The rapid advancement of technology has significantly transformed the way individuals communicate, particularly through social media platforms. These platforms, often referred to as part of cyberspace, have facilitated seamless and widespread interpersonal interaction. Social media has become a space where various forms of social activity are displayed, including the phenomenon of self-presentation or "showing off. This study employs Social Penetration Theory, which elucidates the process through which interpersonal relationships evolve from superficial exchanges to deeper, more intimate levels of communication. Central to this theory is the concept of self-disclosure, which is considered a driving force in the development of personal relationships. A qualitative research methodology was adopted, utilizing a descriptive phenomenological approach to explore lived experiences and the subjective meanings behind them. Data were collected through a combination of observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the progression of relational depth among individuals on social media is significantly influenced by the degree of self-disclosure. One notable phenomenon observed is the use of secondary Instagram accounts (often referred to as "second accounts" or "finstas"), which serve as private spaces where users feel more comfortable engaging in authentic self-expression and disclosure.

Sanrobone Village in Takalar Regency has promising coastal tourism potential, such as mangrove forests, traditional ponds, and local maritime culture. However, this potential has not been optimally managed by the local community. This community service activity aims to increase the capacity of the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) as a driving force for community-based tourism development. The implementation method includes field observation, destination management training, digital promotional content creation workshops, assistance in preparing integrated tour packages, and activity evaluation. The results of the activity showed an increase in Pokdarwis' understanding and skills in managing tourist destinations, promoting local potential through social media, and preparing attractive local wisdom-based tour packages. In addition, this activity also succeeded in encouraging synergy between Pokdarwis, the village government, and MSME actors in developing village tourism. This community service activity is expected to be a model for sustainable community-based tourism development in other coastal areas, while contributing to achieving sustainable development goals (SDGs) in the tourism sector.

Akuntansi Pajak dan Kebijakan Ekonomi Digital 2025 Asosiasi Riset Ekonomi dan Akuntansi Indonesia

This article comprehensively examines the impact of inflation on the welfare of Indonesian society from a public economics perspective. High inflation has been proven to erode purchasing power, widen economic inequality, and worsen quality of life, especially for fixed- and low-income groups. Rising prices of basic necessities force households to sacrifice spending on education and health, increasing the risk of poverty and lowering the human development index. Inflation also creates economic uncertainty, hampers investment, and triggers social conflict due to public unrest. Empirical studies indicate that every 1% increase in inflation can reduce real purchasing power by up to 2.3% and increase the number of poor people. To mitigate these regressive effects, integration of monetary, fiscal, and adaptive social protection policies is required. The experience of Indonesia and other countries underscores the importance of inter-institutional synergy and evidence-based interventions to maintain price stability and equitable welfare. In conclusion, inflation control should be seen as a long-term investment in human development and social justice, not merely as a macroeconomic stability target.

This study investigates the influence of Provincial Minimum Wage (PMW), Labor Force Participation Rate (LFPR), and Population Growth Rate (PGR) on Employment Opportunities (EO) across 20 most populous provinces in Indonesia from 2017 to 2024. Using a quantitative approach and panel data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency, the analysis applies the Fixed Effect Model selected through Chow and Hausman tests. The Outcomes indicate that PMW has a significant negative effect on EO, implying that wage increases without corresponding productivity growth can reduce job absorption. Conversely, LFPR has a significant positive effect, reflecting that a higher labor force engagement boosts employment. PGR has a negative but statistically insignificant effect. The F-test confirms that all three variables jointly influence EO. These results highlight the need to harmonize wage regulations, human capital development (HDI), and population planning to support inclusive and sustainable employment in regions experiencing high demographic pressures.

This study investigates how Islamic da’wah can serve as a strategic instrument in strengthening civic engagement within democratic societies. Civic engagement is the active participation of citizens in public life, including policy-making, government oversight, and involvement in solving social problems. It is a crucial element in maintaining a fair and participatory democratic system. In the context of Muslim communities, Islamic da’wah not only aims to convey religious teachings but also seeks to instill universal values such as justice, equality, consultation (shura), empathy, and social responsibility—principles that form the foundation of democratic life. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a library research approach. Data were gathered from secondary sources such as books, academic journals, and relevant articles related to Islamic da’wah, civic engagement, and democracy. This method was chosen to allow for a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the social function of da’wah without conducting field observations or direct interviews. The results of this study show that Islamic da’wah, when practiced contextually and inclusively, can build critical social awareness, encourage public participation, and strengthen constructive social dialogue. Digital da’wah, Islamic value-based social campaigns, and the proactive role of preachers as agents of change become key elements in bridging Islamic teachings with democratic values. Furthermore, participatory da’wah empowers marginalized groups to become more involved in public discourse. Therefore, Islamic da’wah emerges not only as a spiritual medium but also as a cultural force that supports the development of a just, democratic, and civilized civil society.

