The objective of this study is to analyze the impact of work-related stress and the physical work environent on employeee perfornance at the Abdul Karim Medika Center Clinic. The reseearch method employed a quantittative aproach using a causal-associiative study design. The population consisted of 52 employees, while the selected sample conprised 46 employees chosen through simple random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and docunentation. It was found that work-related stress had a negative and significant impact on employee performance (R² = -0.340 and Sig. = 0.002 < 0.05). Meanwhile, the physical work environnent had a positive and significant impact on employee performance (R² = 0.528 and Sig. = 0.000 < 0.05). Concurrently, work stress and the physical work environment had a significant impact on employee perfornance (F calculated 30.621 and Sig. 0.000 < 0.05). The results of the coefficient of determination revealed that 68% of the variation in employee performance was explained by work stress and the physical work environment, while the remaining 32% was attributed to other factors.

Problems: Based on data from the Batam City Health Office, the 3 Community Health Centers with the highest incidence of anemia include Sei Panas 15.7%, Sambau 10.24%, Nongsa 8.24%. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between maternal age and parity with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in the working area of UPT Puskesmas Sei Panas Batam City in 2024. Methods: This study used a descriptive correlation research design with a cross-sectional research design. The sampling technique used was Non Probability Sampling. Respondents in this study were 66 pregnant women. Results: Based on the Chi- Square test, the age variable obtained a P-value of 0.000 (ρ <0.05) and the parias variable with a P-value of 0.000 (ρ>0.05). This study shows that there is a relationship between age and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women and the relationship between parity and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in the working area of UPT Puskesmas Sei Panas Batam City in 2024. Conclusion: there is a relationship between age and parity of mothers with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women. Suggestion: It is hoped that prospective mothers understand the ideal safe age and parity in preparing for a healthy pregnancy in order to avoid anemia during pregnancy. And pregnant women must be diligent in consuming Fe tablets and also make 6 ANC visits during pregnancy so that pregnant women's health is monitored, especially their Hb levels.

Waste management is a major challenge in environmental conservation in Indonesia. One innovative approach that can be implemented is the use of informative waste signs as a visual educational medium for the public. Waste signs are information boards placed in strategic locations to provide knowledge about the types of waste, their environmental impacts, and the decomposition time of various materials. The Community Service Program (KKN) of Padang State University (UNP) has implemented this concept by creating educational boards containing information on waste decomposition time, ranging from waste that decomposes in 50–100 years to waste that does not decompose at all. This article aims to examine the concept, benefits, and effectiveness of waste signs as a community-based environmental education instrument. The methods used include field observation and a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study indicate that waste signs can increase public awareness of the importance of proper waste management. Thus, this medium has the potential to be a simple yet effective educational tool in supporting sustainable environmentally friendly behavior.

Hotel Naripan is still facing challenges in ensuring its employees can have optimal ability and motivation. This occurs in employee performance which can be caused by the lack of training, the absence of rewards from the company. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of work ability and motivation on employee performance at the hotel, so that it can be an evaluation material for management to improve service quality and hotel competitiveness in the increasingly competitive hospitality industry. The research method used is quantitative. This method is used to study a specific population or sample with data collection through research instruments. The analysis carried out is quantitative and uses statistical techniques, with the main purpose of testing the hypothesis that has been previously formulated. The results of this research based on multiple linear regression tests, the value of the multiple linear regression coefficient of the work ability variable, has a positive value of 0.635, the value of the multiple linear regression coefficient of the independent variable work motivation, has a positive value of 0.043

This community service activity was carried out through the Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) program at SDN 30 V Koto Kampung Dalam, Padang Pariaman Regency, West Sumatra. The activity aimed to restore the psychological condition and learning spirit of students who experienced trauma following a fire disaster. Five educational games were implemented, namely sendok tepung (spoon and flour), pipet aqua (straw transfer), naga balon (balloon dragon), biskuit Roma (biscuit game), and joget balon (balloon dance). These games were selected to stimulate physical, social, emotional, and mental aspects of students. The instruction was delivered directly using a microphone and speaker system, with a storytelling approach that sparked imagination rather than evoking pity. The impact was measured through behavioral observation, with positive indicators including students transitioning from drooping posture to upright, laughter replacing silence, and passive children beginning to vocalize and cheer. Results indicated that educational game-based socialization is effective as a non-therapeutic initial psychosocial recovery strategy for disaster-affected children. This activity demonstrates that simple and participatory methods can significantly contribute to restoring children's learning motivation and psychological resilience post-disaster.

