanity does not diminish His purity and holiness in carrying out his redemptive mission for humanity.

Language in a state address functions not only as a medium for delivering information but also as a political communication tool rich in meaning and pragmatic strategies. This study describes the forms and functions of implicature found in President Joko Widodo’s State Address at the 2024 Annual Session of the People’s Consultative Assembly (MPR RI). The study focuses on two aspects: (1) the types of implicature, consisting of conventional and nonconventional implicatures, and (2) the functions of implicature, including assertive, directive, expressive, and commissive functions. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a pragmatic approach and content analysis. The data, in the form of utterances containing implied meanings, were collected using the listening and note-taking techniques and analyzed based on Grice’s implicature theory and relevant pragmatic frameworks. The results show that President Joko Widodo’s state address contains two types of implicature: conventional implicature, which carries explicit and commonly understood meanings, and nonconventional implicature, which requires contextual interpretation because of its implicit nature. Furthermore, four functions of implicature were identified: (1) assertive, used to express facts and the speaker’s beliefs; (2) directive, containing appeals and encouragement to continue national development; (3) expressive, conveying gratitude and appreciation to national institutions; and (4) commissive, emphasizing the President’s commitment to maintaining international trust and national sovereignty. Overall, the findings reveal that the use of implicature in the state address serves as an effective and polite political communication strategy.

This study investigates the effectiveness of green-space–based interventions in reducing eco-anxiety among urban adolescents, a population increasingly vulnerable to climate-related psychological distress. Eco-anxiety, characterized by persistent worry, cognitive overload, and emotional tension in response to environmental change, has emerged as a significant mental-health challenge. The intervention examined in this research involved structured exposure to natural environments combined with guided reflective activities over multiple sessions. Quantitative results showed a substantial reduction in eco-anxiety symptoms, with participants experiencing approximately a 30% decrease in climate-related worry after the intervention. Improvements were also observed in emotional resilience, including enhanced self-regulation, greater cognitive clarity, and improved coping capacity. Qualitative findings reinforced these outcomes, revealing that participants reported deeper emotional calm, stronger feelings of agency, and an increased sense of connectedness with nature. They described green spaces as restorative environments that helped reduce overthinking, clear mental fatigue, and create psychological grounding. These experiences appear to activate mental-restoration processes consistent with environmental psychology, suggesting that nature engagement can serve as both a preventive and therapeutic mental-health strategy. A comparison with conventional counseling approaches indicated that while standard psychological support aids emotional regulation, it often fails to address the specific ecological concerns driving eco-anxiety. In contrast, green-space exposure offers a more targeted and holistic benefit, combining physiological relaxation with meaningful emotional reassurance. The study concludes that expanding access to green spaces, incorporating nature-based therapeutic elements into public-health programs, and promoting balanced climate literacy may enhance adolescent well-being in a time of intensifying environmental challenges.

This study examines the application of the hermeneutical approach in Islamic studies from the perspective of contextual Islamic Religious Education (IRE). The problem underlying this research is the dominance of textual and normative learning patterns in Islamic education that are often disconnected from contemporary social and cultural realities. The study aims to describe the hermeneutic concepts of Fazlur Rahman’s “double movement” and Hans-Georg Gadamer’s “fusion of horizons” and to analyze their relevance in developing contextual IRE. This research employs a qualitative library research method by analyzing recent scientific literature (2021–2025) from national and international journals. The findings reveal that hermeneutics provides a methodological and philosophical foundation for transforming IRE from rote-based learning into reflective, dialogical, and contextual learning. This study concludes that hermeneutics can be used as a conceptual and practical framework to strengthen the relevance of Islamic education in addressing modern challenges. However, the study’s limitation lies in its theoretical nature, so further empirical research is recommended to test the effectiveness of hermeneutic-based pedagogical models in classroom settings.
