Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisis aspek-aspek yang terdapat pada puisi “Meditasi Waktu” karya Heri Isnaini dengan pendekatan Stilistika. Aspek yang dianalisis yaitu gaya bahasa, diksi, majas, dan citraan untuk mengetahui nilai estetis atau keindahan pada puisi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan stilistika, karena bersifat mendeskripsikan. Gaya bahasa, diksi, majas, citraan karya sastra lahir dari sebuah pemikiran seseorang yang dihasilkan karena perenungan dan penghayatan terhadap sesuatu. Karya sastra memiliki nilai estetis tertentu yang membuat karya tersebut terlihat indah bagi pembaca. Dalam puisi “Meditasi Waktu” karya Heri Isnaini ini, pengarang banyak menggunakan gaya bahasa dan makna konotasi dalam sebuah puisi dengan tujuan untuk menunjukkan nilai estetis atau keindahan puisi tersebut.

Kajian strukturalisme puisi merupakan pengkajian puisi yang lebih menekankan telaah terhadap unsur pembangun puisi itu sendiri. Dalam hal ini, sebuah puisi dianggap sebagai sebuah kesatuan yang utuh. Oleh karena itu, pengkajian puisi dengan teori strukturalisme merupakan pengkajian yang tidak melibatkan latar belakang penyair serta faktor lain yang turut memengaruhi penciptaan puisi tersebut. Pada pengkajian puisi “Aku Dan Senja”, aspek-aspek yang dibahas meliputi struktur lahir dan struktur batin dengan menggunakan pendekatan pragmatik, yaitu pendekatan yang memandang karya sastra sebagai sarana untuk menyampaikan tujuan tertentu kepada pembaca. Kedua struktur tersebut merupakan sebuah kesatuan yang harus seimbang. Hubungan antar keduanya begitu penting dalam penciptaan makna dan keindahan puisi “aku dan senja” dalam buku montase karya Heri Isnaini. Struktur lahir yang dikaji meliputi diksi, kata konkret, citraan, majas, versifikasi, dan tipografi, sedangkan struktur batinnya meliputi tema, rasa, nada, dan amanat. Puisi tersebut cenderung disajikan dengan sederhana, namun memiliki keindahan dan makna yang mendalam.

Artikel ini membahas mengenai nilai yang  terdapat pada beberapa puisi dari buku antologi puisi yang berjudul Montase: Serpilihan Sajak karya Dr. Heri Isnaini, M.Hum. Pemilihan topik ini disebabkan ditemukannya nilai-nilai tersebut yang menarik untuk dibahas. Sebab nilai-nilai tersebut begitu penting untuk diingat sebagai pengingat pada kehidupan saat ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi pustaka serta dokumen. Data-data yang digunakan adalah enam puisi dalam Antologi Puisi Montase berjudul “Sajak Ziarah 1”, “Sajak Ziarah 2”, “Laki-Laki yang Mencintai Tulang Rusuknya”, “Kepada Tuhan”, “Aku Tidak Akan Berhenti Mencari Mu”, dan “Warna”. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa keenam puisi tersebut memiliki kesamaan mengenai religiusitas. Jika disambungkan, maknanya akan saling berkaitan antara satu puisi dengan puisi lainnya.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang kajian makna yang terkandung dalam puisi yang berjudul “ilusi” karya heri isnaini. Tujuan penelitan ini adalah untuk mengetahui makna yang terkandung disetiap kata pada puisi “ilusi”. Penelitian ini, merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode analisis isi. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan kajian makna yang terkandung dalam puisi “ilusi”. Metode analisis isi, yaitu dengan menggunakan pendekatan semiotika. Pendekatan semiotika digunakan untuk mengetahui bagaimana makna yang terkandung didalam puisi “ilusi” tersebut. Pendekatan semiotika merupakan pendekatan yang berhubungan dengan lapangan tanda yaitu pengertian suatu tanda. Dalam pengertian tanda ada dua yang difokuskan yaitu bentuk tanda biasa disebut dengan penanda, dengan prangko penandanya atau yang ditandai berdasarkan pemaparan terdahulu. Teknik pengumpilam data yang digunakan adalah teknik baca catat dan teknik analisis data. Setelah dilakukan analisis data diperoleh  Kesatu kumpulan puisi “ilusi” secara umum memuat Hasil penelitian semiotika pada puisi “Ilusi” dapat dilihat puisi tersebut menyatakan bahwa mata diibaratkan dengan ilusi diibaratkan dengan benda mati yang hidup. Makna yang terkandung dalam larik-larik tersebut didefinisikan sebagai yang kita lihat tidak sepenuhnya pasti, dalam tanah yang terlihat kosong saja mungkin terdapat suatu hal yang tidak kita tahu. Dan sepi tidak sama dengan kosong karena sepi adalah perasaan tersendiri yang muncul dalam jiwa seseorang, sedangkan kosong, ia adalah ilusi itu sendiri, tidak ada apa-apa, hanya ada udara yang jika bergerak kencang bisa berubah menjadi angin. Dari puisi “ilusi” dapat disimpulkan bahwa yang kita lihat belum tentu pasti.