This study aims to evaluate the application of environmental management accounting in the management of work programs at the Bangkalan Regency Environmental Agency. The research is motivated by increasing environmental problems, particularly waste volume and limited management facilities, while environmental management accounting has the potential to assist agencies in identifying, measuring, and reporting environmental costs as a basis for decision-making and public accountability. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach at the Bangkalan Regency Environmental Agency. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results show that the Environmental Agency has implemented environmental management accounting, but its recording is still manual and does not separate environmental costs from general operational costs. This condition complicates cost evaluation and program impact assessment. Work program management has been structured and evaluated regularly, but performance measurement still focuses on output, not long-term environmental impact. Information transparency is also still limited to activity publications. Overall, the application of environmental accounting is at a basic stage and has not been fully integrated into the work program planning and evaluation process. The findings of this study provide theoretical and practical implications in the form of strengthening understanding of the role of environmental management accounting and the need to improve the work program recording and evaluation system at the Bangkalan Regency Environmental Agency.

Melasma is a chronic acquired hyperpigmentation disorder affecting sun-exposed facial areas and associated with ultraviolet exposure, hormonal influences, and genetic predisposition. This review aims to describe the mechanisms of action, effectiveness, and safety of topical depigmenting agents in melasma management. Hydroquinone remains the traditional gold standard through tyrosinase inhibition, while triple-combination therapy with retinoids and corticosteroids demonstrates superior reduction in Melasma Area Severity Index scores compared with monotherapy. Non-hydroquinone agents such as tranexamic acid, azelaic acid, niacinamide, cysteamine, and thiamidol show comparable efficacy with improved tolerability. Common adverse effects include erythema and irritation, with rare ochronosis linked to prolonged hydroquinone use. In conclusion, individualized multimodal strategies with strict photoprotection are essential for effective and sustained melasma control.

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment on employee productivity at PT Harmoni Reka Cipta. The research employs a descriptive c method using Spradley’s approach, which includes place, actor, and situation. Informants were selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, resulting in one key informant and four main informants relevant to the data requirements. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and field observations. The research findings, based on NVIVO analysis visualized through a word cloud, indicate that the most dominant aspect in discussions of the work environment is workplace facilities, followed by work relations, work atmosphere, and operational constraints. Interviews revealed that lighting and coworker relationships are generally in good condition; however, challenges remain, including limited workspace, insufficient facilities, and suboptimal air circulation, especially in the production area. These conditions affect employee comfort, focus, and work effectiveness. NVIVO results related to productivity show that quantity, quality, and timeliness are influenced by a work environment that is not yet fully supportive. Some delays occur due to high production intensity, heavy workloads, and inadequate facilities. This study concludes that improving facilities, reorganizing workspace layouts, and enhancing physical comfort are necessary to support optimal employee productivity

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Kangklin Jaya Bersih di Jakarta Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Penelitian ini populasi sebanyak 150 karyawan dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan eror 5% dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 86 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regrensi Y = 4,371 + 0,800 X1. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,853 artinya kedua variabel memiliki tingkat hubungan yang sangat kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 72,7%. Uji hipotesis diperoleh hasil t hitung > t tabel atau (14,953 > 1,988). Hal tersebut juga diperkuat dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,05 atau (0,000 < 0,05). Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regrensi Y = 3,163 + 0,867 X2. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,864 artinya kedua variabel memiliki tingkat hubungan yang sangat kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 74,6%. Uji hipotesis diperoleh hasil t hitung > t tabel atau (15,694 > 1,988). Hal tersebut diperkuat dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,05 atau (0,000 < 0,05). Disiplin kerja dan lingkungan  kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regrensi Y = 1,468 + 0,390 X1 + 0,474 X2. Nilai koefisien korelasi diperoleh 0,887 artinya memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 78,8% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh hasil F hitung > F tabel atau (153,833 > 3,11). Dengan demikian terbukti Ha3 diterima dan Ho3 ditolak. Hal ini juga diperkuat dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Kangklin Jaya Bersih Di Jakarta Selatan.

