Since its invention in the 19th century until today, reinforced concrete has become a leading construction material due to its qualities; it is a strong and durable building material that can be used in any form of architecture at an affordable and reasonable cost. Thus, humanity has abandoned traditional building materials (stone, earth, straw, lime, wood and hemp, etc.) to benefit from the many advantages of reinforced concrete (Yasser et al., 2013). However, this conversion comes at a cost; the environmental consequences are serious, cement is the third largest emitter of CO2 after cars and coal-fired power plants, and the same applies to steel, despite significant progress in recycling (Ranjitham et al., 2021).

Innovations in concrete design continue to be made to obtain maximum strength. The granulated sugar can be an added ingredient that functions to inhibit the concrete setting time so it doesn't dry out too quickly. Use to delay concrete setting time (setting time) for example with hot weather conditions, or extend compaction time to avoid cold joints and avoid the impact of settlement when fresh concrete is carried out at the time of casting. As for the curing experiment/treatment of the concrete by immersion in seawater to find out how construction buildings on the seaside affect construction such as bridge abutments, pile caps or buildings on the coast that are submerged or exposed to sea water whether there is a decrease in the quality of making concrete blocks. The experiment was carried out by adding a variety of granulated sugar to the concrete mixture of 50 grams (2% by weight of water), 70 grams (3% by weight of water) and 100 grams (4% by weight of water) then all the samples were immersed in sea water. Based on the results of the flexural strength test of concrete after 28 days of age, the highest test results obtained for the flexural strength of concrete were the addition of 100 grams of granulated sugar worth 3.00 MPa for the second was the addition of 50 grams of granulated sugar worth 0.515 MPa and for the third was the addition of sugar sand 70 grams 0.454 Mpa. This composition cannot be said to have decreased due to immersion in sea water, because there is no proven comparison with immersion using ordinary water.

Land work (land clearing) in the Bunda Asri housing development project was carried out to meet the contours of the land so as to reach the planned contours, according to housing project data the volume of excavation work (cut) was 374,758.15 m³ and heap (fill) was 323,320.39 m³. The volume of excavation (cut) and embankment (fill) is divided into five sections of the earthwork area with a duration of work completion of 90 calendar days. Time constraints are the reason for project or work activities to be right on plan. Scheduling in this study uses the precedence diagram method (PDM) and is assisted by Microsoft Project software. A network that has definite dependencies and can be used in projects with overlapping activities between one another's work is called PDM. The results of the research analysis used the PDM method for the construction of Bunda Asri housing, namely 81 calendar days. which is faster than the estimate of the housing developer which lasted 90 calendar days. This happened because the grouping of work with a work breakdown structure and predecessors reduced the duration time and did not precede each other among other works.

A woman's nature is to conceive and give birth. So when they get married they are required to have children. When they do not have children, there are stigmas that society gives to these women without seeing the cause. Such as barren women and less perfect women. This is called prejudice because it is not based on adequate knowledge, experience or evidence. Such conditions are inseparable from the social construction of women's gender roles, when a woman does not get pregnant, she will be stigmatized and reprimanded by family and society. Society will more often give a negative label to married couples who do not have children, especially to women who are the center of motherhood without seeing the causal factors or conditions that are being experienced by the married couple. In this study, researchers used qualitative research, with the research location in Sungai Besar Village, Lingga Regency. Determination of informants by pupose sampling, namely a sample that is chosen deliberately by considering that the selected informants are considered capable of providing the information needed. The informants in this study totaled sixteen informants, informants from married couples who did not have children, families and the community of Sungai Besar Village, Lingga Regency. This research was conducted to find out the impact of community stigma for married couples who do not have children. The theory used in this study is the theory of stigma by explaining the form of stigma and self-concept and the view of society by Erving Goffman. The results showed that there is an impact of community stigma for married couples who do not have children in Sungai Besar Village, Lingga Regency. Community stigma is inseparable from the process of detection and community interaction. The causes of stigma are patriarchal culture in society, education level, age, gender, and social conditions. In a shipbuilding industry, fast and efficient time is needed in carrying out construction projects and ship repairs. This is because it has been mutually agreed between the two parties, both the owner of the ship (owner), and the shipyard regarding the time to work on the project. By racing on the processing time, the level of productivity is an important point that must be considered by the shipyard. There are many factors that can affect the level of productivity of a shipyard. One of the factors, among others, is the determination of the number of man hours (man hours). In a ship building or repair project, the allocation of the number of man hours is very important, if the number of man hours (man hours) is not correct it will cause delays and decrease in productivity levels. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of man hours on the level of productivity in the KMP repair project. Cakalang and KMP. Gili Iyang by conducting a correlation test of the Product Moment method with the help of SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) v2.3 for windows software, with the independent variable (X), namely the number of man hours (man hours) and the dependent variable (Y), namely the level of productivity. And then a significant correlation value is generated between the number of man hours (man hours) and the level of shipyard productivity. The results of this study are the significance values obtained between the X and Y variables in the KMP repair project. Cakalang is 0.037 and at KMP. Gili Iyang is 0.026 which means that there is a significant correlation between the variable man hours and productivity with a very strong relationship category in KMP. Cakalang and strong links to KMP. Gili Iyang.

The rapid expansion of construction activities has led to increased concrete consumption, resulting in excessive exploitation of natural aggregate resources and growing environmental concerns. To mitigate this issue, ceramic waste has been investigated as an alternative material in concrete production. This study examines the effect of ceramic waste powder used as a filler on the workability and compressive strength of concrete. Ceramic waste powder was applied as a partial replacement for fine aggregate at proportions of 0%, 15%, 25%, 35%, and 45%. The concrete mixtures were produced using Ordinary Portland Cement Type I, natural sand, crushed stone as coarse aggregate, and potable water, all conforming to Indonesian National Standards (SNI). Workability was assessed through slump tests in accordance with SNI 1972:2008, while compressive strength tests were performed on cylindrical specimens at 28 days following SNI 1974:2011. The compressive strength for each mixture was determined from the average of three specimens. The results show that increasing ceramic waste content slightly reduced slump values, from 17.20 cm in the control mix to 16.60 cm at 45% replacement, although all mixtures met the required workability standards. A gradual decrease in compressive strength was also observed, from 17.79 MPa to 16.65 MPa at the highest replacement level. However, this reduction was not significant, indicating that ceramic waste powder can be used in normal-strength concrete without substantially affecting performance. The utilization of ceramic waste therefore represents a sustainable alternative to reduce natural aggregate consumption while maintaining acceptable concrete properties.
