IT consultants can share data, manage teams, connect with clients, and manage projects, tasks, and milestones with this solution. Business clients have access to IT specialists, can provide project quotes, and can aggregate project status. The waterfall development technique used includes requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance. User research shows this.

The problem of waste is still a problem faced by people in Indonesia. The form of innovation needs to be presented as a strategy in overcoming waste problems in the community. The purpose of this research is to analyze the forms of innovation that have been carried out to overcome waste problems and see the consistency of the Kita Pemuda organization in carrying out waste management in Kidangberik Hamlet. The focus of this research is to look at the analysis of problems in waste management in Kidangberik Hamlet. This research will see how the village government, Kita Pemuda, and the community carry out their functions to overcome the waste problem in Kidangbang Village. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data sources used are primary and secondary data with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Determination of informants was carried out using purposive sampling techniques from the community, village government, and members of Kita Pemuda.

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a disorder of carbohydrate, protein and fat metabolism characterized by hyperglycemia or increased blood glucose levels that occur as a result of abnormal insulin secretion or decreased insulin action (Buraerah, 2015). The DM management includes 4 main pillars, one of which is physical exercise. Physical exercise is one of the pillars in the management of DM which functions to improve insulin sensitivity and also to maintain a healthy body (Mala, 2018). However, when sufferers don’t go through this management, this is where the role of the family is as a support (Waspadji, 2014). To find out the description of family knowledge about physical exercise in diabetes mellitus patients at the Juwana Pati Healty Center. The type of research used is quantitative research using descriptive studies. The number of samples in this study were 55 respondents with a total sampling technique. The results showed that the family's knowledge of physical exercise in patients with diabetes mellitus was mostly female, 35 respondents (63.6%), housewife job level was 28 respondents (50.9%), high school education level was 16 respondents (29, 1%), the level of moderate physical exercise is 26 respondents (47.3), the level of sufficient family knowledge is 19 respondents (34.5%), and vulnerable aged 47-57 years as many as 22 respondents (40.0%). That most of the family's knowledge about physical exercise in patients with diabetes mellitus has sufficient knowledge as many as 19 respondents (34.5%).

A river basin (DAS) is an area bordered by mountain ridges where rainwater that falls on the area will be collected by the mountain ridges and will be channeled through small rivers to the main river (Asdak, 1995). A watershed includes a land area which is one unit with a river and its tributaries, which functions to accommodate, store and channel water originating from rainfall to a lake or to the sea naturally, where the boundary on land is a topographical divide and the boundary at sea is up to with water areas that are still affected by land activities. The Lematang River is one of the longest rivers in South Sumatra, the length of the Lematang River is 271 km with a watershed area (DAS) of 295.88 km2. The existence of the Lematang watershed is a source of life for the Lahat community. The decline in the carrying capacity and carrying capacity of the Lematang watershed due to land use can be seen from flash floods and landslides, where flash floods bring sedimentation, logs of wood and twigs causing losses to the community. To overcome the problems of the Lematang Ulu watershed, Integrated Watershed Management is needed by taking concrete steps in the form of efforts to formulate goals, synchronize programs, implement and control watershed resource management across stakeholders in a participatory manner based on studies of biophysical, economic, social, political and institutional conditions in order to realize the goals. The aim of this research is to find out whether the accounting information system for cash receipts and disbursements is running effectively and efficiently. Meanwhile, the benefit of this research is as material for consideration and input in improving cash receipt and disbursement procedures at PT. Pelindo Daya Sejahtera, and to produce a Web-Based Cash Receipts and Disbursements Application Program. In this research the author used primary data and secondary data such as interview results, observations and documentation.The theoretical framework is to analyze the Cash Receipts and Disbursements Accounting Information System, namely by analyzing the information needed by management, related functions, procedural networks, documents and accounting records used, as well as document flowcharts.From this research it was found that all cash recording at PT Pelindo Daya Sejahtera is still semi-manual, namely using Microsoft Excel. The author suggests that PT Pelindo Daya Sejahtera use the Web-Based Cash Receipts and Disbursements Application Program to help record cash receipts and disbursements data, as well as make it easier to create reports effectively and efficiently.