Work motivation, job satisfaction, and employee performance are key aspects of management psychology that continue to evolve as organizational productivity demands increase. In an era of global competition, organizations are required to manage human resources effectively by enhancing work motivation and job satisfaction to achieve optimal performance. This study aims to examine the relationship between work motivation and employee performance, as well as to analyze the role of job satisfaction as a mediating variable in that relationship. The method used is a literature review with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through the Google Scholar and Publish or Perish databases using keywords related to work motivation, job satisfaction, and employee performance from a management psychology perspective. From 25 articles found between 2022 and 2026, 5 of the most relevant articles were selected for further analysis.The results of the study indicate that work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance, both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Additionally, there is a growing trend toward the integration of management psychology approaches in efforts to enhance employee performance. Thus, it can be concluded that the simultaneous management of motivation and job satisfaction is a key factor in achieving optimal performance. Further research is recommended to develop a more comprehensive and integrative model.

This study aims to analyze the effect of employer branding on the job interest of Generation Z in digital companies. The background of this research is based on the increasing competition among companies in attracting young talents, especially Generation Z, who have unique characteristics such as being highly adaptive to technology, prioritizing work-life balance, and having high expectations toward the workplace environment. Employer branding has become an essential strategy for companies to build an attractive and competitive image as an employer. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents from Generation Z who are seeking jobs or interested in working in digital companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques include validity testing, reliability testing, simple linear regression analysis, and t-test. The results indicate that employer branding has a positive and significant effect on Generation Z’s job interest. This implies that the better the company’s image as an employer, the higher the interest of Generation Z to work in the company. This study suggests that digital companies need to strengthen their employer branding strategies to attract and retain young talents.

Pendidikan karakter menjadi fokus penting dalam dunia pendidikan karena meningkatnya tantangan moral peserta didik di era globalisasi dan digitalisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter di sekolah menengah, mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasinya, serta menganalisis dampaknya terhadap perkembangan moral peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang dilaksanakan di SMK Plus Al-Ghifari. Subjek penelitian meliputi guru Bimbingan dan Konseling, wali kelas, dan siswa yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam semi-terstruktur, observasi, dan analisis dokumen sekolah, kemudian dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter telah diintegrasikan dalam proses pembelajaran dan budaya sekolah, dengan dukungan utama berupa kepedulian guru, kerja sama dengan orang tua, serta inisiatif peserta didik. Namun, implementasi masih menghadapi kendala seperti pengaruh lingkungan sosial, keterlibatan keluarga yang belum optimal, ketidakkonsistenan ketegasan pendidik, dan kesulitan adaptasi peserta didik baru. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan sinergi antara sekolah, keluarga, dan lingkungan untuk meningkatkan keberlanjutan dan efektivitas pendidikan karakter.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran permainan tradisional dalam pembentukan karakter siswa sekolah dasar di Jawa Tengah melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Kajian dilakukan dengan mengacu pada tahapan PRISMA yang meliputi identifikasi, penyaringan, kelayakan, dan inklusi artikel. Penelusuran literatur menggunakan aplikasi Publish or Perish dengan basis data Google Scholar pada rentang tahun 2016-2026, sehingga diperoleh 10 artikel yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa permainan tradisional seperti engklek, gobak sodor, egrang, bakiak, dan congklak berkontribusi dalam menumbuhkan nilai kerja sama, empati, tanggung jawab, disiplin, ketekunan, serta kemampuan mengendalikan diri. Permainan yang dilakukan secara berkelompok cenderung memperkuat karakter sosial, sedangkan permainan individual lebih menekankan pada pembentukan karakter personal. Temuan-temuan tersebut membuka ruang pengembangan penelitian lanjutan dengan pendekatan metodologis yang lebih beragam serta penguatan integrasi permainan tradisional sebagai media pendidikan karakter berbasis kearifan lokal di sekolah dasar.

