The synthetic unit hydrograph methods of Nakayasu, HEC-HMS (Snyder), SCS, ITB-1, and ITB-2 are used to calculate peak discharge and flood hydrograph shape in this Kadumalik Dam study. The maximum daily rainfall data analysis used the Thiessen Polygon and Arithmetic Mean methods. Of these two frequency analysis methods, the Thiessen Polygon method was chosen. Rainfall transformation into runoff using the FJ MOCK and NRECA methods has been applied in the Kadumalik Dam analysis. Compared to NRECA, the FJ MOCK method with the Thiessen Polygon method for frequency rainfall analysis provided a better performance rating with calibration values of 0.911 for R2, 0.627 for NSE, 0.606 for RSR, 18.141 for RMSE, and 30.764 for PBIAS. The validation values were 0.911 for R2, 0.661 for NSE, 0.582 for RSR, 16.086 for RMSE, and 34.420 for PBIAS. The Kadumalik Dam uses a side-channel spillway model with an ogee spillway crest type. Technically, it is planned based on the design flood discharge Q100 and controlled by discharging the flood discharge Q1000 and QPMF. The purpose of this study is to determine the hydraulic flow behavior that occurs in the numerical model based on CFD with ANSYS Fluent and CFX, along with Flow 3D in the diversion, regulation, and launching channels, to obtain the optimum design of the structures, where the flow classification is steady and transient. From the numerical analysis results, it was found that the water velocity streamline in the launch channel for Q100 with steady flow is 0.1644 – 0.2643 m.s-1, for Q1000 it is 0.2176 – 0.2869 m.s-1, and for QPMF it is 0.1592 – 0.2262 m.s-1. For transient flow, the water velocity streamline in the launch channel for Q100 is 0.1555 – 0.2250 m.s-1, for Q1000 it is 0.1541 – 0.2232 m.s-1, and for QPMF it is 0.1559 – 0.2255 m.s-1. Wet, normal, and dry hydraulic conditions are used in the analysis of the Kadumalik Dam operation pattern. The wet hydraulic condition before the reservoir had an average discharge of 25.51 m3/s, and after the reservoir, the average discharge was 26.89 m3/s, an increase of 5.125%. The normal hydraulic condition before the reservoir had an average discharge of 15.54 m3/s, and after the reservoir, the average discharge was 18.75 m3/s, an increase of 17.105%. The dry hydraulic condition before the reservoir had an average discharge of 1.74 m3/s, and after the reservoir, the average discharge was 7.97 m3/s, an increase of 78.157%.

This community service focuses on participatory planning of thematic parks at the Kampoeng Semawis Housing Complex, Semarang. This area has great potential to be developed into a useful public space, but currently the existing green open space is still less than optimal in its use. The focus of this service is to create a thematic park that not only functions as a green open space, but also as a place for social interaction and education for residents. The main issue faced is the lack of community involvement in planning and managing public spaces, which results in a lack of sense of ownership and concern for existing facilities. Through a participatory approach, this program aims to increase citizen participation in planning and managing public spaces. It is hoped that with this thematic park, the level of citizen participation in maintaining and utilizing public spaces will increase, which will ultimately improve the quality of life for the residents of Kampoeng Semawis. This community service aims to examine the participatory planning process for thematic parks in Kampoeng Semawis and its impact on community participation and the quality of life of local residents. It is hoped that the results of this program can become a model for the development of public space in other residential areas in Semarang.

