In today's rapidly developing era, advances in digital technology have brought significant changes to various fields, including the music industry. Music production processes that once relied heavily on analog equipment can now be carried out digitally through various software applications, one of which is Fruity Loops Studio (FL Studio). FL Studio is a digital music production software that is relatively easy for beginners to learn and is widely used in the creation of digital music. This technology enables individuals to create, record, edit, and produce music more efficiently without requiring expensive studio equipment. Therefore, proficiency in digital music production technology has become a relevant and essential skill for professional, educational, and creative industry purposes. Training in recording, mixing, and mastering techniques using FL Studio is one approach to enhancing the competencies of youth communities engaged in music activities. One of the target groups of this program is the K-Tong Lasiana Youth Community, a community actively involved in music creation, particularly ethnic music. However, their musical works are still primarily focused on live performances and have not been widely produced in digital recording formats due to limited knowledge and skills in digital music production. As a community service initiative, this training program is designed to equip community members with fundamental knowledge and practical skills in digital music production, enabling them to create high-quality musical works and distribute them through various digital platforms so that they can reach a broader audience.

Sukabanjar Village is one of the villages striving to improve basic infrastructure quality, particularly in drainage construction and road repair. However, limited understanding among village officials and communities regarding standardized construction cost estimation methods, specifically the Unit Price Work Analysis (AHSP), has become an obstacle in preparing accurate and efficient Budget Plans (RAB). This community service program (PKM) aims to improve the understanding of village officials, village hall staff, and Sukabanjar Village community regarding AHSP-based construction cost estimation planning as the standard reference for construction work cost calculation in Indonesia. The program involved socialization and training for 20 participants, consisting of village officials (RW/RT), village hall staff, and general public, introducing the basic concepts of AHSP, RAB component elements, and simple simulations of drainage and road work cost calculations. Evaluation was conducted through pre- and post-tests. The results of the activity showed a very significant improvement in participants' understanding. The average pre-test score was 42, which then increased to 75 in the post-test, reflecting an increase of 33 points (78.6%). In conclusion, the AHSP-based cost estimation planning socialization was effective in improving the village community's understanding of construction infrastructure budget management, although continued mentoring is still needed for optimal and sustainable implementation.

Studies on religious moderation in Islamic higher education institutions have demonstrated significant growth in recent years. This study employs bibliometric analysis to examine scientific publications on the topic of religious moderation in journals published by UIN Datokarama Palu between 2021 and 2025. Utilizing Publish or Perish (PoP), Mendeley, Microsoft Excel, and VOSviewer, a total of 111 scientific publication documents were analyzed. The findings reveal that the quantity of research on religious moderation has increased annually. The study further identifies a centralization of religious moderation research among a limited number of authors, and that the thematic spectrum of religious moderation studies remains considerably narrow. This study recommends that UIN Datokarama Palu actively promote a publication policy on religious moderation and foster research collaboration, in order to enhance the quality of scholarship in this domain and reinforce UIN Datokarama Palu's identity as a university committed to a moderate Islamic vision.

The development of digital technology has given rise to new forms of crime that are fundamentally different from conventional offenses. This study examines the normative ambiguity surrounding attempted offenses in cybercrimes under Law Number 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code (the New Criminal Code/New KUHP) and the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (the EIT Law/UU ITE). Article 17 Paragraph (1) of the New Criminal Code stipulates that for an attempt to be punishable, there must be intent, the commencement of execution, and the non-completion of the act due to circumstances independent of the perpetrator’s will. However, this concept was constructed upon the paradigm of conventional crime, which is physical and linear. Consequently, it creates serious complications when applied to cybercrimes that are virtual, automated, and simultaneous in nature. Furthermore, the formal offense characteristics found in several articles of the EIT Law logically clash with the doctrine of criminal attempt, which inherently requires the non-completion of an act. Using a normative legal research method, this study demonstrates that the phrase "directly potential to cause a criminal offense" in Article 17 Paragraph (2) of the New Criminal Code contains clear normative ambiguity. This ambiguity potentially leads to overcriminalization (an excessive application of criminal law where it encompasses too many actions, including activities that have not yet caused real harm or remain within the scope of legitimate use) of incomplete cybercrimes. Concurrently, it risks undercriminalization (an inadequate application of criminal law where it fails to encompass substantively dangerous acts due to limitations or ambiguity in the formulation of legal norms) regarding legitimate digital activities. To address this ambiguity, normative harmonization and law enforcement guidelines based on technical understanding are urgently required. The novelty of this study lies in formulating normative-functional parameters to determine the threshold for the 'commencement of execution' in cybercrimes under Article 17 Paragraph (2) of the New Criminal Code—an area left undeveloped in prior research. Concretely, the proposed functional-technical parameters focus on the cumulative intensity of technical actions, the degree of the perpetrator’s control over automated processes, and the objective manifestation of criminal intent to measure the direct risk posed to the target electronic system.

