This research investigates students’ perceptions of Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a tool for learning English at MTsN 4 North Aceh. Quantitative descriptive method was employed in this study that involving 40 students as participants. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires and semi-structured interviews to assess students’ attitudes towards AI in relation to motivation, and skill development (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). The results indicate that most students perceive AI positively, appreciating its ability to enhance their understanding of English materials, increase motivation, and provide real-time feedback. Many students highlighted that AI tools offered interactive and flexible learning opportunities. Overall, artificial intelligence (AI) is not seen as a replacement for conventional teaching, even though it is a useful tool for learning English. The best strategy could be to combine AI with human instruction, maintaining a balance between the flexibility and immediate feedback that AI offers and the individualized help that teachers can provide.

. Regulation of Law no. 4 of 2023 concerning Development and Strengthening of the Financial Sector is used as a regulatory for banks in general in carrying out write-offs and write-offs, especially for MSE debtors. Seeing that post-Covid-19 conditions have made the business of MSE debtors even worse, banks have attempted to restructure credit affected by Covid-19 to reduce the bank's NPL ratio as a reference for the bank's health. However, when the reconstruction is not successful, the bank can carry out a conditional write-off and absolute write-off program as a solution to bad credit. In carrying out write-offs, the Bank writes off the total value of productive assets that cannot be collected from the balance sheet and recorded in the administrative account/off balance sheet. The act of write-off does not eliminate the bank's right to collect from its debtors, but the bank will continue to try to collect from its debtors until the credit the bank has provided can be paid in full. The aim of this research is to complete the settlement of bad debts through conditional write-offs and absolute write-off for the PPSK Law. This type of research uses normative juridical research. The types of data used in this research are primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. Data collection techniques using literature studies and field studies. This is addressed through each bank's internal policy which regulates procedures for write-offs and write-offs for MSE debtors.

The progress of a nation is supported by complete human resources with three important elements; healthy, intelligent and of good character. However, the dream of advancing the nation will only become a dream when phenomena that show bad character increasingly emerge in this country, and the most worrying thing is that students are involved in it. In this position, educational failure is an area that is often the subject of discussion, and especially religious education is increasingly becoming the main focus. In the midst of the hegemony of discussions about materials, models and environmental creation in contemporary conditions, this article aims to retrace the concept of PAI as a whole, including its meaning, objectives, foundations and functions, so that various PAI activities, especially in schools, do not deviate from its sermons. . Literature review was chosen as a method for examining the writings of figures, book and journal authors, as well as regulatory documents related to education and PAI. The results of the study show that there are three words that are often discussed by figures when exploring the concept of education in Islam, namely tarbiyah, ta'dib, and ta'lim. These three words are the basis for exploring the concept of PAI as a whole in Indonesia. PAI has colored the education process in Indonesia, with Islamic teachings as the content taught. By paying attention to its basis and function, PAI in schools must be taught by professional PAI teachers with the aim of educating, guiding and directing students to become Islamic individuals (insan kamil; faithful, obedient and moral) within the framework of students as individuals, family members, members of society, citizens and citizens of the world. This point also emphasizes that PAI's goal is not to make students become experts in Islamic religion. This article can provide insight, especially to teachers or PAI study program students, in understanding PAI as a whole, especially its relation to schooling.