Due to the rising number of drug misuse cases in Indonesia, we students are involved in preventive initiatives as a means of safeguarding the next generation. In order to help raise awareness, knowledge, and prevent drug abuse among adolescents, as well as to encourage changes in adolescent behavior to be more cautious and avoid involvement in drug use, the activity with the theme "Student Efforts to Fortify the Young Generation from the Threat of Conventional Drugs and NPS Through Preventive Action in Griya Hasanah Housing, West Cikarang" was offered. A pseudo-experiment with a one-group pre- and post-test design was the study methodology used. Purposive sampling with a sample size of 22 participants is used. The pre-test, which was administered prior to the counseling session, examined the participants' level of knowledge by having them complete questions. A post-test was subsequently administered. Affective education was also used in this study to build personality, self-maturity, decision-making abilities, and the capacity to properly manage mental stress. Counseling sessions, Q&A sessions, quizzes for evaluation and feedback, and competitions were all used to carry out this activity. The study's findings demonstrated that participants' knowledge levels were low (30.8%) prior to the counseling activity and high (100%) following it. Participants had prior awareness of both conventional medications and NPS. The analysis's findings indicated a 60.2% increase in drug knowledge. The conclusion was that the younger generation's awareness and knowledge of the threat and risks of conventional drugs and NPS had increased significantly as a result of this activity.

The provisions requiring an Independent Worker to become a participant in the implementation of Public Housing Savings (Tapera) are felt to be inadequate/or unfair. If this continues to be forced, then at least 2 (two) problems will arise in the future, namely: First, how will the participation of Independent Workers continue. Second, whether the provisions requiring the participation of Independent Workers are in accordance with the principle of utility (utilitarianism) in law. The aim of the research is to contribute ideas to regulatory or policy makers regarding the implementation of Tapera. The research method chosen is normative legal research, which is related to doctrinal research or legal teachings by conducting literature reviews, through a legal philosophy approach with the thought framework of Jeremy Bentham (utilitarianism) and a legislative approach. The results of the assessment (thinking) are as follows: First, the continuity of Independent Worker participation will have a high risk of being resolved until the end. Second, Jeremy Bentham's principle of utilitarianism/benefit (happiness) justice is not implemented, considering the norm which requires Independent Workers to follow Tapera, it is felt that it is unfair in the event that Independent Workers already own a house (either by paying in installments, building their own house, getting a house from from gifts and inheritance).

Housing is a collection of houses as part of settlements, both urban and rural, which are equipped with public infrastructure, facilities and utilities as a result of efforts to provide livable houses. If you look at the definition of housing, you can see that infrastructure, facilities and public utilities are requirements that must be completed in housing. In fact, when the housing is still under construction, housing marketing through a preliminary sale and purchase agreement system can only be carried out after there is certainty about several things, one of which is the availability of infrastructure, facilities and public utilities. Quantitative data from interview results is described in a frequency table qualitatively and descriptively. The data that has been obtained through research activities is analyzed qualitatively. Qualitative analysis is used to describe the data obtained, both primary data and secondary data, which is then followed by interpretation and conclusions. Implementation of the procurement of public facilities and social facilities is a mandatory requirement that must be provided by the developer/developer to obtain a building construction permit (IMB) from the Spatial Planning and Building Service. Where housing is a collection of houses as part of settlements, both urban and rural, which are equipped with infrastructure, facilities and public utilities as a result of efforts to provide livable houses. The development of housing infrastructure, facilities and public utilities is carried out by the Government, regional governments and/or every person. This research analyzes the role of priests in social dialogue related to the implementation of the Public Housing Savings Program (TAPERA) in Riam Batang Parish and its impact on the lives of the people. TAPERA, as an Indonesian government initiative, aims to facilitate livable house ownership for low-income people through savings and financing schemes. In Riam Batang Parish, priests not only function as spiritual leaders, but also as facilitators of social dialogue and agents of change. This research uses a qualitative approach with case studies, collecting data through in-depth interviews with priests and congregation. The research results show that imams play a key role in increasing people's awareness and understanding of TAPERA, as well as helping overcome bureaucratic and economic obstacles. The Imam plays an active role in providing education and outreach regarding this program, helping the congregation access its benefits, and being a mediator between the congregation and government agencies. However, several challenges such as lack of understanding of the people, complicated administrative processes, and economic limitations are still significant obstacles. This research highlights the importance of effective social dialogue built by priests in supporting the implementation of TAPERA, as well as the need for collaboration between the church, government and local communities to overcome these challenges. Thus, the role of the priest in a social and economic context becomes essential in improving the welfare of the people and achieving the goals of a more inclusive and sustainable public housing program.