Illocutionary speech acts can be found in everyday life or can also be found in movies which are a reflection of life. The author focuses research questions on (1) directive illocutionary speech acts; and (2) expressive illocutionary speech acts. This research method is descriptive qualitative. This method is used because the author describes the results of the analysis by describing. After conducting the analysis, the writer concludes that directive illocutionary speech acts and expressive illocutionary speech acts found in the dialogue of the film are based on several factors that support the validity of directive illocutionary speech acts and expressive illocutionary speech acts in the dialogue, namely the existence of other meanings from the actors' utterances. as well as the influence that arises from the speaker to the interlocutor.

The Kutaringin Sultanate is one of the most magnificent heritages of the Islamic Kingdom in Indonesia, located in West Kotawaringin Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. As a cultural product, these historical objects from the Kutaringin Sultanate are worthy of being documented through cultural semiotic study and developed into a lecturing model of language and literature containing of artifact discourses based on local wisdom. The purpose of this study is to describe the cultural meanings of historical objects from the Kutaringin Sultanate and their implications in language and literature lectures at the university. The implementation of this research used a qualitative method with two approaches, both were the lexical semantic approach and the pedagogical approach. The result of this study found 39 historical objects that can be culturally interpreted and developed into a lecturing model of language and literature containing artifact discourses based on local wisdom for the university students.

This study aims to describe (1) spelling mistake on banners and billboards in the city of Palangka Raya, (2) describe diction mistake on banners and billboards in the city of Palangka Raya. This study is a qualitative research. Qualitative research is used to describe the mistakes in the use of spelling and diction on banners and billboards in the city of Palangka Raya. Based on the results of the data analysis of spelling and diction mistakes on banner and billboards in the city of Palangka Raya, there are 55 language mistakes, the dominant data is the data of spelling mistake from the use of diction mistake data. There are 36 data of spelling mistake, and 19 data of diction usage mistake. The results of the analysis based on the formulation of the problem are as follows. First, the mistake in the use of spelling that were analyzed were 36 data. There are 20 data of spelling mistakes on banners and there are 16 data of spelling mistakes on billboards. Second, there were 19 data that were analyzed in the mistakes of diction. There are 8 data of diction mistakes on banners, and 11 data diction mistakes on billboards.

This study aims to (1) describe the obsession of the characters in the novel Guru Aini by Andrea Hirata, (2) describe the inner conflicts experienced by the characters in the novel Guru Aini by Andrea Hirata, (3) describe the relevance of the obsession of the characters in the novel Guru Aini by Andrea Hirata in literature learning in high school. The method used in the research is a qualitative description method. The data in this study were sentences, dialogues, and paragraphs in the novel Guru Aini by Andrea Hirata. The data source in this research is the novel Guru Aini by Andrea Hirata published in February 2021 published by PT Bentang Pustaka with a total of 336 pages. The data collection technique is done by using the library / reading technique, taking notes, and then entering it into the data collection table. Data analysis techniques used data reduction, data exposure, and inference. The validity of the data was obtained through source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that (1) the obsession of the characters in the novel Guru Aini by Andrea Hirata, there are four characters who have an obsession, Desi is one of the characters who has an obsession with Desi's obsession, which is obsessed with finding students who are geniuses in mathematics in Ketumbi's village. (2) inner conflict in the novel Guru Aini by Andrea Hirata, there are ten characters who have inner conflicts, Desi is a character who often experiences inner conflicts. (3) the relevance or relevance of the novel Guru Aini by Andrea Hirata in learning literature in class XII high school with basic competencies. 3.3 Analyzing fiction in novels.