Penelitian ini bertujuan memahami pelaksanaan pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) sebagai upaya meningkatkan pemahaman nilai-nilai Pancasila pada siswa kelas 5A di SDN 1 Bendogerit Kota Blitar. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi pentingnya pendidikan karakter berlandaskan Pancasila dalam membentuk generasi berakhlak, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab di tengah tantangan globalisasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode wawancara terpusat dan observasi langsung terhadap guru serta proses pembelajaran. Data dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan secara sistematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan guru berperan aktif sebagai teladan dalam membentuk nilai disiplin, tanggung jawab, kerja sama, sopan santun, dan kejujuran siswa. Penguatan nilai Pancasila juga didukung budaya sekolah melalui program pagi rutin dan kegiatan literasi berkelanjutan. Faktor pendukung utama ialah keteladanan guru dan lingkungan yang kondusif, sedangkan tantangan meliputi kebutuhan siswa yang beragam serta keterbatasan sarana digital. This study aims to understand the implementation of Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) as an effort to enhance students’ understanding of Pancasila values among fifth-grade students at SDN 1 Bendogerit, Blitar City. The research is motivated by the importance of character education based on Pancasila in shaping a generation that is virtuous, disciplined, and responsible amid the challenges of globalization. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, using focused interviews and direct classroom observations involving teachers and the learning process. Data were analyzed through the stages of data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing systematically. The results indicate that teachers play an active role as role models in cultivating students’ values of discipline, responsibility, cooperation, politeness, and honesty. The reinforcement of Pancasila values is also supported by the school culture through regular morning programs and continuous literacy activities. The main supporting factors include teacher exemplarity and a conducive school environment, while challenges involve diverse student needs and limited digital learning facilities.

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Banda Aceh City Environmental, Sanitation, and Beautification Office. This study employs a quantitative approach using an associative method. The study population consisted of 44 civil servants, all of whom were included in the sample using a census method. Data collection was conducted via a questionnaire using a Likert scale, supplemented by observations and interviews. The data analysis techniques employed included path analysis, t-tests, the coefficient of determination (R²), and the Sobel test to examine the mediating role. The results of the study indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.004 and a calculated t-value of 3.014. Organizational culture also has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, with a p-value of 0.003 and a t-statistic of 3.940. Furthermore, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 and a t-value of 5.174. A mediation test using the Sobel test indicates that job satisfaction significantly mediates the effect of organizational culture on employee performance with a t-value of 3.818 (>1.96). The coefficient of determination of 0.832 indicates that 83.2% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by organizational culture, job satisfaction, and their interaction, while the remainder is influenced by other variables outside the scope of this study. Thus, it can be concluded that organizational culture has a strong influence on improving employee performance, both directly and through job satisfaction as a mediating variable.

The development of modern organizations requires the integration of psychological aspects into management practices in order to enhance individual performance and well-being. Issues such as work stress, motivation, and psychology-based leadership have become increasingly important in responding to the dynamics of complex work environments. This study aims to examine the development and trends in management psychology and to identify its contributions to organizational practices. The research questions posed are: (1) how has management psychology research developed over the past five years, and (2) what are the main themes and their contributions to organizational management. The method used is a qualitative approach with a literature review through the Google Scholar and Publish or Perish databases using the keyword “management psychology.” A total of 20 articles were obtained, then selected through a screening and eligibility process, resulting in 5 articles being analyzed. The results of the review indicate three main themes, namely stress management and psychological well-being, work motivation, and psychology-based leadership and human resource management. These findings confirm that psychology plays a strategic role in improving organizational effectiveness. This study concludes the importance of a holistic approach in management psychology and recommends further, more integrative research.

