Oyster Mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) is one of the commercially edible mushrooms, has high economic value and is prospective as a source of income for farmers. Along with the increasing demand for oyster mushrooms, business opportunities for oyster mushrooms have promising prospects. Based on this, it is necessary to provide counseling and assistance for the production of Oyster Mushroom cultivation in Jambesari Village. The purpose of this service program is through education and demonstrations on how to manufacture and process mushroom growing media (baglog), sterilize mushroom growing media inoculate mushroom seeds into baglog, maintenance, harvesting and packaging in order to build an oyster mushroom cultivation business to improve the community's economy and make it as a superior product. The results of community service in counseling and assisting in oyster mushroom production are: 1). Partners are able to make oyster mushroom growing media by utilizing organic waste which is abundant, cheap and easy to obtain from the surrounding environment, namely sawdust so that sengon wood waste can be utilized so that it can make the environment cleaner and free of waste. 2). Cadres/target groups have expertise in oyster mushroom cultivation. 3). Increasing public knowledge that oyster mushroom products can be used to add nutrition or menus can also increase family income.

The purpose of this community research is to increase community understanding of the concept of trading goods in the domestic market through the digital economy so that there is an increase in income to the community in Kota Pari Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The specific target of this community research is that the village community knows the concept of trading goods in the domestic market and the digital economy, for example in the traditional market closest to the settlement and the village area markets, and how the trade can expand its marketing network. The materials to be presented in this research are: Domestic market goods trading and the digital economy are related to increasing community income through community knowledge and skills related to the prices of agricultural products and home industry business products that will be traded throughout the village and urban areas. From this research, it is hoped that the community in Kota Pari Village, Pantai Cermin Subdistrict, Serdang Bedagai Regency, can know and understand the impact of domestic market trade in goods, such as the selling price of agricultural products, home industry business products, or other business products to increase the community's income.

Abstract: Financial institutions have a role as intermediary institutions or a process of transferring funds from savers to borrowers or those who need funds. The role of financial institutions is very large in the growth and development of the community's economy. Currently, non-bank financial institutions also have the influence to develop the businesses of the surrounding community that cannot be reached by banks. One of them is in the Sharia Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSPPS) Kramat, which provides financing with rahn products. Researchers conducted research on the implementation of rahn products and strengthening the business of members in KSPPS Kramat. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of Rahn products and to determine the effect of Rahn financing in increasing income and strengthening businesses that were built or even being run by members. The research conducted at KSPPS Kramat uses qualitative research methods, by interviewing several members of KSPPS Kramat and their administrators. While the data collection techniques carried out by researchers are interviews, documentation and observation. In this study the researchers found several things. In the application of the Rahn product at KSPPS Kramat using a sale and purchase agreement, but it does not take advantage of the goods that are pawned and the application for financing is also easy. With the financing of rahn products, businesses around the village of Jatiarjo have increased, this is because the installments at KSPPS Kramat do not have usury. And the monthly installments are quite light, making it easier for the community to pay off the proposed financing. Keywords: KSPPS, Rahn Products, Income Increase.

  Packaging is one part of the product as a whole. Packaging must be able to attract the attention of consumers. Getting the attention of consumers is very important, because if a product does not get the attention of consumers (consumer attention), then consumers will not have a picture of the product (Hine, 1995). Packaging can give an initial picture of a product, both in terms of quality and value offered. “Jenang Kudus” is a type of traditional food originating from the city of Kudus. At first it was produced in a home industry since about a century ago. Initiated by mothers as a supporter of family income, and marketed directly to local consumers in traditional markets. Because the development of this business in the future is considered quite prospective for the Kudus community, the Kudus Regency Government makes the Jenang Kudus product as the mainstay product of the Kudus Regency. Based on some of the explanations above, there are several weaknesses in the packaging design of CV jenang products. Sinar Aisyah Kudus which can cause delays in the marketing process of its products due to unattractive packaging designs. This causes a desire to increase the competitiveness of jenang sales with other companies through attractive and varied packaging designs. Due to some of these things, raises the desire of CV. Hj Siti Aisyah to redesign the product packaging according to the type of jenang product, type of taste, quantity of contents, without leaving the characteristics of the previous design.

