The general objective of this research is to describe the phenomenon of code mixing in the student community at the Lamandau Dormitory. The specific objectives of this research are: (1) to describe the form of code-mixing at the word level in the conversations of the Lamandau dormitory student community. (2) to describe the form of code mixing at the phrase level in the conversation of the Lamandau dormitory student community. (3) to describe the form of code mixing at the clause level in the conversation of the Lamandau dormitory student community. (4) describe the implications of code mixing in learning short stories for class XI high school students. This research approach uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive methods. The source of the data in this study was the daily conversations of the student community at the Lamandau hostel. Data analysis in this study was carried out by collecting data identifying data, classifying data, and describing data. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is code mixing at the word level in the conversation of the student community at the Lamandau hostel. (2) there is code mixing at the phrase level in the conversations of the student community at the Lamandau hostel. (3) there is code mixing at the clause level in the conversations of the student community at the Lamandau dormitory. (4) the results of this study are used in learning short stories in class XI SMA, especially competency 4.9.

Sejak diberlakukannya Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa, pemerintahan desa telah mendapatkan alokasi dana desa. Salah satu sumber pendapatan desa adalah alokasi dana desa yang merupakan bagian dari dana perimbangan kabupaten/kota. Oleh karena itu, pengelolaan dana desa harus mengikuti prinsip pengelolaan keuangan negara, yaitu harus transparan dan akuntabel. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak kualitas sumber daya manusia, pengawasan Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD), dan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap transparansi dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini meliputi studi kepustakaan untuk memperoleh pemahaman tentang interpretasi nilai transparansi dan akuntabilitas. Selain itu, data sekunder juga digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yang diperoleh dalam bentuk olahan dari pemerintah desa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat di desa sebenarnya tidak memaknai transparansi dan akuntabilitas dengan standar yang tinggi. Mereka lebih menekankan pada nilai gotong royong dalam mewujudkan transparansi melalui partisipasi dari seluruh unsur desa dalam pengelolaan dana desa. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencapai pengelolaan keuangan desa yang akuntabel, diperlukan SDM yang berkualitas, Badan Permusyawaratan Desa yang melakukan pengawasan dengan baik, serta melibatkan masyarakat dalam rapat perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembangunan desa secara transparan dan akuntabel.

This study discusses the teacher's efforts to increase student activity in the classroom and the implications for today's teachers. The purpose of this study was to find out the teacher's efforts to increase student activity in class and what are the inhibiting factors of teachers in increasing student activity in class. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The techniques used by this researcher are case studies, descriptive, phenomenological, ethnographic, and biographical. As for the results of research conducted by researchers for more than 1 month, it can be concluded that the efforts made by the teacher in increasing student activity in the classroom and the implications for today's teachers are by providing motivation, using varied methods, using learning media, group discussions, giving good praise. reasonable, giving numbers or grades, creating a pleasant atmosphere, and giving assignments to students and factors that inhibit teachers in increasing student activity in class and the implications for today's teachers consist of two factors, namely internal and external, internal factors students do not have breakfast morning and students have bad habits and the external factors are the lack of motivation from parents and the lack of supporting books.

Seolah telah menjadi rahasia umum bahwa bangsa Indonesia sepertinya terlanjur menjadi “pemuja” produk-produk luar negeri. Salah satu instansi pendidikan di Surabaya merupakan instansi yang bergerak dalam bidang perkapalan dimana praktek dilaksanakan di laboratorium. Salah satu laboratorium yaitu laboratorium motor bakar, dimana praktek selalu dilakukan dalam bengkel tersebut. Untuk memberikan kenyamanan dalam ruangan, perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap ventilasi yang terjadi dalam laboratorium motor bakar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah sistem ventilasi di laboratorium motor bakar sudah sesuai standar atau belum terhadap higiene industri. Metode penelitian melibatkan pengambilan sampel aliran laju udara di laboratorium motor bakar. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan parameter yang ada di SNI untuk menentukan efektivitas sistem ventilasi dalam mengurangi potensi penyakit akibat kerja (PAK). Temuan menunjukkan bahwa sistem ventilasi yang efektif dapat secara signifikan mengurangi potensi PAK. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan sistem ventilasi di laboratorium motor bakar dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan higiene industri dan mengurangi risiko penyakit terkait pekerjaan. Hasil penelitian sistem ventilasi pada laboratorium motor bakar sudah sesuai standart dan penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya inspeksi dan perawatan berkala pada sistem ventilasi.