Nagari Pandam Gadang is a village in Gunuang Omeh District, Lima Puluh Kota Regency, West Sumatra Province, with an area of 64.00 km² and a population of approximately 5,058. This article aims to present a comprehensive profile of the village, covering aspects of geography, history, public facilities, tourism potential, and the economic conditions of the community. The data in this article is compiled based on the Administrative Map created by KKN students from Padang State University in 2026, supported by field observations and related literature sources. Geographically, this village has a potential natural landscape for the development of the agricultural and tourism sectors. From a historical perspective, Nagari Pandam Gadang is known as the birthplace of national hero Ibrahim Datuk Tan Malaka. In addition, this village has natural tourism potential such as the Many Fish Tourism and the Lotus Cave, which have not been optimally managed. The community's economic condition is still dominated by the traditional agricultural sector. Therefore, an integrated development strategy is needed to improve community welfare through the sustainable utilization of local potential based on local wisdom.

Latar belakang penelitian ini berakar pada fenomena kemajuan yang tidak merata di antara indikator pembangunan di Sumatera Utara, di mana Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM), meskipun diklasifikasikan dalam kategori “tinggi”, belum secara konsisten berkontribusi pada penurunan tingkat pengangguran. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh IMB, tingkat kemiskinan, dan tingkat pengangguran terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan data deret waktu dari tahun 2010 hingga 2025 yang bersumber dari BPS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, IPM, kemiskinan, dan pengangguran secara signifikan mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah. Secara parsial, IMB memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan, menunjukkan bahwa investasi dalam kualitas modal manusia meningkatkan produktivitas ekonomi. Sebaliknya, baik tingkat kemiskinan maupun tingkat pengangguran terbuka menunjukkan pengaruh negatif dan signifikan, yang menyiratkan bahwa peningkatan variabel-variabel ini cenderung menghambat ekspansi ekonomi. Lebih lanjut, variabel independen yang dimasukkan dalam model ini menjelaskan 49,49% variasi pertumbuhan ekonomi, sedangkan proporsi sisanya dijelaskan oleh faktor eksternal di luar cakupan penelitian ini. Hasil ini menyoroti pentingnya penerapan kebijakan yang menyelaraskan pengembangan sumber daya manusia dengan tuntutan pasar tenaga kerja untuk mengatasi masalah pengangguran terdidik.

Digital transformation has driven organizations to adopt the metaverse as a 3D virtual workspace that enables employee interaction through avatars, thereby introducing new challenges in managing organizational identity, work culture, and employee loyalty. This study aims to analyze the role of human resource leadership in establishing organizational identity, transforming work culture, and sustaining employee loyalty within a metaverse-based work environment. The study employs an integrative literature review approach by systematically collecting and synthesizing relevant scholarly sources from reputable publications within the last five years. The findings indicate that organizational identity in the metaverse is constructed through avatar representation and virtual environment design, while work culture undergoes a transformation toward flexible digital interaction patterns that still require reinforcement of organizational values. Furthermore, employee loyalty is influenced by the quality of virtual experiences and the effectiveness of leadership communication. In this context, digital-based HR leadership emerges as a critical factor in fostering employee engagement and trust in a non-physical interaction setting. This study contributes conceptually by integrating leadership, identity, culture, and loyalty within the metaverse framework, and provides practical implications for organizations in designing adaptive human resource management strategies in response to the advancement of immersive technologies.

The purpose of the research that has been carried out is to determine and analyze the effect of supervision and work load on work quality through work stress of employees of KPP Pratama Semarang Candisari. The research method used is SEM, with the technique of PLS. This study’s PLS-SEM analysis led to the following conclusions: 1) It is known that supervision and work load have a significant effect on work stress. While supervision has a negative influence on work stress, work load has a positive influence. 2) Supervision and work load both have significant and positive effect on work quality. 3) There is a significant effect of supervision and work load on work quality through work stress of employees at KPP Pratama Semarang Candisari. While significant effect of supervision on work quality through work stress has a negative influence, work load on work quality through work stress has positife effect..