The conflict involving Armed Criminal Groups (KKB) in Papua presents a serious dilemma between law enforcement and the protection of human rights. On one hand, KKB’s actions—such as attacks on civilians and security personnel—are classified as gross human rights violations, posing threats to national security and obstructing regional development. On the other hand, law enforcement efforts by state authorities are often criticized for alleged human rights abuses, especially in military operations that may involve excessive use of force. This study aims to analyze the conflict from both legal and human rights perspectives using a normative juridical approach. The analysis is based on relevant legal frameworks, including the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia and Law Number 39 of 1999 concerning Human Rights. The article proposes strategic measures to achieve a balanced resolution, such as inclusive dialogue with Papuan communities, human rights-based training for security forces, independent oversight of security operations, and adherence to humanitarian principles. These approaches are expected to foster stability and peace while ensuring the protection of human rights. Ultimately, this study emphasizes that the resolution of the Papua conflict must not rely solely on repressive measures but must also prioritize justice, humanity, and long-term sustainability.

This study aims to examine the role of biomechanics in preventing injuries in karate athletes through a systematic review. The research method follows the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) framework with a literature search in the Science Direct database, Google Scholar, and the use of tools such as VOSviewer and Publish or Perish. Studies that met the inclusion criteria (10 articles) were analyzed to identify injury patterns, biomechanical factors, and prevention strategies. The results showed that the most common injuries in karate athletes were contusions, calf muscle strains, and finger sprains, which were related to force distribution, extreme joint angles, and postural control. Biomechanical analysis (motion capture, EMG, force plate) proved that technique correction, proprioception training, stabilizing muscle strengthening, and balance training could reduce the risk of injury by up to 20%. Significant differences were found between novice and elite athletes in terms of movement consistency and neuromuscular control. The integration of biomechanical principles with karate philosophy (mushin, zanshin, kime) was also emphasized to maintain a balance between performance and cultural values. Limitations of the study include heterogeneity of measurement instruments and potential publication bias. Future recommendations include longitudinal studies, development of portable devices (IMUs), and personalization of training programs based on individual biomechanical profiles

Using qualitative methods through a descriptive approach, this study focuses on exploring and understanding phenomena related to QRIS implementation and its impact on the national digital financial ecosystem. Research data was obtained through literature studies from various relevant primary and secondary sources, thus providing a strong theoretical and practical foundation. The results show that QRIS functions as a link between cross-platform digital payment ecosystems, enabling interconnection between service providers, and facilitating non-cash transaction processes in a faster, safer, and more efficient manner. Furthermore, QRIS not only supports the development of financial technology in urban areas but also expands the reach of digital financial services to remote areas that were previously difficult to access by conventional banking services. Thus, QRIS plays a significant role in encouraging public participation in the formal financial system and helping achieve the national financial inclusion targets set by the government. This study concludes that QRIS is a strategic instrument in strengthening the foundation of Indonesia's digital economic transformation. Increasing financial inclusion not only impacts equitable access to financial services but also contributes to more inclusive and sustainable economic growth. These findings illustrate that QRIS is a technological policy innovation with strategic value, not only as a transaction tool but also as a driving force for digital financial integration in the era of national economic transformation. QRIS is a strategic tool in realizing national financial inclusion targets and supporting the vision of transformation towards Indonesia's digital economy.

Using an econometric approach, this study attempts to assess and quantify how globalisation has affected the economy of developing nations. By boosting cross-border information flows, foreign investment, and international trade, globalisation has become a major force in changing the structure of the world economy. Its consequences on social inequality, wealth distribution, and economic stability are still complicated, particularly for emerging countries. This study examines how the Human Development Index (HDI), a measure of economic welfare, is related to the economic aspects of globalisation, including capital flows, technology, and international monetary policy. Finding correlations between globalisation variables and macroeconomic indicators in developing nations is done quantitatively using econometric methods, and both descriptive and inferential analyses are carried out to give a thorough picture of how globalisation has affected important economic sectors. influence on important economic sectors. According to research, globalisation has two opposing effects: on the one hand, it increases economic growth and efficiency through trade and technical development, while on the other, it makes inequality and reliance on international markets worse. These understandings are essential for creating egalitarian and flexible economic policies that can improve living standards in emerging nations. Additionally, the report suggests national policies to improve domestic sectors and promote sustainable human development in order to lessen the negative consequences of globalisation.