State Administrative Law is a legal regulation regarding administration in a country, where the relationship between citizens and their government can run well and safely. In forest management, the need for permits is based on absolute legal provisions which have aspects that must be fulfilled beforehand and regarding the boundaries of each activity in managing forests, the government agrees to supervise them based on Law no. 41 of 1999 concerning Forestry Article 31 paragraph (1) To ensure the principles of justice, equity and sustainability, forest utilization business permits are limited by considering forest sustainability aspects and business certainty aspects. The aim of the research is to determine aspects of forest management. The research method used in this research is literature study by collecting data through articles, the web, books and other sources. The results of the discussion of this research are that forest utilization business permits are limited by considering forest sustainability aspects and business certainty aspects, where these aspects are determinants in managing forests which have been considered previously. The meaning of forest sustainability aspects and business certainty is contained in Article 31 Paragraph (1). What is meant by forest sustainability aspects includes: a. environmental sustainability, b. production sustainability, and c. implementation of social and cultural functions that are fair, even and transparent.  What is meant by aspects of business certainty include: a. area certainty, b. certainty of business time, and c. certainty of business legal guarantees.

The skin's primary function is to act as a barrier against environmental insults, and its unique structure reflects this. The skin consists of two layers: the outer epidermis layer is highly cellular and provides a barrier function, and the inner dermal layer ensures strength and elasticity and provides nutritional support to the epidermis. Normal skin contains high concentrations of vitamin C, which supports important and well-known functions, stimulates collagen synthesis and aids in antioxidant protection against UV damage. This knowledge is often used as a rationale for adding vitamin C to topical applications, but the efficacy of such treatment, compared with optimizing dietary vitamin C intake, remains poorly understood. This review discusses the potential role of vitamin C in skin health and summarizes in vitro and in vivo research to date. We compare the efficacy of vitamin C nutritional intake versus topical application, identify areas where a lack of evidence limits our understanding of the potential benefits of vitamin C on skin health, and suggest which skin properties are most likely to benefit from increased vitamin C nutrition. that the effect of vitamin C on pigmentation has positive results, namely brightening the skin. several treatments for pigment disorders, in this case the management of melasm and lentigo senilis using vitamin C for systemic treatment.

The rapid advancement of technology today enables people to meet their information needs through a network called the internet. A website is one of the networks found on the Internet with various functions. The website www.bankbjb.co.id, managed by the Corporate Secretary’s Public Relations Division of Bank BJB, is one of the digital banking information media in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to understand how the management of the www.bankbjb.co.id website as a digital information medium is carried out by the Public Relations Division of Bank BJB. This research uses a qualitative research method and a descriptive approach that focused on depicting and summarizing various social phenomena that occur. The data collection techniques used include interviews, direct observation of the research object, and documentation. The research results show that the Public Relations Division of Bank BJB, by referring to the concept of the PR management process, has all been implemented.

This study emphasizes the functions of the Indonesian Deposit Insurance Corporation (Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan, LPS) in savings and loan cooperatives (KSP), such as managing funds and managing risks. KSPs play an important role in the micro economy, especially in providing financial access to people who are not served by banks and other formal financial institutions.  This research employs a qualitative methodology and uses a literature review approach. A qualitative approach was chosen as it allows for a more in-depth understanding of the complex issues of risk management, fund management, and deposit insurance functions in savings and loan cooperatives in Indonesia. To ensure the viability and health of this sector that aims to make a significant contribution to financial inclusion and inclusive economic growth, the government, financial institutions, and cooperatives must work together. To advance the savings and loan cooperative sector in Indonesia, strategic measures should be taken, such as improving risk management and supporting IDICs. Ultimately, this will support the stability of the national financial system and the economic well-being of people in Indonesia.

Impaired kidney function accompanied or without a decrease in GFR that has lasted more than three months is also called chronic kidney failure. Chronic kidney failure causes physiological and psychological impacts such as anxiety. The most common management of CRF is hemodialysis. Hemodialysis therapy can cause discomfort that affects psychological such as the emergence of feelings of anxiety, where the feeling arises because you have to visit the hemodialysis unit regularly and feelings of worry related to unpredictable health conditions. This study used a case study methoddoe whose purpose was to determine the effect of dhikr and aromatherapy combination therapy on the anxiety of patients undergoing hemodialysis. The instrument of this study used the ZSAS (Zung-Self Anxiety Rating Scale) questionnaire. The results of the case study showed that patients experienced mild anxiety with a score of 45 and after being given intervention for 2 meetings, a score of 37 was obtained which means not anxious. Combined therapy of dhikr and aromatherapy is a therapy that can provide calm. In conclusion, there is an influence in the provision of dhikr and aromatherapy combination therapy in those undergoing hemodialysis.