Reduplication is a study of morphology regarding the process of repeating words, either in whole or in part, with varying phonemes or not, in combination with affixes or not, and becomes a language unit as a phonological and grammatical tool. This research was conducted to find out how the form and meaning of the reduplication of the Ngaju Dayak language in the stories of Tambun and Bungai are found in the book "The Ot Danum from Tumbang Miri until Tumbang Rungan". This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach and the data are taken from a book about legend stories about the Ngaju Dayak in a book entitled "The Ot Danum from Tumbang Miri until Tumbang Rungan".   Data collection techniques on this research is a listening and note-taking technique. Data analysis techniques used is according to Matthew B. Miles and A. Michael Huberman which is divided into three namely data reduction, data display or data presentation, as well as conclusions and conclusions verification. The results of the research on the legendary stories about Tambun and Bungai in a book entitled "The Ot Danum from Tumbang Miri until Tumbang Rungan" shows that (1) there are 4 forms of reduplication and 3 types of reduplication meanings in this study. The results of the study also has implications for literary learning for grade X senior high school students in second semesters, especially KD 3.4, and KD 4.4.

Performance Semiotics in Dramatic Performance is a study of the semiotics of theater or stage performances related to the theory of signs and sign systems in the performing arts called theater. Theater semiotics tries to understand the components of theater and establishes the assumption that everything within the framework of theater is a sign or sign. Theatrical performances are essentially a series of sign systems. This study aims to: (1) reveal the process of creating and presenting the performance art of the Mental Ill Ballad Drama, (2) reveal signs related to the activities of the Mentally Ill Ballad Drama performance actors, (3) reveal signs related to the appearance of the Mentally Ill Ballad Drama performance actors Jiwa, (4) reveals signs related to the spatial aspect or place of the performance of the Mentally Ill Ballad and (5) reveals signs related to the non-verbal acoustic aspects of the Mentally Ill Ballad's performance. This research was carried out at the Campus of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program, Department of Language and Arts Education, FKIP, Palangka Raya University, Central Kalimantan Province. The object of research is students who practice theater and perform theater. This study involved (1) lecturers who taught the Drama/Theatre Performance course, (2) drama/theatre arts workers, and (3) students who practiced and performed plays/theatre. Data collection techniques in this field research are observation, recording, recording, and interviews. The collected data will be analyzed using the theory of Performance Semiotics. The performance semiotics contained in the performance of the drama Balada Illness, are: (1) signs related to the process of creating and presenting performing arts, (2) signs related to actor activities, (3) signs related to actor appearances, (4) signs related to spatial aspects, and (5) signs related to non-verbal acoustics.

The purpose of this study is to describe the representation of social values in the sack. The problem explored in this research is social values in the form of spiritual values which include (1) truth values, (2) beauty values, (3) moral values, (4) religious values. The method and approach used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach. Qualitative descriptive approach is used to describe the social values in the karungut. Data analysis of this research was carried out by collecting data with the method of observing and recording, identifying data, classifying data, and describing data. The results of this study indicate that the representation of social values in the karutut with the form of spiritual values shows (a) the truth value in the karungut is the most dominant, there are 29 truth values, namely the values of justice, the value of obedience, the value of decency, the value of craftsmanship, the value of honesty, and the value of responsibility. (b) the value of beauty in the karungut shows 6 values of beauty, namely the value of literary works, the value of dance art and the value of the art of music (c) the moral value in the karungut shows 24 moral values, namely the value of harmony, the value of customs, the value of loving the value of wisdom, data modesty. (d) the religious value in the karungut shows 13 religious values, namely the value of prayer, the value of discipline, and the value of surrender.