This research was made with the aim of developing the application of determining the recipient of Rastra (Rice Prosperous) aid in Tobu Village. South middle Timor district by applying the exponential comparison method. Variables or criteria used in this study are work, income, number of dependents, building area and housing conditions and detailed criteria on each variable. This research succeeded in developing an application ranking community beneficiaries of Rastra in Tobu village by using the exponential comparison method (MPE). In this application provides a graphical display feature, print reports that will be used to print and view the results of the ranking of people who are entitled to receive Sejahtera ria. 

Universitas Maritim AMNI carried out community service activities at Tambak Lorok  to support the government of Semarang program. It is not only students/cadets and lecturers who carry out community service activities but also the surrounding community. They are very enthusiastic in participating in implementing various program activities carried out at Tambak Lorok  . The method of implementing this activity uses a direct socialization and training approach , observation, interviews and literature studies. Socialization and training materials on efforts to increase fishing yields to increase fishing family income. The observation was held in Tambak Lorok  . The data collection was carried out through interview methods and as a reference for implementing community service activities was using the literature study method. The success of these program was  indicated by improve the healthy lifestyles and increase the income of the Tambak Lorok  Community.

ABSTRAK Pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat diartikan sebagai kegiatan ekonomi yang dilakukan secara swadaya oleh masyarakat itu sendiri dengan cara mengelolah sumberdaya apa saja yang dikuasainya, dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan dasarnya dan keluarganya. Pemberdayaan masyarakat hanya bisa terjadi apabila masyarakat itu sendiri ikut pula berpartisipasi. Pemberdayaan diarahkan guna meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat secara produktif sehingga mampu menghasilkan nilai tambah yang tinggi dan pendapatan yang lebih layak. Hasil pemberdayaan ekonomi warga banjar Angansari, yaitu dari hasil usaha tani dan ternak, pengadaan homeindustri sebagai usaha sampingan dan penunjang menambah pendapatan keluarga serta pengadaan koperasi syariah sebagai sarana pendanaan usaha bagi warga banjar Angansari yang membutuhkan modal dalam rangka membuka usaha. Dengan adanya pemberdayaan potensi ekonomi diharapkan warga banjar Angansari memiliki peningkatan dalam pendapatan dan bersiap menyongsong pembukaan sektor pariwisata desa Kutuh Kintamani Bangli. ABSTRACT Community economic empowerment is defined as economic activities that are carried out independently by the community itself by managing whatever resources they control, in order to meet their basic needs and that of their families. Community empowerment can only occur if the community itself also participates. Empowerment is directed at improving the community's economy productively so that it is able to produce high added value and more decent income. The results of the economic empowerment of Banjar Angansari residents, namely from the results of farming and livestock, procurement of home industry as a side business and support to increase family income and the provision of sharia cooperatives as a means of business funding for Banjar Angansari residents who need capital in order to open a business. With the empowerment of economic potential, it is hoped that the residents of Banjar Angansari have an increase in income and are ready to welcome the opening of the tourism sector in Kutuh Kintamani Bangli village.

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on all industrial sectors in Indonesia, and one of them is the country's tourism sector since the beginning of 2020 and consequently has had a tremendous impact on tourism villages in Indonesia. A survey conducted by the Desa Wisata Institute (2020) of 97 tourist villages throughout Indonesia noted that no less than 92.8% of villages (or around           population in these villages continued to maintain their profession. the original. It is  undeniable  that tourism  contributes  a large amount  of  income  so  that  this pandemic has caused the tourist villages to suffer losses of tens to hundreds of millions of rupiah. Nearly 99% of tourism villages in Indonesia were closed due to the implementation of social restriction policies which resulted in the cancellation of visiting guests and in the end it had a long-term effect on tourism entrepreneurs in tourist villages such as restaurant entrepreneurs, homestay owners, craftsmen, artists. For this reason, in order to help revive the existence of the Tourism Village in the community, in the community service of STIEPARI Semarang this time the goal is in Sikasur Village, Pemalang Regency, this program was held with the aim of helping tourist villages raise their ranks and providing a forum for community service for the academics involved. CHS (Cleanliness, Health, Safety) which in the new normal era is considered very important to be implemented in various tourist destinationsThese community service activities include location surveys, Forum Group Discussion (FGD), and outreach. The results of this activity are expected to make Sikasur Tourism Village begin to adapt and develop in this new normal era

