Participative leadership in dakwah institutions offers clear benefits. Literature indicates this style improves decision quality and spurs innovation, as members with relevant knowledge contribute creative solutions. It fosters an inclusive culture where stakeholders feel valued, responsible, and committed to collective decisions. Organizational effectiveness and efficiency rise with increased participation and member engagement. However, full implementation encounters practical challenges. In dakwah organizations with hierarchical traditions, resistance to power-sharing and trust deficits can cause conflict and decision delays. Limited leadership capacity and communication skills among members become obstacles if leaders are untrained in participative methods. Organizational theory thus recommends adaptive strategies: leaders should establish effective communication channels, empower teams, and implement context-specific leadership training programs. Case studies suggest these measures build a sustainable collaborative culture that supports innovation in dakwah programs. In summary, participative leadership, when combined with appropriate training and a supportive culture, can enhance effectiveness, foster creativity, and ensure organizational sustainability in religious outreach.

Entrepreneurship training is a key strategy for empowering village economies, especially among youth from Karang Taruna and PKK members. In Kaladawa Village, local potential such as agriculture and handicrafts has not been fully utilized due to limited entrepreneurial knowledge and exposure. This program aims to enhance participants' entrepreneurial competencies through practical-based training methods, including interactive lectures, group discussions, and business simulations. A participatory approach was implemented to help participants identify local potentials, develop business ideas, and formulate digital-based marketing strategies. The results of the training indicate a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of entrepreneurship, as reflected in the emergence of innovative business plans focused on local and digital products. Pre- and post-training evaluations showed increased motivation, creativity, and readiness among participants to initiate independent ventures. The training also fostered a sustainable entrepreneurial spirit by covering essential topics such as financial management, digital transformation, and business networking. Participants acknowledged that direct experiences and intensive mentoring during the sessions played a crucial role in building their confidence and competitiveness. However, for long-term success, continuous mentoring and institutional support are required, along with strategic collaboration between stakeholders such as village governments, local MSMEs, and higher education institutions. Thus, this program not only contributes to improving technical and entrepreneurial skills but also plays a pivotal role in developing a self-reliant and sustainable rural entrepreneurial ecosystem. The integration of similar training into broader community empowerment programs is recommended to ensure lasting impact, inclusive access, resilience, innovation, adaptability, creativity, empowerment, collaboration, leadership, and meaningful local economic development.

The initiative responded to the need for youth empowerment programs that combine entrepreneurial skills with social responsibility, particularly those grounded in Islamic values. The one-day training was designed to be interactive and engaging, incorporating inspirational dialogues with practitioners, interactive simulations, role-plays, and value reflections. These methods were intended to create an immersive learning experience, enabling students to connect theory with real-world application. A total of 50 students participated in the program. The training focused on three main objectives: (1) developing the ability to identify and analyze social issues in their community, (2) designing solutions through the creation of social enterprises, and (3) integrating Islamic values into business practices to ensure ethical and sustainable entrepreneurship. Evaluation was conducted using pre- and post-training assessments, observation, and participant feedback. The results indicated that 70% of participants demonstrated a strong understanding of the concept of sociopreneurship after the training. Additionally, 76% successfully integrated Islamic values into their proposed business ideas, while over 60% were able to design simple but feasible social enterprise concepts addressing real social problems. Participants also reported increased awareness, empathy, creativity, and leadership skills as outcomes of the activity. The findings highlight that experiential learning-based sociopreneurship training is an effective method for cultivating youth’s capacity to initiate social change through entrepreneurial action. This program not only enhanced students’ knowledge and skills but also inspired them to become agents of positive transformation in their communities. It is recommended that schools establish follow-up initiatives, such as sociopreneur clubs, mentoring schemes, and project incubation programs, to ensure the sustainability and further development of students’ social enterprise ideas.

Dance is an effective medium for children, providing an alternative channel for expressing complex emotions and feelings. The body movements, rhythms and music of dance allow children to convey their experiences in a creative and non-verbal way. There is a positive correlation between participation in dance activities and participation in dance activities with increased social emotional development of children. By learning movement and improvisation, children can express a range of calming emotions from joy to sadness and from anger. Dance also helps children develop motor skills, coordination and creativity. Therefore, the integration of early childhood education and dance into elementary schools is highly recommended as a holistic approach to the development of children's potential and as a way to support child emotional well-being.

Learning media has an important role in increasing the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process. This study aims to analyze the use of podcasts as a learning medium in the Media and Educational Technology course at the Islamic Religious Education Study Program, Primagraha University. The research approach used is qualitative descriptive, with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects are students who take the course, selected purposively based on the criteria of active users of social media and digital software. The results of the study show that podcasts are an effective learning medium in increasing students' interest and motivation to learn. Although the majority of students are used to using platforms like YouTube and Instagram, they don't have any experience in producing and distributing podcasts. The implementation of podcasts not only provides a new learning experience, but also encourages creativity and improves students' digital literacy. Group-based learning projects such as Ngajak Podcast show positive responses from students and show increased engagement in exploring educational materials independently. Thus, podcasts can be an alternative learning media that is relevant to technological developments and students' digital habits today.

This article aims to explain the conditions of Gen Z in the blanket of rapid development of digitalization technology. This article uses a qualitative method with a literature study and a descriptive analytical approach. The results of the study indicate that the Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) phenomenon on social media reflects symptoms of deep anxiety experienced by modern society, especially Generation Z, due to the fear of being left behind by information or trends that are considered important. In a digital world full of endless information, individuals are encouraged to stay connected and consume content that is often irrelevant, creating the illusion of engagement and validation. This phenomenon creates a great irony, where social media, which should be a tool for communication and information, has instead become a space filled with social pressure, value gaps, and artificial scenarios. The impact of FOMO can be seen in psychological aspects, such as anxiety, depression, and low self-confidence; social, in the form of a decrease in the quality of direct relationships between individuals; and physical, such as lack of sleep and reduced physical activity. However, social media also offers positive opportunities, such as increased creativity, network expansion, and the opening of new opportunities, if used wisely. To overcome the negative impacts of FOMO, efforts are needed to limit the time spent using social media, change the mindset to be more reflective and productive, and engage in meaningful activities.