Dalam wacana memerlukan adanya unsur komunikasi yang berupa sumber meliputi pembicara/penulis/pendengar; penerima meliputi pendengar/pembaca/pembicara; saluran komunikasi; pesan; dan pokok masalah. Dalam wacana memiliki ciri utama yaitu harus adanya kepaduan yang terbentuk oleh adanya kesatuan dan pertautan. Kesatuan ini berkenaan dengan pokok masalah, sedangkan pertautan itu berkenaan dengan hubungan antara bagian yang satu dan bagian yang lain, yang berupa kalimat, paragraf, dan pasal.Dalam membentuk wacana diperlukan adanya hubungan antara kata, frasa, klausa dan kalimat sehingga menjadi satu kesatuan dalam wacana yang dapat disebut dengan kohesi gramatikal; tuturan yang membentuk wacana tersebut saling berhubungan dan menghasilkan suatu makna atau arti yang saling terpadu atau membentuk satu kesatuan di dalam wacana yang dapat disebut koherensi. Dari uraian yang dikemukakan diatas, bahwa apabila  urutan dalam suatu wacana tidak jelas atau penempatan kata yang tidak sesuai atau salah maka akan menyebabkan keambiguan atau ketidakjelasan arti atau makna dan tidak koherensinya suatu wacana. Oleh karena itu, kohesi dalam suatu wacana sangat penting dalam mendukung koherensi. dipilihnya karya sastra berupa cerpen sebagai objek dalam menganalisis adalah karena cerpen termasuk ke dalam bagian dari wacana yang dikemas secara ringkas tanpa meningggalkan faktor-faktor yang membentuknya yaitu menggunakan kohesi dan koherensi supaya membentuk satu kesatuan wacana yang utuh dan padu. Sedangkan alasan peneliti secara khusus memilih cerpen berjudul “Aku Cinta Ummi Karena Allah” karya Jenny Ervina karena cerpen ini merupakan salah satu karya yang pertama kali dibuat oleh TKW yang berasal dari Petir, Serang-Banten. Selanjutnya, penelitian analisis wacana ini dapat memberikan pengetahuan mengenai permasalahan kohesi dalam unsur-unsur wacana, khususnya dalam kohesi gramatikal referensi berupa endofora yang bersifat anafora dan katafora.

This study aims to analyze the principal’s efforts in improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at SMP Hikmah Yapis Jayapura. PAI learning plays a significant role in shaping students’ faith, morals, and personality in accordance with Islamic teachings derived from the Qur'an and Hadith, as well as the exemplary conduct of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. In this context, the principal, as an educational leader, holds a strategic role in managing, guiding, and enhancing the performance of PAI teachers to ensure that the learning process is carried out effectively and contributes positively to students’ spiritual and character development.This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The subjects of the study include the principal, PAI teachers, and students of SMP Hikmah Yapis Jayapura. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation to obtain comprehensive and contextual information regarding the implementation of PAI learning. The data analysis process was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. To ensure the validity and reliability of the findings, source and technique triangulation were applied.The results indicate that PAI learning at SMP Hikmah Yapis Jayapura is not only conducted in the classroom through the delivery of materials related to aqidah, morals, fiqh, and the Qur'an and Hadith, but is also strengthened through various religious programs integrated into the school culture. The principal’s efforts to improve learning quality include conducting regular academic supervision, involving teachers in professional development programs, providing work motivation, and consistently monitoring the learning process. Additionally, religious activities such as Qur'an memorization programs, daily Qur'an recitation before lessons, and routine dhikr and salawat activities support the internalization of Islamic values.Supporting factors include the principal’s active leadership and professional experience, while inhibiting factors consist of limited infrastructure, administrative burdens, and varying levels of teacher competence. Overall, these efforts have contributed positively to improving the quality of PAI learning and fostering students’ character development.

Kenyataan yang terjadi pada Kelas X MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Ngrayun Ponorogo yaitu siswa mengobrol bersama teman sebangkunya, siswa memainkan pensil yang diputar- putar dan sesekali menggambar di buku catatannya, maka sangatlah perlu dilakukan perubahan model pembelajaran. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang berbasis sosial adalah model pembelajaran kooperatif Tipe TGT. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah “Bagaimanakah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatife tipe TGT (Teams Games Tournament) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pada materi kedudukan warga negara dan penduduk Indonesia  di  SMA Negeri 1 Ngrayun Ponorogo ?” Rancangan penelitian yang akan dilakukan adalah menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Metode yang pengumpulan data melalui   tes, observasi, catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah: (1) reduksi data, (2) penyajian data, (3) penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitiannya adalah: setelah dilakukan tindakan dengan menerapkan  pembelajaran  kooperatif tipe TGT (Teams Games Tournament)  siswa Kelas X MIPA 1  SMA Negeri 1 Ngrayun Ponorogo  perubahan hasil belajar siswa dapat dilihat dari hasil belajarnya yang cenderung meningkat dan hasil observasi aktivitas siswa. Hal itu dapat dilihat dari hasil observasi bahwa aktivitas siswa pada siklus I sebesar 66.66%, sedangkan pada siklus II sebesar 82.5%. Dengan demikian, berarti pada siklus II hasil belajar siswa sudah meningkat dibanding dengan siklus I. Hal ini juda dibuktikan dengan perolehan hasil belajar siswa pada tes pra tindakan, siklus I dan siklus II. Nilai taraf keberhasilan mengalami perubahan yang cenderung meningkat dari 60.41 pada pra tindakan, meningkat 70.63 pada siklus I dan meningkat lagi menjadi 84.79 pada siklus II. Dengan demikian, penerapan  pembelajaran  kooperatif tipe TGT (Teams Games Tournament)  dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Matematika di  Kelas X MIPA 1  SMA Negeri 1 Ngrayun Ponorogo.