This study aims to examine: about the function of Human Resource Management (HRM) in a company in increasing customer satisfaction, especially for patients at Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital Banjarbaru. The research design is a qualitative research which is a type of field survey research and a type of research whose findings are not obtained through statistical procedures or other forms of calculation. The results showed that human resource management is very influential on the satisfaction of visitors or patients at the Islamic Hospital Sultan Agung Banjarbaru, the results of the study obtained from several dimensions, namely: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, physical appearance. And from these results indicate that the informants are not satisfied with the dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, empathy and physical appearance due to queuing problems, health workers do not provide good explanations and understanding, doctors pay less attention when providing services. Meanwhile, informants who are satisfied only with the guarantee variable because the service they get is very good and the doctor is able to assure the patient's recovery, provides a sense of security, is friendly, polite and gentle.

In the constantly advancing era of digitalisation, ensuring cyber security has become essential in preserving the integrity, confidentiality, and accessibility of organisational data. The primary focus of this research is to emphasise the importance of cybersecurity awareness in safeguarding systems and information. The 1945 Constitution serves as the primary governing document for the government and legal system. The 1945 Constitution enacts legislation that ensures freedom of expression, a pertinent principle in cyber security. This research aimed to examine the role of security management in enhancing cyber security by applying principles in accordance with the 1945 Constitution. This research identified the factors affecting cyber security awareness and proposed strategies to enhance user awareness through a comprehensive literature review and examined recent findings. Security management is essential for guaranteeing the security of IT systems and infrastructure. Based on a literature review, this study determined the role of security management in assisting organisations in identifying, managing, and addressing security threats effectively. In addition, the hypothesised findings concluded that advancing cyber security in Indonesia is a fundamental aspect of state sovereignty, as stated in the 1945 Constitution and the principle of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI). These findings demonstrated the significance of comprehending cyber security for users and organisations and the necessity of international cooperation in the realm of national security in cyber. By gaining a more comprehensive comprehension of the function of security management, it is anticipated that organisations can enhance security protocols and mitigate security vulnerabilities as they confront the challenges of the present digital age.

This study examines the role of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) in increasing employee awareness and participation in eco-friendly tourism management in Semarang Regency. Using a mixed-methods approach, this research analyzes the implementation of GHRM practices, evaluates the level of employee awareness and participation, tests the influence of GHRM on employee awareness and participation, and identifies factors affecting GHRM effectiveness. The results show that GHRM practices, especially green training and development and green employee involvement, significantly predict employee awareness and participation levels in environmentally friendly practices. However, the implementation of GHRM in the Semarang Regency tourism industry is still not optimal and faces various challenges. A more contextual, participatory, and integrated approach is needed to optimize the role of GHRM in supporting sustainable tourism. Practical implications of this research include the need to integrate sustainability principles into all HR functions, design relevant training programs, involve employees in GHRM initiatives, align reward systems with sustainability goals, and develop an organizational culture that supports sustainability. This study provides valuable insights into the role of GHRM in realizing sustainable tourism and contributes to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.

The application of Geographic Information Systems (SIG) has become an important tool in combating the risk of flood disasters in many areas, including Demak City. This research aims to explore and evaluate the possible benefits of implementing SIG to reduce the danger of flooding in Demak City. The study approaches used include stakeholder interviews, field surveys, and geographic data analysis. The research results show how useful SIG is for creating early warning systems, identifying air flow patterns, and mapping areas vulnerable to flooding. The use of SIG also enables improved coordination of flood mitigation and management among various interconnected entities. This study makes a significant contribution to our understanding of the function of geospatial information technology in disaster management and provides useful insights for stakeholders to create more effective methods for mitigating flood hazards in Demak City.