The emergence of literary works is not solely written to provide entertainment to readers, but this is also a means of instilling cultural values ​​in the lives of readers. The presence of cultural values ​​in a literary work aims to provide positive values ​​in people's lives which will become a human guide in behaving. In addition, this cultural value will be a driving factor for a good way of thinking in society. This study aims to analyze cultural values ​​in one of Bernard Batubara's novels because the novel contains many life values, especially cultural values. This research is a type of library research. The data in this study is in the form of a novel entitled "Batu Manikam". The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study can be concluded that the novel "Batu Manikam" contains cultural values, namely the relationship between man and God, between man and himself, and between man and man, and between man and the environment. In this novel, the cultural values ​​that are more commonly found are cultural values ​​related to human relations with humans, including (1) ridiculing, (2) killing, (3) not having sympathy, (4) lying, (5) betrayal, (6) not holding grudges, (7) conveying the truth, and others. In addition, this study also found its implications for learning Indonesian in high school.

Perkembangan teknologi dalam bidang rekayasa struktur memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap proses perencanaan dan analisis pondasi gedung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan analisis Value Engineering pada struktur pondasi footplat Gedung UPT Logam Kota Pasuruan dengan fokus pada optimalisasi dimensi dan jumlah pondasi guna mencapai efisiensi biaya tanpa mengorbankan kualitas. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan pengumpulan data dimensi dan biaya pondasi eksisting. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak STAAD.Pro untuk menganalisis pengaruh perubahan dimensi pondasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan merekomendasikan ukuran baru pondasi 180 x 180 x 40 cm, penghematan biaya sebesar 29% tercapai dibandingkan dengan dimensi awal 210 x 210 x 50 cm dan 240 x 240 x 50 cm. Penggunaan ukuran baru ini tidak hanya memungkinkan efisiensi biaya, tetapi juga mempertahankan kualitas dan performa struktural yang sesuai. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penerapan value engineering memiliki potensi besar untuk mengoptimalkan proyek konstruksi dengan efisiensi biaya, pengawasan mutu yang baik, dan kelancaran pelaksanaan, memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap perkembangan industri konstruksi yang berkelanjutan.

This study aims to describe (1) the value of character education in Tere Liye's Novel Si Anak Savana (2) the implications for learning literature in high school.This study uses qualitative methods and types of library research. Qualitative research was used to describe the value of character education in Tere Liye's Novel Si Anak Savana and to describe its implications for teaching literature in high school. The general research objective is to obtain an overview of the value of struggle in a film and to find out its implications for drama learning for Grade VIII students of junior high school. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis approach, in which the researcher records carefully and carefully the data in the form of words, sentences, pictures, and videos..Researchers found 40 values ​​of struggle in the film Memorization of Shalat Delisa and have described their implications for drama learning for class VIII students.  The value of the struggle that was found the most was the value of the struggle for patience consisting of 19 data and the value of the struggle for the unyielding spirit consisting of 11 data, while the least was the value of the struggle for cooperation consisting of 5 data and the value of the struggle for mutual help consisting of 5 data. The zoning policy in accepting new students (PPDB) aims to provide equal opportunities for students to get a place in schools in an area or zone. With this zoning policy, student acceptance is no longer based solely on grades or academic achievement but also considers geographical factors or distance to school. The aim is to reduce unhealthy competition in admitting students, as well as strengthen the link between the school and the surrounding community. This study aims to describe the implications of implementing the Zoning system from the perspective of parents and schools. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach, the phenomenological method. The results show that research findings show that many parents do not know about zoning policies. The negative impact according to parents is that children cannot go to school as desired. The positive impact of this zoning system is that children whose domiciles are closest to schools are prioritized, save on transportation costs, and at the same time remove favorite schools from a school perspective. The positive impact of the zoning system policy can increase the number of students, the negative impact is that there is a tendency for school quality to decrease because there is no academic selection that can be carried out optimally. Recommendations from this study, it is necessary to socialize the community about the zoning system policy.

Media sosial pada saat ini menjadi sebuah tempat yang menjadi dunia kedua bagi masyarakat. Penggunaan media sosial yang masif dalam masyarakat menjadikan sebuah pasar tersendiri bagi seorang pelaku usaha untuk dapat melakukan pemasaran secara digital. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan analisis dari penelitian-penelitian yang memiliki pembahasan atau pokok permasalahan yang sama yaitu tentang pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai sarana melakukan pemasaran digital. Implikasi penelitian ini masyarakat dapat memahami mengenai pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai salah satu sarana terbaik untuk melakukan pemasaran atas suatu usaha karena dapat menimbulkan dampak yang luas dan modal yang relatif lebih terjangkau bagi pelaku usaha.