 Islamic education at the Elementary School (SD) level significantly impacts the formation of character and morality in children. This research focuses on the role of the family in supporting Islamic education at the SD level, identifying parents' perceptions, the family's role in reinforcing Islamic values in children, and the challenges faced by families in supporting Islamic education in the modern era. The research method used is a qualitative-literature approach.. The conclusion of this research provides a profound understanding of the dynamics of the relationship between the family and Islamic education at the SD level. These findings can contribute to educators, parents, and policymakers in creating an educational environment that supports the holistic development of children, especially in understanding the vital role of the family in supporting Islamic education at the SD level.

This classroom action research aims to improve the critical thinking skills of Palangka Raya 1 Public High School students. Critical thinking skills are one of the skills developed in the 21st century. Critical thinking skills are honed so that students can practice rational reasoning, with an emphasis on making decisions about what to believe or do. This type of research is classroom action research. The research was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Palangka Raya on the subject of Catholic Religion with material on the Church as Open Communion. The research subjects were class X students for the 2021/2022 academic year. The research instrument used a critical thinking skills questionnaire and observation of critical thinking skills in discussions. The data analysis technique uses a percentage formula. The results of this research are that in cycle I, of the 5 indicators of critical thinking skills, 3 indicators fall into the poor criteria and 2 indicators fall into the fairly good criteria. From the results of observations by colleagues who assessed the group's performance, 3 indicators fell into the fairly good criteria and 2 indicators fell into the not so good criteria. The score range comes in at a percentage of 55%-67%. In cycle II, of the 5 indicators of critical thinking skills, all indicators fall into very good criteria. From the results of peer observations, 5 indicators of critical thinking skills fall into very good criteria, namely in the range of 88% -92%.

The problem in this study is the low quality of learning Business Economics class X Office Automation and Governance, which is known from the average student learning outcomes in the subject of Business Economics only reaching 67.43, in other words it has not reached the specified KKM, which is equal to 78, this is due to the lack of use of media images with learning models in the teaching and learning process, lack of student interest, and low student learning outcomes in learning Business Economics. Therefore, this research discusses the use of media images with the Examples Non Examples learning model to improve student learning outcomes in class X Business Economics Automation and Office Management at SMK Negeri 8 Samarinda. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method, the research procedure used is in the form of cycles and each cycle is carried out through four stages, namely: planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The data collection technique was carried out using qualitative techniques, while the data collection tool used was a question instrument. The subjects of this study were class X students of Office Automation and Governance at SMK Negeri 8 Samarinda with a total of 35 students. The results showed that the use of media images with the Examples Non Examples learning model can improve student learning outcomes in learning Business Economics. This can be seen from the completeness of student learning outcomes in the pre-cycle, namely 18 students (51.43%), there was an increase in cycle I, namely 27 students (77.14%) and in cycle II it increased to 35 students (100%). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the use of media images with the Examples Non Examples learning model can improve student learning outcomes in the subject of Business Economics class X Office Automation and Management at SMK Negeri 8 Samarinda.