Environmental protection in Indonesia faces increasingly serious structural challenges following the enactment of the Criminal Procedure Law Number 20 of 2025 (the Criminal Code / KUHP), which for the first time introduces the Deferred Prosecution Agreement (DPA) mechanism for corporations. This study aims to: (1) analyze the normative framework of the DPA mechanism under Article 328 of the 2025 Criminal Code and assess its alignment with the principle of primum remedium as well as the constitutional right to a clean and healthy environment as guaranteed by Article 28H of the 1945 Constitution; (2) identify normative conflicts between the 2025 Criminal Code, Law Number 32 of 2009 on Environmental Protection and Management (UUPPLH), Law Number 1 of 2023, and Law Number 6 of 2023 concerning Job Creation; and (3) formulate minimum normative standards to ensure that criminal proceedings in environmental crimes are constitutional and in line with the principles of ecological justice. This study employs a normative legal research method through a statutory approach and a conceptual approach grounded in a green criminology perspective. The findings indicate that the simultaneous interaction among the Job Creation Law, the 2023 Criminal Code, and the 2025 Criminal Code collectively constructs a three-layered "architecture of corporate impunity" in environmental crimes. There is a substantive conflict of norms between Article 328 of the 2025 Criminal Code and Article 85(2) of the Environmental Protection and Management Law, which prohibits out-of-court settlements for environmental crimes, without an explicit harmonization clause. This study concludes that the DPA has the potential to become an instrument that institutionalizes corporate impunity if it is not accompanied by three minimum normative criteria: restricting the scope of offenses, the obligation for ecological restoration based on independent scientific assessments, and a monitoring mechanism involving technical ecological institutions and affected communities.

This study examines the growing debate surrounding the possibility of granting legal personhood to artificial intelligence (AI) systems within contemporary legal frameworks. As AI technologies become increasingly autonomous in decision-making, innovation, and economic interactions, questions arise concerning accountability, liability, and ethical governance. Using a qualitative library research approach, this study analyzes scholarly literature, legal theories, and global regulatory developments related to AI personhood. The discussion explores historical precedents of non-human legal entities, including corporations and natural objects, and compares them with emerging proposals for electronic legal personality. The findings reveal that while functional legal recognition may offer practical solutions for liability and compensation, current AI systems lack consciousness, moral agency, and intentionality required for full legal personhood. Consequently, most jurisdictions prefer human-centered regulatory models emphasizing transparency, oversight, and institutional accountability. The study concludes that extending legal personhood to AI remains premature and that adaptive governance frameworks are more appropriate for managing future AI-related legal challenges

This paper offers a comparative analysis of character education through the lens of Islamic and secular humanistic paradigms. Recognizing the increasing cultural and religious diversity in contemporary educational settings, the study emphasizes the importance of an integrative approach that respects both spiritual and rational ethical frameworks. Islamic character education centers on virtues derived from divine guidance, fostering a moral compass anchored in faith, while secular humanistic education promotes critical thinking, autonomy, and universal ethical principles grounded in reason and empathy. By synthesizing these approaches, educators can cultivate learners’ moral resilience, empathy, and ethical commitment within pluralistic societies. The paper further highlights the benefits of intercultural dialogue, pedagogical innovation, and cultural competence for teachers, parents, and communities in supporting holistic moral development. Ultimately, the integration of these models enriches character education, preparing students to become ethically responsible and socially engaged citizens in globalized contexts