Many women in rural areas rely on working in the rice fields. Work in the fields is often only at the time of planting and at the time of harvest. Thus a lot of time is wasted on women. This community service activity is based on empowering rural communities through the development of soft skills in making onion crackers in Lamongan Regency to increase family income. Ngijo Village, one of the villages in Tasikmadu Subdistrict, Karanganyar Regency, was affected by Covid-19. Since the outbreak of Covid-19, the people's income has been reduced and even lost their livelihoods due to the production activities of the industries where they work stopped. Another factor is that the public does not fully understand Covid-19 and its prevention protocol. The Community Retrieval Activity was carried out as a form of social care at the STIE Atma Bhakti University in Surakarta through Social Service activities and outreach on prevention efforts for Covid-19. The implementation method using the counseling method and the provision of basic food packages. The implementation of the Community Retrieval Activity received a positive response from residents of Ngijo Village. Social assistance in the form of basic necessities can help alleviate the economic burden of the community, while extension activities can increase the understanding of Ngjio Village residents about Corona Virus (Covid-19), as well as prevention efforts. Keywords: social service, covid-19 prevention, ngijo village

The human resource (HR) consolidation program in improving the welfare of the waste management community in Ciputat Market aims to improve the quality of life of waste managers through relevant training and education. Held during May 2021, this activity includes intensive training and counseling. Training includes waste management management, recycling techniques, and entrepreneurship, while counseling provides knowledge about the importance of environmental health and hygiene. Group discussions and field visits were also conducted to see best practices in waste management. The results of this activity show a significant increase in the skills and knowledge of waste managers, who are now able to apply recycling techniques more efficiently and utilize waste into products with selling value. Their awareness of the importance of maintaining environmental health and hygiene is also increasing, creating a cleaner and healthier market environment and increasing their income through the sale of recycled products. The implication of this activity is to improve the welfare of the waste management community in Ciputat Market. With the new skills they acquire, waste managers not only improve their own economic conditions but also contribute to the cleanliness and health of the market environment. This program shows that with the right training and education, waste managers can be effective agents of change in society.

This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to provide training for MSME actors by providing an understanding of the requirements, calculations and procedures for reporting income tax, especially SPT. The partner problem that will be resolved in this activity is that some MSMEs in the Lamongan city area and its surroundings do not understand filling out SPT to report their tax obligations. The method applied to overcome this problem is to provide training through online seminars which are organized in collaboration with several lecturers from the Tax Study Program of the Ahmad Dahlan Business and Technology Institute. This activity was divided into 3 stages: planning, implementation and evaluation sessions. The results of the activity show an increase in understanding and knowledge after participating in training activities. This means that the objectives of this PKM have been achieved.

The economic growth of Pekalongan Regency, which is getting better, is not followed by awareness of citizens in complying with tax payments in a timely manner and in accordance with their income. This can be seen from the level of taxpayer compliance in reporting annual tax return (SPT) taxes at KPP Pratama Pekalongan which is still lacking. Seeing the vision and mission of Pekalongan Regency, it gives encouragement to the community to continue to increase the potential of existing resources, for example in the fields of agriculture, trade, plantations, even in the field of education. Increased utilization of potential resources will lead to increased economic growth in Pekalongan Regency. Increasing economic growth is related to the awareness and compliance of Pekalongan Regency residents with taxes. This Community Service Activity (PKM) is expected to provide an introduction and encouragement for teachers to introduce and apply the importance of implementing tax compliance, both to fellow teachers, to students, and to the surrounding environment.