The aims of this research include: (1) To find out the forms of marginalization and discrimination experienced by the character Nyai Ontosoroh in Pramoedya Ananta Toer's Romance of the Earth of Mankind. (2) To find out the form of resistance of the character Nyai Ontosoroh in Pramoedya Ananta Toer's Romance of the Earth of Mankind. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The source of data obtained from this research is the book Earth of Mankind by Pramoedya Ananta Toer as primary data. Meanwhile, secondary data consists of information and references obtained scientifically from books, articles, the internet and mass media related to this research. The data collection technique used library, listening and note-taking techniques through critical discourse analysis developed by Sara Mills. The research results show that: (1) There are 6 data on marginalization experienced by the character Nyai Ontosoroh in the novel Earth of Mankind. In the family realm, the father's restriction/marginalization of rights and freedoms has made him a nyai or concubine (purchased slave). (2) There are 8 data on discrimination experienced by Nyai Ontosoroh. In the public sphere, she is seen by the general public as a woman who has no morals and is always looked down upon. (3) there are 11 data on the resistance of the figure Nyai Ontosoroh. Nyai Ontosoroh appears as the antithesis of the bad views about Nyai-Nyai. Nyai Ontosoroh emerged as the first Indigenous woman to fight European legal authority in defending her rights to her children and company.

Kepala sekolah merupakan salah satu elemen dasar bagi kemajuan sekolah. Kinerja kepala sekolah merupakan tanggung jawab pengawasan.  Pengawasan adalah menentukan apa yang telah dicapai, mengevaluasi dan menerapkan tindakan korektif, jika perlu memastikan sesuai dengan rencanaStrategi yang dilakukan oleh pengawas dalam meningkatkan kinerja kepala sekolah yaitu pemantauan, pemeriksaan, penilaian dan perbaikan. Kinerja kepala harus ditingkatkan dan diprioritaskan.  Kepala sekolah sebagai administrator dan manajer pendidikan memegang kedudukan yang sangat penting, karena merupakan faktor penentu keberhasilan sekolah dalam menjalankan peran dan fungsinya di masyarakat, ia juga turut menetukan keberadaan sekolah tersebut di tengah-tengah masyarakat dan kemampuan dalam merespon kebutuhan-kebutuhan dan harapan masayarakat. Metode penelitiannya adalah kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitiannya adalah 1) Rencana program kepengawasan dalam meningkatkan kinerja kepala MAN 2 Tulungagung    adalah melakukan identifikasi masalah, menyususn program pengawasan, melaksanakan program kepengawasan, mengevaluasi dan menganalisis hasil pengawasan, serta melakukan pembinaan berdasarkan hasil evaluasi.  2) Pelaksanaan Kepengawasan dalam meningkatkan Kinerja Kepala MAN 2 Tulungagung    adalah: (a) melakukan pembinaan terhadap guru, kepala madrasah dan tenaga kependidikan yang berada di wilayah binaannya, (b) melakukan penilaian terhadap kinerja guru, kinerja kepala madrasah dan kinerja seluruh staf sekolah, dan (c) melakukan evaluasi dan monitoring pelaksanaan program sekolah beserta pengembangannya. 3) Evaluasi dan Tindak Lanjut Hasil Pengawasan dalam meningkatkan Kinerja Kepala MAN 2 Tulungagung  , beberapa langkah kegiatan pengawasan yang harus dijalankan oleh seorang pengawas adalah evaluasi dan tindak lanjut setelah dilakukan penilaian, pembinaan dan pemantauan, selanjutnya melakukan tindak lanjut pengawasan ini dilakukan berdasarkan pada hasil evaluasi secara komprehensif terhadap seluruh kegiatan pengawasan.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui seberapa tinggi tingkat emotional quotient  siswa kelas XI di SMK Negeri 1 Nganjuk, (2) untuk mengetahui seberapa tinggi tingkat kenakalan remaja pada siswa kelas XI di SMK Negeri 1 Nganjuk, (3) untuk mengetahui adakah hubungan antara emotional quotient  dengan kenakalan remaja siswa kelas XI di SMK Negeri 1 Nganjuk. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik korelasi. Penelitian korelasi adalah suatu penelitian yang melibatkan tindakan pengumpulan data guna menentukan apakah ada hubungan dan tingkat hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Dalam hal ini menunjukkan bahwa emotional quotient  mempengaruhi pembentukan kenakalan remaja. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) hasil analisis aspek emotional quotient  dalam kategori tinggi yaitu 19 responden sebanyak 47%. (2) hasil analisis aspek kenakalan remaja dalam kategori rendah yaitu 20 responden sebanyak 50%. (3) hasil korelasi menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif antara emotional quotient  dengan kenakalan remaja dengan nilai koefisien korelasi -325 dan p=0,000 < 0,05. Artinya semakin tinggi emotional quotient  maka semakin rendah kenakalan remaja