In financial and economic management activities, the term banking is often known, both conventional banking and Islamic banking. Islamic banking is a financial institution that plays an important role in managing people's funds. Islamic financial institutions generally have a variety of products offered to the public. In banking activities, there are two main functions of the bank, namely as a savings and loan institution. The purpose of this article is to discuss and analyze related to one of the Islamic bank products, namely loan products that apply the Qardh contract to Islamic financial institutions. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Qardh contract in Indonesia is adjusted to the pillars, qardh requirements, and shigat qardh. Qardh contract can be interpreted as a loan that must be returned in the same amount with a certain pre-agreed period. In other words, Qardh is a loan without profit. If it is technically reviewed, then this loan will be given to someone or a sharia financial institution to another person who is used for emergency or urgent needs. The implementation of sharia accounting with Qardh contracts in Indonesia is guided by Law Number 21 of 2008 concerning Sharia Banking in Article 35 paragraph (1) which states that in practice sharia banking is required to implement the 5C principles, namely character, capacity, capital, condition of economy, and collateral.

In order to face the demands of society, community educational institutions including Islamic boarding schools must be functional, because educational institutions as a forum in society can be used as a gateway in facing the demands of society, science and technology that continue to change. Therefore, in order to become an ideal boarding school, it is necessary to organize the management and development of the boarding school. One important technique for understanding and analyzing computer network performance is TCP/IP simulacrum. In this research, we simulate a TCP/IP network using the bus topology as a model. We use the Cisco Packet Tracer simulated network topology builder to create a bus topology and implement the TCP/IP protocol. The simulation results provide more accurate understanding of how the TCP/IP protocol functions within a bus network. We analyze network performance in terms of throughput, latency, and packet loss. The analysis's findings indicate that bus topologies have a certain amount of leeway in network operations, particularly when a collision occurs. However, this simulation offers a valuable tool to improve computer network design and management.

Management is a process of resources owned by a company to achieve the desired goals. According to Henry Fayol, this management has a good fuction if it applies five management functions, namely planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating. Based on the facts in the field obtained from an observation, there are several problems in the implementation of production management, namely the directing function and controlling function have not been running well. This research was carried out in several Home Industries, namely Bu Khollifah Usaha, whose address is Jl. Kedung Rahmat RT. 017/ RW. 005, Krajan Hamlet, Sepande Village, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency, Home Industry Pak Jamali Usaha, whose address is Jl. Raya Nyamplung RT. 025/ RW. 010, Sumokali Hamlet, Nyamplung Village, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency, Home Industry Pak Ulil Usaha, whose address is Jl. Sidodadi RT. 015/ RW. 020, Sudio Hamlet, Sidodadi Village, Candi District, Sidolarjo Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, namely examining the reality that occurs in the research field. In this series of research activities, descriptive data is produced in the form of written words. Based on the research results, the application of production management for the Tempe Khollifah home industry has implemented five management functions in accordance with Henry Fayol's theory. However, the implementation of production management has not run optimally because the direction and control sections have not been carried out well.

The aim of this service activity is to improve the community's ability to manage reading parks and create a culture of literacy in the community, especially early childhood. The implementation of this revitalization program involved a service team consisting of 20 students in collaboration with Karang Taruna in RT 04/RW 02, Bandulan Village, which had 25 members. Implementation of community service activities is carried out in four stages, including: (1) Location survey stage, the service team has received a recommendation from the sub-district regarding the existence of a reading post which has been neglected for a long time, approximately 3 years; (2) In the planning stage, the service team prepares plans starting from cleaning the reading post, followed by replacing the tiered iron shelves for bookshelves, painting the reading post, making wall shelves for folding tables, sorting and adding to the book collection at the reading post, adding inventory in the form of stationery, blackboards, wall clocks, fans, folding tables, trash cans and doormats; (3) In the implementation phase there are several activities, including: a) Cleaning the reading post; b) Painting reading posts; c) Installation of bookshelves and arrangement of inventory and book collections; d) Manufacture and installation of wall shelves; e) Carpet installation; f) Implementation of tutoring; g) Socialization of reading post management. The enthusiasm of the community and Karang Taruna who attended the socialization that had been carried out, so that the reading post could function again after a 3 year hiatus.

When carrying out management, you must pay attention to the basic principles of management and procedures in carrying out management, so that this management can run according to its function. Management is an effort to manage educators from the moment they enter until they leave (retire) to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of learning activities. Therefore, the role of management is very important in improving the quality of educators in Indonesia. This research uses a literature review method by searching for related sources.