The narrative of James 4:1-10 contains a Biblical pattern of life. However, in today's development, human culture continues to experience changes. The changes in question are behaviors related to morals and ethical values so that humans experience a lot of degradation in the sanctity of their lives. Overcoming this problem, true Christians can have a humble attitude, fear God, fight against sin, rely on God, purify the heart and pray as contained in the narrative of James 4:1-10. This study uses a library research approach. The purpose of this article is to contribute thoughts in the form of alternative solutions to the problems of deviant behavior committed by some Christians today.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh prosocial engagement dalam pendidikan agama Katolik terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa melalui keteladanan guru. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi kelas, wawancara dengan guru agama Katolik, dan survei siswa. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa prosocial engagement memainkan peran krusial dalam membentuk karakter siswa, seperti empati, toleransi, dan kepedulian sosial. Selain itu, keteladanan guru memiliki dampak yang signifikan dalam mendorong siswa untuk terlibat dalam perilaku sosial yang positif.  Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pendidikan agama Katolik dalam memperkuat nilai-nilai kristiani dan menciptakan siswa yang bertanggung jawab dan peduli terhadap sesama. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini juga dibahas untuk membantu pengembangan pendekatan dan strategi yang lebih efektif dalam pendidikan agama Katolik.

Penelitian ini menganalisis mengenai nilai moral untuk pembentukan karakter dalam cerita rakyat Bukit Batu Suli yang dituliskan oleh Rensi Sisilda. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) nilai moral untuk pembentukan karakter yang terdapat pada cerita rakyat Bukit Batu Suli (2) implikasi terhadap pembelajaran sastra di SMP kelas VII. Dari tujuh nilai moral hanya terdapat lima nilai moral yang terdapat dalam lima belas kutipan dalam cerita rakyat Bukit Batu Suli yang dituliskan oleh Rensi Sisilda. lima nilai moral untuk pembentukan karakter tersebut yaitu: (1) Bertanggung Jawab (Malalus gawi dengan bahalap) yaitu kesediaan dalam melakukan apa yang harus dilakukan dengan sebaik mungkin, (2) Keberanian (Menteng ureh) yaitu kesetiaan terhadap suara hati untuk mempertahankan sikap yang diyakini sebagai suatu kewajiban, (3) Kerendahan Hati (Bajenta bajurah) yaitu suatu sikap yang tidak berlebihan atau menyombongkan diri, dan (4) Kritis (Pintar harati) adalah tindakan untuk megoreksi atau memberikan saran baik terhadap segala kekuatan, kekuasaan dan wewenang. Hasil analisis lima nilai moral untuk pembentukan karakter yang paling dominan adalah sikap kritis yang terdapat dalam tujuh dari lima belas kutipan cerita rakyat Bukit Batu Suli yang ditulis oleh Rensi Sisilda. Kemudian hasil temuan data ini  dapat diimplikasikan pada pembelajaran sastra di SMP kelas VII, sesuai KD 3.15 Mengidentifikasi informasi tentang fabel/legenda daerah setempat yang dibaca dan didengar. Setelah mempelajari materi ini, siswa dapat mempelajari apa itu nilai moral untuk pembentukan karakter. Perserta didik juga dapat menemukan nilai moral dalam cerita yang dibaca dan didengar.

This research discusses sexual violence against the main female character in the novel Mayday Mayday by Laili Muttamimah. Therefore, this study aims to describe: (1) the form of sexual violence experienced by the female protagonist in the novel Mayday Mayday, (2) the implications for learning to identify novels for grade XI high school students.This research uses a qualitative approach. The data source of this research is the novel Mayday Mayday. The object of this research is all forms of sexual violence experienced by the main female character in the novel Mayday Mayday. The results of this study are as follows: (1) The forms of sexual violence contained in the novel Mayday Mayday are physical sexual harassment, non-physical sexual harassment, rape, sexual torture, and discrimination of the victim's gender identity. The results of this study are used in short story learning for grade XI high school students, in accordance with KD 3.6 analyzing the message of the novel fiction book read by understanding the content of the message conveyed by the author aims to develop reasoning skills.