The development of corruption nowadays is accompanied by other crimes related to hide assets from corruption and one way of it is by money laundering mechanism. The mechanism of it is contained in the Criminal Code, Criminal Procedure Code, Law No. 20/2001 jo. Law No. 31/1999 concerning the Eradication of Corruption and Law No. 8/2010 concerning Prevention and Eradication of the Crime of Money Laundering. There are also international legal instruments adopted to strengthen efforts to seize assets from criminal acts of corruption, such as UNCAC which was ratified by the Government of Indonesia into Law Number 7/2006 concerning Ratification of the UNCAC on April 18, 2006. Indonesia needs a regulation that has stronger legal force and has a special mechanism regarding the mechanism for the confiscation of assets and assets that are suspected of being obtained as a result of corruption. It can be suggested to the Government and the legislature to encourage the discussion and passing of the asset confiscation bill’s immediately.

Community-based tourism is a form of tourism development managed by local communities with the aim of providing direct benefits to the local population. Lubuk Mande Rubiah Subdistrict in Padang City has promising natural tourism potential, yet youth involvement in its development remains limited. This study aims to examine the socialization of the role of Karang Taruna (youth organization) in supporting tourism development in the area. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach through field observation and interviews with local youths involved in Karang Taruna. The results indicate that Karang Taruna contributes to managing ticketing, maintaining the cleanliness of the site, and initiating promotional efforts through social media. However, the lack of training and supporting facilities poses significant challenges to fully realizing this potential. The socialization efforts focused on strengthening youth capacity, increasing awareness of tourism promotion, and providing a sample digital product in the form of a promotional video. These findings imply that, with the right approach, Karang Taruna can serve as a driving force in building a sustainable tourism ecosystem rooted in local community participation.   Keywords: , ,

The role of leaders in da'wah institutions is very strategic in improving the quality of human resources (HR) who are the driving force of da'wah activities. Leaders function not only as directors of the organization's vision and mission, but also as facilitators of competency development, motivators, and role models in the implementation of da'wah values. This study aims to analyze how leadership styles, HR development strategies, and coaching approaches contribute to increasing the capacity of members in da'wah institutions. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with interview techniques and documentation studies. The results showed that adaptive, communicative, and value-based leaders were able to encourage significant individual and collective capacity building. Effective strategies include regular training, mentoring, empowering individual potential, and creating a supportive organizational culture. Thus, the success of a da'wah institution in achieving its goals is highly dependent on the effectiveness of the leader's role in fostering and improving the quality of human resources.

The preparation of this scientific paper aims to analyze economic, social, environmental, and ecological issues that arise as a result of the interaction between mining activities and the existence of natural resources. This study employs a normative legal research method. Based on the findings, the mining activities of PT. IWIP in North Maluku Province have positive impacts that can support economic development. However, the adverse effects on the environment tend to be more significant. This is evidenced by water, air, and soil pollution caused by PT. IWIP’s mining operations in Central Halmahera Regency. According to the author, this is a very serious issue. The government’s ambition to make Indonesia a leading producer of nickel-based products has endangered the lives of residents in Central Halmahera living near nickel mining areas. These communities are forced to sacrifice their livelihoods, and even their health has been affected. Moreover, there is no accountability from PT. Indonesia Weda Bay Industrial Park regarding the environmental impacts, which are influenced by the new regulations that have been enacted. Article 88 of Law Number 6 of 2023, which ratifies Government Regulation in Lieu of Law Number 2 of 2022 on Job Creation, removes the provision that previously did not require proof of fault. This change makes it more difficult for affected communities to prove the environmental pollution that has occurred.

This study analyzes the human development index, regional minimum wage, and labor force participation rate on poverty in North Sumatra in 2001-2023. The data used is secondary data in the form of time series obtained from the publication of the Central Bureau of Statistics. The analysis method used is multiple regression with E-Views software. The results showed that the human development index has no effect, the regional minimum wage has a negative effect and the labor force participation rate has a negative and significant effect on poverty, which indicates that an increase in the human development index tends to not affect poverty because it has a positive value. In contrast, the regional minimum wage and labor force participation rate show a negative and significant effect on poverty. Simultaneously, the human development index, regional minimum wage and labor force participation rate have a significant effect on poverty.
